Chapter 6, A Break Day and Getting Rich?!

Kingdom of Ingrassia, 24 Hours After Returning

His eyes slowly opened, the Hunter was laying on his bed sideways facing the wall. He turned the other way to look at his small room, he could see the light from the morning sun shine through the red covers over his window.

"Morning." His best friend materialized and greeted him. "Damnit.." Sivert sat up, his hair a mess and in the midst of waking up he had a small headache. "Rude." Aria turned around and looked away.

"Sorry, Good morning." She turned back around to face him. "Apology accepted." Sivert smiled softly at her, he rubbed his right hand through his hair to fix it. The Young wolf yawned.

"I slept like a Titan didn't I?" he asked her, "Yep, a whole day in fact." Aria answered. He yawned once again and removed the blanket off of him. Sivert slowly got off his bed and stretched. He felt immense pleasure from stretching, "Oh.. that's it" he smiled in satisfaction.

Ever since he returned and claimed his large reward the Hunter didn't do anything else but sleep for a whole day. He was extremely exhausted even if he already slept. The journey from Ingrassia to Hells Mountains was long enough but when you fight a powerful foe who impaled you twice it's much more exhausting.

"Alright let's head to the guild." Sivert walked over to his wooden closet to grab his armor. He opened the two wooden doors, then he realized. His armor was in ruins, the cape had a large whole in the back of it from when he got impaled. The front end of the chest armor was shattered. Along with the gauntlets and other pieces of his armor destroyed.

"Remember what you promised yesterday before you slept? We're going to have a break day, by spending some money and relaxing. You can check out those blacksmiths as well, maybe put in a order for new armor." Aria said while floating around him.

"Yeah.. I know." Sivert quietly pouted. "Plus, you need to live a little. Have some fun! You've done enough for your first year here." That was the thing though. He didn't know how to 'live a little'.

"Hell maybe even buy some new clothes, you have a lot of money Sivert." Aria told him. He nodded with a small smile on his face. "Alright, let me get dressed. Also your wrong I don't have a lot of money." Aria did not just believe what she heard.

Oh how she was about to prove him wrong while he got dressed. "You have approximately, Thirty Stellar Gold Coins, Five hundred and Fifty Seven Gold Coins, Two thousand and Seventy six Silver Coins along with Ten Thousand Bronze coins."

Aria floated over to his bed and down under it. She struggled a little but she managed to push out a large black case from underneath. "Open it and prove me wrong." She said with a lot confidence in her voice.

Sivert finished dressing up, he wore a black T-shirt with his black and red Lucky Pants (Since that's his exotic) and black boots.

He Holstered his Ace and walked over to the case Aria pushed out. He crouched down and opened it, the coins inside shined as he counted them.

"Wow.. you are right." Sivert was pretty much rich! Of course there were richer people then him but he still had a tone of money. He grabbed a small black pouch from underneath his bed and grabbed the gold coins along with stellar coins. Placing them in the pouch, he also grabbed a few Silver coins just in case.

He tied the pouch up and closed the case back up, hiding it back under the bed. Sivert stood up and walked over to window of his room, Aria dematerialized as he did. He opened the window and climbed out, closing the window before jumping down and landing silently on the stone ground.

Morning Streets

The Hunter walked through the courtyard of the Academy and out to the streets. Since it was still morning there wasn't many citizens out. Meaning he wouldn't bump into people every five seconds!

He looked at the many shops, he passed. Sadly most of them weren't open, so he decided to go grab a breakfast meal at a Restaurant. As he walked down the streets he noticed there were a lot of kids in school uniforms walking on the side of the streets, they carried bags on them. "Woah.." they stopped and stared at Sivert.

"It's a Champion, Sivert The Monster Slayer." One of them said, Sivert stopped walking and turned to face them. Their faces were full of admiration and awe, he smiled and waved at them.

"He waved at us!" some of the female students became blushing messes. Ever since Sivert first removed his helmet in the guild a few months back. Many of the Adventurers would spread rumors of him being a handsome charming man. The Hunter only ignored it since he didn't really see himself as handsome. If anything he didn't care much about his looks. He continued walking and they continued staring, Sivert received many looks from other citizens as well. Mostly females.

"Wow, you could really get a girlfriend." Aria whispered, she was surprised herself from the looks he received. Never has he received looks like this back in the last city, well he did keep his helmet on most of the time. "A girlfriend? Pfft." Sivert rolled his eyes. "I'm serious. Why not look for one?" Aria asked out of curiosity.

"I'm Immortal.." Sivert whispered back. "Don't use that as an excuse, just move on to the next girl you like. There's plenty of them out in the world for you to have fun with." He sighed, Aria wasn't going to let this go.

It's how his ghost was unless he proved a good point she wouldn't stop, "I'm still not interested. It's a big liability. You yourself even know it." Now his words silenced Aria. It was true, having a lover would add another thing for him to worry about. Which would be problematic.

"But.. what's wrong with just a small relationship?" She asked. Sivert only chuckled, not answering her question. "I'm serious. I don't want you to be alone forever. You deserve a partner."

Finally he decided to answer. "I'm not alone. I have you. Or do you plan on leaving me?" Aria didn't expect that.. "No! Of course not! I'm your ghost. We've been through everything together and will until the dawn of time." Sivert smiled.

"Then there's nothing to worry about." Aria stayed silent, she had no idea how to feel about this was he really going to avoid a partner and stick with her? "Here we are." Sivert mumbled. The Hunter stopped in front of a small building with wooden doors.

He entered the building, inside were a few other people looking to get breakfast just like him. "Hello, allow me to seat you somewhere." A waitress with short brown hair walked up to him. Sivert nodded and followed her as she led him to a table by a window.

"Do not be afraid to let me know when your ready to order." She placed the menu on the table in front of him. "Thank you." He sat down on a wooden chair and looked through the menu.

The interior of the restaurant was old fashioned. With wooden floors and ceilings there were large candles on shelves to shed light. It was also very clean and nice. He continued to look through the menu, deciding on what to pick.

"I think I'll just go with some eggs and bacon." He whispered, it was common sure but he liked it. He leaned back on his chair and held up his hand. The waitress from earlier jogged back over to him. He decided pretty quickly..

"Have you decided on your order, Sir?" she asked, "Just some scrambled eggs and bacon." Sivert told her, the waitress bowed and grabbed his menu. "I'll have it right away, would you also like a water with that?"

He nodded, "Very well." She walked away leaving him to wait in peace. The Hunter looked out the window next to him, the streets were getting busier and busier as the slowly sun rose. It's only been close to a Year since Sivert arrived here, he's gotten stronger. He's surpassed his teacher in the matter of two weeks. "Speaking of.." Sivert couldn't help but wonder where Shizue is.

He hasn't seen her a lot ever since he defeated the Greater Demon a month ago. If anything it seemed as she was trying to stay away from him, Sivert only hoped he didn't do anything wrong to cause her to act like that.

After a few minutes of waiting the waitress came back with his breakfast and placed it on the table along with a fork and knife. "Enjoy." She said before walking away. Sivert grabbed the fork, and began to eat slowly in peace.

Enjoying the taste of his scrambled eggs. It's been a while since he had a meal like this, he mostly ate small fruits and vegetables. Shizue would always scold him about that, telling him that he doesn't eat enough.. Sivert continued to eat peacefully for quite some time until he finished his food. The Hunter wiped his mouth with a napkin before paying for his meal. "Thank you." He tossed the Waitress a gold coin who caught it. Her eyes widened at the sight!

This was the biggest Tip she's every received!

Outside

Sivert walked back onto the busy streets, and just as he feared.. a lot of people began bumping into him. Which he really hated, even if it was by accident. "?" Sivert stopped walking, something caught the Hunter's eye.

It was a white sign with a green outline, "A House for sale.." he whispered. Sivert always thought about buying a house for himself and Aria. So he can research on things without making a lot of noise. It also looked like this house was in an escalated area on the outer side of the kingdom, close to the walls.

At least that's what he guessed since the sign was next to stone pathway that led into a small forest far towards the kingdom's walls. He decided to check it out. Sivert walked down the pathway, it felt great to get away from the crowded streets. Any longer and he might've shot someone..

After a few minutes of admiring the beautiful trees he walked past. Sivert spotted a black gate with 3 meter white stone walls next to it. "Woah.. is this really a house?" He wasn't looking to buy a whole castle! He arrived at the gate and looked through the small cracks.

He could see a large white mansion surrounded by beautiful gardens with a fountain in the middle of the courtyard. "Oh.. it's." Sivert loved it! It was perfect! Now he just wondered how much it cost. Sivert looked around for any signs, or at least a seller. There was no one in sight. "Hm." The Hunter didn't want to jump over the wall cause then he'd be trespassing. So he decided to wait around hoping that someone would appear.

30 Minutes Later of Waiting Patiently

After half an hour of waiting around, Sivert could hear the sound of horse hoofs. He looked down the road that led to this mansion and spotted a fancy wagon coming his way. It was scarlet red with gold lines around the doors and roof. It looked familiar to the hunter for some reason, The wagon stopped in front of Sivert.

The driver looked down at Sivert, the Hunter swore he recognized the driver! Before the two could say anything the door to the wagon opened and a middle aged man in a fancy black suit ran out. "Who are you!" they shouted at Sivert. Surprising him.

"I'm Sivert.. I was looking to buy this home." He pointed at the black gate that stood between him and potentially a new home. The man laughed historically, "A Commoner like you? Hah! Get out of here now before I have you arrested for trespassing."

The man shouted, Sivert was a little taken back from the threat. As much as he wanted the house, he did not want to get put behind bars. "Alright.." He began to walk away and quietly pout.

"Halt!" Another man shouted at Sivert. The Hunter turned around to spot an old man step out the wagon, he was wearing an even fancier suit. Sivert's eyes widened, he also recognized this man!

"The Champion Sivert, it has been quite some time." The old man walked up to Sivert while smiling. "Sir, Lockwood. It has, how is your family?" Sivert bowed and asked.

"Safe and doing just fine. I still cannot thank you enough for protecting us all those times, even the time when you gave us the head of a Fire Dragon as a gift." Lockwood placed a hand on Sivert's shoulder. "Say, what are you doing on this fine hour?"

Sivert scratched the back of his head in slight embarrassment. "I was hoping to purchase this house but I was told to leave.."

Lockwood smile's grew larger, "What a coincidence. I was also planning to purchase this nice estate." He turned around to look at the man who told Sivert to leave. "Though I do not understand why he told you to leave."

The man panicked and walked up to Lockwood. "Sir, Lockwood. This man is just a filthy Commoner. Look at his clothes, the only thing that saves him from his own humiliation is his appearance."

He pointed at Sivert, the smile on Lockwood's face vanished in an instant. "How dare you! Sir Sivert is a good friend of mine he saved my family's life so many times and I cannot thank him enough! Yet you dare insult him!" He shouted at the man.

"Wha-" the man was speechless. "He is a True Hero! I will not tolerate your attitude. Charles! Prepare to write a message to Prince Elric about this sellers attitude. He is the one who recommended him after all." Lockwood shouted at the wagon driver.

"Yes, my Lord." The driver took out a piece of paper. "Wait! Please I cannot lose my job! I will do anything." The man kneeled before Lockwood. "Then you will apologize to Sir, Sivert."

The man nodded, "Please forgive me for my previous words. You are indeed a handsome individual who deserves nothing but respect." He walked up and kneeled before Sivert, giving the hunter uncomfortable vibes.

"Uh, Apology accepted." Sivert backed away from the kneeling man before he tried anything else like kissing his boots. "Good, now Sivert. Allow me to purchase this estate just for you." The area went quiet. No one spoke, due to the unbelievable words they just heard.

"Pardon?" Sivert asked, "Allow me to purchase this Estate for you. It is a wonderful place I've been looking into for a few months now. It even has its own bath which is very rare among homes." Lockwood said with the smile from earlier returning.

"Wait, that's not necessary. I would rather purchase this myself if I could." Sivert held up both his hands towards Lockwood, shaking them. "To late, I've made up my mind. I would rather see you living in this wonderful Estate instead of some filthy apartment."

He laughed and grabbed the kneeling man before Sivert by the arm, lifting them. "Now, give him the documents and I will pay." Lockwood told the seller. "Ah, yes!" the seller ran back to the wagon and entered the back seats.

He came back out with a few books and papers. Sivert would continue to protest but this man Lockwood never goes back on his words.

The Hunter knows that from experience, Lockwood is a very wealthy noble among the Kingdom of Ingrassia.

The old man hired Sivert many times after hearing about him, it's also the reason why Sivert has been getting paid gold or even Stellar gold coins when usually an adventurer like him would get paid silver.

One time Sivert was hired to escort Lockwood's family through the Jura Forest to get a good look at the monsters for studying.

It was a very easy job, but when a Fire Dragon came down from the skies and attacked it made things a little difficult, he got the family to a safe area and had to shoot the Dragon down with his golden gun. He let Lockwood and his family keep it's head as a memory of the amazing moment as they watched a Hero slay a dragon.

"Here you are Sir, if I may get your First name and Family name." The seller handed Sivert the ownership documents, there was a problem though! Sivert didn't have a family name.. and it seemed as it was a requirement. He needed one..

Quickly thinking he came up with one, "It's Light, Sivert." He said with a fake smile on his face, hoping they don't see through it. "Ahh what a wonderful name Sir, Light. Just sign these right here." The seller told him while handing the Hunter a pen.

Sivert grabbed the pen he also handed him and began filling out the requirements. Some were just simple requirements like if the Hunter was married or if he was planning on living here for more than 50 years. Which he marked all yes, except the married box.

After a few minutes he filled out the other papers, "Done." Sivert handed the papers back to the seller. "Yes, now just for the.. payment." The seller said nervously. Lockwood handed the seller a small brown pouch full of Stellar Gold Coins. The seller was amazed!

"Congratulations on your purchase, Sir Light." The Seller bowed before Sivert who chuckled nervously. "Oh and Charles did we bring the chest? I remember asking to bring it with if we ever saw Sir, Light here." Lockwood asked the wagon driver.

"Yes my Lord. It is in the back, would you like me to grab it?" Lockwood nodded. "Of course, I've been wanting to give this to my Hero for months now!" those words made Sivert more nervous.

Charles grabbed a large brown chest from the back of the wagon. Sivert was surprised the old man could carry that large of a chest. Charles placed the chest in front of the Hunter. "Here is the full reward I promised you those months ago." Lockwood opened the chest.

The contents captured the minds of Sivert and the Seller, who fainted next to him from extreme shock. "Ten Thousand Stellar Gold Coins, with an extra five hundred thousand Gold coins!" Lockwood shouted with a bright smile.

Sivert couldn't move.. he couldn't even process this in his mind. It took all his strength just to try and speak. "Uh- Um- Y- You said.. Ten Thousand Stellar coins?" the Hunter stuttered as he spoke.

This was unbelievable! No wonder the Seller next to him collapsed! This was to much! Only a mad man would give this much money away!

"Yes, from my very own vault. It is a gift to you, who knows what would happen if you weren't there to save my family." Aria herself couldn't believe it! Might as well count Sivert a noble with this much money!

"Wait.. you must be joking. I can't accept this. Besides I was only doing my job as an adventurer." Sivert backed away from the chest, "Joking? No, I never joke. I'm serious, if you don't accept this I won't be able to live with myself. Even it was your job, These coins aren't even close to how important my family is. Hell I'll give you my whole vault if this isn't enough!" Lockwood shouted once again.

"NO! I'll take this! No more please." Sivert didn't want to take this amount of money but when Lockwood says he will do something he will do it! and the Hunter did not want more money than this! He didn't even know where'd he'd place this all..

"Haha! Thank you, I will send the rest tomorrow." Lockwood said before walking back to his wagon.

"Wait what?" Sivert was ignored and his wealthy ally entered the wagon, closing the door. The wagon turned around and rode off into the distance leaving a knocked out real estate agent and a shocked Hunter.

"Wow.. were rich!" Aria shouted in his ear, Sivert didn't even move. "I have so many things I want you to buy, oh we should renovate the place like add a large gymnasium where you can practice magic and train. Oh no wait! We should get a pool first No! a little pond and then get turtles in them! Oh I always wanted a dog we should buy one!"

Aria continued to tell her guardian of all the items she wants him to buy, Sivert on the other hand still couldn't comprehend on what just happened.

An Hour Of Disbelief later

The Hunter placed the Chest in his room that he selected. The mansion was empty, no furniture of any sorts. It was still very large, the interior was very beautiful. White marble floors with white walls made out of white wood and bricks, with many rooms. "This is unbelievable.." Sivert whispered. He only came to buy a house, not to get rich as hell!

"Oh I can just imagine what Shizue and the others are going to say." He facepalmed as he imagined their reactions.

"Oh come on it's not so bad. Think about it! We can finally study and practice summoning magic without distractions and hopefully find a way back to our world!" Aria told Sivert and materialized in front of him.

"With how strong you are right now just imagine what we could do against the Witness and it's black fleet." Aria said with an excited tone. "I know, I know.." Sivert sighed, it was true that he wanted to study summoning magic. To see if there was a way he could reverse the process and hopefully send himself back. Even if there was no record of ever trying, he'd still try.

"Now let's go order furniture and get some of those fancy dwarves from the Dwarf Kingdom to remodel the place to our liking." She floated closer to him.

"Actually I think we should remodel the place first before purchasing furniture don't you think?" Aria floated up to him and asked. Sivert nodded in agreement. "Alright, I'm fine with it. Let's go send a letter and place in our order, but first let me figure out where to hide this.."

The Hunter looked down at the large chest full of coins.

He still didn't believe it.

The Post Office

Sivert slid the letter into the small box, The letter was finished. Now all he had to do was wait for them to get here, which he didn't know how long it'd take. The Hunter only shrugged and walked out the post office.

"Now let's get you some new clothes." Aria whispered to him. Sivert sighed, his ghost was very picky on what he wears. He could still remember the first few words she said when she brought him back to life.

'Your my Guardian! Oh wow! I've looked for you for forever! Yet here you are! Amazing right?! While I would force you to change out of your ugly outfit right now I cant. Instead we have to get the hell out of here! There a Fallen Captain chasing me and I don't want to end up as scraps for a Shank! So let's go! Hurry!'

It was not a good first words to here after finding out you were dead for a long time.

A Few Minutes Later

Sivert stared at the inside of the store through the glass, "This.." he couldn't even fully speak. The interior of the store was well built it had a scarlet interior, with many expensive outfits displayed.

He managed to get a good look on the price of an outfit, "Thirty Gold Coins.." Sivert whispered, apparently it was extremely expensive but to him it just felt like the cheapest thing to buy.

"The living standards of this world are very different then modern earth." Someone spoke, Sivert turned around to see who spoke.

"I'm surprised you even have the money for this.." it was his fellow student Hinata, wearing a black sweater with white pants and black shoes.

Her hair seemed like a little mess.. Hinata walked up next to Sivert and got a closer look of the clothes inside in the store. "Yeah.. I'm surprised you're here. In the center of the Kingdom where most of the expensive things are." The Hunter told her.

Hinata smirked, "What, did you get to rich for me now?" she fixed a glance at him and asked. Sivert didn't answer her question, only turning back to look at the clothes. His fellow student sighed.

"I followed you from the academy when I saw you climb out your window. I saw you buy a mansion, and I saw you get rewarded with a ton of cash." She turned her head slightly to the right to look at him.

"I'm guessing you want me to buy you something?" Sivert asked, Hinata scoffed. "No, not at all. I have a free day from Shizue-Sensei's teachings on how to be nicer so I only followed you out of curiosity. It's not every day you see a man climb out the window of a three story building."

He couldn't help but chuckle from her words, "Got something to say?" Hinata asked with a little anger in her voice.

"Nothing besides that you could use a bath, you smell like a dead Knight Spider. And your hair's a mess, I think you'll look better if it's shorter." He told her.

Hinata couldn't help but blush a little out of embarrassment. "So as a good friend of yours I will pay to get you a bath and get you a haircut." Sivert placed a hand on her shoulder. Hinata looked at his hand.

"And don't try to deny it, you look filthy." She looked at Sivert who was giving her a teasing smile. "You want to die don't you?" Hinata balled her hands into fist. "Your denying it." he pointed at her with his free hand.

"Tch, fine." Hinata shrugged his hand off her shoulder and crossed her arms. "There's this place I wanted to check out for a while now but never had the time and money." She told him. Suddenly she had an idea!

A small grin appeared on her face, "So I'll accept your offer to take this lonely women out." Hinata grabbed his right hand with her left and interlaced their fingers together.

"What?" Sivert was played! Hinata only gave him a teasing smile before leading him down the streets.

The two held hands as they walked through the crowded streets, Sivert never saw this side of Hinata. "Say, why are you so cold all the time?" Sivert couldn't help but ask. He never understood Hinata, only knowing she's cold to people she hardly knows.

But sometimes she can be a little happy, after Sivert's first few months here she started to get used to him. Even asking for advice whenever he was free, the young women liked to tease Sivert due to his calm and kind personality.

She only hated being teased back, after more months passed Hinata started to ask to go with him on quests. Even though part of her told her to be wary of her attachments with him and the others. She still liked spending time with Sivert, whenever she could. He would always lighten her day for some reason.

"I killed my father for life insurance since he made up a large debt from gambling. When my Mom walked in and saw me kill him, I planned to kill her but I was sent away by something and arrived in this hell."

The small smile on her face disappeared as she explained her story to him. "I gained my two unique skills and was attacked by a few bandits. I managed to kill them, after that it felt like everyone in this world was out to get me. Which is why I'm like this.. It's hard to trust people in a world where strength is the Key to survive."

Hinata looked up at the beautiful sky, "Until I met Shizue-sensei, she was the first person to be kind to me. To care for me like a real parent, I respected her. Then we met Yuki, he was always keen on becoming friends with me." She chuckled.

Sivert stayed silent, this was not what he expected. "Then we met you, a warrior brought from another world similar to mine. One who fought for the safety of others, one who cared for others wellbeing's instead of his own. One who would stand and fight against evil." Hinata turned to look at him.

"I do find it foolish that you don't care about yourself, but do admire that you will protect others in their time of need and treat them with kindness like Shizue-Sensei. Which is why you also earned my respect." Hinata smiled at the surprised Sivert. Her smile.. captured his mind.

She was beautiful. Of course he already knew that but actually seeing Hinata smile like this was amazing!

They continued walking and Hinata explained a little more of her backstory. Until Sivert had one question.

"What about Yuki?" He couldn't help but ask, Hinata fixed him a glance before sighing. "He's great and all but I don't think we get along to well. He's always planning something and part of me feels like he's not who we think he is." She said, with a little suspicion in her voice.

Sivert was once again surprised.. and couldn't resist delving deep into his thoughts about Hinata's opinion on Yuki. "Here we are." He was pulled from his thoughts.

Hinata pointed at a large building, with a wealthy outside and interior. The building had glass windows and was made out of a rich white stone. It stood out among the other buildings.

Sivert read the large sign on top of the building. "A beauty Salon.." he whispered. Hinata dragged him inside before he could say anything else. The interior had a nice, clean wooden floor with white walls that once again stood out from other buildings he stepped inside.

The inside of the building was empty with only a few employees inside and chairs. But.. the two were in the wealthy district, so it didn't surprise Sivert that much. "Welcome, how may I help you." A beautiful young women with blonde hair and blue eyes greeted the two.

Sivert didn't answer, "I'd like to get my hair trimmed if you don't mind." Hinata asked politely, Sivert couldn't help but wonder if this was the results of Shizue's teachings.

"Of course, if you could just sign this over here." The women walked back to the counter, and the two followed her. Hinata let go of Sivert's hand to lean down and sign the form. "And what about you.. Handsome Young man." The women couldn't help but get distracted from Sivert's features.

"Me? Oh nothing, this is just for her." Sivert answered her, with a friendly smile that captured the women's mind. She stood there, staring at him in awe. It started to make the Hunter uncomfortable.

"You sure? We could get you a nice trim to, though it looks like your hair hasn't grown much." Hinata asked Sivert as she inspected his hair.

"No, I'm fine. Plus this place is for girls isn't it?" Hinata rolled her eyes in disbelief. She sighed silently and fixed a glance at the employee, "Alright, whatever. But I guess it would be a good thing if you didn't, She's already been charmed by you." Hinata pointed at the employee on the other side of the counter.

"Whatever do you mean?" The women laughed nervously, hiding her blushing face with her hands. "Charmed?" Sivert whispered, how did he charm her? He rubbed his chin with two fingers as he tried to figure out how.

"Right this way." The women told Hinata, who nodded and followed her. Sivert walked over to an empty chair and sat down, humming quietly to rid the quietness around him. He watched Hinata get her hair trimmed in the distance.

It was getting a little long, so he's glad he mentioned she get a haircut. He decided to lean back and relax on his chair. He could hear Hinata and the employee chatting in the distance, but he couldn't quite make on what they were saying.

He looked down at his hands, this was all still very strange for the Hunter. After waiting for at least twenty minutes Hinata was finally done. His fellow student walked up to him who gave her a thumbs up.

Her hair was shorter and styled in a pretty way, "Stop staring, or I'll cut your eyes out and feed them to Crows." Hinata told him with slight anger in her voice, Sivert nodded and looked away.

He stood up and walked over to the counter where the employee stood. "That will be Three Gold coins, or thirty silver coins." She said, Sivert pulled out his pouch and opened it. He pulled out three gold coins and handed them to the women.

"Thank you and have a good day." The women bowed, Sivert and Hinata walked out, "You lied about me smelling like a dead Knight Spider." Hinata punched Sivert's arm, the Hunter chuckled nervously. "I only said it so it'd convince you more." He backed away, and looked away trying to avoid her mean glare.

"Tch, whatever. I'll still take a bath, come now." Hinata walked up to him and grabbed his right hand with her left, interlacing her fingers with his once again. "I don't need you to hold my hand." he told her, in his normal tone.

Hinata ignored him and led her fellow student out to the streets, "Wait, if you got your hair styled why take a bath? Wouldn't it just mess up the hair and the smell?" He asked out of worry. She looked beautiful!

"Yes, but unlike modern earth they don't use products of any sorts so. Also I don't care about how my hair is styled, and.. it's been a while since I actually got a good bath." Hinata looked away from Sivert, he swore he saw a small blush on her cheeks.

That was new! To see her avoid eye contact with someone. They walked through the crowded streets for a few more minutes until Hinata stopped walking, she turned to face Sivert who was confused from her sudden halt.

"Don't you have a bath at your new home?" she asked him, Sivert's eyes widened. "I do.. I forgot about that." The Hunter smiled nervously, trying to avoid her mean glare.

"Unbelievable, you were going to spend more gold coins on a bath when you have one at your house that I can use?" she leaned closer to him still glaring, "Uh.. I forgot ok." He scratched the back his head in embarrassment.

"I'm using yours, I don't trust these public ones. Especially when bath culture Is rare." Hinata turned around and led Sivert down the street, "I don't even know if it'll work.. you know that right?"

He told her, "If they don't, I'll just use water magic and warm it up with a little flames." She answered. Sivert was surprised she could use water magic, hell he couldn't even use water magic! He swore whenever he was free he'd study magic much more.

Kingdom of Ingrassia, Light Estate

He stood on a porch above his garden, Sivert looked down at his beautiful garden. The flowers were blooming in many beautiful ways that even caught the Hunters eye. To see something like this was truly an experience he'd never forget. Sivert was out here waiting for Hinata to finish taking a bath, he hasn't seen the entire area around his new home. But he did know It was huge, the three meter walls spread out far and surrounded his Estate. This would usually be a home for a wealthy noble of a large kingdom.

Now Sivert owns it, the sun's light shined on him and his garden. "So, what do you want to add. Aria?" Sivert asked his companion, he could hear her quietly mumbling about something.

"What? Oh, I have a lot of things for you to buy. The ones I said earlier were not even close to the end of the list."

For half an Hour the Hunter was given a list on what his Companion wanted.

It was a long list and the most scary part is

that it doesn't even take a small portion of all his money away.

This world was indeed.. very strange.
