We've picked up a Borg ship and our plan is on the way, Let's hope we get what we are looking for.
"7," I said.
"It's a Probe, A scout vessel, Limited armaments," 7 said.
"Let's go, Remember People let's try to disable it," I said.
"Captain, They already seen us, They are come right at us," Tom said.
"Red Alert, Battle stations," I said as the Klaxons went Red.
"They are scanning us," Tuvok said.
"Let me," I said.
"Captain, We're being hailed," Harry said.
"Open a Channel," I said.
"We are the Borg, You will be assimilated, Resistance is Futile," Collective said.
"Break off your pursuit, Or we'll open fire," I said.
"Irrelevant," Collective said.
"Is it, You've scanned our vessel, You know we can match your firepower," I said.
"You will be assimilated," Collective said.
"They've cut the channel," Harry said.
As we got hit.
"Direct hit to aft Shields they're holding," Harry said.
"Phasers, Return fire," I said. "Evasive pattern Sierra 1,"
"Direct hit to the Shields," Tuvok said.
"7," I said.
"They're shields are down," 7 said.
"Tuvok," I said.
"I'm working on it, Captain," Tuvok said.
"Captain, What if we beam a Torpedo in there, use it to Disable the Ship," Harry said.
"Do it, Send 10 seconds after Transport," I said.
"Done, Detention 10, 9, 8, 7,6," Harry said.
"Tom get us away," I said.
"Alright on it," Tom said.
"3, 2, 1," Harry said.
As it blew up as we got hit by the shockwave but not serious.
"I thought we were trying to disable it," Chakotay said.
"The Torpedo detonated near the power Matrix, It caused a chain reaction," 7 said.
"Survivors," I said.
"None," Tuvok said.
"Debris status," I said.
"There's a few components intact but they're badly damaged," Harry said.
"Begin a salvage operation," I said.
"Captain," Chakotay said.
"There must be something we can use. Weapons, A transwarp coil. I don't know about the rest of us but I feel Lucky today," I said.
As I went for my Ready room.

Eventually I got to the Cargo bay 3 where we got everything we could and met up with Chakotay.
"Now, this is how I prefer the Borg, In pieces," I said.
"8 kilotons of debris, most of it hull fragments, so far, we've recovered 2 power nodes, and a dozen Plasma conduit, All in working order," Chakotay said.
"Their propulsion system, anything left," I said.
"B'Elanna found a transwarp coil," Chakotay said.
"Wow, What's this, It's lighter than I expected," I said. "Must be some kind of polytrinic alloy, Let's hope our little skirmish got back to the Hive mind. Maybe they'll think twice before they attack us again,"
"It was only a probe, Next time we might not be so lucky," Chakotay said.
"Then we show them what Voyager is packing," I said.
"Captain," Harry said. "Don't touch that,"
"Why, What is it?" I said.
"I don't know, But I few minutes ago, it was crawling around the floor," Harry said. "I think it's some kind of auto regeneration unit,"
"Thanks for the warning," I said. "As soon as we can we try reprogram it to repair Voyager,"
"See what we can do," Harry said.
"By my count we've added at least 2 years to our journey by avoiding the Borg, I'm tired of turning tail, every time we detect a cube," I said.
"Better safe than assimilated," Chakotay said.

"Maybe I should go to Red Alert, And get it over with," Chakotay said.

"This could revolutionize the way that I perform surgery," Doc said.
"Excellent, Why don't you deactivate it for now, Hmm," I said.
"Remodulate the Coil frequency," B'Elanna said.
As we headed over.
"No effect," 7 said.
"Try again," B'Elanna said.
"The field regulator is fused," 7 said.
"What seems to be the problem," Chakotay said.
"We can't activate the Transwarp Coil," B'Elanna said.
"When a Borg Vessel is critically damaged, all of it's vital technology self destructs," 7 said. "The coil is beyond repair,"
"Damn," I said.
"At least the Doctor found a new toy," Chakotay said.
"Really," I said.
"Captain," 7 said. "Data Nodes, One of them is a drone manifest, the other contains tactical information,"
"Specifically," Chakotay said.
"Long Range sensor telemetry, Assimilation logistics, and Vessel movements for a radius of 30 lightyears," 7 said.
"Well, let's take a look," I said.
"I'll need to convert the information to starfleet parameters," 7 said.
"Time," I said.
"2 hours," 7 said.

2 Hours later, I was in Astrometrics. With Tuvok.
"I was able to recover 62% of the data," 7 said. "This is an iso grid of Borg tactical movements, across 25 sectors,"
"Are there any dangers along our present course," I said.
"There are 3 cubes, approximately 9 light years away travelling on a trajectory parallel to our own," 7 said. "They do not pose a threat," As I saw something.
"What about that vessel," I said.
"It's a scout ship, 8 light years travelling at Warp 2, the ship is heavily damaged," 7 said.
"Was it attacked," Tuvok said.
"Ion storm," 7 said. "The sphere is presently regenerating, That explains why it's travelling at low warp,"
"Limping home," I said.
"In a manner of speaking," 7 said.
"I want a detailed schematic of this vessel, down to the power distribution nodes. We just struck gold," I said.

"If I could equip our engines with even one coil it could shave about 20 years off this trip," B'Elanna said.
"Do you believe the Borg sphere is damaged enough for us to penetrate its defenses?" Tuvok said.
"Long enough to take what we want and get out in one piece," I said. "But we'd have to plan this heist down to the millisecond, There would be no margin for Error. As I see it, We plan an intercept course that won't attract their attention, then create a diversion to keep them occupied, so we can send in an away team to obtain the technology,"
"I'd like to see the data on that sphere, We might be able to recreate parts of it on the holodeck," Chakotay said. "Run a few tactical simulations,"
"It's all yours," I said.
"We need to mask our warp signature, I've got a few Maquis tricks up my sleeve, they're not exactly starfleet approved, but," B'Elanna said.
"This isn't the time for that, get on it," I said. "This sphere is 3 days ago at Maximum warp. Set a course, Chakotay, I want an outline for out heist by tomorrow morning. We've proven ourselves against the Borg once before twice before, But we're always the ones under attack, Time we did a little assimilating of our own, Dismissed,"

"I was hoping you'd be a little more vocal, Any thoughts," I said.
"Your plan is ambitious. There are many variables but it can succeed," 7 said.
"I'd like to narrow that list of variables, I was hoping your parents might provide us with a few insights," I said. "I've been looking over the records we found on the USS Raven When me and you were there, Your parents kept extensive field notes, detailed journals, there are over 9,000 entries alone,"
"The information is irrelevant," 7 said.
"On the contrary, 7, they spent their careers studying the Borg, They tracked a cube at close range for what 2 years," I said.

"Well I'd say that made them experts, I want you to study their research, Look for any data that might give us a tactical edge," I said.
"My Parents were assimilated, Obviously their tactics were flawed," 7 said.
"Look, These records have been collecting dust in our database for over a year, You say they're irrelevant and I say you've been avoiding them, You're the best person for the job, But I'll assign it to Chakotay if," I said.

We were approaching the Sphere.
"We are approaching the sphere," Harry said.
"Red alert," I said. As the Klaxons went red.
"7 to the Bridge," Chakotay said.
"On my way," 7 said.
"Have we been Detected," I said.
"No sir," Harry said.
"I have a visual," Tuvok said.
"On screen," I said. "Magnify,"
"Looks like they took a real beating," Chakotay said.
"They still can be a threat, Let's not get too close," I said. "Match their course and speed, Keep a distance of 10 million kilometers,"
"Aye captain," Tom said.
"7 scan the vessel," I said. "I want to know their current status,"
"Their weapons array is regenerating, But shields and transwarp drive are still offline," 7 said.
"How long until they have transwarp," I said.
"Approximately 72 hours," 7 said.
"We may not get this opportunity again, And I don't intend to miss it, whatever it takes, Double shifts round the clock simulations, I want to be ready," I said.

We were on the holodeck running simulations.
Harry and Tuvok. 7 and I.
As we made our way to the Transwarp coil location.
As Harry and Tuvok went for the shields.
"7," I said.
"Here," 7 said.
As I set up the Pattern enhancer.
"Bridge to away teams, you're 6 seconds behind schedule," Chakotay said. "You've got 55 seconds,"
"Tuvok to McCall Charges set, Returning to Transport coordinates," Tuvok said
"Ready, 7," I said.
"The Coil is offline," 7 said.
"Tuvok Now," I said. "Bridge their shields are down, Energize,"
Then We got it beamed up.
"Target obtained," Chakotay said.
As we headed back to the Transport site.
"You're out of time," Chakotay said.
As there was an Alarm going off.
"Captain," 7 said.
As 2 got in our way.
As I got them.
"Shit, They've adapted, Come on," I said moving another way. "7,"
"Hurry," Harry said as we saw them.
"Energize," Tuvok said.
As they got us out.
"Computer freeze program both holodecks," Chakotay said.
As the holodeck froze.
"Captain, We got the transwarp coil. but also picked up some uninvited guests," Chakotay said.
"Time," I said.
"2 minutes 12 seconds," Chakotay said.
"12 seconds too late, once we disabled their sensor grid, we only have 2 minutes until it regenerates," I said.
"Did you run into any problems," Chakotay said.
"None," Tuvok said.
"We were efficient," 7 said.
"What if we try to beam directly into the Transwarp chamber," Harry said.
"Too much shielding," I said.
"Perhaps we could modify our transporters" Tuvok said.
"I've already explored that option, It won't work," I said.
"12 seconds, might as well be an eternity," Harry said.
"The Hansen's, They were able to remain inside a Borg cube for several hours without being detected," 7 said.
"How," Harry said.
"I'm not certain," 7 said.
"Keep investigating," I said.
"Yes Captain," 7 said.
"We've run enough simulations for one day, Let's work on refining out tactics," I said. "Anything we can do to shave a few more seconds off our little heist. Computer. End Program," As the Holodeck,"
As we all went another way apart from 7 and I.
"I don't know about you, But I'm glad to be back on Voyager, Borg vessels make my skin crawl," I said.
"It was a holodeck recreation," 7 said.
"Close enough," I said. "We've just spent the last 3 hours dodging Drones, It didn't bother you,"
"Your point," 7 said
"You seemed a little nervous in there," I said.
"The last time I was on a Borg Vessel, I was a drone, The recreation was unsettling," 7 said.
"You were reluctant to look at your parent's research, and now I sense you're a little reluctant to go on this mission," I said. "Maybe I am pushing you too fast,"
"I'll adapt," 7 said.
"It easier said than done, It's been over 2 years since you came face to face with the collective, Are you sure you're up to it? I need everybody work their Max," I said.

"No, I'm simply voicing my concerns," I said.

I was in my ready room as I was going over some sensors logs where I noticed something odd.
"Computer, run a transpectral analysis on all subspace fluctuations," I said.
"Transpectral analysis complete," Computer said.
"Report," I said.
"The Subspace fluctuation is a Borg interlink frequency," Computer said.
"Is there a video link," I said.
"Confirmed," Computer said.
"Seal the doors to this room and run the video link from the beginning," I said.
"Doors are sealed, Running Video," Computer said.
As my Laptop came on with a video showing to be Naomi.
"I had a bad dream, Can I stay with you for a while?" Naomi said.
"Where is your mother?" 7 said.
"She's working in Engineering, and Neelix is on a duty shift, Please? I don't bother you," Naomi said.
"Very well," 7 said.
"My dream looked just like this, There was Borg stuff Everywhere," Naomi said.
"Nightmares are caused by irrational fear. They are not real, They cannot damage you. Try to Ignore it," 7 said.
"What if they make you a drone again? What's it like to be a drone, Does it hurt," Naomi said. Why is she asking that.
"You will terminate this line of questioning, return to your quarters Immediately," 7 said.
"Resistance if futile," Naomi said. as a starburst implant sprouting on her cheek. As I watched 7 jump back. Alarmed.
The Borg Queen replaced the previous image. "7 of 9, out thoughts are one, I know that you would do whatever it takes to protect this crew. Particularly this child. you feel an sense of protectiveness for her. Return to the collective, Surrender yourself and we will allow Voyager to leave, unharmed,"
Don't do it 7. Not for us.
"I will not comply, Voyager is my collective. You will leave Naomi Wildman alone," 7 said.
"Then we will assimilate Voyager, and all it's crew. We will begin with Captain McCall," Borg Queen said. What. As I saw 7 stiffened. "yes I can see your thoughts for him as well, Pitiful human love, He does not return your affections. Yet you continue to desire him. Human emotion is weak,"
"You will not touch him," 7 said.
"You can prevent it, Surrender yourself," The Borg Queen said.
I saw 7 looked torn. "I will comply," 7 said.
Then the Message was terminated.
"Computer, Save the video into my database, Access to Commander Chakotay only," I said.
"Confirmed," Computer said.
"Unseal the doors," I said.
"Doors unsealed," Computer said.

"Captain's log Supplemental, Operation Fort Know, Or Union Depository is ready to proceed, All departments are standing by, And I've given the order to begin at 0600 hours, End log," I said.
Not long after my Door bell rang.
"Come in," I said.
As 7 came in.
"Coffee," I said. "You look like you could use some,"
"No," 7 said.
"It's a human vice you might want to try one day, Keeps you sharp," I said.
"One day," 7 said.
"I've been fine tuning our game plan for tomorrow morning," I said here we go try to get her. "And I've decided to reassign you to the Bridge,"
"Captain," 7 said.
"I'm concerned about Voyager's safety, and if the sphere decides to attack, I'd rather have you at Tactical," I said.
"I should be on the away team," 7 said.
"B'Elanna will do just fine in your place," I said.
"You may encountered unexpected obstacles, force fields, encryption codes," 7 said. "I'm the only member of this crew who can anticipate them,"
"You underestimate the rest of us," I said.
"And you underestimate the Borg," 7 said.
"This is more than just a question of tactics, I'm concerned about your well being, and your ability to perform on this mission," I said.
"Your concern is unwarranted," 7 said.
"Is it," I said. "I'm not the only one who's worried about you, Chakotay, Neelix, Doc, We've all noticed changes in your behaviour, You are preoccupied, agitated, and you're making mistakes, Don't get me wrong, I more than appreciate your efforts, and we couldn't have come this far without your help, But it's obviously taken its toll, If I'd realized how those journals were going to affect you, I never would have pushed you to read them, and I'm not about to ask you to face the collective in your present frame of mind,"
"The past several days have been difficult, But I must join the away team," 7 said. "And I assure you I will not make another mistake,"
"I've made my decision, 7," I said.
"If I don't go this mission will fail," 7 said.
"You sound awfully certain about that," I said.
"I know the Borg," 7 said.
"And I know you," I said. "There's more to what you're saying, What's wrong?"
"Over the past 2 years, I have become familiar with the individuals on this vessel, Voyager is my collective now, Your survival is important to me," 7 said. "I am willing to risk my own well being, if it increase our chances of success, Assign me to the away team, Please,"
"Alright," I said.
"Thank you," 7 said. Then turned to leave.
"7, You've made one hell of progress as an individual and as a member of this crew, for what it's worth Voyager wouldn't be the same without you," I said.
As 7 left.

We were almost ready to beam over. As I got a few ballistic weapons too. Pistol, MP5 and P90. Along with a Knife.
Clara was at Tactical.
As 7, Harry, Tuvok and I were in the Transporter room.
"Bridge to Transporter room 2," Chakotay said.
"Go ahead," I said.
"They're not taking the bait," Chakotay said.
"Shuttle status," I said.
"All systems go," Chakotay said. "False bio readings are holding steady,"
"How about a Phaser shot across their bow," Harry said. "Might grab their attention,"
"No, The shuttle would be perceived as a threat and they'd destroy it," 7 said.
"Chakotay, increase the Energy output of the shuttle's warp profile," I said. "That should present a more inviting target,"
"It's working," Tom said. "They've got it, They're pulling it in, Toward a docking port along the central radius, 500 meter, 200 meters, They're dropping shields,"
"Energize," I said.
As we got beam in.
"Let's go," I said.
As Tuvok and Harry went one way as 7 and I headed for the Coil.
As we almost got there.
"7," I said. "Hey, 7," As 7 gasps as I touch her should. "Are you all right,"
"Proceed," 7 said.
As we went on.
And got to the Transport Coil As I set up the Pattern enhancer.
"Tuvok to McCall Charges set, Returning to Transport coordinates," Tuvok said.
"The Transwarp coil is offline," 7 said.
"Tuvok now," I said. As the sphere shook. "Voyager now,"
"Target obtained," Chakotay said.
"Let's go," I said. As we started heading back Then 7 just stopped. "7 come on,"
"No, I wish to stay," 7 said. "I intend to rejoin the collective,"
"I can't let you do that," I said.
"You have no choice," 7 said.
"Keep moving. That's an order," I said. As a forcefield went up. "You got to be fucking kidding me.
"Go," 7 said.
"Chakotay to Away team, The sphere has detected Voyager, They've altered course to intercept, and they're charging weapons. We've got to get you out of there, now," Chakotay said.
"I'm not leaving without you," I said.
"Then you will be assimilated," 7 said.
As one came up behind me as I Grabbed and pulled the cord. Sending it to shock.
Then Got to the end of the corridor. Then Headed for the Beam in. Then I saw a Jeffries tube look alike.
"McCall to Tuvok," I said.
"Go ahead," Tuvok said.
"Get yourself and Harry Back to Voyager, Get the Coil on the Delta Flyer and Come after us. Something is wrong and 7 is caught in the middle of it. Tell Chakotay there is a file in my database he can access. Do it in the conference room. I'm going to try and get her back for the time you show up," I said.
"Captain," Tuvok said. "We should go,"
"That's an order, Commander," I said.
"Aye captain," Tuvok said. As the link is cut and I got into the tube and tried to use them to stay hidden and find 7.
As I felt a shake. I knew the sphere went to Transwarp.
As I keep going as I found what looked to be an airlock docking port. As we shook again and saw we dropped out of Transwarp but in a middle of a crap ton of Borg ships and structures. Then we docked in a large structure. I managed to get in it before the tube airlock sealed again, As I headed in where I found a console where I started to use my tricorder to Download what I could like where the hell we are and where 7 was.
Then I found out where. And I headed for another tube. Which lead me to this room. Where I use my tricorder to scan for any Borg. Which there was none. As I got out. The Tube sealed itself and then a forcefield went up around me.
"What the," I said.
As that the Borg Queen came in.
"Did you really think I didn't know you were still on board," She said.
"How long have you known," I said.
"Since you came on board the sphere. I knew where you were since the rest of the team returned to Voyager," She said.
"No wonder I never ran into any Drones. That was for me wasn't it, You knew I would take advantage of that," I said.
"The Jeffries tube. Yes," She said.
"Why did none of your drones come at me then you all this time to get me yet you waited why," I said.
"To make you lower your guard, I knew where you were every second," She said.
"Why 7, Why come after her, Why force her to come back," I said.
"You may never know," She said as the Forcefield shut down.
"And why is that," I said.
"That's a surprise," She said. Then When I saw a drone come in. I turned towards it but then it disappear then I felt something go into my neck just before I passed out. I saw the Queens tubules in there. "There we go," As I passed out.

It was weird. I didn't feel like anything was a missed. Until I got up and saw the she was gone. But my gear was still there. As I went over and grabbed it. That was where I saw something. The Fuck. What was she trying to do to me. As then I felt weird.
"What the hell has she been doing to me," I said. But my voice was wrong it almost sound female. Fucking bitch. Now I know she is trying so strangle. 7 never mentions this. Are the Borg more sinister then anyone though.
Doesn't matter I managed to get back gear back. But the only thing that was missing was my combadge. The Borg queen must have taken it. As I left the room and started looking for 7 again. Not to much longer I managed to find my Combadge.
"McCall to Delta Flyer," I said. But nothing.
As I started heading again. As I got nearby a chamber.
"Delta Flyer to McCall," Tom said.
"Tom, I never thought I would be happy to hear your voice," I said.
"Are you alright you sound," Tom said.
"Long story, Listen I at the Large building, Any sign of 7," I said.
"Nothing yet," Tom said.
"Who is with you," I said.
"Tuvok and the Doc," Tom said.
"Tuvok Start scanning for 7," I said.
"Captain we got a way to talk with 7," Doc said.
"Send her a message then if it is just to 7. Tell her I'm heading for her," I said.
"Captain you should return to the flyer," Tuvok said.
"Not without 7," I said.
As I managed to find where the Chamber was as I got to the Door.
"Tom I'm about to go into the chamber Target it Full weapons," I said.
"Captain, you'll be in there," Tom said.
"I know," I said. "Keep trying to lock onto us, I'm going in,"
As I got it open. And Headed in.
"We were wrong, You are weak," Borg queen said.
"Don't listen to her 7," I said. "Call them off or I'll take you out,"
"Your weapons are useless," Borg queen said.
"Don't be so sure, My Tactical officer has targeted this room with for weapons, Delta Flyer, Status," I said.
"We've targeted the chamber, Captain," Tuvok said.
"Let's her go, or I'll give the order to fire," I said.
"You would be destroyed as well, Along with your crewmen," Borg queen said.
"I'll take my chances," I said. As they started to move again. "Tuvok, High yield Torpedoes, full spread, fire on my command," As they stopped.
"Captain, They've disengaged their tractor beam," Tom said.
"Get us out of here," I said.
"A dispersal field just activated around the chamber you're in," Tom said. "We can't get a lock,"
"7, shut down that field," I said.
"Don't listen to him," Borg Queen said. "Or should I say her, She's poisoned your thoughts long enough,"
"I'm giving you an order," I said.
"1 order, 1 voice, insignificant," Borg Queen said.
As 7 managed to do it.
"Tom, Now," I said.
"She's adapting," 7 said.
"The field went up again Captain," Tom said. "I can't beam you out,"
"You will assist the Collective as drones, Assimilate them," Borg queen said.
"Assimilate this," I said. Shooting the closer drone to me with my pistol and then shot above the central alcove with my phaser. As we got beamed out. Onto the Delta Flyer Bridge. "Tom get us out of here now," As I got to a station.
"Aye Captain," Tom said.
"Captain," Doc said.
"Later, Doc, Let's get out of here," I said.
As we got hit.
"3 vessels closing fast," Tom said.
"Direct hit our tactical array, Weapons are down," Tuvok said.
"Go to Transwarp," I said.
"Transwarp in 4, 3, 2, 1," Tom said as we went to Transwarp. "A vessel entered the conduit with us just before it closed,"
As we got hit.
"They're targeting our engines," Tuvok said.
"Maintain course," I said.
As we got hit again.
"Direct hit on the port nacelle, We're venting plasma," Tom said.
"Rerouting emergency power," Tuvok said.
"It's not enough, I'll need 30 Teradynes at least, or we'll lose Transwarp," Tom said.
"How long to the rendezvous coordinates," I said.
"2 point 4 minutes, But we'll drop out of transwarp in less than one" Tom said.
"Reroute power from life support," I said.
"Captain," Doc said.
"I'd rather suffocate than vaporize, Do it," I said.

As my console beeps.
"I'm picking up transwarp signatures, There's a conduit, Approaching, 30,000 kilometers off our port bow," I said.
"Battle Stations," Chakotay said as we went to Red Alert.
(Scott POV)
As we got hit.
"We're 20 seconds from normal space," Tom said.
"The Borg vessel," I said
"Still in pursuit closing rapidly," Tuvok said.
"15 seconds," Tom said.
"They're trying to lock on with a tractor beam," 7 said.
"Remodulate shields," I said.
"Threshold in 8, 7, 6, 5,4,3, 2, 1," Tom said as we dropped out.
"Voyager to Delta Flyer, report," Chakotay said.
"We're back, But there's Borg vessel right behind us," I said.
"Clara target the threshold perimeter. Photon Torpedoes, Full spread," Chakotay said.
"That will collapse and implode the conduit for a light year," Clara said.
"That's the plan," Chakotay said.
"Ready," Clara said.
"Fire," Chakotay said.
As we saw the torpedoes leave and hit the Conduit.
"Chakotay," I said.
"We collapsed the conduit, No sign of Borg activity," Chakotay said.
"Clear us for docking we are coming home," I said.
"Chakotay, I'm picking up Borg Signatures, Lots of them," Clara said.
"Source," Chakotay said.
"The Conduit," Clara said.
"I thought you collapsed it," Chakotay said.
"So did I," Clara said.
"Stand by weapons," Chakotay said.
"Dad, Raise Shields we have company," Clara said.
As we saw the conduit open but it was debris.

"Captain's log Stardate 52619.2, We got another 20,000 light years out of the Transwarp coil before it gave out, I figure we're a good 15 years closer to home, But the Doctor, Told me what the Borg did to me. The Borg are a lot more sinister than we thought, From what the Doc told me. Is what they have done, Can't restore me back to my old self. Guess I'm going to be Stuck as a female the rest of my life. At least I got my girls with me, But The Doc told me that I'm have to take the next 2 weeks off. More like an order. Guess I've got time to ask someone a question End log." I said.
As I got to cargo bay 3. Where 7 was working on something.
"I see you picked up some bad habits," I said.
"Captain," 7 said.
"I heard the Doc tell you to regenerate for at least 2 days, You're violating a direct medical command," I said.
"I will comply when my work is completed," 7 said.
"What are you doing," I said.
"During my time at unimatrix one, I acquired a vast amount of knowledge, It may prove useful in our future encounters with the Borg," 7 said. "I am downloading it into Voyager's database, The Borg Believe I was unique that I understood humanity, They were obviously mistaken,"
"How so," I said.
"I betrayed the crew of Voyager, threatened you with assimilations, I didn't expect you to return for me," 7 said.
"I never left. I didn't think the Borg were this sinister," I said. "7. Why did you risk yourself like that? We could have found a better way," I said.
"I could not risk your assimilation, You are my collective, I would give up my own individuality to protect yours," 7 said.
"I feel I must tell you that we were able to recreate the message that was sent from to Borg to you," I said.
"The Message in its entirely," 7 said.
"Everything. I suppose I didn't expect anything personal nature to be contained in it. I picked it up before we went. Guess I should of told you that I knew. but. I didn't want her finding out. Why didn't you tell me," I said.
"I did not assume you would return my affections, I felt it more efficient to ignore the feelings," 7 said.
"Perhaps you should have spoken with me before discounting them," I said.
"Do you share my feelings, Captain," 7 said.
"Yes, And you can call me Scott when we're alone," I said.
"Guess that doesn't work now," 7 said.
"I don't know yet. Plus the Doctor is keeping me off duty for the next 2 weeks," I said. "But it looks like you still have a few things to learn. Time to regenerate,"
"When I am finished," 7 said.
"No, now, That's an order," I said.
"Yes Captain," 7 said. As she stepped onto the disc. After a moment I stepped up. Facing each other. I was leaned over and kissed 7. As 7 started her regeneration cycle with a smile on her face.
"Sweet Dreams," I said. As 7 closed her eyes. As I went for my quarters.

Did say the Borg were going to be more sinister. You know what that means that Scott is going have to pick another first name unless he wants to tell everyone what happened.
