Just wanted to say I'm very sorry for those who are deeply interested in this fanfic. I know I was usually posting about every week but during the end of May I did have finals to focus on. I passed them and now I get to enjoy my summer break. Which is why I haven't been posting, I've been playing Destiny 2 and a few other games just to take a little break from writing.
Well my break is done and I'm Back!
It took me a while to write this chapter since I had so many ideas that I wanted to fit into this story but decided not to. There's like.. 7 different chapter 16's in my files lol. Eventually I just slowed down a little and focused and took my time with writing.
So I came up with this chapter.
Once again I'm sorry for taking a little while! But my Break is done!
Just a quick reminder, I plan on making the last three chapters short as well..
Since were coming up on the end of Sivert's story.
Chapter 19 is when Sivert will meet Rimuru I originally planned Chapter 20 but decided not. Chapter 20 however is when he'll start to get involved with Rimuru more and help our favorite slime.
Now! Hope you enjoy!
Chapter 16, The Last evolution..
The Hero's Garden (Sivert's Throne World.)
His eyes opened and he quickly sat up. "!" He felt a huge headache as he did. He's been getting these headaches a lot.. Sivert looked around, he was in the middle of a large field of green grass and many beautiful flowers. They went off for miles.
"Your alive. I must say you are a strong Hero." A small orb of light appeared before him.
Suddenly it grew and formed a beautiful women with golden hair and eyes. She wore a white dress.
This was his Light Spirit.
"My throne world.." he whispered while looking around. "Yes.. if that's what you call this pocket dimension of yours.." The Grand Elemental looked around in amazement..
She's never seen anything like this.
"I'm a little disappointed though. To think you'd fall for that Demon Lord's trick to get rid of you. You should have prioritized escaping instead of fighting." She crossed her arms and sighed in disappointment.
Sivert scratched the back of his head in slight embarrassment. He felt something in his left hand and looked down.
His eyes widened in horror.
"Aria!" He brought the shell closer for a better view. Sivert looked where her blue eye would light up..
It was black..
"No.. No." His heart shattered, his entire heart felt like it was about to explode in pain! "Calm down." He felt a hand on his shoulder and heard another voice.
Another women with black hair and purple eyes appeared.
It was his Dark Spirit.
Before Sivert could speak she placed a finger on his lip. "We've collected her soul. All that's left is to make a new body. You can do that, correct?" she asked.
Sivert didn't know how to answer. He looked back down at the dead shell.
The core was still intact but the shell was absolutely destroyed. It was melted, and Aria's light was drained from the core.
The Hunter closed his eyes, "You can.. help me. Right?" he whispered to himself.
A quick image of the Traveler appeared in his mind. Sivert got his answer.
"Thank you.." he stood up.
"Yes, I can. Follow me." He told his two spirits, they nodded and stood up. Sivert ran through the large fields of beauty. In the distance was a large white mansion, similar to the one he has in Ingrassia.
As they ran Sivert decided to ask a question that came to mind.
"What happened when I crossed the portal? I don't remember much.." Sivert asked the two.
"As soon as you crossed the gate. You were attacked by the powerful corrupted magicules of this realm, they weakened you and you fell unconscious while your little companion died. Luckily we caught her soul in time and dragged you inside your portal." His Light spirit quickly answered.
Sivert started to remember a little more, he clenched his teeth in anger.
He can't believe he fell for Guy's trick. He should've known.
And Velzard! She just stared and looked away like he wasn't there..
However he decided to deal with that later, right now Aria was the main priority. He was honestly amazed that she had a soul.. Sivert just thought she was a machine with her own will and personality.
However, even if she was just a machine. She was still his best friend and the one who mattered the most to him.
The three arrived at the front of the mansion, Sivert didn't even bother opening the door and quickly kicked it down. He ran inside and his two spirits followed behind.
Sivert ran up the stairs to the second floor and turned the corner. He ran down the long hallway and kicked open another door, it led inside his workroom.
He entered with his two spirits following behind.
The Hunter ran towards the large black table and placed Aria's shell in it. He started to carefully remove the core from the destroyed shell.
As soon as he did he placed the core on a small pillow of light he created. "Get the new shell. We'll begin the spell." The two spirits told him.
He only answered with a nod and left Aria's core to them.
Sivert ran to another black table in the far corner of the room. "Come on.." he picked up crates and boxes full of materials.
There were a lot of strong materials yes, but Sivert had something stronger. A large ore of Crimson Steel that Velzard gave to him as a gift for his victory in defeating her.
Crimson steel was the strongest material in the world. It's what his Frostbite Sword was made of.
"Damn it.." Sivert looked through more crates, as he did he could hear his two Spirits chanting.
The Hunter quickened his pace and finally found the black powerful ore. Sivert picked it up and felt power run through it..
He wouldn't make the same mistake again.
Sivert wasn't just going to make an ordinary shell for Aria. He'd make sure his closest friend is well protected.
He ran back over to his two spirits. "Hurry." His Light spirit told him. Sivert stood in between them.
"It's all up to you now.." he whispered.
Another image of the traveler flashed in his mind.
The Ore of Crimson steel floated from his hand. Sivert held out both his hands, they were both enveloped with light.
The light shot from his hands and towards the ore. "Please work.." He whispered in hope.
Crimson steel was powerful and a hard material to use to forge items and weapons. He just wished his light could work.
His wish came true.
The Light started bending the ore into many different shapes. Eventually a piece of the ore broke off and a hole was made in the middle of the small piece. The floating half of the ore started bending into many different shapes again until..
It formed the shell.
Sivert smiled, "Thank you.." he whispered. The Hunter quickly picked up the core from the pillow of light and gently placed it in the middle of the shell where it was supposed to be placed.
He filled the core with light and then backed away.
It was time for his two spirits to do their part.
Suddenly a white small glowing orb appeared above the new shell.
It was Aria's soul.. it stared to slowly attach itself to the core and shell.
"Spirt Art! Resurrection!" his two spirits shouted in unison. The shell glowed bright, blinding Sivert.
His two spirits soon collapsed from exhaustion.
They returned inside Sivert and he dropped to his knees. He continued to cover his eyes.
"Wow.. that was a lot of.. magicules." He whispered while panting heavily. Even two powerful spirits weren't enough alone.
They needed to borrow some of his at least all of his as well.
Slowly the bright light faded and his vision returned.
Floating there, was his companion Aria. Her core was activated and her eye looked down at Sivert.
"Sivert.." she murmured quietly. Her shell span and she floated closer to him.
"Yes! Your alive!" Aria was suddenly grabbed by Sivert and pulled closer to him. He hugged his ghost tightly.
"Hey! Watch the shell!" She shouted, she wasn't used to being grabbed like this! Aria was going to continue to shout until she felt tears fall on top of her.
She looked up at her guardian. "Your crying.." she whispered in amazement! He's never cried before!
"Yes of course I am.. you died on me." Sivert released her and he wiped the tears off his cheek.
"I died.. I died?!" Aria didn't believe it! "And what's with my shell.. it feels. Heavier."
The Ghost floated past Sivert and to a small mirror on the black table in the corner of the room.
"Woah.." Aria examined her new shell. It was jet black with golden linings around it.
"I look amazing." She whispered, not only that. Her shell felt stronger! She feels stronger! She feels like she could take on the world!
Sivert stood up and walked over to her. Aria turned around to face him. "What happened?" she looked up and asked him.
"I was able to revive you thanks to my two spirits.. they used some sort of spell and I made you a new shell." The Hunter poked her shell gently, Aria stayed silent. She stared into her guardians black eyes.
He.. actually revived her.
From death!
Never has that been done in history! Not for a ghost at least!
Aria would shed tears of joy if she could. She was so happy!
"Sivert! My adorable guardian you're the best! I love you so much!" she shouted and flew into his arms. Sivert chuckled and gently pet her new shell.
"Oh! If I had arms I would hug you and never let you go!" Aria continued to shout as she felt her guardians warmth.
The Hunter smiled and looked down at her. He stood there for a few more minutes until Aria stopped shouting things such as 'Your so adorable! I wuv you!' he would say she's overreacting but decided not to.
Now, after he reminded her of Guy's attack on him.
Aria's mood instantly changed…
"I told you he'd try something! I knew it!" she grumbled and floated around Sivert. He scratched his cheek in embarrassment as Aria continued to scold him for his foolishness.
A Few Hours Later
He stood in the middle of the large field of grass. Sivert closed his eyes and clapped his hands together.
The black bracelet on his right hand glowed, magicules started to envelope his body and replace the current outfit he had on.
The magicules formed a jet black body suit that covered his entire body except the head.
White garments started to form over the body suit. The white garments being white boots that were covered with leg armor, a breast plate over his chest, jet black gauntlets. A smaller pair on his left hand and a pair that covered his entire right arm.
Finally a long white cape on his back and black fur around his neck for comfort. The Spirit armor was Light armor so Sivert could have perfect mobility.
His Mythical Grade Sword, 'Frostbite.' appeared in his right hand. As much as he wanted to throw it into the deepest depths of the Ascendant Plane. He needed it right now.
"Are you sure this will work?" Sivert asked his Light spirit floating next to him. She smiled, "Yes, this armor was made by the spirit queen a long time ago. It was made for future Hero's. It'll purify all sorts of magicules no matter how intense they are."
Her words reassured Sivert a little. "Now, Aria." Sivert held out his left hand to his ghost.
He placed it on top of her new shell. The Hunter placed a spirit barrier over her shell so she'd also be protected from it.
Aria felt the protection and soon dematerialized. Sivert took one deep breath and let it out.
He held out his left hand, it was enveloped with arc light and soon opened a portal that led outside his throne world.
Outside to the Underworld…
Sivert slowly walked through the portal and was met with the familiar wasteland from earlier..
There were rotten bodies everywhere.
He wasn't feeling any pain and Aria seemed to also be fine. The Hunter looked up at the dark cloudy sky, there was barely any light in this place.
Sivert slowly walked forward, not knowing where he'll end up going. He kept his guard up and had his universal sense activated.
"Up ahead." Aria said, Sivert followed her directions and soon spotted a large sort of kingdom in the distance.
It was all black, he couldn't even see a single light there..
But he still decided to check it out.
He walked through the wasteland, the sand he was walking on was no ordinary sand.
It was grey and it shifted movements.
Sivert quickened his pace until he finally arrived at the kingdom entrance. His black hair blew with the short breezes of wind and he walked through the destroyed gates..
The Kingdom was no ordinary kingdom..
If anything.
It felt like a Hive Nest, the weird creepy goo everywhere. The horrible smell! Sivert swore he was going to throw up.
Then after what felt like forever..
Sivert detected something on his universal sense. Not just anything, it was powerful!
It was on the level of a True Dragon!
Sivert focused his eyes on where he sensed this being. It was up ahead…
His grip on his sword tightened, then out from the dark shadows came a humanoid figure.
It was Covered in jet black armor, it wore a golden crown and had long hair. There were golden linings on it's armor.
The figure also detected Sivert and slowly walked over to him.
Then he stopped, and stared at the Hunter.
"Why have you come here. Human." The figure asked in a deep toned voice. Sivert didn't really know how to answer that..
He couldn't just say 'Oh.. My Demon Lord friend betrayed me.' There was no doubt that this figure didn't know what a Demon Lord was. Or so Sivert thought.
"I don't know, I'm not from here though." Sivert answered. The figure's red eyes focused on him.
"No matter, you are powerful. So you will serve as dinner for my children." The figure pointed at him.
Sivert sighed in frustration. Why was everyone so damn hostile. "Look, I won't bother you or come here again. I'm just searching for a way out of this place. Do you know where that is?"
Still, Sivert tried to talk this out.
The figure only smiled. "The Gates that are guarded by the Primordials are the only way out of here. There is one under my fortress, if you can give me good fight. I will allow you to use it."
Sivert clenched his teeth in frustration.
"I am Zelanus, the Insect Lord. I ask for your name, human."
Sivert's eyes widened, 'Insect Lord?!' he shouted in his mind. This was not cool! No this was not fair! No! This was just utterly bullshit! Why does Sivert who is kind and nice have to deal with this all the time..
Not only that, why does he have to fight someone like him..
He's been told about this guy by Guy.. He was powerful.
After all, this is the King of Insectars were talking about here! And Sivert was not a fan of Insectars.. he's only fought a few but he knows how dangerous they are.
"I am the Hero, Sivert." he answered, Zelanus chuckled in an evil manner.
"A Hero? A wielder of the power of angels from where Feldway comes from. I will certainly enjoy this."
He slowly walked forward..
Sivert quickly analyzed the King using his ultimate skill Lord of Light.
"!"
It was too good to be true.. but right now! He was not going to wait any longer! This is the luck Sivert's been wanting!
Zelanus's defenses were down as of now and it gave Sivert a very good opportunity.
He activated his ultimate skill Gardener, Lord of light and hoped the copy would work.
{Confirmed! Forging necessary requirements to complete the copy of power.}
Sivert coughed up blood and dropped to his knees!
Zelanus stopped and watched out of curiosity.
Sivert felt so much raw power run through him! This was unbelievable! His body was being remade again so it could handle this amount of power!
He coughed up another surge of blood and held his stomach with his left hand.
Sivert slowly stood up and wiped the blood off his mouth once the pain was gone.
"Oh? So you became stronger.." Zelanus chuckled once again, this would certainly be a good battle.
Sivert waited until his body was finished being remade.
His evolvement was done..
He was as strong as a True Dragon hell probably slightly stronger, it really was unbelievable.
He aimed his sword at the King, Zelanus knew what this meant. Sivert was ready..
So the King walked forward slowly and soon increased his speed. Then he started running, Sivert did the same.
The two appeared right before each other, Zelanus threw a series of fast powerful punches and kicks.
Sivert dodged them or deflected them using the arts Guy taught him but he was painfully struck by a few. They did some damage..
However thanks to a trait he inherited from the Disciple Rhulk, Sivert was possessed High Durability and it only strengthened after training with Guy.
Thanks to this he was able to take a few hits but still suffer a little bit of damage.
The Hero and The King clashed, their battle creating destructive shockwaves that destroyed the land around them.
Sivert couldn't land a single hit on him..
He was beyond anything he's fought before.
But he had a few ideas on how to penetrate his armor.
Sivert waited for an opening and took it, swinging his sword down onto Zelanus with all of his strength.
The King raised both his arms and blocked the blade with his arms. "Tch, this is why I hate Insectars.." Sivert whispered in frustration. They were walking suits of armor!
His sword was enveloped with Stasis and it began to freeze Zelanus's arms. The King jumped away from Sivert.
He looked down at his arms, they were still being frozen. This was no ordinary ice.. Zelanus smashed his arms on the ground below him to try and break it but the Ice continued to stay and form around his arms.
Sivert used this chance and dashed at the Insectar Lord, he swung his sword down once again.
This time Zelanus avoided instead of blocking. He avoided Sivert's fast swings only suffering small strikes.
However those small strikes were lethal. They inflicted more Stasis ice on Zelanus, soon his entire body was slowly freezing.
Eventually he couldn't move, Zelanus glared at Sivert. "You…"
Sivert ignored the King and raised his Sword.
He'd use his Unique Skill, Absolute Severance to hopefully break Zelanus's armor.
His Sword was enveloped with spirit energy and Sivert dashed at Zelanus once again.
He swung left and right multiple times each strike hitting Zelanus. His attacks broke the stasis ice around Zelanus and left cracks on his exoskeleton. Zelanus held his arms up to keep blocking.
However each attack from Sivert's sword was powerful! His strikes were ruthless! Focused And deadly! He was aggressive in his strikes, to aggressive that Zelanus himself could not even keep up with.
How could someone be so skilled with a blade!
Eventually he couldn't hold out any longer, his exoskeleton on his arms was shattered and Sivert unleashed his unique skill.
His sword glowed and on the last strike Sivert unleashed a series of devastating attacks by manipulating space.
The King shouted in pain as he was sent flying back, more of his exoskeleton was destroyed during the process.
Sivert focused his eyes on Zelanus who was slowly standing up.
"Unbelievable.." he whispered in shock. The King stood up from that!?
Not only that, his exoskeleton was being remade.
Ultra-speed Regeneration! It had to be!
Or at least something close to that!
The Hunter quietly grumbled, this made things harder... "Hahaha!" Zelanus laughed in an evil manner and focused his eyes on Sivert.
"My turn." He said with a evil smirk. Zelanus got into a stance, he raised his right arm and pointed it at Sivert. This attack was one of his most powerful.
His arm was engulfed in dense magicules.
"This might be dangerous…" Sivert whispered.
"!"
He was fast!
The King vanished and appeared before Sivert, He threw a fast, powerful punch that struck the Hunter dead in the face. The impact of the punch sent a shockwave around them that destroyed the landed around them.
Sivert was sent flying far back, crashing through terrain and soon through the large wall that surrounded the kingdom.
He stopped flying once he crashed into a large boulder. Breaking the boulder and it soon collapsed on him.
Zelanus jumped high and landed outside the Kingdom where Sivert was.
The King focused his eyes on the destroyed boulder. "Heh.." Zelanus couldn't believe it..
He survived that attack. A mere human survived what not even a True Dragon could take without being severely injured. After all, the attack he used was one he copied from his namer.
Sivert's hand was seen sticking out from the crushed large rocks. Soon the rocks were sent flying high in the air.
The Hunter slowly stood up, the whole left side of his head was gone along with the left side of his body. "You bastard.. that almost killed me." Sivert spit out blood and grinned at Zelanus.
His head and body slowly regenerated.
His Holy spirit armor was damaged though, meaning he was being corrupted by the magicules.
Sivert felt change within him..
It burned, it hurt..
but he couldn't fight it.
He accepted it.. becoming something more then a human.
"Well.. I better use my trump card." Sivert whispered.
If Absolute Severance didn't work on Zelanus then this should. It'd also be much more safer for Sivert, since he didn't have to get to close to Zelanus who was too dangerous in hand to hand combat.
Zelanus was obviously a master no.. a God! At Hand to Hand combat, much stronger then Guy. That was for sure.
Sivert made sure to copy his movements earlier so he could use these arts of the king for himself in the future.
For now..
He would unleash his Trump Card. Zelanus would take to long to defeat with just a sword. Even if he summoned his glaive it'd still take long.
The Hunter wasn't planning on staying here long.
Besides, as much as he hated to admit it.
Sivert was really outmatched right now..
If he stayed longer he'd surely get killed and Aria would be targeted next.
Sivert closed his eyes and lifted his left hand.
"Salvations Grip." He whispered and opened his eyes.
Caught in surprise, Zelanus's right arm was decapitated from an unknown force. The King groaned in pain and held his wound as his arm landed behind him.
"What.." Zelanus looked around in shock, Sivert didn't even move and he didn't sense any attacks!
Unknown to Zelanus.
This was an ability Sivert used from his second ultimate skill 'Lord of Darkness, Winnower.'
This ability allows Sivert to simply freeze the time of anything he wears, touches or even his own breath. Which in turn stops the object's or thing's interference from the outside world, only allowing its interference outwards and even granting Sivert the ability to freely manipulate the objects' shape.
With a simple swipe of his hand, Sivert produced a vortex of wind, traveling in a straight line following his arm. By stopping its time, the wind would not dissipate but instead, turn into a destructive invisible blade of wind, cutting everything in its path.
Small objects imbued with this ability could also be used either as a form of platform which allows Sivert to freely traverse on it, or be utilized as objects of imminent death and destruction as they create devastating and destructive attacks when used with malicious intent.
It was called 'Salvations Grip' and it was Sivert's trump card. Because there was no counter to this ability. Not one known yet at least.. after all this was his first time using it on someone.
He's never shown this skill to anyone except Aria and his two spirits.
Zelanus growled and his right arm regenerated along with the exoskeleton protecting it.
"Fine then. It seems I may have underestimated you.." he told the Hunter. Zelanus pointed at him.
Sivert's pupils narrowed as he focused on Zelanus. His magicule count was growing. "Truly.. a monster."
He kept getting stronger every minute.
It was just as he thought. He'd get killed if he stayed here.
Hopefully this trump card will force Zelanus to yield.
Zelanus dashed at Sivert to strike him once again.
However..
Zelanus was sent flying back by the same unknown force. It pushed him far back from Sivert.
He growled again, and raised his arms. Zelanus decided he'd play defensive until he can figure out what Sivert's ability is..
Sivert crouched down, he picked up a few pebbles and dirt from the ground. He stood up and threw the pebbles at Zelanus.
Zelanus stood there, preparing for whatever Sivert did to the pebbles.
"!"
His body was being shredded, both his arms were decapitated. His armor was being shattered instantly. His blood poured out from his body.
Zelanus dropped down while coughing up blood. He was a bloody mess..
"Wow.. that's was. Gory." Aria whispered, she knew it'd do some serious damage but.
This was on another level.
She remembered the time Sivert tested the skill, he almost destroyed his home. His ultimate skill was dangerous with air but small objects were worse.
It worked similar with wind but the small objects did much more damage.
As the time of these small objects was stopped, the objects effectively acted as anomalies in the world, being cut off from the flow of time.
They passed through anything they collided with, no matter the sturdiness, leaving behind only small holes.. if the structure was still left standing in the first place.
However if thrown at an individual or an animal no matter what type of protection they had, the objects would naturally travel through them, completely shredding and goring them, usually leaving behind nothing more than an unrecognizable pile of flesh or a bloody mist.
Though due to Zelanus having strong resilience he wasn't turned into a pile of flesh.
Only a nasty mess..
Sivert walked up to the King. He placed his boot on top of the King's head before he could get up. "I win."
The Hunter said, looking down at Zelanus. He met his red eyes.
This wasn't a true battle. Only a duel in Zelanus's eyes.
He knows he could take out Sivert but it would take time and energy.
"Indeed.." Zelanus decided to accept this loss. After all, Sivert was a mystery and also..
Zelanus had to tell his allies about Sivert.
But swore he would win next time..
Sivert stepped back from the King and let him heal himself so he could stand up.
"Come.." Zelanus turned around and walked towards the large black castle in the distance.
Sivert followed behind while keeping his guard up.
As he was following behind Zelanus. He started to sense multiple Insectars and a lot of them!
Zelanus led Sivert inside the castle. It was then that Sivert started to sense more Insectars.
There was at least a few million inside here! All crowded up like a hive. They all watched Sivert in curiosity as he walked past him.
Not only that, there were all sorts of different Insectars in here. Some.. scorpion like ones and a few Army Wasps.
There was a cool beautiful women with butterfly wings that caught Sivert's attention because of how cool her wings were. They glowed blue and black.
Sivert was led through destroyed hallways. It looked as if this place was attacked long ago.
Also, following behind Sivert were a few Insectars but he didn't look. Only keeping his guard up.
He was eventually led down a long set of stone stairs, the smell in this room was horrible!
Zelanus opened a door and walked inside, Sivert followed after. As soon as he entered his eyes were focused on the large golden gate in the middle of the room. It was activated..
"On the other side, Is where you'll find a Primordial that will try and kill you. Zelanus told Sivert in his usual deep tone, he pointed at the gate.
"Thank you." Sivert walked up and bowed in respect and for Zelanus showing him the way and for honoring his words. Zelanus didn't know how to react, because he's never seen this before.
But he just ignored it.
"Here." Sivert turned around after hearing a feminine voice. The same butterfly winged Insectar from before handed him a long black cloak.
Sivert fixed a glance at Zelanus.
"A gift. This cloak is just like my body, mythical class. It is highly resistant to all magic and physical attacks, it was to be a gift to an old friend of mine but now he no longer exists. I wish to give it to you. You remind me of him."
The King smiled a little, which surprised his subordinates.
The Hunter took the enhanced cloak, it was surprisingly light. However he could feel the power in it..
Zelanus was not lying.
"Thank you.." Sivert didn't really know how to react, this was unexpected at most. First he was battling with Zelanus now the Insect lord is giving him gifts.
Unknown to Sivert, it was because Zelanus respected his strength and also. Just like he said earlier, Sivert reminds Zelanus of the only person who was allowed to command him.
And the one who named him..
Veldanava.
Sivert was amazed they managed to make such a cloak but he felt as if it was too big for him..
"I hope to meet you again. For I know our battle would be legendary." Zelanus gave him a small wave, Sivert only nodded and stared at the gate..
Where he'd be free.
He slowly walked through and finally left the Underworld.
The Spiritual Realm
Sivert turned around, the gate was gone.. was that his doing? Or was it supposed to be like that.
He looked around, he was in another hell. The sky was red and Sivert was standing on top of a mountain.
Suddenly he felt a cold presence.. Sivert turned back around and spotted a beautiful white haired women in a teal colored dress. Her crimson red eyes were observing him.
The women was powerful and that wasn't all.
"Damnit.." Sivert cursed his luck, he knew Zelanus warned him but this was still too much. The presence she gave off, it was similar to Guy's and his two maids Misery and Rain who were Primordials.
There was no doubt about it..
This women was a Primordial Demon and judging by her hair color.
She was White or also known as Blanc.
Sivert had no chance, not while he was in the spiritual realm. Demons in this realm have unlimited energy.
"I do not know how you came from the Underworld. Human, but It doesn't matter." Blanc walked up to Sivert.
Her eyes widened as she got a closer look at him.
"Your soul is beautiful.." she whispered quietly to herself. It was bright! And so beautiful.. it was warming.. peaceful..
"It's a shame. I would love to get to know you better, but I am currently busy. Hopefully we'll meet again someday." She smiled at Sivert.
"Your not.. going to fight me?" He asked in surprise, Blanc shook her head while chuckling. There was a small blush on her cheeks.
"No. It's not worth the time and you do not belong here. I will escort you back to the material world." Blanc answered.
Sivert sighed in relief, maybe his luck wasn't so bad.
Jura Forest, Eastern Border
Sivert appeared out of nowhere, and as soon as he did. "Yes!" He cheered. He turned around and pulled Blanc in a for a hug.
Catching her in surprise.. 'Does he not know I'm a Demon?' she asked herself mentally.
"Oh! I can't thank you enough!" Sivert shouted as he continued to hug her. Blanc smiled.
Those were the words she was waiting for.
"Well. If we ever meet again, I hope we can get closer.." Sivert stopped hugging her after hearing that.
Blanc leaned closer to his ear. "You've caught this Demon's interest." She blew into it, making Sivert back away and cover his right ear. Blanc giggled quietly and interlaced the fingers of her hands together.
"Yeah.. sure. If we meet again I promise we'll get closer." Sivert wanted her gone now after the stunt she just pulled. He felt very uncomfortable..
He knew though, that he'll never see this Demon in the future again. So he had nothing to worry about.
"Remember. You promised this Demon. I will hold it to you." She told him, Sivert only nodded..
Blanc took one last full look at his soul. Capturing every moment of its beauty before vanishing.
"Phew.." Sivert dropped down on his butt. The black cloak Zelanus gave him hung on his right shoulder.
"Let's go home.." he whispered and activated Spatial magic.
Sivert vanished.
End!
I know, he was gone for a little. I didn't really have much planned for the Underworld chapter.
Since there isn't much detailed in the novels. I just thought it'd be a cool area to explore while Sivert's own story is about to end.
Right now I'm just imagining a dark, cold wasteland with black clouds blocking the little light that goes through them along with powerful corrupted magicules coming from Ivarage.
Also the ability, 'Salvations Grip.' Is a power I copied from an anime series I enjoyed.
I do not own it. I simply renamed it, that's all. Same for the details and explanation, I copied it. Not mine.
Feel free to criticize all you want.
I named it Salvations Grip because I thought it sounded cool and it kind of went with the ability. Just like the grenade launcher that can shoot stasis and freeze objects.
Sivert can stop the time of anything he touches!
Now, here's the rundown on the ultimate skill. 'Lord of Darkness, Winnower'
Salvations Grip- (This ability allows Sivert to simply freeze time of anything he wears, touches or even his own breath. Which in turn stopped the object's or thing's interference from the outside world, only allowing its interference outwards and even granting Sivert the ability to freely manipulate the objects' shape.)
Subjugator (Allows the user to inflict fear and doubt upon his foes as long as he overpowers them. By inflicting fear, not only will it reduce their resistance and morale. It will allow the user to invade their minds to create powerful illusions that'll eventually destroy their mind.)
Extremely Resilient (Grants the user extreme resilience from all types of attacks.)
Destroyer (Doubles Sivert's power but increases the use of his energy.)
Prevention (Blocks all types of analyzations.)
Sacrificer (Allows the user to sacrifice skills to create new ones.)
That's all for his skill. There will be more abilities in the future for now though it's just these two.
Once again I hoped you enjoyed my uh.. crazy imagination that I put into words.
See you next Chapter!
