"Yamo! We did..." Naruto started to cheer, but as he turned to his team mate, she was on the ground in a puddle of her own blood. Needles sticking out of her at every angle and cuts all over her body. "Yamo..." His voice quiet as something hammered in his chest.

"You couldn't defend her." Haku said as he stood, "You couldn't defend what was precious to you."

Naruto was silent as he looked at her. "No... no... no, no no, no, No, No, NO!" He screamed out. Red Chakra spilling out of his body swirled in a tornado of ethereal flames. His scream then became a roar of a beast as his anger turned on the culprit. Haku. "I'LL KILL YOU!" He howled as the image of a great fox appeared around him.

Chapter 10: Fall of the Demon

"That Chakra!" Zabuza looked back as the wind ripped the mist away. In the center of the ice mirrors he saw the red chakra, Haku stood up as blood dripped from his severed hand, ice breaking off, clothes scorched and masked cracked.

Yamo lay unmoving on the ground as Naruto stood over her, red Chakra flaring around him. "Raaaagh!" He charged the masked boy as he weakly tried to block the attack, growing faint from blood loss. Naruto's fist impacted Haku's masked face shattering the mask before he hit the ground.

Naruto leapt on the downed ninja and started to rain fists and clawed strikes on his target, blood spraying all over himself.

"Haku!" Zabuza roared as he dashed over to his downed ally. Only for Kakashi to dash infront of him and stap a kunai in his arm.

"Die! Die!" Naruto yelled enraged blood coating his hands. He pulled his fist back ready to finish Haku.

"So... she is... the one... the one most precious to you..." Haku said through blood choked gasps.

"You... your the boy I..." Naruto said as the red eyes of his inner beast faded.

"I'm sorry." Haku said, his stuttered breath carried his chest down one last time.

"I'll kill you all." Zabuza growled ripping Kakashi and his kunai free. With one arm he bashed Kakashi away and turned to Naruto.

Naruto leapt away from the corpse as the massive steel blade lashed out in the hands of the demon. "DIE!"

But as the blade swung at Naruto once more Kakashi attacked. Lancing Zabuza's good arm and focing him to drop his blade. "Its over."

"Damn you all... you... killed..." Zabuza snarled.

"Seems deep down, even the Demon had a heart." Kakashi said.

"There should have been no way... After what The Monster did to our village, his daughter takes even more from me. Dose Konoha have no shame! That clan is nothing but evil!"

"Evil?" Naruto asked.

Kakashi readied his attack when a new voice entered the battle ground. "Zabuza, you failed. Though I should of seen this coming. Wait. I did."

"Gato." Zabuza said as the corrupt business man stood with a crowd of thugs. "What are you doing here?"

"Well you see I've come to a business decision. Now that your little friend is dead, I no longer see a reason to keep you around. After all you missing nin are so much more expensive then just hired thugs." Gato said as he walked forward.

"So you intended to betray me from the start... Kakashi, I'll deal with you leaf shinobi after." He said as he stood infront to the band of thugs. "I once swore to never lose another ally... after Jikama ravaged my homeland I saw how important they were to me."

"I understand." Kakashi said as he threw a kunai to Zabuza who caught it in his mouth.

"What will you do? Your arms don't..." Gato taunted before both he and Kakashi rushed into the group. Gato fell back as they approached, cutting down men with ease and covering each other's blind spots.

Blood ran thick on that bridge as Zabuza pushed ahead, taking hits from swords and spears. Blood ran down his back as he reached Gato ramming the kunai in his chest.

The Demon of the Hidden mist said something under his breath and shoved Gato off the end of the bridge.

As Zabuza turned around Kakashi stood there, the majority of the thugs dead or wounded. "So this is how it ends." Zabuza said.

"Yes, and for you it won't be a copied jutsu." Kakashi made a quick series of hand signs. "Lightning Blade!" His hand filled with lightning, sparking off his hand and rushed forward.

Zabuza widened his stance, his arms hanging by his side...

Zabuza stood still as Kakashi ran him through. "At... least... I'll see... Jikama... in Hell... I'll get my revenge."

A few days later team seven stood infront of two graves, one marked with a broken mask, the other the sword Zabuza wielded. Yamo covered in bandages as she looked at the graves. "I hadn't thought of that... that my father killed the loved ones of other Villages."

"War is messy. There will always be victims on all sides. Your father was a protector to the people of Konoha, to others, he was a rival, and others a Monster. Yamamoto you are more then your fathers legacy." Kakashi sensei said as he put a hand on her shoulder. "If he was truly a monster, your mother never would have loved him."

Naruto walked next to Yamo and silently wraped a arm around her shoulder. Her hand came up to hold it.

Sakura spoke up, "Sensei, can we really get that strong?"

"Yes, but it won't be easy. You will have to focus on more them just combat." Kakashi said.

They turned away from the graves prepared to head home to Konoha.

Deep in space another was on the move. "Saiyan Detected: Ki signature match Jikama 50%. Target on board ship enroute to distant habitable planet. Calculating... 65% chance of locating Jikama on this planet."

Afala ripped the cooked meat off the bone and ate it. "Must be one of his children. I'm surprised they have survived this long... they were all sent off world as children." she said. "Jikama... fa..."

Before she could finish that thought an alarm went off. "Saiyan detected: Ki signature match: Raditz 100%, destination outer edge of Freiza empire."

"Thats odd... why would he be traveling alone... his bounty is too low to bother right now." She said discarding her plater.
