ACxOCU Ch 20 Not so Average Holidayverse.
(In a flash of light they appear in a familiar bedroom.)
"Hey we're back! Haha I can't believe it." Exclaims Eddie happily.
"I wouldn't be so sure." Replies Menthis looking out the window.
"What do you mean?" Asks Eddie running towards the window to look out too, "Oh god…" he says in shock and awe looking outside.
"Come on, what could be so bad?" Asks Chris walking up to the window too "Woah, I guess I owe you this Men." Says Chris taking out his wallet pulling out 20 dollars and handing it to Menthis.
"Wait what happened?" Asks Eddie now extremely confused.
"This is exactly how Menthis described the town if it was designed by Hallmark." Replies Chris.
(Outside it looks like Spooner Street but there's light snow everywhere with leaves on the ground but every yard appears to have a mixture of decorations from snowmen built in front yards, hearts on houses, clovers on cars and mailboxes, jack-o'-lanterns on each porch.)
"Why would you two make a bet like that?" Asks Eddie shaking his head.
"We get bored at 3am." Replies Menthis.
"Y'all need girlfriends." Repies Eddie.
"I've tried, no one I've met can tolerate him for more than 30 minutes." Replies Chris.
"Th-that's really sad." Replies Eddie.
"Y'all done?" Asks Junior peering out of the door.
"What's with you tubbagoo?" Asks Menthis walking up to the door.
(Junior karate chops Menthis in the throat again.)
"Ack…not…this…bit again." Cries Menthis falling to his knees.
"Well this place does look like your parent's house, I guess that's a good thing at least we know where we are." Says Junior.
"Yeah and knowing my parents Dad's in an eggnog coma and Mom's probably trying to bake holiday cakes so we can probably slip out the front door unnoticed." Replies Chris walking to the door.
(Down stairs Lois is baking multiple cakes.)
"There all the holiday cakes are done." Lois says proudly pulling out the Christmas cake.
Peter walks up with eggnog on his face and shirt looking down he says, "You forgot the St Patrick's Day cake."
"Fuck!" She screams slamming her fists down on the counter as Chris, Junior, Eddie and Menthis slip out the front door.
"Huh this place is actually pretty nice." Says Eddie looking around.
"Hey isn't that your dad Junior?" Asks Menthis pointing across the street at a mailman.
"Cleveland is slowly walking up to a mailbox holding a stick, "Okay Cleveland you've done this for over 20 years you can do this." Says Cleveland and uses the stick to open the mailbox flinching slightly when it opens he breathes a sigh of relief then goes to put the mail in the mailbox but when he reaches in some Easter eggs fall out into his hand, "Hmm that's not so bad." Suddenly the eggs explode sending egg yolk all over his face and confetti shoots out of the back of the mailbox adding another layer of stuff on his face and a letter pops out with the words Gotcha! On it, "I hate this job!" Says Cleveland spitting out confetti and egg yolk then throwing the letters in the mailbox and storming off.
"Would you believe me if I told you this wasn't the first time I've seen this happen?" Remarks Junior.
(They wander down Spooner Street looking at all the decorations.)
"Where are we headed? Asks Menthis.
"Uh let's go to the Clam Jerome always goes all out on the holidays might be interesting." Responds Chris.
Suddenly a car pulls up and the window rolls down, "Sup chubs and chumps what are you guys doing out here at this time? The Caroling Creeps are going to show up any time now." Says a voice as Rallo leans towards the passenger side window, "Wait weren't you helping Roberta today Junior?" Asks Rallo.
"Um uh." Stammers Junior.
"Lois called him to come help her taste the cakes she was making and you know Junior." Replies Menthis making Junior glare at him.
"Makes sense, well hop in guys I'll take you wherever y'all were headed." Replies Rallo unlocking the car doors letting them inside.
"Thanks man." Replies Eddie.
Junior then whispers to Menthis, "You're an asshole I hope you know this." Then punches him in the arm.
"So where are y'all headed?" Asks Rallo when everyone is settled in.
"To the Clam if you would." Responds Chris.
"Cool cool would you mind if we stop somewhere first." Asks Rallo.
"Yeah sure that's fine." Replies Chris.
"Awesome." Says Rallo with a questionable smile.
(Later they arrive at a familiar looking warehouse by the docks and they all get out of the car.)
"Come on guys it won't be long I need a little help." Rallo says motioning towards the warehouse.
(They all walk inside but the whole building is pitch black inside.)
"I brought them." Rallo says out loud.
"Huh?" Says Chris confused by what he means.
"What do you mean?" Asks Eddie in confusion too.
"Oh no." Says Menthis.
"Guys get back!" Yells Junior turning to the exit but it slams shut locking them in.
(One by one the lights flicker on to Reveal Robot Brian with two men standing by him with Stewie tied up and gagged on a chair.)
"Good to see you guys again." Says Robot Brian smiling.
"Brian?!" Says Chris in shock, "But you died.
"Close." Replies Robot Brian, "Here's your cut." Says Robot Brian and the man on his left tosses Rallo a stack of money which he grabs and walks out of view, "And now this." Robot Brian smiling then snapping his fingers and the man on his right pulls out a gun and shoots the tied up Stewie in the back of his head.
"Stewie!" Cries Chris running towards his now lifeless body, "Why would you do that?" Cries Chris tears streaming down his face.
"To make an example and show you what's at stake and let you know that you can't win this." Says Robot Brian walking towards Chris, "You're lucky though that wasn't your universe's brother.
"That doesn't matter in a way he's still family you monster!" Cries Chris.
"Pathetic you know what I was told to impede your journey by any means necessary other than lethal force but you know what, who's to say that if you died it wasn't by accidental means? Says Robot Brian smiling.
"Hey asshole!" Shouts Rallo's voice.
(When Robot Brian turns around he sees a giant candy cane decoration flying through the air which ends up hitting him and piercing part of his body.)
(Junior then runs towards the man with the gun, managing to knock it out of his hand by snapping his wrist and Eddie punches the other man in the face, knocking him out.)
"You think you've won not a chance, this is only the beginning!" Gloats Robot Brian then he presses a button on his chest disappearing in a flash of light.
"I'm sorry for what happened. I didn't think he was going to kill him." Says Rallo walking towards Chris.
Chris takes a swing at Rallo barely missing his face shouting angrily, "Fuck off!"
"Fair, I heard what you said about family and I was wrong to think since you're not from here you didn't matter or care." Replies Rallo sadly.
"Oh wow thanks that sorry makes everything better. Let's use that sorry to bankroll his funeral and help the family cope with this loss. I'm sure that will help." Says Chris wiping tears from his face.
"You really do care…" Replies Rallo seeing the grief in Chris's eyes.
"It doesn't matter now…Come on guys let's get out of here." Says Chris looking at the teleporter ready to go.
"I'll pay for the funeral and everything he gave me enough to do that." Replies Rallo.
"Hmph I hope so." Says Chris pressing the button making them all disappear in a flash of light.
