Here's another chapter for this week! I figured since I was going to make the last one short I'd post another chapter.

Chapter 13, The Demon Lord and The Hero.

Kingdom of Ingrassia, Holy Church Headquarters

Sivert stood in the middle of the courtyard, seven men in white robes looked down at him. Smiles were on their faces but he couldn't see them due to their masks.

They were the Seven Luminaries, the people he made a deal with. They stood on seven pillars each surrounding him.

"Defeat us, and you pass." One of them said. Sivert didn't speak.

He wore no armor, only a black sweater he trains in and black combat pants with black boots. His hair blew with the wind and he held out his right hand, summoning his glaive.

Sivert already saw his victory.. he analyzed all seven of them and had countermeasures for all their abilities ready.

This fight was already won before it even started.

A Few Minutes Later

They laid on the ground, all seven of them with large bruises and cuts. Sivert stood on top of one of the pillars over them. "Impossible." One of them whispered.

Sivert only sighed, "Wasn't much of a fight." He finally spoke. His words angering each one of them.

"I won, so leave me alone." The glaive in his hands disappeared and Sivert jumped down from the large pillar. The Hunter left the courtyard and the Seven Luminaries to themselves.

"What do we do..? if we do not bring him under the faith of Lady Luminous. We won't be able to receive her affection." One of them asked the others. "We will just have to accept this defeat and tell our lady we failed."

Sivert walked down the pathway towards his home, he was bummed out. He expected a fight! The Hunter easily overpowered them.

He didn't even break a sweat!

"This really sucks." He whispered as he walked over to his home, he arrived at the gate of his home and opened it. Closing it and locking it after he entered.

Sivert walked over to his house but immediately stopped in his tracks after feeling a chilling feeling behind him.

He turned around, a few feet away from him stood a man with long red hair and crimson eyes. He wore a jacket and pants with a necklace full of bones.

"Yo, you caught my interest." The man said as he pointed at Sivert.

The Hunter analyzed the man and was met with overwhelming power.. Looks like he got his wish for a good fight..

"?!" behind the man appeared two familiar faces. The two Demon Primordial's he fought a week ago!

The man noticed his surprised reaction to the two maids behind him.

"So, it is you who killed their bodies. I'm a little impressed, but also a little angry. You know how long it takes to get these two bodies?" the man asked him. Sivert didn't answer.

"Whatever, my name is Guy Crimson. One of the Ten Great Demon Lords and the master of these two idiots." Guy fixed an angry glance at Rain and Misery. They looked down in shame.

"Now enough about me. I want to know more about you." Guy smirked and walked closer to Sivert. The Hunter summoned his glaive and immediately swung at the Demon Lord out of defensive instinct.

He was not going to let this Demon get close to him!

"!"

His glaive was caught by Guy's hand. "Nice weapon, but I'm afraid it won't work on me. Not with your current strength at least." Guy slowly released the weapon. It disappeared by Sivert's command.

"So show me what else you got." Guy spread out his arms and asked him. Sivert couldn't even copy him, his attempts were blocked! This Demon Lord must have his own Ultimate skill..

Then he remembered something very important that he could use to his advantage.

Spirits are stronger then Demons, Demons are stronger then Angels and Angels are stronger then spirits. This man was obviously a demon and by the color of his hair and power.

He was the Red Primordial Rouge!

Sivert jumped back and clapped his hands together. "Spirit Summoning." He whispered and placed both his hands on the stone ground. A summoning circle appeared in front of him.

Out from the circle came his two spirits, both floating in front of Sivert to protect him.

"Huh?" Guy's mood changed instantly as he recognized the Light Spirit presence. An Elemental Lord.

And there was also a Dark Greater Spirit floating next to the Elemental Lord.

Guy smiled at Light and Dark Spirit who both glared at him.

"Nice cards you placed, but then again." Guy vanished within Sivert's eyes, suddenly his two spirits collapsed onto the ground. Badly injured.

And Guy?

He was standing back in his original spot.

"There super strong spirits but they won't work against me." The spirits returned inside Sivert, they were beaten so easily..

"Is that all you got?" Guy asked Sivert, slightly angering the Hunter.

Arc light enveloped his right hand and he formed an Arc Staff. He merged Spirit magic with his powerful light creating a powerful mix of the two different attributes. Sivert threw the staff at Guy like a javelin.

"?!" Misery and Rain were shocked!

"Hahahah!" Guy though only laughed in amusement. The arc staff impaled him.

"So this is what penetrated your barriers." Guy placed his hand on the Arc staff and pulled it out. The hole in his chest regenerating. This strange energy was abnormal.

It was able to pass through magical barriers and multi layered barriers with ease.

"Well, I'm impressed. I think I like you Sivert." The arc staff dispersed in his hands and he focused back on the Hunter.

"I'm not interested." Sivert said, he managed to damage Guy at least but there was obviously a huge difference in power here. A chance of winning was low.. even if he used his Ultimate skill.

"Oh… really? Hm." Guy rubbed his chin. "Alright then. If you survive this attack, I'll let you live and I'll tell you why I'm here. Sound like a deal?" he asked Sivert.

The Hunter prepared his ultimate skill and gave the Demon Lord a nod. "Well, don't disappoint me now."

He was just a blur..

Guy was the fastest thing in the universe! He had to be!

His fist landed on Sivert's barrier and sent a powerful shockwave throughout his home, splitting the earth around them in half and would to the kingdom if Guy hadn't placed a barrier around the Hunter's home.

He also sent Sivert flying into his house and through his training room.

Guy crossed his arms and waited to see the results.

A few seconds later the Hunter stepped out, fixing an angry glare at the Demon Lord.

"Oh?" Guy saw no damage on Sivert..

That barrier he put up was strong, it must be an ultimate skill.

Sivert dashed towards Guy and threw a hard punch using his skill 'Steel Strength' at Guy's face, the second his fist collided against his face. The Hunter's entire arm broke and Sivert felt all the pain from his own punch.

"Agh! You're so hard!" The Hunter flinched in pain and jumped away from Guy while holding his broken arm.

Guy's body was super hard! This was ridiculous.

Sivert was amazed he felt the pain from his own attack, he healed his broken arm and looked back up at Guy.

"Well.. I guess you win the deal. I'm done playing with you. How about we talk then?" Guy vanished and appeared before Sivert. He reached out and placed a hand on his shoulder.

The Hunter didn't answer, his face was full out shock and curiosity. How could someone be so strong?!

Hell he didn't even want to be near him..

"I'm really interested in you.. so what do you say?" Guy asked again. Sivert stared into the Demon's crimson eyes in silence..

He didn't know how to respond.

Guy sighed, " How about I teach you how to make your body like mine. You seem interested in it."

Usually he wouldn't do anything like this, but Guy was too interested in this human and he knew by Sivert's silence. He was interested in his ability to make his body hard like this.

Guy was willing to go through great lengths just to have a conversation! To find out who he was and what he was.

"Alright." Sivert finally replied. He was interested in how Guy made his body like that but also why this powerful being came to talk with him.

"Great!" Guy wrapped his left arm around Sivert's neck and walked with him over to his house. "Rain fix his yard." The Demon Lord ordered her.

She immediately obeyed.

Sivert's Living room

He sat down on his white couch, Guy sat on the couch in front of him. His two maids were standing behind him.

"Now, Sivert Light. Humanities Newly Risen Hero. How would you like to become a Demon Lord?" Guy leaned back on the couch and asked him.

"No thank you." Sivert immediately rejected, which Guy expected but it didn't hurt to try.

"Alright." The Demon Lord crossed his arms.

"How about friends?" The Hunter didn't expect this, not from a Demon Lord. "We could keep it a secret." Guy added on.

"Why me?" Sivert asked, this was too good to be true. Making an ally out of one of the First and strongest Demon Lord's.

Guy only chuckled, "You caught my eye and I doubt you'll leave it soon. I'm also interested in your power, I know you're an otherworlder but you didn't come here alone now did you?"

Sivert's eyes widened, Guy's eyes were directly focused next to his head.

"Come out." Guy ordered her.

Aria slowly materialized next to Sivert, surprising Rain and Misery from her appearance. The Ghost was too scared to speak! Guy's presence overwhelmed her.

"Oh? That's a nice trick, I had to up my senses all the way to see you." Guy pointed at Aria, the ghost's blue eye looked away to avoid his gaze.

"Whatever, you don't interest me like he does I was just curious on what you were. Go back to hiding." Guy ordered her.

Aria immediately obeyed and dematerialized. Sivert was ready to defend her by all cost if Guy tried to do anything against her.

"Now, as I previously stated. I know a lot about you, but not your abilities, However your still just a human." The Demon Lord pointed at Sivert.

"But that doesn't mean you're not strong. Your powerful, your nothing like the previous Heroes I met and you don't fear me." Sivert continued to stay silent and listen.

"Which is why I want to be friends!" Guy spread his arms and told him.

Sivert rubbed his chin with two fingers, thinking about the offer. His eyes slowly shifted to Misery and Rain, the two kept straight emotionless faces.

"Even after I killed your two subordinates?" Sivert couldn't help but ask. Guy laughed a little from his words.

"These two idiots? No. I don't care, in fact." Guy snapped his fingers, "Apologize to my new friend for your actions."

His words were serious, and plus Guy wasn't done punishing them. He may have forgiven them but he had many punishments planned in the future. Hell their extremely lucky to even be around him right now.

If Guy wasn't interested in Sivert he would've purged those two the second they came back.

Misery and Rain quickly walked over to Sivert and got down on the ground, prostrating before him.

"Forgive us for our hostility against your powerful Might, Hero Sivert." The two beautiful Demons said in unison.

Sivert's guard lowered, their words were serious. They were actually apologizing?!

He didn't hold a grudge against them since they were doing their jobs and they weren't responsible for Lockwood's grandson's death. The men who followed them were.

"It's fine.. you were just doing your job. I assume.." Sivert gave them a gentle smile. Misery and Rain looked up at Sivert, their eyes widened.

He was.. beautiful. The light behind his smile was divine!

Unknown to them, their master was also caught up in it. He's never seen anything like this!

One could fall in love with Sivert because of this smile and his kindness. Guy's pretty sure his two subordinates just did as well!

Rain and Misery stood up from the ground and bowed in respect before walking back behind Guy's couch.

"Were friends now right?" Guy asked Sivert, the Hunter only nodded. The Demon lord smiled in satisfaction.

"Good!" Guy stood up and walked over to Sivert, leaning down and reaching out for his face. He gently cupped Sivert's cheeks and tried to pull him in for a kiss but was stopped immediately by Sivert.

"What are you doing?" He asked while trying to push Guy away. The demon Lord chuckled. "I thought I could show my thanks by giving you a nice appreciation gift." The Demon answered.

"Sorry.. I'm not really one for other men." Sivert leaned back, trying to get farther away from Guy.

"Oh? If you want I can assume the form of a women and do it." Guy stood tall and placed his hands on his hips.

"No thank yo- wait you can?" Sivert asked in surprise! Guy gave him a small nod, the Hunter did not expect this.

Guy's entire body began to glow bright red for a few seconds. Immediately he came back out from the red glow as a extremely beautiful women with long red hair and a similar outfit to his male form but his breast were barely covered with the small jacket he had!

"I haven't assumed this form in a while." Guy's voice also changed to a beautiful feminine one. Sivert was to caught up by his beauty! It was out of this world!

"Now.." Guy leaned back down and caught Sivert off guard as he continued admiring his beauty. Pulling him in for a rough but also passionate kiss.

Sivert didn't resist, or more like he couldn't! Guy overpowered him! The kiss was surprisingly sweet. Guy finally released Sivert after a few seconds.

"You taste sweet." Guy said and licked his lips, Sivert became a blushing mess and backed up away from him. "Oh well." Guy returned to his normal male form and walked back to his couch, sitting down.

"I think that's about all I have to say right now.. oh!" Guy reached his right hand into his pocket.

"Catch." Guy tossed a golden ring at Sivert, which the hunter caught. He took a closer look at the ring. "It's a Demon Lord ring but only for me and you to call each other with."

Sivert looked up at Guy, "Why?" he asked the Demon Lord. Guy rolled his eyes and leaned back on the couch.

"Just so I can let you know when I'm going to visit. Or if you ever want to become a Demon Lord, I'll let you take out one of the small fry like Clayman and take his spot."

Hearing a Demon Lord call another Demon Lord small fry sounded a little weird for Sivert. Weren't they supposed to be friends in a tea party of some sort? So why be hostile to each other?

This world was full of mysteries.

"Or If you want a job. I know you're an adventurer at that guild. I wouldn't mind offering you one and as payment I'll owe you a favor. Since these two idiots are useless." Guy fixed another angry glance at Rain and Misery.

They both looked down in shame of their selves again. "I'll be in touch, see ya." Guy stood up and gave Sivert a small wave before being enveloped with small sparks of blue lighting.

He vanished with Rain and Misery together.

Sivert sighed in huge relief, the Hunter leaned back on his couch and relaxed. "That was crazy of you!" Aria materialized in front of him and shouted. He stayed silent, he knew it himself..

"And making a Demon Lord your friend!? He'll probably try and manipulate you or even seduce you with that form of his!" His ghost floated closer to Sivert, she was not happy.

"Relax.. I have it under control.. I think." Sivert chuckled a little..

"Ah whatever.. I already yelled at you a few days ago. There's no point in doing it again." she whispered.

"Well I'm going to go take a nap. I have headache.." Sivert stood up and told her. Aria scanned her guardian and checked his vitals as a safety measure.

"Nothing's wrong with you. It's probably just your body still changing." She told him, Sivert reached out and rubbed his hand over her shell. "You worry to much." He said with a small smile on his face before walking out the living room.

"No I don't… do I?" Her blue eye focused on the doorway her guardian walked through.

The Ghost sighed..

There was another reason on why she's so worried about him. It's not his evolvement or growth in tremendous power.

It's Sivert's presence.. ever since they left the dwelling of the spirits.

It felt as if he was the traveler.

Aria hasn't told him yet about what happened before he received his spirits. Could that really have been the traveler? And if it was.. why come here where it's not safe..

Aria floated over to the doorway and through the hallways to her guardians bedroom. She would watch over him like she always would.

And always will..
