Sarah walked out of the tent she was in. She got her styled bag. It had her phone and money. She was going to get something to eat. Maybe some food and some soda will help her nerves. It could've just been someone who was similar to that fae bastard.
Yeah... That had to be it. There's always someone who looks like someone else. That's just how it is. So that's all it was.
She smiled and waved in character to people who greeted her. She even stopped to take pictures with little kids and some families before making her way to where all the food stands are.
Sarah got a order of two stake sticks, a Pepsi, and some fresh chips to start with.
She went and sat down to eat in the shade. She looked around at everyone having fun at the fair. She couldn't help but smile, her parents would take her here. Her mother loved the fair. Coming here was what helped peak Sarah's interest in this sort of thing.
She hoped to have her dad and Karen bring Tobey soon to have him experience it. But she was glad that it wasn't today... Even if it was a look alike. She ate her really yummy stake stick as she kept looking around. The actors got free food and drinks, but they had to pay for gifts if they wanted it.
So, she can have all the smoothies and soda's she wanted. All the food and ice cream she wanted. Which she was happy about. She always liked the foods at all the fairs she's been to. All the different flavors and smells.
Hearing fluttering of wings she looked at the arm rest of the bench she was sitting on seeing a familiar owl. Tensing, Sarah stared at it. It started at her right back. It was looking deep into her soul.
"Look mama! The princess has a pet owl!" A voice broke her out of her stare-down with the owl. Looking over, Sarah saw a little boy with his two parents. Holding his mother's hand. The parents gave her an apologetic look, seeing Sarah was on her break.
"Can we have a picture mama!?" The boy asked excitedly. They looked at Sarah, she smiled seeing the boy give her puppy dog eyes. She moved her food to the side and smiled brightly. "I don't mind at all." She said.
The excited little boy ran over and got up on the bench and then here lap. "Tyler. Don't climb onto people." The mother fussed. "It's ok, I like hugs and this is the best way to give a hug." Sarah said, before hugging the boy from behind, resting her chin on his head.
"Can you have your owl be in the picture?" Tyler asked. Sarah froze and looked at the owl. As if understanding, the owl waddled and hopped over till it was beside her for the picture. Putting on a bright smile, she looked at the camera for the parents to take a picture.
The parents thanked her once the pictures were finished and even offered her some money to get some fresh food as hers had to be cold by then. Sarah kindly refused and waved goodbye to them. She sighed deeply and turned to see the owl was gone.
She left out a sigh of relief, before gathering her food and finished eating. She had to get back to work soon. She got another soda and headed back to the tent to get fixed up.
"The Black Knight was so handsome. I can't believe it. You are so lucky you got to be so close and kiss him." The one helping her get fixed up. Sarah looked at him in the mirror. "He's too old." Sarah told him. "He also stunk like old onion." She said grinning.
He rolled his eyes.
"Well. I think he radiates BDE." He said finishing her face. "BDE?" Sarah asked confused by that. "Oh I'm sorry. You're still so young. It means Big Dick Energy." He said grabbing the curler. Sarah choked on her soda as he had said that when she took a sip of it.
She coughed a bit and cleared her throat while he grinned amused at her.
"So innocent." He teased and waited for her to get herself together and then went back to work on fixing her hair.
Sarah's cheeks were red, and she was embarrassed.
She didn't need to think of HIS look alike having that kind of energy! Hell even think HE has that kind of energy. She knew he had a big one. His pants showed that. It was the first time seeing something like that.
She looked at the time. Just four more hours of work. Then she can go get in a nice hot shower, her ankles hurt for all the walking and standing. But she was just happy to be here and working at the greatest job.
She can't let anything get in the way of her making her life her own.
