Sarah was going away for a weekend trip. Her fellow princess actress asked for some more hours for collage books, which Sarah was perfectly fine with. She knew the girl was really devoted to school. The girl was going to her first year of law school. So, Sarah agreed to give her hours to the girl to get her books.
Sarah's human friends decided to go out for a trip to Six Flags. Something that Sarah was looking forward to. The group was going to stay for the weekend close by and go every day. Everyone's family had money. But the one friend, McKenna, her parents had two rooms they rented out at a hotel close by. And at a beach.
So, the group got the rooms for free.
All the parents would give the kids money to let them get food for the hotel and to get into the park. But the kids had to pay for everything else. Mckenna was eighteen, so she was the one in charge.
This was Sarah's first trip without a parent with her. They saw her responsible now. So, this was big for her. And she hoped for a great weekend without IT showing up.
Coming down to the kitchen smelling something awful. She made a face. "What are you making?" She asked her stepmother. Karen looked over at her and smiled brightly. "Oh hey there sweetie. This is something to help you sleep at night." She explained. "It smells and tastes better when its cooked in." She told the teen.
Taste? You expect me to drink it?" Sarah asked cringing. Karen nodded.
"I know it smells awful right now. But once it's all cooked in, it won't and you will have an amazing nights rest I promise." She told the teen. Sarah made another look, but before she could say anything about it, Karen interrupted her.
"Don't you have to pack? You're leaving tomorrow." She told the girl, before giving her a little wave with her hand. Sarah sighed and walked away to her room.
That night after dinner. Karen was fighting with Sarah to come back to the kitchen to drink the liquid. Her father wasn't happy with the screaming. His wife made everyone drink the liquid. So, he tried to tell his daughter that it didn't taste bad.
But the teen refused to listen to him. Telling him that he didn't smell it this morning cause he was at work when it was being made.
"You either drink it or you won't go tomorrow, and I will take you to a therapist." Karen warned, giving a stern look to the dark haired teen, who opened her mouth. But, knew better then fight back. She has been good. And Karen did this for her own good.
But it stunk so bad this morning, imagine the taste of it!
Sarah grumpily followed the woman to the kitchen. Karen handed her a mug. "All of this?" She whined. "Drink." She was ordered. With a groan, Sarah smelled it. Well. It didn't smell anymore. Infact. It smelt like strawberrys. She liked strawberries.
She sipped it. She moved her head surprised. it tasted like she just bit into a strawberry. Karen gave the girl a knowing grin. "I told you. And when you have a peaceful night sleep tonight, you will thank me." Karen told her as the teen finished the drink.
Sarah needed to go to wake up early for her traveling tomorrow morning. It was a Friday tomorrow. She was going to be waking up early. She hoped Karens voodoo thing helped her sleep. Keeping the Goblin King away from her dreams.
If only things could help keep him away from her in the real world.
She got into bed and soon fell asleep. Her body worn out.
Jareth was pissed! He couldn't get into his Sarah's dreams!
He couldn't get to her! He couldn't do much to get her to break down and come to him if he can't get into her dreams! What did his bitch of a mother do! He growled, and his castle shook with his anger.
The goblins that were around, scurried to stay away to keep from being killed off.
They knew better.
He WILL have Sarah as his queen! How dare people try to keep it from happening!
