(Scott POV)
When I woke up. Chloe and Clara was asleep against me as I managed to get clear of them without waking them. As I got ready and checked on them again stay asleep cuddled up together, Funny. I never thought this would have happened to me. But It doesn't matter anymore. I got my girl's, Kes. Who knows what is going to come next. As I headed out and up to the bridge as I ran into Kes.
"Hey," Kes said.
"Hey," I said.
"You doing anything later," Kes said.
"No, My place, Dinner tonight," I said.
"Sure," Kes said.
As the Turbolift stopped at the deck we were on.
"See you later," I said.
"See you then," Kes said as I got into the Turbolift.
"Bridge," I said.
As I got to the Bridge.
"What our status," I said.
"We're holding at warp 6.2, Still on course," Chakotay said.
"Good," I said.
"Oh the Doctor sent this to get to you," Chakotay said passing a datapad.
"Anything else," I said.
"We've completed long range scans, If we maintain our present course, we'll enter a region of Heavy tetryon radiation within 2 days," Chakotay said.
"What's the alternative?" I said.
"A 3 month detour," Chakotay said.
"Tuvok, enhance the shields, Lt. Hold out course, Harry, continue your scans," I said.
"Yes sir," Harry said.
"Let's access everything known about tetryon radiation I want to take every precaution," I said. "Check with the Doc see if he can do anything too,"
"This is strange, I'm picking up spatial fluctuations," Harry said. "They're coming from the Bridge,"
"Source," Chakotay said.
"I'm not sure, but they're highly localized," Harry said. "With modulating phase variants, It looks like some kind of cloaking technology,"
"All stop. Intruder alert," I said. As klaxons went red. "Seal off the bridge. Find it,"
"Bridge to Security, Security team to the bridge," Chakotay said.
"I've erected a level 10 containment field around the bridge, Captain," Tuvok said.
"Scanning on all subspace frequencies," Harry said. "I'm picking up 2 lifeforms,"
"Localize them," Chakotay said.
"Mission OPs 1," Harry said.
"Phasers on stun," I said. "Show yourselves,"
"Captain the lifeforms left the bridge," Harry said.
"Where are they," I said.
"They're not on Deck 2 Section 13. Mess hall," Harry said.
"Seal off the Deck," Chakotay said.
"Chakotay," I said passing him my phaser.
"Deck 2 sealed, Security team to the mess hall," Tuvok said.
"Captain I've analysed those spatial phase variants," Harry said.
"Bridge to Chakotay," I said.
"Go ahead," Chakotay said.
"Adjust phasers to a dispersion frequency of 1.85 gigahertz, that should disrupt their cloaking technology," I said.
"Acknowledged," Chakotay said.
"Tuvok to Bridge," Tuvok said.
"Go ahead," I said.
"We managed to stop one of them but the other one has got away with Commander Chakotay," Tuvok said.
"Take it to sickbay, I'll meet you there," I said. "Bridge to Cornwell,"
"Go ahead," Kat said.
"Kat, I need you on the Bridge, I'll fill you in later," I said.
"On my way," Kat said.
"Harry you got the bridge till she here," I said.
"Aye Captain," Harry said.
As I headed down to Sickbay and headed in.
"I'll run a microcellular scan," Kes said.
"Begin a DNA analysis as well," Doc said. "I'd like to know more about his molecular physiology,"
"A Belated welcome aboard, I'm Captain McCall, Now, Who are you and what have you done with my first officer," I said. "You must have a ship, Is it cloaked, We're not going to hunt you, We just want to know why you, Doc,"
"His heart rate and body temperature have dropped, His metabolism is almost completely shut down," Doc said.
"Is he dying," Tuvok said.
"Doubt it, Looks more like a defence mechanism," I said.
"I agree with the Captain on this one. His autonomic nervous system is still fully functional, It looks like a protective Hibernation," Doc said.
"Treat his injuries, then see if you can revive him," I said. "Tuvok, Examine his technology, I want to know what we're up against,"

After a few I was back in Sickbay.
"What you got," I said. "It sounded urgent,"
"With good reason, I've analyzed the alien's DNA, There are 47 genetic markers identical to those found in human DNA," Doc said.
"That's more than coincidence," I said.
"I thought so too," Doc said. "I ran a search for those markers in Earth's paleontological database, Take a look at this,"
"Incredible," I said.
"That's one way of putting it," Doc said.
"It says here that those markers appeared in hundreds of Earth Species, dating back 10 millions of. No, Their species evolved on Earth," I said.
"Apparently so," Doc said. "And from the looks of it, you and he are distant cousins,"
"I wonder how distant," I said. "Transfer yourself to Holodeck 2, I think it's time we took a stroll through primeval history,"
As I got down there.
"I've entered the genetic markers into the holo database," Doc said.
"Let's see if we can find our closet relative," I said. "Computer analyze the genetic markers and search Earth's fossil record, "Identify any ancestors common to both humans and the alien in sickbay,"
"Life form found," Computer said.
"Display," I said.
"Genus eryops," Computer said. "Devonian Era,"
"Eryops," Doc said. "This creature lived over 400 million years ago and is thought to be the last common ancestor of cold blooded and warm blooded organisms,"
"Yes, Lets take the next step in our little stroll," I said. "Computer, what's the most highly evolved cold blooded organism to develop from the eryops,"
"Genus hadrosaur, Cretaceous Era," Computer said.
"Display the lifeform," I said. "As I recall, the hadrosaur Vanished when a mass extinction occurred at the end of the Cretaceous Period, What if they didn't die off, What if some of them survived that extinction and continued to evolve,"
"I could well imagine this creature giving rise to a more complex life form, Certainly the building blocks are there, Bipedal, grasping hands," Doc said.
"Computer, Run a genome projection algorithm If the hadrosaur had continued to evolve over the last 65 million years, Extrapolate the most probable appearance," I said.
"Extrapolation complete," Computer said.
"Display life form," I said.
"That creature napping in sickbay is a dinosaur," Doc said.
"The question is why have we never seen him in the natural history museums," I said.

After a bit I was on the Bridge.
As we rumbling
"Harry," I said.
"I'm reading a massive spatial displacement dead ahead," Harry said.
"Red alert," I said. As the Klaxons went red.
"We're being probed," Harry said.
"Shields to Maximum, standby weapons," I said. "Hail them,"
"No response," Harry said. "They're locking onto the ship with an energy beam, It's cutting right through our shields, It's some sort of Transporter,"
"Report," I said.
"We've been beamed inside the alien vessel," Harry said.
"We're losing power," I said. "Switch to auxiliary,"
"I'm locked out of command control," Harry said. "I can't even get the ZPM Online, All system are shutting down,"
"Arm yourselves," I said.
As Harry tried to get systems back online.
"I can't get a single relay back online," Harry said. "Somehow they've locked us out of all primary systems,"
"Let's get down to Engineering, We can access the manual override from there," I said as 2 of them showed up.
"Your vessel is under our control," He said.
As Myself and him went into my ready room.
"We're looking for 2 of our own kind," He said. "One was found in your medical bay, Where is the other?"
"I don't know," I said. "He took my first officer and disappeared,"
"Our scan indicate that your ship is alone," He said. "Where do you come from,"
"If you want my cooperation, I suggest you release my vessel," I said.
"You are non indigenous beings, You have no rights under Doctrine," He said. "Where do you come from?"
"Apparently we're from the same place you are, Earth," I said.
"I see that Gegen has begun spreading his lies," He said.
"Funny, Cause we discovered that after he took my first office. And ran a Genome analyse of the one in sickbay, Even our main computer confirms it," I said. As My door opens and the other brought my daughters here. "Clara, Chloe," As they got over to me and hugged me. "You better not of hurt them or I swear I will kill you,"
"Paris to McCall," Tom said. "Captain if you can hear me I've got Weapons control and I've armed a full spread of Torpedoes,"
"Who's that?" he said.
"My Helmsman, Sounds like he's about to blast a hole in the side of your ship, Lt Paris Fire," I said. "You might want to hold on to something,"
"Paris to McCall," Tom said.
"Go ahead," I said.
"Captain someone on the alien vessel detected my launch sequence, I don't know how they did it, but I'm completely locked out," Tom said.
"Nice try, Tom," I said.
"Haluk to command, The Voyager's Captain is proving uncooperative, I request an interrogation surgeon to assist with the," Haluk said.
"That won't be necessary, Gegen is in custody," Some one said. "Remain on the Voyager and wait for further instructions,"
"Sounds like you got your own hands full," I said as I brought my kids over to the sofa. "Coffee Black," As the Replicator responded. Making it. then sat down with my girls. Drinking it.

After a while, Chakotay was finally returned to us and they released our vessel and Took off left another ship, Which I guessed what Gegen's ship.
Chakotay was over saying goodbye as Gegen risked his career and his work to release us. We are just waiting on Chakotay's signal to beam back. As My girl's were finally back in our quarters.
"Chakotay to Voyager, Energize," Chakotay said.
"Got him Captain," Harry said.
"Tom Resume course for home Maximum warp," I said.
"Yes sir," Tom said.
