Epic Lecturing from Shiny President Kiryuin
Ryuko headed off to school again meeting up with Izuku and some of her classmates though it would appear getting into school is going to be harder than they thought.
Why? Because of dozens of people from the press outside of the front gate trying to get an interview with All Might while asking the students about him as well.
"Excuse me, can you tell is what is like to have the Symbol of Peace so close to you?" A news woman asked.
"Huh, I think… It was really…" Izuku stuttered, being so nervous and timid that he couldn't say anything to the woman.
"Hey! Will you camera freaks get out of here! You're being annoying with all this hassle and we're trying to get to our classes." Ryuko yelled.
"Well, excuse me for wanting to get some word from All Might." The news woman pouted.
"How about I give you some news with my fist up your ass!" Ryuko threatened.
"Ryuko, stop! There's no need to be violence, let just get to our class before we're late." Izuku tried to calm her down.
"Not my fault these pussycats won't take a hint." Ryuko muttered as they walk away from the press.
"Hold on! We want to talk to All Might!" One cameraman demanded.
"That is quite enough." Satsuki yelled, suddenly appearing on top of the school gate getting everyone's attention and emitting a bright blue light.
"Whoa, what is that light?" Izuku asked.
"Satsuki has always been the type to go big at everything even making herself bright without using any gadgets and it's not even her Quirk, and my mom can do it too!" Ryuko explained, not bother by the light.
"So bright, I've gone blind of her awesomeness!" Mina gasped.
"You presses are always hungry for something to exploit to spread around however you people and would even twist the truth for your own amusement that hurt the lives of others, you should be ashamed of how you're acting right now." Satsuki scolded.
"Oh wow, so bright!" One woman with a camera groaned.
"It's like there's a heavy weight pressing me down." One man with a microphone stick fell on his knees.
"H-Hey, we just wanted an interview with All Might about his first experience of being a teacher." The news woman said nervously.
"If you wish to know so much. All you need to know is All Might has done his first day of teaching splendid and the students are thrilled." Satsuki explained a little.
"Now, you will leave this school now or else we will call the police to force you to leave UA sacred ground." Satsuki threatened, scaring the press people as they backed away a few feet.
"And don't even think about trying to get in, this school has the most secure security system that even a flea can't get in." Satsuki warned again before leaving and the light stops.
Satsuki pulls out a small device from her breasts and press the button, causing the gate to be shut by layers of iron barriers as she activated the UA security barrier system to keep the press out.
"(Looks like Satsuki got this handle, though I wish she would stop doing that light show.)" Aizawa thought as he always annoyed of that light just like her mother, Ragyo.
"Wow, that was something, Satsuki. You managed to calm the press down." Izuku impressed.
"This is nothing new to me nor Ryuko since reporters would also try coming at our home." Satsuki mentioned.
"Don't remind me, those bitches wanted to hear some words from the former dangerous villain that is our mom and how they try to make her look bad just makes me want to kill them." Ryuko angered.
"Well, I guess that just how some things are, but we can also show them the good things we can do for the world once we become heroes." Izuku stated.
"You are right about that, glad to see you've recovered in spirit since yesterday." Satsuki smiled making Izuku blush.
Although, Satsuki couldn't stop thinking about Izuku's conversation from yesterday with Katsuki and what the dark green hair boy about his Quirk.
(Later, Class 1-A)
"Decent work on yesterday's combat training, you guys." Aizawa said to his students.
"I saw the video feeds and went over each of your team's results." Aizawa then looked over to Katsuki.
"Bakugo. You're talented, so don't sulk like a child about your loss, okay?" Aizawa scolded.
"Yeah, whatever." Katsuki groaned and Ryuko softly snicker.
"Midoriya. Kiryuin." Aizawa called out, causing the two to flinch.
"The two of you show some quality in your combat skills but were still reckless and the only way your team won was because Midoriya by messing up his arm again." Aizawa pointed out as Izuku lower his head in shame.
"You got to do better, you can't keep breaking your body or be wild while training. But your Quirks will be really useful in the near future. So, show a little urgency, huh?" Aizawa said.
"Yes, sir!" Izuku nodded.
"I'll be sure to do my best." Ryuko smirked.
"Alright, let's get down to business. Our first task will decide your future." Aizawa informed.
"(Is it another Quirk test?)" The students thought worried.
"You all need to pick a class representative." Aizawa said.
"(Oh good, just normal school stuff!)" The students thought sighed in relief.
When every student tried get the others to pick one to be that representative though Ryuko doesn't seem to want the position herself.
"(I know being a representative in the hero course means getting notice by other heroes, but I don't think I'm cut out to being a leader.)" Ryuko thought and looks to Izuku.
"(Although, I wouldn't mind following him.)" Ryuko thought smiled.
"Silence, everyone, please!" Tenya shouted. This got everyone to stop yelling and turn their attention on him.
"The class representative's duty is to lead others. That's not something just anyone can do, you must first have the trust of every student in the classroom. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically." Tenya stated.
"We will hold an election to choose our leader!" Tenya suggested, with his right hand raise in the air.
"It's pretty obvious you want us to vote for you." The other students pointed out the obvious.
"Is this really the bet idea?" Denki wondered.
"We've only known each other for a few days, how do we know who we can trust?" Tsuyu pointed out.
"Besides, everyone'll just vote for themselves." Eijiro added.
"Most people will, but that means whoever does receive multiple votes must truly be the most suitable person for the job." Tenya explained.
"It's the best way, right, sir?" Tenya asked the teacher who just zip up his sleeping bag.
"Do what you want, just decide before my nap's over." Aizawa said before falling into his sleep.
"Thank you for your trust!" Tenya thanked.
"Seriously? Just how offend does a teacher sleep in the middle of his freaking class?" Ryuko asked twitching her eyes at Aizawa.
(Five Minutes Later)
The voting casts are in, and it has been written on the chalkboard to show the results of who got the most votes, and the top two who got the most votes are Izuku Midoriya with four votes and Momo Yaoyorozu with only two votes.
"How did I get four votes!" Izuku shocked.
"Okay, you idiots, who voted for him?" Katsuki demanded.
"What? Did you honestly think anyone was gonna vote for you?" Hanta said.
"Too bad for you, guess my vote for him lead to your downfall." Ryuko mocked causing Katsuki to yell at her.
"(Maybe I'll just keep my vote to myself.)" Ochaco thought whistled innocently.
"No, Ryuko didn't win! And I was sure my vote would help her!" Mako winced.
"Thanks for the thought, Mako." Ryuko smiled, then saw Tenya looking like he curses himself for having zero votes.
"(So, that means he didn't vote for himself. This guy is just weird.)" Ryuko thought commented.
"Alright, the class rep is Midoriya, and our deputy is Yaoyorozu." Aizawa declared.
"Really? Uh, it's not a mistake?" Izuku asked, shaking like a leaf of being suddenly nominated as leader of Class 1-A.
"How'd this happen?" Momo sighed.
"(Damn it, so that smartass is gonna be by Izuku's side from now on.)" Ryuko thought glared at Momo a little.
"(Still, I can't help but feel like I've seen her before, like before coming to UA. But what?)" Ryuko thought wondered, getting a familiar feeling at Momo.
(Lunchtime)
Momo is picking out one final piece for her lunch tray then Ryuko comes up to her.
"Hey, you should go for the stake. It's really juicy with plenty of fat to give." Ryuko recommended.
"Oh, perhaps I should. Thank you." Momo thanked and took the stake.
"Hey, hope I don't sound weird, but I get this feeling like I've seen you before." Ryuko said.
"Is that right? Actually, we have met though we were only little kids at a party with our parents." Momo mentioned which surprises Ryuko and felt a click in her head.
"Oh, now I remember you! You made that little doll of me." Ryuko remembered now.
"To be honest, I was a little hurt that you didn't greet me on our first day unlike your sister." Momo said.
"Hey, it's been years since I saw you, but it's nice to see you're doing well. Want to sit with me, I'm heading over to Izuku and Mako right now." Ryuko offered.
"I don't see why not." Momo decided to go with her to the table.
(With Satsuki)
Satsuki is seen sitting on her special chair drinking her cup of tea with her eyes close in deep thoughts about a certain thing she could not stop thinking about.
"Is everything okay, Lady Satsuki?" A young man asked.
"It's obvious that something caught her attention. Try to see that, monkey." A girl mocked, sitting on a big pink beanbag.
"Perhaps it's that first-year student she seems fond the most." One guy with light-blue glasses state while typing on the keyboard of his laptop.
"Wow, didn't think our lady would think like that." The first guy chuckled.
"Be silence, Sanageyama! Lady Satsuki does not have the time of romance when doing her important duty as Student Council President!" A tall, large muscle young man scolded.
"Sheesh, I was just teasing." The guy known as Sanageyama said waving his hand for defense.
"Ira Gamagōri, Uzu Sanageyama, Nonon Jakuzure, and Hōka Inumuta. There is something I'd like to ask you four, my elite four and trustful friends." Satsuki said.
"Yes, lady Satsuki." The four nodded.
Ira is a large, muscular young man who has a darker-toned complexion and short blonde hair. His eyebrows are noticeably thick, and he wears a pair of small gold earrings in his enlarged earlobes. He wears the UA school uniform though the pants are a little short above the ankle and the shirt is slightly tight that is struggling to contain his muscles.
Uzu is a teenager with mid-length dark green hair and gray eyes. He wears the school uniform of UA with the gray shirt open showing the white shirt and holding a bamboo sword.
Nonon is petite with pink hair and an angular face. She has a small bust, and medium hips. She is also wearing a skull-marked tall hat with three fluffy on each side and the top. She wears the UA school uniform with her tie and skirt being pink than the others. Breasts sizes: B-cup.
Hōka is has a tealish hair color and neat hair. He wears unique eyeglasses that are tinted blue and the UA school uniform with the neck collar being longer covering his mouth.
"Tell me, have you ever heard of a Quirk being pass on to another person or to share?" Satsuki asked, surprising the four.
"Hmm, that is something even the smartest people never thought about including myself. And it's never been any record of such a Quirk existing." Hōka stated.
"I can't say I ever heard such a thing, and I doubt even some low scum baddies have either." Nonon said.
"Though if that kind of Quirk did exist then I'm sure it would be major problem in our superpowered community." Uzu pointed out, knowing how this world works.
"I think we're all thinking the same that we never heard such a Quirk." Ira said.
"Hmm, as I thought. Thank you for your honest answer." Satsuki thanked.
"Say Satsuki, you asked that question because you must've heard that from somewhere or someone to make you that curious." Nonon guessed.
"You know me well, Nonon. Yes, you could say I happened to stumble upon that not too long ago and it's been on my mind for a while." Satsuki answered.
"I don't know, if could be just your imagination and that Quirk may not exist at all." Uzu said.
"You dare dismiss the thought of our lady who has the sharpest instincts of all!" Ira yelled at the green-haired boy.
"I'm going through every single record about a Quirk that can be past on from one to another and I haven't found a single of that Quirk." Hoka reported.
"Does that include the very top-secret information that no is supposed to know like the government?" Nonon asked sarcastically.
"Naturally, I do want to gather my facts." Hoka answered without shame.
"(No record about a passing Quirk, this leaves me feel a bit unease and certain.)" Satsuki thought as she recalls a little talk, she had with her mother last night.
(Flashback)
"Mom, may I trouble you with a question?" Satsuki asked, walking up to Ragyo who is in her study hall.
"Satsuki, you know you can always ask your mother for anything, and I will do the best of my abilities to help you and Ryuko." Ragyo smiled.
"It's about how Quirk works such as gaining them at a young age and some inheriting from another, there was something that pop in my head." Satsuki said which got Ragyo's attention.
"Tell, have you counter one who can give other people Quirks and be pass on?" Satsuki asked the question.
Ragyo came pregnant silent for hearing the question with a serious look in her eyes though she remains calm and put on a small smile, she knew her daughter have a sharp mind and seem to have stumble something that shouldn't known by others.
"No, I have not heard such a thing even back in my former villain days." Ragyo answered though Satsuki saw she wasn't telling her the truth.
"I'm sorry, Satsuki, but it looks like I won't be able to help you with that. But perhaps you might see something amazing real soon." Ragyo believed.
"Very well, thank you for your time." Satsuki decided to drop the subject for now and walks out of the study hall.
"Would you like some tea before bed, Lady Satsuki?" Mitsuzō asked.
"Thank you, Mitsuzō." Satsuki said as she makes her way to her bedroom.
(Flashback End)
"(Mother was clearly hiding something deep when I asked that question. Meaning she knows something about such a Quirk, then it must be bigger with Izuku at the center.)" Satsuki thought.
"Hmm, that's interesting." Hoka said getting her attention.
"Something up, Hoka?" Satsuki asked.
"I was just curious about that first-year, Izuku Midoriya, you and Ryuko seems fond over and decided to check him out. What I found most interesting is he never manifest his Quirk until ten months before the UA entrance exam." Hoka mentioned.
"Really?" Satsuki said.
Before she could ask any further about that, the alarm suddenly went off loud getting the five's attention.
"What the heck is going on?" Nonon asked surprise.
"It's the Level Three alarm! Someone has broken through the UA barrier!" Hoka alerted shocking everyone in the room.
"But that's impossible! The barrier was made to keep out none-UA facility members and students out, so what can anyone broke through?" Ira enraged of this.
"It might be the press, but that's stupid." Nonon stated.
"Wait, the students will be panicking now." Uzu worried.
"Hurry to the cafeteria!" Satsuki ordered.
Satsuki and the Elite Four hurry over to the cafeteria fearing for the worse such as the students trying to get out all at once as they see this.
"Damn it, we got to calm them down. Lady Satsuki, let me use my Quirk." Nonon suggested.
"Granted." Satsuki said.
Nonon ran closer to the panicking students to use her Quirk.
"Listen up, everything is okay!" Tenya yelled really loud that everyone stops and look towards him which surprises Nonon.
"It's just the media outside. There's absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything's fine." Tenya said.
"We're UA students. We need to remain calm and prove that we're the best of the best." Tenya stated as the students are calming down.
"Well, it looks like we weren't needed after all." Nonon grinned.
"Wow, that was quite the impact." Uzu impressed with how this guy handle the situation.
"Indeed, now come. We must see how the media got through the barrier." Satsuki walked outside with the four following her.
They became shocked of seeing the barrier has somehow been crumble into little pieces, that it has been disintegrated.
"What happened to the barrier?" Ira shocked.
"The press could've done this; someone must've wanted this." Satsuki looked serious and clinching onto her sword.
