"Doctor Carter?" Nurse Sally called out. "Doctor Carter, we need you."

She ran down the halls with someone as the lights constantly flickered each time it thundered. The person she was with was a man who was feeling nervous. The man looked out the windows to his left. It was stormy, and the waves grew violent.

"Hey, are you sure you're a doctor," he asked.

"Of course, I'm not a doctor," she replied. "I'm a nurse. There's a difference."

He adjusted his glasses. "Are you even qualified? Your outfit looks like one of those slutty Halloween costumes."

"Excuse me, Mister Fairfield, but that is very insulting. Doctor Carter!"

The lights went out, and Dwight heard a burst of sinister laughter. A door to their right was kicked open, making him jump slightly. Once his head appeared, he looked slightly menacing.

"Mister Fairfield," he said, "don't you dare disrespect Nurse Sally!"

Then it thundered, and Dwight saw Carter's face change for a few seconds with a strange metallic device that kept his eyes and mouth open. Dwight blinked twice, and then Carter was back to normal.

"Mister Fairfield," he said, snapping his fingers, "apologize."

Dwight looked at the nurse. Lightning struck once again, making the nurse look scary. Instead of a pretty face with red lipstick and a very exposing dress, she had a bag covering her head, and her nurse's outfit looked old-fashioned. He blinked, and she was back to normal.

"S-sorry."

The nurse giggled and gave his back a big slap. "Don't worry about it. I'm not sensitive. Herman here calls me all sorts of filthy things, don't you, baby?"

"God damn, Nurse Sally," the doctor said. "I can't stop thinking about last night."

Dwight frowned, feeling uncomfortable. "Can you please check what's wrong with me? I just want to go home."

"Very well," Doctor Carter said, "right this way. Just step inside."

Dwight stepped inside the room. There was hardly anything there except for the examination table and some tools on the bloody counter in the corner. The floors weren't examples of cleanliness either. The brown spots on the floor might be blood, but he wasn't sure what the green spots were.

He sat at the examination table, watching Doctor Carter searching for his medical tools. The doctor then walked towards him with something in his hands. Dwight focused on what he was holding, and it was a stick that doctors shove down your throat.

"I don't have a sore throat," he protested.

"Open wide," the doctor said, forcing open his mouth and then shoving the stick.

Dwight coughed up a storm after the stick was removed.

"What the hell?"

"Hold on, this is worse than I thought. Nurse, hold him down."

The nurse did as she was told. Dwight lay on the examination table, trying to fight back and shouting. "What the hell is going on?"

"Relax, babe," the nurse replied. "The doctor is going to fix you up."

"Sally, move your fat tits out of the way. Say ah!"

Dwight screamed as the doctor used the pliers to remove his molars. His mouth was bloody, and he wouldn't stop sobbing. Eventually, he passed out.

Dwight awoke from the table, looking at the nurse and doctor smiling wide.

"Mister Fairfield," the doctor called out, "awake at last. Here is your fee."

He fell off the examination table. The doctor placed the fee on his forehead.

"$5,000! This is outrageous! This is theft!" Dwight argued. "And you didn't even ask what was wrong with me. I have a headache, and I can't stop pooping in the mornings."

"You need to stop drinking coffee," Nurse Sally said. "The doctor and I could smell your coffee breath from a mile away. What the doctor did was remove any teeth with cavities."

"That's right! Coffee is acidic and can weaken your enamel," he explained. "I removed your teeth that were decaying. You're welcome, by the way."

Dwight was still unhappy. "Gee, thanks. Maybe I should've gone to a dentist instead."

He left the examination room, stomping on the way out.

"You think we did something wrong?" Nurse Sally asked.

"No, he's just mad because he has a caffeine addiction. It's his fault."

Soon afterward, both Nurse Sally and Doctor Carter were fired.
