Here's the next chapter, Fairy Tail fans!

And I sorry if it's a little late, but another song opening.

I don't know if it's ideal, but it's my way of making my fanfiction unique.

Anyhoo, enjoy!

The opening begins with the camera panning upwards in a rocky landscape with a dark, cloudy sky. Natsu is standing there with his back turned, enveloped with a powerful magic aura of flames and lightning. A gust of dust overtakes the screen for a split second, and we now see close up with his back still turned. He then turns around and glares fiercely as a bolt of lightning flashes across the screen as it begins to rain.

The Fairy Tail title appears zooming in quickly and stays there for a good few seconds. Then the black symbol that represents the guild's logo on the title begins to pulses with light until the light overtakes the screen.

Hana no you ni Kasa ga Saku KARAFURU na Sekai

We now see Natsu and the gang waving to a familiar-looking boy with spikey purple hair at the port of Magnolia. The boy wore an outfit to the likeness of Natsu, only he possesses a dark maroon sleeveless jacket with white edges which was held together by a light gray sash, bright green shorts, and brown boots, and even having a yellow scarf wrapped around his neck and bandages around his wrists.

The boy looks back at them in time to see them fade away, revealing that it was only the boy's fantasy. He looks towards the sea as the camera pans up towards the sky.

The sky changes to dark and cloudy as the scene transitions to the battle on Tenrou Island. Doranbolt, Lahar, as well as the other soldiers from the Magic Council watch from afar in the stormy sea as the Great Tenrou Tree on the Island topples, Lahar looking solemn while Doranbolt is horrified.

Now, we see those who are at the camp standing firm and ready to fight in a circle as the camera pans upward. The order of the ring being counterclockwise, Freed, Bixlow, Levy who was walk assisting Gajeel, Mira, Cana who was tending to Makarov, Elfman, Lisanna, and Evergreen.

Next, a young Ultear stands in a snowy landscape, lost and alone, as an overjoy of Ur appears above in the sky. After that, we then see the current older Ultear along with Meldy standing back to back turning their heads toward the audience as Gray from the right and Juvia on the left appear on the screen, both of them preparing to unleash their magic.

Erza stands before Azuma in her Crimson Blossom attire battered, weary, and on one knee while using her sword for support. As we get close to her, Erza remembers Natsu and the rest of her friends, which makes her tighten her hands around her sword filled with newfound determination.

After that, we see Gildarts straightening up, his face filled with anger and grim as the camera circles around behind him revealing Bluenote charging straight at him with his hand having a black orb which represented his Gravity magic. The two then collide the sheer force making the ground rip apart and rubble fly everywhere.

I wish Arigatou chotto tereru kedo

Team Natsu is battling Hades, Natsu unleashing a Fire Dragon Wing Attack, only Hades to sidestep the attack and give Natsu a knee to his gut knocking him away. The leader of Grimoire Heart turns around in time for Gray to come straight for him using Cold Excaliber, but Hades blocks it with a wave of his hand unleashing a wave of dark magic and knocks him away too. Hades then goes for Lucy by making a chain clamp onto her midsection swinging her around, but Erza jumps in by cutting the chain setting her free. Wendy then jumps into the fray unleashing her Sky Dragon Wing Attack which blows Hades.

We get an extreme close up look at Hades' eyes which are closes. They snap open revealing one eye's sclera to be a dark glowing red color, and as we pull away from his face sharply, Hades is enveloped with a mysterious aura as numerous, strange, and monstrous creatures appear behind him.

Now, we have an up-close look at Laxus as we pull away revealing his full body radiating with lightning. Just behind him, Willy's eyes snap open, glowing green as he lets out a scream letting his magic power explode ready to help which is colored blue and black as an overlay of the girl in his head appears smirking darkly.

Happy, Carla, and Pantherlily are standing outside of the rain holding their paws in the Fairy Tail sign.

Natsu battered and beaten is in the arms of Lucy and clasps her arm tightly. He then gets up and he along with the rest of his team along with Willy charge in one last final stand.

(Everybody Hands Up)
(Everybody Pump Up)

A little girl in a white dress is seen walking on top of the water in a void of white, gold, and green. The scene then changes as we see Zeref walking in the same type of space, but his void is colored black and gray. We switch back to the girl whose face is shown halfway on the right side of the screen, blinking once as she looks upward. It then changes back to Zeref whose face is also shown halfway on the left side who blinks once making his eyes open wide.

Finally, the scene changes the landscape being red, as everyone on Tenrou Island watches an enormous evil looking dragon loom over them and the island from above, its white eyes and teeth gleaming.

Everyone on Tenrou Island is now holding hands in a circle as the song ends.

Chapter 116

Battle with the Devil Part 2

WILLY'S POV

I now stood before the head of Grimoire Heart, Hades, ready to fight and get some payback. However, I couldn't help but be surprised to see Laxus standing next to me. I've heard stories about him through Mira and didn't expect to see him in person, but I kept it to myself as I kept my eyes fixed on Hades.

"Well, this is a surprise. You must be a blood relative of Makrov," Hades spoke to Laxus. He then looked at me. "And you must be Willy Falconer. A pleasure to make your acquaintance. At least, I won't have to go out searching for you."

"Wish I could say the feeling's mutual," I growled.

"Well, this is pathetic," Laxus scoffed smirking. "You all look like a bunch of tattered rags."

"We sure do," I heard Natsu agree with a chuckle.

"But Laxus, what are you and Willy doing here?!" I heard Erza ask.

"I came to pay my respects to the First Master. I used to be a remember of Fairy Tail too, you know," Laxus spoke next to me. "I was planning to stop by Mavis' grave, but I didn't expect to see the second master here. As far as Willy goes, I've got no idea why he's here."

"Let's just say that I heard Hades was looking for me," I spoke. "So I decided to heed his wishes."

"But Willy, you should be resting at base camp!" I heard Lucy protest. "You're in no condition to fight right now!"

"Did you honestly think that you could leave me there and let you fight Hades by yourselves?!" I spoke while glancing backward at Team Natsu a bit angry. "Forget that!" I then looked back at Hades scowling. "Besides, I've got a bone to pick with this guy, and if anyone's going to be fighting this old fart, it's me. I am the one he wants, so I might as well give him what he wants!"

"Don't be a fool, Willy! This isn't an enemy you can take on by yourself!" Erza cried out. "Especially an opponent like Hades!"

"It doesn't matter. I don't care who it is," I barked. "Hades wants me? He's going to get me! Besides, since Laxus came all this way to see a grave, I'm going to do him a favor and put Hades in one!"

I clenched my fists and was just about to pounce at Hades, when Laxus cut me off by raising his arm, which made me look up at him.

"Hold on a second there, kid," Laxus said. "Normally, I'd be in the same place as you, but something's telling me that isn't the best idea. If you took on this geezer by yourself, you'd most likely get yourself killed."

"I don't care! I said I was going to fight Hades, and damn it I will!" I snapped at him. "He got to pay for what he and his guild did to our guild! Especially Mira! And I ain't going to stop until I put this guy into the dirt! So stay out of my way!"

Laxus then glanced at me while I looked at him, showing that I wasn't backing down from this. He then looked back at Hades.

"Listen, kid, Willy, right? I get that you want to get some revenge, but you need to use your head," Laxus spoke. "Since there are two of us and we both want a piece of this geezer, so why don't we take him on together? That way we'll both be happy."

I then looked at Laxus feeling a bit surprised. "I'm surprised that you would suggest something like that," I spoke. "From what I heard about you, you're weren't exactly the kind of guy that would work with others neither do you look like it."

"Well, let's just say I've learned some humility, and the fact that two dragons are better than one," Laxus replied with a smirk. "Besides, the same could be said about you. Anyway, we honestly don't have a choice in the matter. We share a common enemy, so why don't you shut up and take him together."

I still felt a bit reluctant about this, but even I had to agree Laxus was right. If Hades were to be stopped so he wouldn't cause any more suffering, I had to take every chance and opportunity at got and that meant teaming up with Laxus.

"Very well, then. I suppose you've got a point," I said. "As you say, two dragons are better than one."

"About time you realized that," Laxus spoke smirking at me. "But just so you know, don't come crying to me if you get a few owies, kid. You'll make the guild look bad."

I looked back at Laxus and flashed a smile back at him as I took my stance. "Please, I'm the one who should be telling you that. I can handle myself just fine."

The two of us then looked at our opponent and let our magic power flare from our bodies, Laxus' body sparking with lightning and me having a blue one as did Hades whose was a dark purple.

"What a shame. To think that poor Makarov would be burdened by such a pretentious grandson as well as a foolish boy," Hades said. "However, I will admit that I admire both your magic powers as well as your courage, especially yours Willy Falconer."

"What do you mean by that?" I asked scowling.

"I'm sure that you and the rest of Fairy Tail have heard about it by now," said Hades. "You've gained quite the reputation for yourself considering that you were the only wizard who managed to break away from the Barem Alliance. Not only that, but word on the grapevine is that you've managed to defeat Don Ghira of the Black Tiger guild who is considered to be as powerful as one of my Kin. I am a man that appreciates talented wizards, so I have a proposal. Why don't you join Grimoire Heart?"

I stared at him incredulously. "Excuse me?"

"Think about it. I'm allowing you to stand beside me in the Grand Magic World," went on Hades. "Once it comes about, I can give you whatever your heart desires and so much more. Nothing would be out of your reach, and I can help you reach your fullest potential and show you things no other wizard has ever seen. You would be untouchable, and no other dark guild would hunt for the bounty on your head again as long as you are with me. However, if you choose to turn down on my offer, don't think that there won't be any consequences. So what do you say? Will you join me or will you join Fairy Tail in its destruction?"

There was a long silence as I stared at Hades, not believing the words that were coming out of his mouth. Then I laughed scornfully.

"You're really are a villain. Like a textbook villain from a storybook, Hades," I spoke. "I'll give you credit for actually trying, but I'm not interested in joining you, nor will I ever. Besides, I don't know what this Grand Magic World is, nor do I care about reaching it. The only thing I care about is taking you down, and nothing is going to stop from me doing so."

"Yeah! You tell em, Willy!" Natsu yelled.

Hades then let out a huff. "Very wel then. Don't say that I didn't warn you," he spoke. "But you have made a grave mistake going against me."

"You know, you remind of something the old geezer used to say," said Laxus. "When facing a tough opponent, it didn't matter how strong they are. What's important is that you stand up to them." Isn't that right, Natsu?"

"Yeah, you bet it is!" Natsu replied happily from behind.

"What utter nonsense," scowled Hades with a scoff. "That's nothing more but a weakling's excuse."

"And as my master says, usually those who call those weak are weak themselves," I spoke. "And also, you shouldn't be so quick to underestimate your opponents, for that can be a person's greatest danger."

"Strong words, boy, but let's see if you can back up your idle talk," Hades spoke beckoning with his hand. "Let's see what you two got."

As our magic powers continued to flare, I felt like the weakest from the three of us, and Hades was as strong as I thought, but I didn't care. All that mattered to me was getting the chance to punch his face in, and we were going to win no matter how strong he was.

After a few seconds, I let my magic aura drop as did Laus and Hades. Then as a single rock fell to the ground hitting the floor, that was when Laxus and I made our move.

"Let's go, Kid!" yelled Laxus.

"Right!" I yelled back.

The two then shot towards Hades and split into two different directions, Laxus turning into a bolt of lighting going to the right, and I shot water from the bottoms of my feet going to the left. Laxus circled Hades and gave him a sharp knee to the face and then a hard punch to his jaw, sending Hades flying towards me.

Using the water jets from the bottom of my feet, I shot towards the wall and using it as a footing, jumped towards Hades and then gave him a downwards kick grinding his face to the ground. Using it as a springboard, I launched myself into the air and cloaked my hands in water making a pair of giant double stars with my hands throwing them, only to have Hades jumped off his back dodging the stars as they pierced the ground.

Laxus then unleashed a powerful blast of lighting from his mouth, sweeping it across at Hades. He managed to avoid it and used his magic to summon forth a chain making it shoot out at him, causing him to tilt his head to the right making the chain clamp onto the large globe behind him. With a mighty pull of his chain, Hades made the globe tip over as it rolled straight towards Laxus in an attempt to flatten him. Luckily, Laxus was able to get out of the way in the knick of time, forcing Hades let it go. However, it now came rolling towards me, but it was no problem for me. I conjured up a water sword in my hands and with a mighty kendo styled swing, sliced the globe in half, making it split in two.

I then launched myself at Hades with my sword poised while Laxus made a fist while charging it with his lightning, only for Hades to release a powerful force of invisible energy at us blowing the two of us back. As the wind from the shockwave buffeted me, I managed to land on my feet skidding to halt and looked up in time to see Laxus on one knee surrounded by numerous magic circles that were above, below, left and right of him.

"What the hell?! An Amaterasu formula?!" Laxus exclaimed.

"Now you die!" boomed Hades as he made a quick wave of his hand.

At his command, a powerful explosion erupted from where Laxus stood, swallowing him up in it. The shockwave was so strong, I could feel it from where I was blowing me back from the sheer force, forcing me to shield my eyes. When I could see again, there was a large cloud of smoke of where Laxus was with Hades standing smug and confident.

"Damn you, bastard!" I yelled as I shot towards with my blade swinging it around only to have Hades block my swing with only his armored hand.

"I shouldn't be so concerned about him," Hades spoke. "Those hit by the Amaterasu formula will lose their strength to their limbs and will become immobilized. Simply blocking it can consume a lot of magic power to the point of it being fatal."

I then started swinging my sword in a rapid speed, hoping land at least one hit, but Hades kept no blocking the attack with ease with just one hand until he parried my sword knocking me backward. Gritting my teeth in frustration, I summoned forth another water sword in my hand and then attacked once again slashing with my swords. This time instead of blocking with his hand, Hades ducked and weaved them as if he was dancing.

"I must admit, your swordsmanship is impeccable boy," Hades spoke as he dodged. "But you're going to need a lot more than blades to beat me!"

At that moment, a lightning bolt came flashing out of the smoke and struck Hades right on his back making him cry out in agony, the lightning bolt being Laxus who landed a powerful kick sending him falling forwards skidding across the ground as Laxus landed next to me as I got back up.

"Well, look at that, to think that was only just my leg," Laxus spoke. "And the rest of my body can still move. If I combined them into just one attack, I wonder how strong it would be compared to the kick that took you down? Care to find out?"

"But are you alright, Laxus?" I asked. "That last spell looked like it hit you pretty hard."

"Don't worry about me. As you can see, I can still stand," Laxus replied. "And if I can still stand, then I can still knock that geezer around some more."

"You talk big, but I suppose it's to be expected from youth such as the case here," said Hades as he got back up. "After all, the young always have an air of confidence. However, it's not indicated by your level of skill!" He then leaped towards us with a fist charged with black magic while Laxus came at him with a fist charged with lightning. "Neither one of you has a chance of beating me!"

"Wanna bet?! Just watch!" Laxus yelled back as the two collided with their fists.

The two collided their magic powers making the entire ship shake from the force. While that was happening, I took flight spreading my wings flying high above then, and I shot Hades from behind releasing torrents of water from hands.

"WATER DRAGON WING ATTACK!"

I unleashed powerful shockwaves of water at Hades hoping to catch him from behind, making him look back at me glaring. He forced back Laxus with another blast of power and made a gun with his fingers and began to shoot small blasts of dark magic. I flew around dipping and weaving, trying not to get shot down as I dove straight towards him with my hand straightened out into a blade swinging with all of my strength.

But Hades went back and then did a headstand and kicked me hard in the chin, making my head snap upwards, and then feel a powerful blow to my stomach, blowing me back, but I managed spread my wings using them as parachutes to slow me down. I dove straight towards Hades let out a yell and began throwing water stars as many and as fast I can. Hades seeing the incoming attack made a chain shoot forth from his hand and made it whip around him using it to shield himself from the rain of stars as some were deflected while others stuck to the ground around him.

At that moment, Laxus leaped back into the fray by transforming into a bolt of lightning shooting towards Hades from the front giving him a powerful kick right into his gut making the older man's eyes bug out as the wind was knocked out of him.

"WATER DRAGON TALON!"

Using this opportunity, I swooped down and cloaked my leg with water and gave Hades a hard kick to face making him reel backward stepping back. We both then shot towards Hades, the two of us letting out fierce cries as we saw our chance to let him have it.

"WATER DRAGON...! ! !"

"LIGHTNING DRAGON... ! ! !"

I shot forward and shooting water from my elbow and nailed Hades in the gut. "GUSHING ELBOW!"

Laxus shot forward and decked the older man across the face. "IRON FIST!"

I unleashed a shockwave of water from both of my hands swinging them as they hit him. "WING ATTACK!"

Laxus clenched his fist, charging it with lightning before swinging, and from his hand, a massive fist made of electricity shot out. "BREAKDOWN FIST!"

The fist of lighting connected with Hades as he convulsed, screaming in agony, and paralyzed from the lightning. Seeing this, Laxus and I took a deep breath and aimed.

"WATER DRAGON... ! ! !"

"LIGHTNING DRAGON...! ! !"

"ROAR ! ! ! ! ! ! ! "

We both unleashed our breath attacks, mine of water, and Laxus' being lightning. The two attacks created a massive explosion that shook the area upon contact and making wind whip around and smoke billow everywhere. I heaved, and I panted feeling tired due to the large amount of magic power I just used as I squinted into the smoke, trying to see if there was any sign of Hades. I knew that he wouldn't be out for the count, but those attacks had to have done some amount of damage, no matter how strong he was. I would soon be wrong, for as the smoke cleared, Hades was still standing appearing to be almost unfazed much to my disbelief.

"No way...! He's still standing?!" I gasped. "Come on! I know that he'd be strong, but we unleashed a lot of magic on this guy! He had to have taken some amount of damage?!"

Then to make things worse, Laxus suddenly let out a grunt as he fell to one knee severely weakened.

Hades let out a haughty chuckle. "Well, what do we have here? I knew that you were full of bravado, but didn't expect you to fall to your knees so soon."

"Laxus!" Natsu yelled.

"I knew it! That spell hit him after all! Did he remain standing from sheer willpower alone?!" I thought.

Laxus then began to chuckle weakly. "Well, damn it. I've traveled almost everywhere in this world of ours, but this is the first time I've ever met such a monster. Man... I've got a long way to go."

"What are you saying?!" I heard Natsu yell.

"You've got to pull yourself together, man!" Gray shouted.

"Laxus, was it? It seems that you've figured out your place," Hades spoke as he extended his hand, charging a large amount of magic power. "I'm glad that I could help you come to that realization, but this is the end for you. Now prepare to die!"

Hades then raised his hand charging with a large amount of black magic and fired it right at Laxus ready to finish him off.

"Laxus, look out!" Lucy yelled.

"If you don't move, that blast is going to hit you!" Wendy cried.

Not hesitating for a second, I rushed over in between them standing in the line of fire, raising my fist, preparing to use my Geyser Wall. "Don't think you've still won, Hades!" I barked. "You still got me to deal with!"

"Willy! Get out of the way!" Gray yelled.

"If you try to block that spell, you'll die!" Erza shrieked.

But I ignored their cries as I raised my fist, preparing to use my Geyser Wall. Even though there was a risk that I could die from using it to block the attack, but I had to protect Laxus. I couldn't afford to let anyone else get hurt anymore, and I wasn't going to let anyone die either.

I was just about to slam my fist into ground to perform the Geyser Wall, when suddenly, a wave of weakness hit me causing my vision to grow blurry forcing me to fall hold my head while trying to stay standing.

"No! I can't be out of magic power! Not in a situation like this!"

Then I felt something grab me by the scruff of my collar, and yank me out of the way sending me upward. My world was spinning for a few brief moments, but then an explosion rocked the ship entirely blowing me back as and blinding me with light as I slammed into a wall before hitting the floor. I was a bit disoriented as well as bruised, but for some reason, I was still alive.

"Laxus! No!"

The sound of Erza's cry suddenly brought my attention caused me to look up, and to my shock and horror, there was now an enormous hole on the floor that practically took up half of the room and was a couple of levels deep. As I rushed over to the edge and looked inside, I could see Laxus whose clothes were completely tattered, and his body was scorched, but miraculously, he appeared to be still alive. I was genuinely shocked, dumbfounded, and horrified as I stared at his seemingly lifeless body from above.

"Why... Why, Laxus?" I murmured. "Why the hell did you save me?! Why did you... ?"

Laxus weakly looked up and smiled at me. "Sorry, kid. Guess I ended up making Fairy Tail look bad," he said. "Then again... I'm not even a member anymore."

I clenched my fists as I get a bit of anger rise up inside. "I didn't ask you to save me!" I snapped bitterly. "So why?! Why the hell did you save me?! Why, damn it?!"

"You know what? I'm not sure myself," Laxus replied. "My body moved on its own, and there was no time to think." He paused as he looked over at Natsu. "Hey, I realize that I'm not a member of Fairy Tail anymore, but this bastard took out my grandpa, so... I'm allowed to take revenge, right?"

"Of course you are!" Natsu roared.

Then I heard Hades. "Now do you understand, Willy Falconer?" I heard him say. "Because of your actions, you as well as Fairy Tail will now continue to suffer until you all die a slow and painful death. So the next time you mourn for one of your fallen comrades, know that it is because of you."

I snapped my head towards Hades glaring as I clenched my fists in anger growling. "Damn you, bastard!"

"You of all people should have known this would be the result, boy," Hades said. "If you had simply surrendered yourself to me when I gave you a chance, you and your comrades would no longer be suffering. But you chose to defy me, and now you shall follow the same fate as the grandson of Makarov."

"Damn it. I should have known this would end up happening," I thought. "I didn't think that Laxus would go down so easily. Now I'm the only one left standing, and I don't even think I have the magic or the strength to take on this guy! If only I had a bit more! Isn't there anything I can do?!"

"Of course there is," said a voice that seemed to whisper in my ear. "All you have to do is ask, and power shall be yours."

This made me flinch as the world around me suddenly freeze before changing around me. The next thing I knew found myself inside of the green and blue room with the little girl sitting on the chair, smirking as if she had been waiting for me.

"What's the meaning of this?" I demanded. "Why am I here?"

"You said it yourself, Willy," the girl said. "You said that you wanted more strength, so here I am. Although, this is quite the situation you've gotten yourself in. I'm not even sure if I'll be much help in this predicament."

"Now hold on, just a minute! Who said I needed your power in the first place?" I snapped. "I don't need your help, at least not yet."

"Let me guess, you're trying to stall for time," the little girl said, resting her hand on her cheek. "You've come up with a plan that involves keeping Hades occupied as much as possible, while his guard is down, you're going to pull off a gambit. Isn't that right?"

My eyes widened as I stared at her. "Wh-What?! H-How did you...?"

The girl's mouth curled into a smile as she giggled snidely. "Oh, come now. It was so obvious. After all, I'm inside your head. I know how you think," she said. "While that plan is sound, I can tell you right now that with the way you are, you won't have a chance to execute it. Which is why, I've called you here to offer my services."

"Well... I suppose you have a point there," I said doubtfully. "But still..."

The girl then got up walking towards me until she stood right in front of me. She then reached out and cupped my cheeks with her small hands as she looked into my eyes.

"Come on, Willy. It's time for you to act. You have no choice in the matter," she spoke quietly. "If you don't act now, Hades will surely kill all of your friends, and you don't want that, now do you? Why not just let me lend you some power? Let me make you stronger."

As I stared into her eyes, I couldn't help but feel hypnotized by them as she leaned in closer and closer to my face. I could feel everything around me, slipping away as a strange feeling took over my body. I felt my magic was slowly being restored and following through my body as the green and blue room slowly began to change back into reality. As soon as I was aware of my surroundings, I felt a little different. My body felt hot, empowered even as a strange new power flowed throughout my veins. I felt stronger, more confident, and ready to fight once again as I squared off with Hades.

"You still wish to fight me?" said Hades. "It seems that you still don't understand how outmatched you are. No matter. Perhaps I shall have some more fun."

I didn't say a single word as I glared at Hades while popping my knuckles and rolling my shoulder blades. Given my injuries, I'd have to give it my all on this on one, if I didn't, then this war would never end, and Hades will most likely succeed in this Grand Magic World of his.

I then raised an upturned hand, opening and closing it in a beckon, as I let my magic power flare.

Hades' body began to radiate with a purple glow as his eyes narrowed. "So, you wish for me to come to you, eh? Very well. Prepare yourself!"

Hades launched himself straight towards me, his fist oozing with his magic.

Knowing that he was coming, I stood there waiting for him to come to me. As soon as he was close enough, at the last second as he swung, I stepped to the right dodging the punch with ease jumping, and while he was open, I cocked my right arm back and gave him a swift punch square in the face sending him flying back.

Not wanting to give him a chance to recover, I jumped after him in hot pursuit cloaking my hands in water.

Hades righted himself and then fired a chain from his hand towards me, only for me to tilt my body to the left as I shot forward and nailed him smack in the head sending him downwards to the ground.

As I landed, I couldn't help but feel a little surprised that I was able to do all of that.

"What's going on? It seems like everything Hades is doing is in slow motion to me, like I can see what he does before he makes it."

Hades then sprang back up on his feet and made a pair of guns with his hands and rapidly fired an array of magic bullets.

I immediately used the water in my hands to make a pair of swords and used them to deflect the bullets with quick and rapid slices as I ran towards him.

Hades seeing that I was coming, immediately raised a hand about to unleash his invisible force to knock me back.

Knowing that the force was coming, I immediately dropping myself to the floor sliding dodging the attack and gave him Hades a strong kick to his gut, making him grunt as he slid back.

"How impressive," commented Hades. "I never expected you-"

But I quickly cut him off by closing the distance between us in an instant and gave him water-cloaked a roundhouse kick to his cheek, sending him flying across the air.

As he was sent flying, I began to wonder why Hades was taking so many hits from me. That alone not only confused me, but made me feel a bit frustrated and that made me angry as I pounced towards him again, letting out a yell.

Hades saw me coming and immediately raised his hand to defend himself, but I quickly shot past him raking his hand with my sword before he could react, making him wince in pain. I then dispersed my swords making the water cloak around my hands. I then gave Hades a barrage of quick and strong punches to his face.

Hade countered a couple of times by throwing a few punches at me back, but I reacted by either parrying or blocking the blows before hitting him again.

With every punch that I connected, I could feel my frustration and my anger growing as I punched harder and faster. My muscles grew tenser, my veins were pulsing with venom, and I could feel my teeth grinding in my mouth as I continued my relentless assault.

I then finished with a powerful right punch sending Hades flying backward until he crashed into the back of the room with a mighty crash, creating a vast cloud of dust.

As I stared into the cloud, I couldn't help but let out a roar letting out the rage that was surging through my body. Then as I was getting ready to pounce into the cloud to attack again, I suddenly felt a sharp pain inside of my head, and my vision began to waver. The anger I felt subsided a bit allowing me to gain some of my reason, but it still was surging through me as I held my head, feeling feverish.

"What's going on...? Why do I feel so hot right now? And why... do I feel so much rage? I know I hate Hades, but... why so much?"

But then, a chain from the cloud clamped onto my waist, and before I could even curse, the chain yanked me into the dust where Hades stood amidst of it. When I was close enough to him, he clenched his armored hand and punched me right into the stomach, making my breath catch into my throat as the air left my lungs. The leader of Grimoire Heart then swung me around and slammed me into the floor, which made me cry out a little from the sheer force of it. I coughed violently trying to get the air in my lungs back as I held my stomach in agony while breaking into a sweat from the pain.

"It would be wise for you to stay down, boy," said Hades. "Otherwise, I just might just have to make sure that you do."

I couldn't respond, nor could I reply as I held my stomach gasping for air. As I turned my head slowly around, I could see Hades standing above me. I couldn't move, my stomach was throbbing, my vision was disoriented, and everything else felt like jelly. Not only that, but the magic power I had disappeared completely from my body, leaving me weak.

"I'll be honest, boy. I didn't expect you to inflict so much damage to me. Those attacks actually hurt," commented Hades. "But now, I believe it's time I pay you back. It's only fair."

"Leave him alone!" I heard someone yell.

"Please don't kill him!" Someone else cried.

Hades then pointed his fingers, making a gun at me. "Fear not. I won't kill him, but I will take pleasure in to leaving this boy in agony for his arrogance and betrayal," he spoke. "It's what he deserves for being so foolish as to stray from the path of Sorcery."

Feeling afraid, I shut my eyes bracing for the incoming pain, but then suddenly, there was a bright flash followed by a clap of lightning. I then opened my eyes to see that Hades had his eyes focused on someone else other than me. I followed his gaze, and I saw a startling sight before my eyes. Natsu was standing back on his feet, but now his body was sparking and crackling with lightning.

"An electric charge?!" I heard Hades murmur with disbelief.

Then I heard Laxus call out from the hole Hades made. "Natsu... this one's my treat. I gave you... all of my magic power!"

"He ate lightning?!" I heard Lucy gasp. "But... I thought that if he eats anything other than fire, it will make him sick!"

"But if that's the case..." I spoke. "Did Laxus let himself get hit in the first place to not only save me, but also find an opportunity to transfer his power?! He was willing to go that far just to save me and help Natsu?!"

"But why?! Why did you give me your power?!" Natsu demanded Laxus. "You know I'm weaker than you!"

"It's got nothing to do with who's weaker or stronger," Laxus spoke. "He wounded Fairy Tail's master; it's only right for someone with the guild's emblem to take him down! Anyone who hurts the guild deserves to get one hundred times the payback! So go get 'em, Natsu!"

Natsu wiped his eyes, and his magic power began to flare in a mix of flames and lightning, growing so strong that some of the rubble on the ground began to levitate from where he stood as he glared menacingly in my direction, setting his sights on Hades.

"I hope you're ready, Hades," Natsu growled. "Because it's payback time times a hundred!"

I quite a bit of trouble writing this chapter, but after a bit of time, I got it done! ^^
