ACxOCU Ch 18. Horrible Start in an Unaverage Multiverse.
"What are you going to do with us?" Asks Menthis nervously staring at Lana still pointing a gun at them.
Lana smiles then says, "You'll need this." Picking through her purse then pulling out a device that looks like the one Mathias had and tossing it to them.
"Why are you helping us?" Asks Chris, catching the device in his hands.
"Yeah I thought you hated me." Says Eddie.
"I do, but I'm not going to let that keep me from getting what I want." Replies Lana.
"What the hell does that mean?" Asks Menthis.
"Hmph." Chuckles Lana, "Nothing right now."
"Okay can you stop giving cryptic hints of your goal like a cliche villain and just tell us what you're getting from this?" Asks Menthis.
"Well you're no fun but I will say your destination is already programmed into the device, unfortunately it's a prototype so it's unpredictable so I can't say you'll reach your destination on the first try." Replies Lana.
That's super fucking helpful, thank you." Menthis says, rolling his eyes.
"You're such a sarcastic ass, why do you guys put up with that!?" Replies Lana in frustration.
"I wake up every morning and ask myself this." Says Chris.
"Fuuuck that's so sad... God, just press the button on the device when you're ready and you'll be transported to the next universe." Says Lana in a huff walking out the room.
"Y'all ready?" Asks Chris.
"Wait, you're actually serious about this?" Replies Eddie.
"Yeah why wouldn't I be?" Replies Chris.
"I've got a family to worry about. I can't risk using something that let me remind you a woman who has been harassing my family gave us." Says Eddie.
"Wow." Says Menthis.
"So I guess Stewie isn't family then?" Replies Chris.
"That's not what I meant and you know it!" Says Eddie in frustration.
"Just push the goddamn button!" Says Junior reaching out and pressing the button making them disappear in a flash of light.
(In a flash of light Chris, Junior, Eddie and, Menthis appear in the center park of another version of Quahog.)
"You asshole, how could you do that!?" Shouts Eddie at Junior.
"Don't call me an asshole, we don't know what Mathias has planned and we need to take action not make banter!" Replies Junior.
"Shut up both of you!" Says Chris.
"You shut up!" Replies both Junior and Eddie in unison.
"You know what, I'm going home." Declares Eddie getting up and brushing himself off.
"What home dummy, you forget we're not even in our Quahog?" Replies Menthis.
"I'm so sick of this shit!" Shouts Eddie turning around and slugging Menthis in the chest knocking the wind out of him and sending him to his knees.
"What did I do?" Wheezes Menthis then collapses fully on the ground.
"It was your stupid brother who did this it's not my fault you look just like him and it set me off!" Replies Eddie.
"Don't worry about it man, we all have our moments, we forgive you." Says Chris.
"I have an objection to that." Wheezes Menthis.
"Denied." Replies Chris.
"I hate you all." Cries Menthis.
"Y'all done." Asks Junior unamused by what's going on.
"Yes I believe so." Replies Chris
"Good and I guess we'll be stuck here for a while." Says Junior looking at the device with the screen flashing red.
"Let me see." Says Menthis getting up and reaching towards the device.
"Hands off grabby pants, you're the last person we want to touch this." Says Junior slapping Menthis's hand away.
"Hey!" Replies Menthis recoiling his hand and rubbing it then saying, "know what I thought about it I guess that's fair."
"Damn right that's fair, I still have to safety proof the toaster because of you." Replies Chris.
"Hey Chris." Says Menthis.
"What now?" Asks Chris now getting annoyed.
"Are…are the oven mitts hot?" Replies Menthis playfully with a smirk.
(Without saying anything Chris karate chops Menthis in the throat.)
"Ack." Cries Menthis falling to the ground again.
"Well I guess since we can't use the teleporter let's get our bearings on this place." Replies Eddie.
"Yeah and probably get something to eat. I'm starving." Says Junior.
"Oh wow, shocker." Replies Menthis sarcastically still on the ground.
(Junior turns around and kicks Menthis in the stomach.)
"Okay I deserved that one." Wheezes Menthis.
"Yeah, tell me about it." Replies Junior walking off with Chris and Eddie.
Later downtown.
"Wow this place is just like our Quahog." Says Menthis in awe as they walk through downtown.
"What part of multiverse didn't you get?" Asks Chris.
"Pretty much all of it it's kinda hard to focus after a family reunion under unfortunate circumstances. Also a gun pointed at you doesn't really help." Replies Menthis with a shrug still looking around.
"You don't really take anything seriously do you?" Sighs Chris.
"No, not really." Replies Menthis.
(Chris just shakes his head in disappointment.)
"Hey guys doesn't this place look familiar?" Says Eddie pointing ahead.
(Up ahead is a familiar looking sign but it says MsJiggers.)
"I-Is that McJiggers?" Asks Junior.
"I think so but I wonder why it says MsJiggers?" Says Chris.
"What part of multiverse didn't you get?" Replies Menthis in a mocking tone.
Chris turns to Menthis raising his fist making him flinch, "Two for flinching." Says Chris and punches him in the shoulder twice.
"Three for being a dick." And punches him another time.
Junior then just walks up and punches Menthis again sending him to the ground then says, "I just don't like you."
"Hmph, assholes." Says Menthis brushing himself off and walking in behind them.
