I teach her the basics of fighting, and she mastered her armor forms and can make her armor appear on her. With bamboo in the garden, I teach her the proper technique of slicing and gashing at an opponent. She learns very quickly, from the basics of fighting to technique. I made sure this was difficult for her, we did a one versus one to show her my techniques. One was me creating a fire between us, she would think to look around the fire. However, I appeared from underground and tagged her, this was revolutionary for her. She learned very quickly of my trick, and now to make her face me. We had spares and such, her very smartness is what makes her very deadly. Most likely on par with mine, maybe.
Months after we did this, she's matching my low power mode already. How fast she can learn was astonishing. Like Queen Kimoto, sigh. One day, I got a call from someone 2 months before the Exam.
"Hello, this is Endure speaking, who is this?" I say through the phone, a few seconds of waiting and I receive an answer.
"Hey Endure it's Cementos, so good to hear from you after a month I say," Cementos says.
"Ah Cementos, how is that U.A job?"
"Phew, it's alright. You see, the reason why I called is something very special."
"No, you need another staff on board?"
"Yeah, so you knew?"
"I mean, I read the article this morning. Damn, that staff tried to sneak into the file room."
"Yep, well do you want the job or not?"
"Depends on your staff. You're gonna probably have to ask the Principal about that."
"Oh, he's aware that he needs another staff member at hand. All you have to do is meet him in person and see if you get the job."
"Hmmm, sure. I'll notify Ken about the second job."
"Alright, see you soon."
I ended the call, sitting on the couch as I watched the TV. The news broadcast was showing the news of a villain that killed some heroes. It was not the Hero Killer, this one was different. He skewered their hearts out, leaving them bleeding out. Makes me wonder, but I diminish that thought and a week later got the call to go to U.A.
"Ah sorry Minako, I have to go somewhere," I say, putting my guard down to look at my phone.
"Where to?" Minako asks.
"Just a meeting, it'll go fast."
"Ok, bye dad."
"Bye Minako, keep practicing," I say, leaving the backyard and exiting the house.
I lock the door, walking over to U.A. I pass the streets and stop to take some pictures with some people, I made a mark on this world. I pass by the streets, eventually arriving at the front gate, looking at the tall building stand. Cementos waits for me, greeting him and we both walk through the front gate. Entering the building and taking an elevator towards the tallest floor. Then we exit out of the elevator and walk towards a door, where I open the door and enter. Cementos followed behind and closed the door, there was a chair and a desk near the window wall. The chair turned around, and on the chair was a mouse. This is not the weirdest thing I saw, both of us took a seat on chairs as I saw the name plaque, Nezu.
"So this is your friend that you speak of, Cementos?" Nezu asks, Cementos nodding.
"One of my oldest friends that I have, Endure," Cementos says.
"Well pleasure to meet you Endure," Nezu says, putting his tiny paw out.
"The pleasure is all mine sir," I say, shaking his tiny paw with two of my fingers.
"I heard much about your hero work, no wonder you're in the top 20 heroes."
"I spend a lot less time in my hero work than with my job as an archeologist, but I somehow manage."
"The same job as Cementos? Well, this works well, because Cementos wants to take the role of file manager. And I needed a history teacher for 1-A, so this is perfect. However, before accepting you for the job, I want to assess your quirk."
"How so?"
"Follow me."
Nezu jumps down and we both exit his office, taking the elevator down to the first floor. We exited the building, but went to another part of the state with a big open area.
"How well can you handle opponents yourself?" Nezu says, pressing a button and a bunch of huge robots appeared.
"Wait Nezu, isn't this much?" Cementos asks.
"Trust me on this, Cementos. I want to see his powers in action," Nezu responds. I stood ahead against all the robots.
I can at least go more out on these high-intelligence robots, bringing out my claymore. I never used it often, but I still trained with it. I hold my claymore in my right hand, the robots swinging ever so slowly toward me. I grip and change to my speed form, dodging the arm as it slams into the ground. Magic imbued into my claymore, I twirl around the arm and grind my claymore against it. Twirling towards the head, slicing the head off clean. It exploded, and I quickly mounted the other robots nearby, slicing their heads off as well. One was smart, swinging with a fast motion towards me. However, I hide tricks in my sleeve stronger than this. The Ancient Flower on me glows, and gold flames spew out of my helmet. With this hidden power coming to play, I flung toward the chest of the robot.
"Trinity Execution!" I yell out loud, stabbing my claymore into the robot's chest.
A beam of light exploded out and the whole robot's body exploded, sending a shockwave around me. The other robots start to malfunction, falling to the ground. It was merely a challenge to go up against non-sentient robots, the gold flames die down. Clapping came from Nezu and Cementos, both astonished.
"I see, this is a power you can wield. Maybe even All Might's level, thank you for this demonstration. You are accepted into U.A," Nezu says, giving a thumbs up.
"Congratulations Endure," Cementos says, patting me on the back.
"I am thrilled about this opportunity," I say, but I was more thrilled to buy it with Minako.
After getting the job, I go back to the house to train Minako harder. I wanted to keep it a surprise, for the time being, training her harder to pass the Exam. The months passed by so fast, it was the day of the Exam. I gave her a paper with my signature for taking the Recommendation Exam. She was ecstatic to go, hugging me as I waved goodbye to her. Sigh, I put my arms to the side, watching her turn the corner to U.A. Before I head inside, my phone starts to go off. I got a message from Principal Nezu, asking me to come to U.A quickly. I completely forgot about U.A, running outside and changing to my airborne form to get to U.A.
