Reviews Q,R & A:

'Gj agent'

R: Oh please don't let this guy Paul get the monkey powers those are Ron's thing not his

A: I had a very similar review that I responded to back in Chapter 17. Almost identical except for a few different words. Well as of now. Ron isn't present in America. He's in the United Kingdom. Also Kim has met 4 of her main villains. So far we haven't heard from Lord Fiske/Monkey Fist, as Kim hasn't formally met him yet. As I said previously, I can't comment whether Paul will get the Mythical Monkey Powers in this story. You will get the answer you seek sometime in November if things go to plan. Until then... I can't give you an answer or discuss about monkey powers at this stage within the FF. Thanks for reading! And I hope to keep you anticipated about this plot point.

Paul had finally met Kim's family and it turned out to be quite an interesting night. Having met every single family member, before Kim introduced them as her actual family.

James was now suspicious of the boy, but he liked him from day 1 when he helped him out with his work, after one of his important papers went flying off and almost lost it.

Kim was so relieved that the dinner went so well. Everybody loved him.

Everything was great!

But the two still couldn't catch the bandit who's creating havoc and heaps of mess around Middleton. They had a bigger problem with Duff but managed to hustle him out of the golf game a few days ago.

Right now, Paul was at the mall with Wade. His first training day to overcome his public fear.

"I-I don't know Paul. There's a lot of people in line. Maybe we should come back later when nobody's in line." Wade says before trying to make a walk for it, but Paul cuts him off with his arm.

"Wade. You have to calm down. Just be yourself. No one is neat-picking your actions. You're just minding your own business, ordering food, waiting for it, picking it up and taking a seat here in the food court area. Alongside with me and Kim to chat. She's not here at the moment but she's coming soon. You okay with that?"

"I'll try. But if I faint.." Wade says as Paul interjects.

"At meeting Kim or when ordering your food." Paul says.

"Ordering food. Can you carry me home if I faint?"

"No." Paul simply says.

"Why not?"

"Because you'll do fine and you'll be able to walk home afterwards." Paul says giving him a wink for assurance.

Wade gives a smile back.

"Thanks Paul. Alright... Here goes nothing." Wade puts on a brave face.

"Make me proud." Paul says, "Send me a text."

Paul was sitting on a table inside the mall's food court.

He ordered a sandwich from one of the many food outlets. He was awaiting Wade to get his food and for Kim to arrive. He had to discuss about capturing the graffiti bandit. With Duff out of the way and dealing with Kim's family. It was time to turn their attention on debunking who's been tagging Middleton with graffiti.

They had to catch him soon or they would lose him for good.

Wade approached the table with a red tray full of food, as he had a big smile on his face.

"I did it! I did it Paul!" Wade says, taking a seat in the booth.

"Congrats Wade. That's the very first step of overcoming your fear. We well be doing different various tasks similar to what you did today. Now let's eat." Paul says as he starts eating.

A few minutes later Kim arrives and greets Paul.

"Hey Paul. Wow! Wade really out did himself this time making his holo-Wade look so realistic. When did he give it to you?" Kim says. Little did she know...

Wade smiles, as he pokes Kim on her side. She stares at him. Her eyes widened realising that this was the REAL WADE!

Big fan.

"Wade? In the flesh!?" Kim says.

"Surprise." Wade says shaking his arms slightly, in a way to make it more surprising.

"Oh my god." Kim says as she hugs the kid. For a full year now, she always wanted to meet Wade in person. Finally the day came. Wade thought she looked very pretty in real life. He hugs her back.

"Ron always wanted to meet you in person. He said even hang out with you." Kim says as she releases him from the hug.

"I know. I would love to, but hanging outside. I can't. But I'm trying." Wade says fidgeting with his hands.

"Trying?" Kim asks confused.

"Paul? E-explain please." Wade says as he continues to eat.

"Wade here doesn't like being out in public areas." Paul answer for the young boy.

"Really? Is that why you don't come out of your room much?" Kim says.

Wade gives out a simple nod.

"I didn't even know Wade. I thought you liked being cooped up in your room all the time. But it's okay. A lot of people are scared of the outdoors at first. Then they can't get enough of it. It's okay to be open with us." Kim says.

"Thanks Kim. I mean over the computer I have confidence to talk to anyone, but in public... I'm hopeless. Paul is helping me out with my fear."

"That's sure nice of him." Kim says as she grins at the teen.

"This is the first time that Team Possible is in the same place, present and accounted for. I wish Ron was here though. It would have been great." Wade says.

Paul thought about this. That would certainly be great. But it was too hard with the current circumstances...

He snapped back to reality and focused his attention why all of Team Possible was present.

"You're probably wondering way I asked you to meet me at the mall." Paul says taking the spotlight.

"But we walked from my house and you offered to get lunch." Wade points out.

"That too. Speaking of which. Kim buy yourself something for lunch." Paul hands her some money. As he puts down a $20 dollar bill on the table.

"Thanks. But you really don't have to pay." Kim says.

"I insist please." Paul says assuring it's fine.

Kim smiles at this. He's offering to pay for her lunch?

Can he be more perfect?

"Thanks Paul." Kim says as she takes the bill and pockets it. "Now let's here what you have to say." Kim says.

"Right... Now, it's been more than a week since the town was covered with graffiti. And were getting closer to capturing this guy. We almost got him. But he got away. So I propose that Kim and I continue going on a stakeout and patrolling the town, to unmask this artist." Paul says.

"Well we can't even get a positive ID on this guy. He has a disguise. It's our only option. But, how are we going to know when he's going to strike again?" Wade says.

"He's obviously got a motive. He only wants to desecrate our town and send a message across." Kim says.

"Meaning it could be someone from out of town." Paul suggests.

Both Kim and Wade stare at him. Paul thought if he thought what they were exactly thinking.

"You're not putting me down as a suspect?" Paul says.

"Of course not. You're the last person we'd suspect. Plus you were with me when was chased him down." Kim says.

Paul gives a gesture of appreciation with his arms. Putting his arms up to the side as he shrugs his shoulders.

"Then stakeout it is. Maybe we try a different approach and give him something to tag. Like a non graffitied wall or fence." Paul says.

"Not really much of a plan, but it's worth a try. We need to buy some equipment." Kim says.

"Right on. After we finish eating though." Paul says as he continues to eat his sandwich.

"I'm going get a salad. Wade, we've got a lot to catch up in person. I can't wait!" Kim leaves as she gets some lunch.

Night falls across Middleton on the same day. Tonight will be the fourth night that Paul and Kim do a stakeout. After 2 nights of no activity. The culprit showed up on their third stakeout night, but the teens came up short and he successful got away. After a weekend long break, while having a considerable easy and relaxing mission of playing golf. It was back to square one with the stakeouts.

They decided a new location which was pretty much empty of graffiti.

"I still can't believe Wade is only 9 years old." Kim says holding some warm tea. She takes a sip.

"It's incredibly hard to wrap your head around it. And he's graduated from high school too!" Paul says.

"And college."

"Yeah. Amazing feat for someone that age." Paul says.

Both teens stare out into the distance. They heard some rustling noises coming from a set of bushes.

"We got some activity going on in those bushes." Kim says quietly to her partner.

Both stood up quietly and approach the bushes. Kim and Paul were beside the bush trying their best to be quiet.

Kim signalled a shushing gesture to Paul. Both readying themselves to see what was going on behind the bush.

The suspense was killing them.

...

Behind the bush...

Was a white bunny.

"A bunny?" Paul says.

It hopped around looking like it was scared.

"Aww. The poor thing is frightened." Kim says.

"Of course it would be. It's all here alone in the dark." Paul points out.

'PPPSSSSSSSS'

Not too far away. The Colour Hoodlum was at work. This time wearing a lime green outfit, was working on his graffiti work.

"Hey. There he is!" Paul says a bit too loud. He runs towards him, and was alerted. He begins to run away.

Paul makes a small chase with the bandit. The bandit falls as Paul tackles him to the pavement.

Finally! They had caught him.

"Alright got you now you-" Paul says before being sprayed by a large amount of paint.

'PPSS!'

What had happen was the graffiti bandit sprayed Paul's eyes with the spray paint can he had in his hands. Temporarily blinding him. It managed to get through his glasses as well. Talk about unlucky.

"Ahhh! My eyes!" Paul says as he avoids rubbing his eyes. It was simiar to getting pepper sprayed by someone. Important thing is to not rub your eyes.

The bandit manages to escape barely as Kim approached the scene. She just missed out on catching him.

Paul was on the floor in pain and had tears coming out of his eye ducts. He really was in pain.

"Paul! Are you alright? Does it sting?" Kim says leaning down to the floor.

"It burns like a bitch!" Paul says struggling to spit out the words.

Kim watched him squirm in pain. She felt sorry for him. Getting sprayed by paint. Once Paul slowly gathered his head he sits up against the floor.

"Well back to square one again." Kim says as she sits on the footpath with her legs crossed and her chin on her palm.

"Square one turned into a second corner. I didn't come empty handed." Paul pulls out a label of some sort.

"Paul where did you get that from?" Kim says amazed as she looks at it.

"I got it while I was blinded by the paint, Gah! This paint is so unbearable!" Paul says as he tried to fully open his eyes.

Kim takes the label and holds it. So far, this was the only piece of evidence they had. It was only one thing, but it's a start.

"Great. All we need to do is find a person who knows the origin of the label." Kim says.

"And I know just the artist." Paul says finally over his painful moment.

'FWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET'

"Come on! Hustle! Hustle! Hustle!" The basketball coach says quickly

The players were practicing going through the hurdles before going to the paint for a lay up.

"Good."

"Good."

"Great effort!"

They kept on running drills for a few more minutes before the coach blew his whistle.

'FWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET'

"Okay, everyone take 5."

"Great job Mankey." The coach says praising the blonde teen.

Josh takes a seat on the bleachers as Paul and Kim were sitting a few rows behind him watching him.

"Hey Josh." Paul calls out.

He turns around as immediately recognises the voice and the two teens, "Oh hey guys."

"Josh We need 2 minutes of your time." Kim says.

"Okay, then I have to get back to practice." Josh gets up and they all rendezvous in the hallway.

"By the way, great skills in there." Paul addresses.

"Thanks. What happened to your eyes? They look all red."

"Spray paint incident" Paul answers.

"The graffiti bandit did this to you?" Josh says.

Paul was silent for a few seconds before answering him.

"Yes he did." Paul says.

"Damn. That looks painful." Josh says.

"Tell me about it man." Paul says.

"Look. Josh doesn't have enough time, we need to stay on track. So as you know, we're investigating who's been graffitiing our town. We have a lack of evidence who's doing this, but he was sloppy yesterday and we found this." Kim says, as Paul hands him the label he got yesterday. "Do you have any idea what this could be?" Paul finishes of the question.

"Let me have a look." Josh takes the label as he stares at it.

"We think it relates to painting. Hence the graffiti-"

"I've seen this before. A guy in the city centre sells this kind of stuff. And he's the only guy in the state, that can get hold of this product." Josh says as he interrupts her. He hands Paul back the label as well.

"Wow. What a lucky break." Paul said.

"What's the name of the store?" Kim asks. Paul pulls out a notepad and pen.

"Boston Merchant Store."

...

"Boston Merchant Store?" Kim says a bit confused, "Why would someone open a shop in Colorado and name it Boston Merchant Store? I've never even heard of it before." Kim says, as Paul stopped writing when he heard the name.

"He sells everything. From art supplies to imported foreign food and sweets to astronaut food. You name it! He might have it." Josh says.

"Does he sell titanium alloys and taaffeite?"

Both teens stare at Paul. Both of them were unusual items to buy.

"Long story. It involves Wade." Paul says.

"Right... Paul we need to go a visit that store and ask them some questions about their clientele." Kim says.

"Okay. But don't except me to buy any Boston Celtics gear." Paul says.

"Oh. I've got to give you a heads up. The owner of the store isn't particularly friendly."

"Don't worry, we just need to ask him a question or three and we'll be out of his hair. Thanks for the tip Josh." Paul says.

"No problem. Glad to help." Josh says.

'FWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET'

"That's me. I've got to go." Josh runs back, "Good luck with the rest of the investigation!"

"Well this is the store." Kim says.

Right now. Both teens were standing outside of the Boston Merchant Store. Hoping to find their answers in regards to the Colourful Hoodlum.

"Let's go inside and get our answers." Paul says as he walks through the front door without hesitation.

So far it looks like a nice store. Until...

"I just want my $14 Reimbursement!" A customer says quite angrily towards the guy at the counter.

"Look pal. I told you when you came in a few days ago. No refunds. No reimbursements." The guy says in a thick Bostonian accent.

"This is utter nonsense. I'm taking my business elsewhere." The angry customer says before leaving.

"Hey buddy! Make sure the door hits you on the way out." He says, before he notices two teens at his counter.

"Yes can I help you two?" A guy with a Bostonian accent asks the two teens.

"Um hi. We wanted to know-" Kim says before being interrupted.

"Woah woah woah. No how are you? Just a simple hello."

"I said hello, what more do you want me to say sir?" Kim says keeping her polite manner.

"Sir? What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" The guy says.

Kim was taken back by his profanity.

"...A sign of respect." Paul answers back slowly. Kim was in shock at his behaviour.

"Did I ask you?" He points at Paul, "Never heard of it before."

"Really? I thought heaps of people would use it. Especially since you're working in retail." Paul says.

"Well not here." The guy says.

"Look... Bob. Can we talk to the owner of this store." Kim says as she reads his name tag.

"What! I'm too good for ya now?" Bob says with an imitating tone.

"No. We're conducting an investigation and need a expert. That's all." Kim says.

"Well certainly. I'll be back." Bob says slowly before leaving the counter.

The guy left and he come back after a few seconds. "Yo."

"Umm. Is the manager coming?" Kim asks.

"You're talking to the manager and owner of this store. Bob Stone." Bob says.

Bob Stone...

Boston...

Sigh.

"Look. We're wasting time here. Have you seen this label before?" Kim asks slowly losing her patience with the guy as she shows the label Paul got off the graffiti bandit.

"Maybe... Maybe not... Maybe go fuck yourself." The guy says. Man he had some balls on him. Kim let out a short and quiet gasp.

"Okay. Real classy pal. She just asked a simple question. We just want to know if you can identify this label." Paul says.

"Okay fine. Let me have a look at it DiCaprio." Bob says looking at the label.

"DiCaprio?" Paul says to himself. Well he did have a similar haircut to him. Plus an Oscar in his trophy cabinet.

"Yeah. I sell this stuff. It's a Montana Graffiti Spray paint. I sell it in a set of 12. 400ML per can."

"You can just tell by that small piece of label?" Paul asks.

"Do I look like I'm stupid?" Bob says.

"I'm not going to answer that." Paul says trying to keep his professionalism, before he continues, "Do you know who you sell this to?"

"Yeah... People. I've got orders that go over the phone and website. I don't get much people buying this stuff in-store." Bob says.

"Anyone in particular that comes into store and buys it?" Paul asks.

"Look. I don't count how many people come into my store. This ain't a game of head count. I'm trying to run a business here. So if you have anymore irritating questions. Ask away. I have all day." Bob says hinting sarcasm towards the end of his sentence.

"Alright... Does anyone from the set of 'The Departed' know you're missing today?" Paul asks.

"Okay, I think we're down here smart-ass. Get out." Bob says.

"I think we know when we have welcomed our visit." Paul says to Kim before both teens leave the store.

"I've never heard such rude behaviour before from one individual." Kim points out.

"You haven't watched enough East Coast films to know the half of it, what they say and do in Boston. Especially the accent. But in general, some people are just plain assholes." Paul says.

"Well, now we know our culprit most likely bought the spray paints from this store, but the owner doesn't want to play ball with us." Kim says.

"You suggest we get his camera tapes and review them?" Paul says.

"Actually, you just read my mind." Kim says grinning.

"That won't work." Paul says quickly.

"Why not?" Kim asks.

Paul laughs before answering, "The guy had no cameras at the front of his store. He must be running something illegal in the back, 100%"

"Sooo. He likes to cover his tracks?"

"Bingo." Paul says.

"Then why did you mention that idea in the first place?" Kim asks.

"Because I know it was in your mind." Paul says.

Paul was right. Kim did have that idea floating around in her mind.

"So that plan is a bust." Kim says.

"Afraid so." Paul says.

"So what should we do now? We've got no other evidence and we aren't getting any closer towards capturing this guy." Kim says.

"Well we might have to wing it on this one." Paul says.

"Wing it? Like fluke it?"

"Yeah. We might even get a lucky break." Paul says as he walks down the street and Kim follows.

The next day it was Friday. Kim and Paul decided to not stake out the town for the night and would hope that the Colourful Hoodlum would strike this weekend. Both knew that time was running out. Either they would lose this guy forever or someone would capture him first. They were in the hallways of the school still trying to figure out the origin of the graffiti bandit.

"Okay. So it might not be a student from Middleton if they drawn lemurs on their artwork." Kim says.

"Right. They would have to be experienced to do all of this." Paul says.

"So a potential art student." Kim says.

"And a bone to pick to go through all of that trouble." Paul points out.

"But who?" Kim says thinking out loud.

Both teens were stumped.

Right now, there was lots of commotion going on in the hallways. With people running and chattering quite loud about something that had just happened. Both teens notice this.

"What's all the commotion?" Paul says out loud. A student stops and explains to them.

"Didn't you hear? They are taking Josh Mankey to the police station."

"WHAT!" Both teens shout out.

"Yeah, they found paint coming out of his locker, spray paint cans everywhere and a considerate amount of colourful outfits. Blue, Black, Green, Yellow, Red. Anyway Barkin is going to expel him."

"Expel him!" Paul says, "But he's innocent."

"That's what they all say. Plus the evidence is all in his locker."

Kim and Paul stared at each other before they dashed towards his locker, as the mayor is seen getting his photo taken alongside Mr Van Banksy with the locker filled with cans and paint inside the locker.

"Mr Middleman. Josh is innocent." Kim states.

"Well Miss Possible. Looks like someone bettered you this time around. It was all thanks to Mr Van Banksy here. He spotted leaking paint coming from Mr Mankey's locker and reported to Steve here." John Middleman says shaking patting Hugh's back. "Say.. you look familiar. Have I seen you before?"

"No sir. I haven't met you before, but I've seen you make multiple appearances on TV."

"Ah, a fan. Here's a sticker for your trouble." The mayor hands him a 'Vote for John Middleman' sticker.

"Thanks sir."

"Van Banksy. You've done great here today. You've captured the Colourful Hoodlum. I know this is all of a sudden, but how would you like a full time job here at Middleton High School?" Mr Barkin asks the young man.

"I appreciate the offer sir. But today's my last day here. I want to get back and teach the other kids in Lowerton. I miss some of my students."

"Say no more Hugh, I completely understand. Loyalty is one thing, but honesty is everything."

"But Josh isn't the bandit." Paul says.

"Now that's not honesty." Barkin points out.

"As of now, the investigation is closed. Period. Never to be investigated again until a high-end tv channel investigates it 20 years into the future and makes it into a Netflix adaption film. Josh Mankey will serve community service and will clean every bit of graffiti in this town. Additionally, the school will decide whether to expel or suspend Mr Mankey or not. I mean look here. The evidence is all in his locker. See. Spray cans equals graffiti, Josh Mankey plus spray cans equals graffiti bandit. Evidence equals guilty charges laid. We go by the book these days." John Middleman says.

"Why does everyone keep on saying that!" Paul says starting to get angry. No one would think logically about this, despite the evidence being in his locker. Someone could have framed him.

"Volume!" Barkin says.

"I didn't eve-" Paul says.

"Paul! It's Friday today. Do you really want your weekend to start 1 hour later?"

"But I've got the kids after school soccer to assist." Paul says.

"You're right!" Barkin says, "Then you can comeback and do detention at 1700 Hours when you finish from there."

Paul gets frustrated at this nonsense. He was going to get detention for legit denying Josh's innocence? He proceeds to punch the nearest closed locker door before walking off outside to catch some air to try and cool off from this whole sitch.

"Hey! Watch it." Barkin says pointing at the teen sternly. Paul is on thin ice.

"Let him be sir, he just lost his friend. I can understand what he's going through." Van Banksy says to Barkin.

Kim follows as well hoping to talk to her friend.

"This is bullshit!" Paul says, "They can't except to believe that load of crap that has just bestowed upon them out of the blue."

Kim was there too, trying to recap we she just witnessed in the past few minutes. She was thinking about this whole thing.

"That's too inconvenient for Josh to be caught like that. He's our friend. Someone framed him. But who?" Kim thinks. This was the hardest investigating work she's even encountered.

"Oh, now he's not a suspect in all of this?" Paul says.

"Paul look. I'm sorry I listed him as a suspect. Okay! I couldn't rule anyone out." Kim said.

They had zero suspects. It was confirmed to be a male.

Tired from the late night stakeouts.

And the guy that Paul wouldn't suspect has been pinned as the culprit.

Boy this was turning into a real pickle!

"Guys!" Monique shouts out. She was in tears.

"Mon."

"Monique."

She runs up to the two teens, crying.

"I can't believe they arrested Josh! I heard he was going to get expelled and sent to Juvie!"

"Monique. We know Josh is innocent." Paul says.

"I know. He was with me most of the time. Talking on the phone and hanging out. (Sniffles) But no one believes me. They get one guy as a suspect and they turn against him like he's a criminal!"

Both Kim and Paul felt bad for Monique. She really liked Josh and his days in Middleton High School were coming to a close, if they couldn't find the real culprit soon.

"It's okay Monique. We'll get to the bottom of this. But time is running out!" Paul says. He pulls out his notepad out of his pocket and, opening it up and faces towards Kim.

"Kim, get your notepad out." Paul says.

She complies. Paul begins to read.

"Okay. We know that the person behind this was a male. He had something against Middleton. He liked wearing different colour clothing every time he strike." Kim says.

"He bought paint at the Boston Merchant Store. But the owner is a dick, so that hindered our investigation. It had to be someone from the school to have access to Josh's locker."

"And already decided who would take the fall." Kim says.

Both teens think. Josh was an art student and did lots of out of school art work at home and for the community. He was a perfect target. But both teens now knew he wasn't the Colourful Hoodlum. But Paul had an idea of who it could be.

"Wait. Mr Van Banksy." Paul says.

"What about him?" Both girls say at the same time.

"He said today was his last day here. Don't you find it a bit suspicious that he comes to our school the day the graffiti shows up in town and leaves the day when the suspect is discovered?"

"Heaps." Kim crosses her arms.

"You think it's him?" Monique says.

"Think? More like know it's him." Paul says.

"How do you know that? He's the one that busted Josh, he found all the evidence in his lock-... Oh... Ohhh! I see what you mean. Yep definitely him." Monique says realising Paul's point. She fitted the puzzle together... eventually.

Hugh Van Banksy set Josh up to take the fall. And leaving Middleton School to go back and teach at Lowerton High just screams out suspicious.

But it isn't that easy. They had a suspect in custody and just accusing Mr Van Banksy being the Colour Hoodlum would be hard to show prove. That's why they need a plan to catch him red handed for one final time.

"But everyone thinks Josh did this. How are we going to convince the public that he's innocent?" Monique says.

Kim has an idea pop inside her head, so does Paul.

"I think I know how." Kim says smiling.

"I've got an idea or two." Paul adds grinning too.

"I'm all ears." Kim says.

Paul was holding some papers. He went to the classroom which Mr Van Banksy was in. Miss Whisp's usual classroom.

'Knock Knock'

"Come in." A voice said from the other side of the close door.

Paul entered the room and saw Mr Van Banksy packing up his paperwork.

"Oh hey Paul. I was just about to leave. What can I help you with?" Mr Van Banksy says.

"Hey sir. I wanted to hand in this today." Paul says holding a stack of papers.

"Oh that's great. But I think it's best to give it in on Monday when's it due."

"Why's that?" Paul says.

"Well today's my last day at this school. Your teacher, Miss Whisp is coming back first thing Monday morning."

"She is?"

"Well they finally found the graffiti bandit today. So she can finally come back and teach." Mr Van Banksy says.

"Yeah... They did."

"Is everything alright?"

Showtime

"Yeah. It's just... I trusted Josh for such some time now, and he does this behind my back." Paul says.

"Well some friends aren't trustworthy as they seem to be. You see, they always have a motive. And they will never reveal it unless they are caught."

"You're right sir. I still can't believe he did this. I just want to go up to him and slap his face or put his head into the wall." Paul says as he gets a bit angry mentioning about Josh.

'He doesn't suspect a thing! What a oblivious moron!' Hugh Van Banksy says in his mind, keeping a normal expression.

"Now don't say anything that you won't regret later."

"I know, I know." Paul says.

Paul started to put the plan into motion.

"You know I always wondered something." Paul says.

"Wondered what?" Mr Van Banksy asked.

"Why didn't Josh go spray paint the concrete barrier at the dam up Middleton Lake."

"Concrete barrier?"

"Yeah. It's pretty big and you can do almost anything on that large space. Well, we'll never know." Paul says hoping he would take the bait.

"Well most professionals don't go overboard with those kind of stunts. The whole town is enough punishment. But the dam. Now that's down right disrespectful. The big middle finger to the whole town." Hugh Van Banksy says.

"Yeah. I still don't know why I was friends with that criminal. He even freaking spray painted my face."

"He did? That must have stung your eyes." The teacher says showing fake sympathy.

'These teens are so clueless!' Hugh Van Banksy thinks, mentally celebrating.

"Like pepper spray." Paul says.

"Painful stuff."

Both stand quietly before Paul speaks again.

"Well, I'll just give Ms. Whisp the project on Monday morning then. Mr Van Banksy, it was nice knowing you. Take care of yourself back in Lowerton and have a good weekend." Paul says as he is about to leave the room.

"You too. Take care now Paul."

Paul closes the door and after a few seconds Van Banksy starts to talk to himself.

"Oh this is just to e-e-easy! I'll just have to give Middleton one more encore before I leave town for good. This will be the biggest fuck you of all time. Then my vengeance will be completed and I won't even be the one taking the fall!" Hugh Van Banksy says sinisterly, before giving a small chuckle to himself.

Kim was waiting outside the school for Paul. He walks towards the redhead.

"Well. What did you reckon? He took the bait?" Kim asks curiously.

"Oh I reckon he's keen for one more go at graffitiing."

"So we stakeout outside the dam tonight?" Kim says.

"Yep. I have a suggestion, but you're not going to like it." Paul says.

"Well you haven't suggested a bad idea at all. Let me hear it."

TIME SKIP: 8 HOURS AT NIGHT

CURRENTLY 11:15PM

OUTSIDE THE DAM AT MIDDLETON LAKE

Tonight would be the 5th and hopefully final time Paul and Kim and.. hold that thought...

James Possible. Would be staking out to catch the Colourful Hoodlum.

Right now, all three of them were cooped up inside his car awaiting for the bandit to strike. Ensuring they are hidden in plain sight, the hid behind a few trees, with no engine and lights off.

In essence, if Josh was truly the bandit, which he isn't. No one would show up tonight, thus being a waste of time. But since Paul baited Hugh Van Banksy from his school about the huge dam in Middleton, that the graffiti bandit missed. If they were right, which they most likely are... The bandit would show up tonight and tag the dam, making a fool out of everyone in Middleton that the Colourful Hoodlum was still on the loose and in fact, Josh would be labelled as innocent. Or the town's law enforcement would think he's a magician or master criminal. To escape prison and do this.

So far Kim liked the plan, because it was a cold night tonight, but it meant that Paul and her dad would be in the same vehicle as each other. But both were actually talking and acting like good friends.

"I think you honestly made a good call Paul. Tonight's the coldest night. I don't think we could bear another night in the open." Kim says.

"Another cold night?" James says.

"Long story sir." Paul says.

"I've got time." James says with his arms crossed.

"Do you enjoy your car's new paint job sir?" Paul asks, trying to divert the question.

James didn't have a response. So he gave in.

"Point taken." He really didn't want to get his car full of graffiti again, but he was shifting his weight uncomfortably, within the car. "Oh, I knew I shouldn't have had two cups of coffee at home."

"You've had 2 within the past 2 hours just inside the car." Paul points out.

"Ouf. Can we go to a bathroom or the nearest gas station?" James asks the two teens.

"You've got hundreds of acres outside James." Paul says gesturing to the woods.

"I'm not going out there. My... thing will fall off." James says.

"Ew! TMI It's not even snowing dad! Plus we can't miss a chance if the Colourful Hoodlum strikes." Kim says covering her ears in disgust.

"TMI?" James says confused.

"It means 'Too Much Information'. Please James. Just this once. I don't think it's that cold for it to fall off." Paul says.

James sighs in defeat, "Alright. But at least keep a watch out while I go."

"Alrighty. That I can do. Kim keep your eyes peeled for any spray painting activity that goes on." Paul says to Kim.

"Way ahead of you Paul." Kim has her binoculars to her eyes.

Paul and James exited the vehicle quietly as Kim's dad went and done his business within the bushes.

After about a minute he finished and Paul handed him a wet wipe to wash his hands with.

"So remind me again, why are we out here near the Middleton dam?" James asks as he wipes his hands.

"We think that the Colourful Hoodlum is still on the loose and we baited him to come here tonight."

"So the one in the news today, was an imposter?" James asks.

"He was framed." Paul says.

"If he was framed, why did they arrest him?" James asks.

"Because the guy we think is the Colourful Hoodlum set up our school colleague to take the fall, while he announced today would be his last day of teaching at the school, before heading back to Lowerton, removing himself from the scene of the crime. And him being the guy that found out, who the bandit was, makes him to last person anyone would suspect."

"Wow. You guys have been doing your homework."

"That and our actually school homework too. We wouldn't want to fall behind in our work. Especially in the last week what we've endured." Paul says.

While James and Paul were talking to each other.

Kim spots something.

She notices a guy dressed in a yellow outfit. He had a harness and was holding some spray cans.

Kim gasped. She noticed that her dad and Paul were still talking outside.

"When you think about the basic principles of rocketry is quite simple actually. You have to control most materials that go into the rocket ship. Controlling the burn, the injection of the materials going inside it's tanks. Liquids, electrons. But mostly liquids to maximise the thrust of the spaceship." James explains to Paul.

"Like commercial airline planes, but on a much smaller scale and less energy, effort and power than a rocket ship. In reality, it's a in-fact a ticking time bomb." Paul says.

"(Chuckles) Exactly... Well that and they only need to get from point A to point B on land. While rocket ships need to go into space and back in one piece, that's why-"

Kim sighed in annoyance, she tried to get their attention as she knocked on the back of the car's window.

Both James and Paul stop talking to each other and saw this as Kim pointed towards the dam. Paul looked and saw a yellow figure on the dam.

"There's our yellow fellow." Paul says as he springs into action. So does Kim as she gets out of the car.

"Yellow fellow?" James says to himself as he pulls out a notepad and writes down on it. "That's a good one."

"Hey you! Stop desecrating this dam!" Kim shouts out.

The guy in the yellow outfit gasps. He was spray painting a mural of Mayor Middleman. It wasn't completed yet, but it looked like it was going to be a real ugly and negative look for him.

He knew he wouldn't complete it in time so he left it uncompleted and made a quick dash on top of the dam.

Kim used her hairdryer to reach the top of the dam.

He keeps on running as Kim reaches to the top of the dam and starts chasing him.

She almost got him but he skated down the reasonably steep dam concrete wall. Amazingly avoided falling off due to it's steepness. As Kim avoided falling off the edge.

"Damn it!" Kim says to herself.

It was now up to Paul.

He skated down the dam before he reached the end and started to flee the scene. Almost failing to notice the other teen running towards him.

He starts running as he gets on his skateboard, trying to build up speed on it. He was picking up speed as he jumps on the board, hoping to evade the teen for the third time.

Paul was keeping up the pace. But the bandit was gaining speed.

He goes through a set of bushes.

One of the bushes a white bunny pops up, as Paul eyes lit up like a deer about to get hit by a car.

"Bunny!" Paul yells out as he narrowly dodges the now frighten creature.

Not knowing the condition of the bunny. The Colour Hoodlum was getting away and Paul knew this was their last chance before he disappeared for good and wouldn't have a case to build around him anymore.

Using drastic measures, Paul pulls out something from his suit pocket.

"Oh no you don't!" Paul says as he pulls out a gun. Similar to what he used when he shot at Professor Dementor's test tube. He shoots a rubber bullet towards the wheels of the skateboard.

He hits the wheel, knocking it off the board.

Bullseye!

The board starts to shift left and right, he begins to lose control of the board and he end up flying off the board.

He hits the floor hard going shoulder first into the turf. He looked like he was in pain and looked like he wasn't going to get up any time soon after the speed he was travelling.

Paul caught up to him and was now face to face for the second time.

It appeared to be that he wasn't wearing any protective gear. Meaning he was definitely hurt.

He looked like he couldn't move at all and this was Paul's chance.

"Now to see who the real culprit is." Paul says as he reaches to remove his yellow mask.

"NO!" The guy says as Paul removes his mask.

...

..

.

It was revealed to be...

Hugh Van Banksy!

"Just like I knew it was." Paul says as he throws the yellow mask down onto the floor.

"Knew? You were completely clueless back at school!"

"Then why are we out here tonight? It was a bait!" Paul states as Kim arrives to the scene.

"Bait?"

"That's right Mr Van Banksy. You fell right into our trap." Kim says.

"Trap?"

"(Stammers) Don't keep acting surprised. You set up Josh to take the fall because no one would believe a teacher and a guy who finds the culprit, with the evidence found within his locker. Only Josh knowing the combo to his locker, it had to be within our school."

Mr Van Banksy was sweating a bit, bit he lets out a sigh of defeat. He knew that the teens had caught him out.

"Fine! I admit it! I wanted revenge for what happened to me in high school all those years ago." Hugh says.

Both teens raise their eyebrows curiously. This guy wanted revenge?

Hugh releases a sigh and begin to explain, "When I was younger. I went to Lowerton High School. I wasn't the most popular kid back in high school. It was the night of the annual Middleton and Lowerton football match. It was a fierce rivalry. I went there for the sake of it. So the jocks from the Middleton Football Team, smeared me in paint and then they proceed to drag me across to a tank filled with paint. I was drenched in white paint for days! I had to throw away my clothes from that night. My hair was white for weeks! People called me Skinny Eminem! Then I had enough and shaved all my hair off... When I finished high school, I changed my appearance, went to Holland for a few years, studied over there and started to plan my revenge on Middleton for what they did to me that night. I discreated their houses, public property, possessions, buildings and everything that was Middleton. It was all worth it..." Hugh finishes. The man was very emotional about brining up his past.

This guy was bullied, which then lead to him wanting revenge for all these years? Talk about the time and patience to pull this stunt off. But he's pissed in way too many cups now and he's been caught. He would eventually have to pay the price for all of his work. And it wasn't just a single building, but a whole freaking town!

"Gee Mr Van Banksy. I had no idea that happened to you. I'm sorry you had to go through that." Paul says.

"I bet you are!" Hugh says with an aggressive tone. He snapped upon hearing that.

Paul was taken back at his town.

"Woah sir. You don't have to get so shitty with me."

"Shitty with you? All you two did was tried to stop me at every given chance! I would have been gone for good if it wasn't for my greed. So hence I fucked myself over tonight... And that means... I'm going to be servilely prosecuted am I?" He slowly begins to process his fate.

"Afraid so. Come on. Let's take him away." Kim says, as Paul and Kim pick him up and put zip ties on his wrists. He hung his head in defeat. He was almost home free.

Tonight was meant to be a celebration for Van Banksy, but his greed for revenge got him exposed by Team Possible. Now he awaits further clarification in regards to his sentencing and punishment.

James Possible approaches the two teens with a cup of coffee in his hands.

"I'm guessing to the police station now?" James asks as both teens nod.

"So let me get this straight. You admit that you graffitied the whole town of Middleton as a revenge plot, all because of what happened when you came into our town during the annual Middleton and Lowerton football game 7 years ago?"

"Yes! I was an art student and was humiliated that night! I waited for years to get revenge. So I went through puberty, got a haircut and created my sneaky craft of graffiti. And I would have gotten away if it wasn't for these two never-ending teens! Like don't you guys have anything better to do? Like kiss each other or something. Take each other on dates?"

Both teens blush at this. Paul answered on their behalf.

"What can I say? We don't want any person destroying or giving our town a bad name."

"Well said. Team Possible, I'm sorry I ever doubted you. As for you. I have a fitting punishment for you." Mr Middleman says grinning at Hugh Van Banksy.

About an hour later Josh was set free from the police station. He reunited with both of his parents, knowing he was innocent to begin with, before hugging Monique.

Kim and Paul were there as well to greet him on his freedom.

"Thanks guys. I would have never gotten out if it wasn't for your extensive work to capture the real culprit." Josh says. As he thanks Paul and Kim.

"No problemo man. We knew you're were innocent." Paul says. Kim looked a bit guilty because she named him a suspect in the early parts of their investigation.

"So you guys want to grab some lunch? It's my shout for what you two did." Josh says to the trio.

"I'm down." Monique says.

"No actually. We have something that we want to do." Kim says.

"Some justice for our days of investigating day and night." Paul continues.

"Oh. And what would that be?" Monique says a bit playfully.

"Oh.. It's a secret." Paul says and both teens walk off laughing.

Josh and Monique stare at them as they walk off. Monique spoke up first.

"I swear, those two will kiss before the end of the school year." Monique says to her boyfriend.

"I reckon before the end of the year." Josh states.

Later that same day

It was a bright beautiful Saturday afternoon. Everyone was enjoying the sunshine and the weekend.

All except for one guy.

Hugh Van Banksy.

Who was busy removing all the graffiti from the wall inside the town centre of Middleton. He had a lot of cleaning up to do. It would probably take weeks to clean up his work.

And our two teen heroes are watching him remove it all, as they sit and relax on their lawn chairs, sipping on their drinks. A few hard days of work deserved some relaxation.

"You know. It feels great to catch the guy that did this. Watching him remove his hard work as punishment. And drink some lemonade on this glorious Saturday! It makes up for the late nights trying to catch him." Paul says leaning back on his chair, talking to Kim.

"It certainly does Paul." Kim says, as she takes a sip of her drink.

Hugh swipes his forehead as he begins to sweat from the hard work of removing the graffiti. He turns around towards the teens.

"Hey, do you think I can take a break now? The sun is getting pretty hot." Hugh complains.

Both teens look at each other before answering.

"Nah" Both teens say as they laugh.

Hugh groans, before continuing to work of the removal job.

They had to sacrifice their sleep for a few nights to catch him. It's all worthwhile for his punishment to remove all the graffiti he painted in the first place.

Looks like Team Possible aced the private investigation part of their checklist of missions.

Meanwhile

Just outside of a prison in the Bahamas

It was dark outside the Bahamas. Rain was pouring, as there was two pipes leading towards outside of the prison.

Two certain villains were coming out of the sewerage pipe.

"Come one Shego! We're almost home free!" Drakken says as he tries to push Shego out of the thin sewerage pipe.

Both villains were wearing orange jumpsuits. As Shego was wearing a bandage around her ankle after the injury she received from Paul earlier this month.

"I'm trying! Stop pushing my butt!" Shego says out loud.

Eventually Shego reaches the hole at the end of the tunnel and went head first into the water.

Both escaped out of the prison, Shego gets up and notices a second pipe next to the one they got out of. It was a clean pipe next towards the sewerage pipe.

"Oh you've got to be freaking kidding me!" Shego exclaims loudly, as Drakken hits the river head first, before standing up.

"What?" Drakken says.

"There was a clean water pipe next to us!" Shego says angrily.

"Now now Shego. Clean water pipe or not. Be grateful we got out. Now we have to get back home and get revenge on that Kim Possible and her sidekick Paul! Then nothing will stop us froom conquering the world (Haha)" Drakken says.

"Did you just say the sidekicks name?" Shego says a bit staggered that he remembered his name. Before, he didn't even bother getting Ron's name right. Only referring him to as, 'The Buffoon'. She too wanted to get even with Kim's partner, but it wouldn't happen until Drakken revealed his next plan, which Kim Possible will be aware about and stop them.

"NO!" Drakken yells. Shego quickly covers his mouth.

'WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'

The prison's sirens go off. Meaning that they are aware of their escape

"You want us to go back to prison." Shego whispers still covering his mouth.

He nods slowly.

"Then shut it. We still need to escape. We're not out of the blue yet." Shego says as the continue to escape. Both run into the woods. They would soon enough have guards all over them.

"We've got two escapees!" The prison speaker announces as prison guards are trying to find Dr Drakken and Shego.

"Can't (Huffing and Puffing) run. Need (Huffing and Puffing) water." Drakken says getting tired after running for a few hundred meters.

"And you didn't think to get it from that clean water pipe?" Shego says.

"You told me to shut it!" Drakken says.

Shego sighs as they continue to invade the guards.

Author Notes:

I just want to give a quick tribute to Voice Actor 'Tom Kane'. If you don't know him, he voiced many cartoon characters, been in countless amount of films and tv shows for decades. Like Darwin Thornberry from The Wild Thornberrys, Professor Utonium from The Powerpuff Girls, Yoda from Star Wars (TV Shows). Even voicing Lord Montgomery Fiske, AKA Monkey Fist from Kim Possible and many other voicing talents he's produced since 1982. Now if you weren't aware, last year he suffered a stroke in November, which unfortunately left him with a weakness on the right side of his body and damage to his speaking, writing, and reading abilities. Many thought he would be forced to retire voice acting. In September 2021, his daughter Sam confirmed that he had officially retired from voice acting. Most of us have been hearing his iconic voice for many years now and I wish him all the best for himself, his health and his family which includes 9 kids and his wife of 40+ years, Cindy. Thanks for the memories Tom. You'll be dearly missed in the voice acting world.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter. See you in 10 days time! Until then.. Take Care!
