Luke ran out of the house slowly as he was sad because his uncle wasn't letting him go. He was making his way to the garage when he heard his sister's voice.

"Luke" she shouted in a loud voice.

"What, Gigi?" He asked his sister softly as he stopped on his way to garage to complete his work on the droids.

"You know I was wondering I should probably help you with the droids. So that you can complete the work soon and then we will go to the power station in Tosche" Jelena said and both of them went towards the garage. Luke nodded excitedly at her words.

"I am glad that these two have a good relation and look out for each other in need" Ashoka commented seeing the their bond.

Luke and Jelena made their way back to the garage to finish working on Threepio and Artoo.

However, when they entered, it was to find the room empty of the two newcomers. Confused, Luke pulled out a remote similar to the one the sellers had used on Artoo and pushed a button.

"Oh!" Threepio said in surprise, jumping at the sudden shock.

"What are you doing hiding back there?" Jelena asked as if to a guilty child.

"It wasn't my fault, ma'am please don't deactivate me." He pleaded. "I told him not to go, but he's faulty. Malfunctioning. Kept going on about his mission."

"God he is acting like those younglings in our Jedi academy -" Shaak Ti began speaking when Obi Wan cut her off and completed.

"who blame each other if anything goes wrong and pleads us not to punish them" Everyone present in the room laughed even Mace and Yoda agreeing with the behavior of younglings.

"Dammit." Luke cursed and ran from the room, Threepio following behind. He ran back out topside and searched the horizon with another pair of binoculars.

"We gotta find that R2 unit or else uncle will kill us" Jelena said as she stood beside her brother.

"That R2 unit has always been a problem." Threepio said, walking up beside him. "These astro droids are getting a bit out of hand. Even I can't understand their logic at times."

"Artoo is a crafty droid" Plo Kann commented knowing how crafty the droid can be sometimes.

"He always finds a way to save us" Ashoka said and everyone agreed at her words.

"I guess everyone should praise the man who made Artoo and also the one he was given too. Give Senator Padme some credit too" Anakin joked while looking at the senator cum secret wife.

"How could I be so stupid?" Luke said as he put the macrobinoculars down, "He's nowhere in sight. Dammit!"

"That droid is a menace" Jelena commented as she looked around trying to locate the annoying droid.

"Excuse me, sir, but couldn't we go after him?"

"It's too dangerous with all the sand people around. We'll have to wait until morning."

"Yeah, the sand people venture out in night looking for valuable things and people they could enslave" Jelena agreed with her brother.

"Lets go inside now" Jelena told them as she made her way towards their home.

"I hope Artoo doesn't run into sand people" Rex said to Ashoka who nodded at his words.

Anakin clenched his fists hearing about the sand people. He hated them they were the reason why he lost his mother. Luke or Jelena running into them is unacceptable to him.

"Luke!" Owen called from within the house, "I'm shutting the power down!"

"Alright! I'll be right there!" he called back before groaning. "Boy am I gonna get it. You know, that droid is gonna cause me nothing but trouble. I can already tell."

"That's what he is good at" Ashoka commented with a smirk.

The next day, Owen awoke to find Beru making breakfast and Luke and Jelena nowhere to be found.

"Hey, you seen Luke and Gigi yet today?" He asked his wife.

"Yeah, said they had some things to do, so they left early." She said as she work on their breakfast.

"They take those new droids with them?" he asked.

"Dunno." Beru said with a playful slap to the hand that held the bacon.

Owen sighed and bit off a chuck of the meat. "Well, they better have those units in the south range repaired by mid-day or there'll be hell to pay."

Instead, Luke, Jelena and Threepio were zooming across the desert in a land speeder.

"Look, there's a droid on the scanner, dead ahead." Jelena pointed at the screen. "Could be our little R2 unit, hit the accelerator."

"I wonder where the hell did that droid went?" Jelena asked her brother who shrugged in response.

"I dunno, but for sure he is causing a lot if trouble" Luke replied back

As they moved through a canyon, a creature wrapped head to toe in cloth took aim at them with a sniper rifle. It was stopped by one of its' kin. They exchanged a series of grunts and growls before the second pulled the first back to their massive, shaggy, ram-horned mounts and they moved out as one.

Hearing the sounds of grunts and growls, Jelena took her binoculars to look for the source of voice. When she tried to locate the source of voice, she didn't found anything or anyone apart from the retreating figure of a bantha behind the rocks.

"Bantha means that there might be Tusken Raiders nearby" Jelena whispered in a horrified voice.

"Tusken Raiders, this is going to be dangerous for two of them" Shaak To commented worried for the two kids.

"I don't know but Tusken Raiders have a reputation of selling or forcing people into slavery" Caleb whispered under his breath agreeing with the Jedi Master.

Anakin clenched his fist. He didn't wanted his kids to run into Tusken Raiders.

Before Jelena could tell Luke about Tusken Raiders.

Luke had stopped the speeder a few feet away from Artoo, who was waddling over some rocks.

"Hey, hey, where do you think you're going?" he said. Artoo whistled in response.

"Master Luke is your Master now!" Threepio scolded "We don't want to hear anymore of this Obi-Wan Kenobi gibberish!".

Artoo whistled back in response. "And don't talk to me about your mission. You're lucky he doesn't blast you into a million pieces on the spot."

As Luke assured him there was no call for that, Artoo whistled again, with something akin to fear in the tone. "What's he saying?"

"There are several creatures approaching from the south-east." Threepio said, fear in his voice.

"Sand People. Or worse." Luke growled. He ran to his speeder and pulled out a rifle. "Come on, let's check it out." Jelena looked ta her brother with a horrified expression.

"No, no Luke are you crazy we need to take these droids and go home. You are really thinking about meddling with sand people?" Jelena shouted at her brother who rolled his eyes at her.

"Jelena is right, get out of there right now kids" Anakin warned his children.

"Well they can't hear you, Skyguy" Ashoka commented with an eye roll.

"Jelena we should go, please" Luke told his sister looking straight into her eyes.

"No, we aren't going" Jelena said firmly.

"Yes, we are going. What if there is someone who needs our help" Luke told her as he crossed his arms in front of his chest.

"What if there is no one who needs our help and we end up getting sold in slavery? Tell me" Jelena said as she crossed her arms infront of her chest mirroring her brother's actions.

"What if there is ?" Luke countered. They both looked at each other with narrowed eyes for a few seconds before Luke sighed.

"I am with Jelena in this argument as she is clearly right. Tusken Raiders can sell them to slavery and when it comes to Jelena things could turn worse." Shaak Ti said as she looked at the two arguing siblings.

"I agree with you, Master Ti" Mace Windu agreed with the Torguta master.

Anakin and Padmé paled at the thought of their children being sold to slavery and caught by Sand people.

"Look I am going. If you want to come you can come." Luke said and made his way towards the direction which Artoo had told him. Artoo followed him whereas Threepio stood by Jelena.

"Ma'am it getting rather uneasy for me to stand here quietly when Artoo is leaving so can I go?" Threepio asked. Jelena glared at the golden annoying protocol droid.

"Fine I am coming too" Jelena huffed in frustration and followed her brother. Threepio trailing behind her.

"LUKE, I AM COMING TOO" Jelena yelled. Luke turned around and nodded at her. She picked up her rifle from the speeded and went towards Luke.

"Are they crazy? They are going towards sand people" Anakin yelled as he witnessed his children's stupidity.

"Looks like they are, general" Rex told the Jedi Knight.

"This isn't a wise decision. They are very dangerous" Padme said in a horrified voice as she saw her son and daughter going towards the direction of sand people.

"We can't do anything apart from watching the holovid further" Mace Windu said which made everyone shut their mouths and focus on holoscreen.

A few minutes later, Luke and Jelena had taken a vantage point on the lip of the canyon and were looking at a possible campsite below them, Threepio standing behind them. "Well, there are a couple banthas down there, but I don't think- wait a minute…" a humanoid figure walked into view from behind a bantha, "They're Sand People alright, I can see one of them now." Luke said as he looked towards the sand people's campsite.

"Luke" Jelena whispered to her brother in a horrifed tone. Her eyes fixed on something or rather someone.

"Yeah?" Luke replied

"Luke" Jelena said again.

"What, Gigi -" Luke said in a rather annoyed tone but stopped in middle as his vision went dark.

His vision went dark and he looked up to see a Sand Person in front of him. It howled a war cry, shaking a bent club over its' head. Threepio screamed and fell backwards. Luke tried to bring his weapon to bear, but his assailant batted it away and struck him in the middle of the chest, throwing him on his back. It tried to bash his head in multiple times, but Luke dodged each time.

Jelena pulled her rifle and shot towards the tusken raider, it didn't hit him rather it caught his attention and turned towards the blond girl. She fired another bullet towards the raider which gave Luke enough time to take a hold of his weapon but to her dismay he fell unconscious.

"Kids, better watch out" Anakin yelled as he saw the confrontation between them and the raiders. He wanted to go back to Tatooine and finish his job.

The masters and everyone else present in the room were worries about Luke and Jelena.

A raider came up from behind and yanked the rifle out of her hands which left her weaponless. Catching her wrists together, he caged them behind her back.

"Leave me, you desert scum" Jelena yelled in anger an effort to make the raider leave her but to no avail did he left her.

The other raider dragged Luke towards their speeder.

"What's going to happen now?" Master Mundi worried for the two kids on screen.

"I hope someone comes to help them" Obi Wan said in a rather worried tone. Hoping some angel will come and help them in this situation.

"Leave my children" Anakin muttered under his breath. So that no one can hear it. His hands clenched into a fist in a fit of rage.

Jelena yelled and tried to kick one of the raiders but no avail.

"Luke wake up" Jelana called to her brother who was still unconscious. Artoo whistled a few times to wake up his new master or perhaps owner.

"Wake up you idiot" Anakin called to his son which was laying unconscious in a desperate effort to wake him up.

"Skywalker, you do know that they can't hear you" Mace Windu told the Jedi Knight.

"Yeah, I know"

The scene cut to a cave nearby the abandoned speeder, the war cries of the Sand People echoing off the walls of the canyon. Artoo watched as the Sand People dragged an unconscious Luke and an angry Jelena back to it and began to ransack it. Artoo whistled a few times, trying to wake Luke up to no avail.

Suddenly, a haunting noise echoed off the walls. The Sand People turned to see a robed figure walking towards them, waving his arms about. The sound more than the source terrified the Sand People and they beat a hasty retreat, dropping everything except their stick-maces.

The raider who had Jelena as her captive left her. In a state of shock, Jelena imbalanced herself and fell down with a 'thud'.

"Ow" she shrieked in pain.

"What did just happen?" Shaak Ti asked as she saw the Sand People retreating in a hurry.

"Scared them off someone did, good for Luke and Jelena this is" Yoda said as he likewise others was worried about the safety of Luke and Jelena.

Artoo watched as the robed figure knelt beside Luke and checked his pulse. He looked up at his and lowered his hood, revealing a much older man. His face retained its tan and friendly features, but his hair became sandy grey.

"Thank God you came" Jelena said as the unknown man held out his hand for her to take as she stood up.

She dusted her clothes off sand.

"He looks like a wizard" Anakin commented as he looked at the man on the holoscreen.

"He kinda looks like Obi Wan but his hair and beard aren't well kept either" Anakin said out aloud and everyone heard it agreeing a little bit with him.

Obi Wan looked at the man on screen. That man looked oddly like him. Was it possible that he had a family back Stewjon or? Was it really him?

"Is Luke alright?" Jelena asked the old man.

"Yeah, he is. What about you?" the old man asked as he looked at the red fingerprints marks on her wrists.

Jelena followed the gaze of Ben and she noticed red marks on her wrist and said "Yeah I am okay, Ben. It hurts a bit but I'll be fine for sure. I am so glad to see you, Ben Kenobi"

"so this Ben Kenobi?" Padme asked.

"That's what it looks like, Senator" Obi Wan said.

"I hope he knows where Master Kenobi is" Master Mundi said hoping that he knew where Master Kenobi was or the Jedi.

Ben nodded at her words and turned to face Luke and the two droids.

"Hello there." He greeted to Artoo. "Come here, my little friend. No need to fear." Artoo whistled, looking at Luke. "Oh, don't worry, he'll be alright."

As if on cue, Luke began to stir and opened his eyes. "Rest easy, son. You've had a busy day." the old man said said as he helped Luke into a sitting position. "You're fortunate to be all in one piece."

Luke shook the cobwebs loose and got a better look at him. "Ben? Ben Kenobi? Boy, am I glad to see you."

"I am never going to follow you again, Luke" Jelena said looking at her brother.

"The Jundland Wastes are not to be travelled lightly." Ben told him, as he stood and helped him to his feet and sat him down on a nearby rock. "Tell me, young Luke and Jelena ;what brings you out this far?"

"This little droid." Jelena said, pointing to Artoo. "I think he's searching for his former master, but I've never seen such devotion in a droid before. He claims to be the property of a Obi-Wan Kenobi."

At the name, Ben's eyes widened, as if sudden memories flashed before him, and he took a seat of his own. Luke asked him "Is he a relative of yours? Do you know who he was talking about?"

"Obi-Wan Kenobi?" he said, almost in shock. "Obi-Wan… now that's a name I've not heard in a long time. A long time."

"I think our uncle knows him. He said he was dead." Jelena said looking at Ben Kenobi.

"Oh, he's not dead. Well, not yet."

"Thats good to hear that Master Kenobi is still alive" Mace Windu said as heaved a breath of relief.

"I hope other Jedi are still there" Luminara said who had been mostly quiet during the whole future watching.

"I am afraid about your safety, Obi Wan" Anakin said as he remembered how cruel that Darth Vader is and he wishes that Obi Wan is not in his claws and isn't held captive by him.

"You know him?"

"Well, of course I knew him. He's me. I haven't gone by the name of Obi-Wan since before you were born."

Everyone was shocked by the relevation even the man himself who was coughing loudly at his worn out appearance. The holovid was paused by Mace Windu.

Obi Wan Kenobi chocked on his drink and started coughing when the relevation was made by the older man on screen who was apparently his future self.

Anakin was rubbing his back to help with his coughing and was snickering at his master's worn out appearance.

"You clearly won't age well in future, master" Anakin joked which made Shaak Ti, Ashoka and Padme to snicker at his humour while rest of the Jedi present in the room cracked a smile.

"I could see that, Anakin. You don't have to tell me again and again" Obi Wan said as his coughing stopped.

After a few seconds when Obi Wan was alright. He remembered something which Anakin had said earlier.

"Did you called me Wizard?" Obi Wan asked as he looked into his apprentice's eyes. Anakin visbly paled remembering his words from before. Not wanting to answer his master's question he turned towards Master Windu.

"Master Windu, we should resume the Holovid ? Shouldn't we?" Anakin said to the Koruan Master who nodded in approval. Obi Wan rolled his eyes at Anakin's behavior but turned to the screen once again.

"Well, then I guess Artoo does belong to you."

"Can't seem to recall ever owning a droid before." He said, scratching his chin.

"Don't you know R2, General Kenobi?", Rex asked, bewildered.

"I know R2, but I didn't actually say I didn't know him" said Obi Wan.

"Um, I didn't understand?"

"Obi-Wan didn't really owned him" Anakin pointed. "So, he's not really lying about what he said."

The droid's coloring did seem somewhat familiar, but he couldn't quite- his musing was cut off by the howling of Sand People echoing off the walls of the canyon. "We'd best get going. These Sand People are easily startled, but they will come back, and in greater numbers"

"Where is Threepio?" Jelena asked as she looked around for the annoying golden droid.

Artoo whistled as the twins and Obi Wan moved towards Luke's speeder. "Threepio!", Luke called out from his less-than-stellar hide. There, the twims found the droid laying on his back, his left arm severed and lying a few feet away.

"Where are we?" Threepio, wondered, "I must have taken a bad step."

"Can you stand? We gotta get out of here before the Sand People come back." Jelena asked him.

"I don't think I can make it. You go on, Mistress Jelena. There's no sense in you risking yourself on my account, I'm done for."

"you don't have to be so dramatic Threepio" Padme said as she saw the dramatic self of the Droid.

"I think we should probably lift him and take him to the speeder" Jelena told them and the two men nodded at her words.

"Jelena go the speeder. Me and Ben will bring Threepio there. Artoo go with her" Luke told his sister as he went to towards Threepio

"Quickly," Obi-Wan urged, grabbing Threepio under his arms,"They're on the move." Together, he and Luke lifted Threepio to his feet and made their way to Obi-Wan's place beyond the desert.

"Does somebody know why am I on Tatooine living under a false name?" Obi Wan asked out aloud but everyone just stayed quite not having an answer to his question.

"Dear old master this is future we don't know anything so we gotta watch it so that we can know why you are there" Anakin said in a rather mocking tone.

'I would like to know why my children are there?' Anakin thought to himself.

Once there, they settled in and began chatting while Luke fixed up Threepio, cleaning him up and reattaching his arm.

Luke looked at his sister who was looking at her wrists.

"Hey you alright?" Luke asked her as he took notice of red marks on her wrists.

"Yes, I am okay" Jelena replied.

"Those raiders they did this to you didn't they?" Luke asked her and he inspected the marks on her wrists.

"But don't worry I am okay. They will heal in awhile" Jelena quickly added as she saw her twin's face fell. A guilty expression marred on his face as he saw his sister hurt.

"Do you want something to apply on it. Ben must be having something you can apply on it" Luke said an was about to ask Ben when Jelena kept a hand on his shoulder and stopped him.

"I am okay and am gonna be alright. You should probably work on Threepio"

"I am sorry, Jelly. You were right I shouldn't have been stubborn about going towards sand people" Luke apologised to his sister who gave him a smile and then sassily said " You know the older sibling is always right and the younger one is wrong. So being the responsible older sibling I forgive you"

Luke laughed a little and then went back to working on Threepio.

"I am happy that Luke realised his mistake and apologised to his sister" Ashoka commented.

Anakin smiled at his two children but he wanted to go and kill that raider who hurt his daughter. Those red marks on her wrists was something he couldn't bear to see. The tusken raiders have given him one more reason to hate him.

Padme smiled at her two children but she was clearly worried about her daughter who had endured being almost assaulted by the Tusken Raiders.

Yoda looked at the twins who were the children of Anakin Skywalker. Yes, he was confirmed now that these two children were of Anakin. The kids were strong with force because Anakin's force sensitivity will passed on to all his future generations.

Knowing that a dark time has befallen on the Galaxy,he was sure that these kids will play a huge role in future.

After making himself comfortable in the old man's home, Luke immediately began asking about his father. Ben laughed and indulged the young boy and girl about the tales of their old man, allowing them a little bit of happiness even if it raised more than a few of his own unpleasant memories.

Jelena smiled as she heard the stories of their father whom she and Luke never meet.

"You and Jelena have taken the knack of getting in trouble from you father. Your father also fought in wars, kids" Obi Wan said which made the young boy and girl frown as that's not what their father's profession was, he was a spice freighter.

"No, our father didn't fight in the wars." Luke and Jelena laughed off Obi-Wan's statements as Luke tightened some bolts on Threepio's shoulder, "He was a navigator on a spice freighter."

"That's what your uncle told you." Ob-Wan said. It was a statement, not a question, so Luke knew he could read him somehow. "He didn't hold your father's ideals, thought he should have stayed here and not gotten involved."

"You fought in the Clone Wars?" Jelena asked.

"Yes." Obi-Wan chuckled, "I was once a Jedi Knight the same as your father, Anakin Skywalker." He leaned back and stroked his chin pensively.

The holovid paused abruptly as everyone's eyes turned towards Anakin Skywalker who was sweating bullets right now.

"Skywalker, would you mind explaining yourself?" A voice thundered in the theatre.

A silence reigned in the theatre.

Author's Note : Hope you liked it. Now I am getting a lot of messages regarding the addition of Mara Jade in the Original trilogy. Here is the thing I love Mara Jade but she won't be added till Empire Strikes Back for now, that's what I have thought. Next chapter is gonna be full on drama.
