Despite being an older, reliable teenager he went alone up a dangerous mountain. With a Digimon that could not evolve past the rookie level. In the middle of the night where he could barely see. Without anybody but said Digimon noticing his disappearance.
Jo, of all people. He who had complained the most so far. He who demanded so little respect from the team despite being their senpai. He who was so grumpy and stuck up in the summer camp.
