As for the answer, yes, unless the situation really asked for it, Hachishaku will look at Naruto in disgust the moment he use his teenage form, but won't do anything except that because she know that it is still Naruto. This is because in the folklore, Hachishaku always like to target young men, be it to kill or to 'you know what'.
She don't have any eyes for adult men. That's why the parent back in Japan terrorized their children with Hachishaku when they're being bad. As for your other question, yes, the other will have their own preferences. But most of them will be uncaring, because unlike Hachishaku, the others doesn't see Naruto from his physical body.
