As always, please comment! It honestly makes my day to read your thoughts and opinions.

Back outside, Mickey still sits in his car, waiting for Rose to return.
"Shoot!" Yang laughs, "I almost forgot he was there."
Even Blake giggles, "he does seem kind of forgetful."
Leaning out of the window, Mickey checks behind him and taps on the wheel, obviously bored. As he does, a curbside garbage can scoots forward, inching towards Mickey and his car.
Weiss gasps, "don't tell me this living plastic isn't just limited to mannequins!"
The Librarian pauses and thinks, "well-"
"I said don't tell me!" Weiss whispers loudly into the man's ear.
The screen returns to inside Clive's 'office'.
"If the Doctor's back," he comments, "if you've seen him, Rose, then one thing's for certain." The theorist pauses and gulps. "We're all in danger."
Mickey turns around, noticing the quivering garbage can. He leans out of his window to get a better look, but after a few seconds of nothing happening, he returns to his seat. As he sits, the container wobbles and moves forward again, this time seen by Mickey.
Mickey opens the door, confusion plastered on his face.
"Don't go towards it!" Blake yells.
"Get a weapon first," Ruby offers. "Maybe hit it with the car!"
"He doesn't know about the whole 'living plastic thing'," the Librarian rationalizes.
"We know!" Both girls respond.
Slamming his door shut, Mickey approaches the trash bin. He exercises a small search around it, looking for wires or possibly someone pushing it, before placing both hands on the lid.
"Ha!" He exclaims, lifting the lid up, revealing… nothing. Nothing except for trash.
"If he's singled you out," Clive clarifies, the screen returning to their point of view, "if the Doctor's making house calls, then God help you." He walks around the table and returns one of the folders he used back to its resting place.
Back with Mickey, he slams the lid down on the garbage bin. As he tries to turn back to his car, he finds his hand stuck to the container. He pulls harder, lifting it up, but the plastic stretching and maintaining its grip on him.
"It's got him!" Ruby squeals in fright.
"I've never hated plastic more in my life," Yang whispers, earning a pat on the head from Blake.
As Mickey continues to struggle, the bin growls. Just as it looked like he was about to get away, the lid flies open, pulling Mickey into the garbage bin. As soon as Mickey's body disappears inside, the lid slams shut.
Team RWBY screams.
"Is he dead?!" Weiss asks, shocked by what she had just seen.
The Librarian shrugs, "I don't know. Possibly."
"Clive did try to warn Rose… and so did the Doctor," Blake adds.
"She should have listened," the Ice Queen grumbles.
"But who is he?" Rose asks, slapping her hand down on one of the folders. "Who do you think he is?"
"I think he's the same man," Clive responds. "I think he's immortal." He leans forward onto the table, staring at the blonde directly into the eye. "I think he's an alien from another world.
The screen cuts to Rose walking out of the house and heading to the car.
"All right, he's a nutter," she states. "Off his head."
Yang and the Librarian laugh. "Yeah," she adds, "Clive did seem a little crazy."
"A little?" The Librarian jokes.
Yang rolls her eyes, "okay, a lot."
"Complete online conspiracy freak," Rose continues as she pulls open the car door. "You win!" The blonde proceeds to slide inside and shut the door, sitting herself next to an alive, albeit plastic, Mickey.
Weiss covers her mouth, "dear gods, that is so wrong."
"What happened to the real Mickey?!" Ruby exclaims.
Blake's eyes go wide, repeating, "the Doctor has one constant companion… death."
Rose sighs and turns to Plas-Mick. "What are we going to do tonight? I fancy pizza."
"Pizza," the creature repeats. "P-P-P-Pizza!"
"Or Chinese," Rose offers.
Plas-Mick turns the key, starting the engine and cries out one last, "pizza!" before he begins to pull away from the curb.
At a table inside of a restaurant, Rose asks, "do you think I should try the hospital? Suki said they had jobs going in the canteen. Is that it then, dishing out chips?"
Pas-Mick resumes to smile at Rose. "I could do A-Levels," she continues, "I don't know. It's all Jimmy Stone's fault. I went and left school because of him, look where I ended up." She looks up at her 'boyfriend' and leans in. "What do you think?"
"So where did you meet this doctor?" Plas-Mick asks.
"I'm sorry, was I talking about me, for a second?" Rose asks, confused by the leap in conversation.
"'Cause I reckon it all started back at the shop, am I right? Was he something to do with that?"
"No," Rose answers.
"Come on," Plas-Mick smiles eerily.
Rose chuckles, "sort of."
"What was he doing there?"
"I'm not going on about it, Mickey, I'm really not." Rose pauses and takes a breath. "'Cause I know it sounds daft, but, I don't think he's safe. He's dangerous."
"But you can trust me, sweetheart." Plas-Mick's voice begins to glitch out. "Babe. Darling. Sugar," he states, with a head twitch before smiling.
Rose studies him, confusion plastered on her face.
"Rose," Ruby cries, "he's a fake!"
"This girl isn't too bright," Weiss adds.
The Librarian chuckles. "A week ago, would you have believed a strange man in a blue box would vanish out of thin air?"
"Touche," Yang comments.
"You can tell me anything," Plas-Mick continues. "Tell me about the Doctor and what he's planning and I can help you, Rose. That's all I want to do sweetheart." His head twitches again. "Darling. Babe. Babe. Sugar. Sweetheart."
"What are you doing that for?" Rose asks.
A shadow crosses her face and a figure steps next to the table. "You're champagne," the figure offers.
"We didn't order any champagne," Plas-Mick responds, not bothering to look up.
"That voice sounds familiar," Weiss notes.
Blake nods, "so does that jacket."
The figure moves to the other side of the table.
"Where is the Doctor?" Plas-Mick asks, grabbing Rose's hand.
"Madam, your champagne," the figure offers once more.
Rose waves the figure off, "it's not ours." She turns back to the plastic duplicate, "Mickey, what is it, what's wrong?"
"I need to find out how much he knows," Plas-Mick responds. "So where is he?"
"Doesn't anybody want this champagne?" The figure asks once more.
Plas-Mick looks up, "Look, we didn't order-"
The Doctor smiles.
"Yay!" Ruby cheers! "He's back!"
"The Doctor is in the house!" Yang adds.
Blake turns to Yang and whispers, "restaurant."
"The Doctor is in the restaurant!" Yang clarifies.
"Ah, got you," Plas-Mick smiles. Rose turns around to see the strange man from earlier.
The Doctor starts shaking the bottle, "don't mind me! I'm just toasting the happy couple." He drops the bottle, aiming the top of the bottle at the plastic man. "On the house!" The Doctor exclaims as he pops the cork.
It flies straight into Plas-Mick's forehead, the plastic folding around the projectile and contorting. The imposter then moves his jaw side to side in a chewing motion, then spits the cork out of his mouth and onto the floor.
"That's… disturbing," Weiss states.
The Librarian shrugs, "I've seen weirder."
"Well," Yang laughs, "we can't all be reality hopping, time traveling, space voyagers like you."
"Trust me," the Librarian smiles, a twinkle in his eye, "there's nobody like me in any universe."
"Anyway," Plas-Mick starts, standing up from his seat, his hand morphing into a paddle shape. He slams it down on the table, smashing it. Luckily, the Doctor pulled Rose away, who turned around and saw the Doctor grabbing the plastic man.
The Doctor grabs the impersonator by the head and proceeds to try to keep his head still, but Plas-Mick's head comes flying off instead. The Doctor goes flying into another table before holding the head up.
Its eyes open and Plas-Mick states, "don't think that's gonna stop me."
A few onlookers scream, as do team RWBY.
"Kill it!" Ruby yells, "kill it with fire!"
The Ice Queen shields her eyes from the horror.
Yang starts hyperventilating as she sees the mannequin-esque creature continue to talk after being decapitated.
Even Blake has her hand over her mouth, shocked by what is happening.
The plastic body then begins to stand up.
Rose quickly presses the fire alarm and yells, "everyone, out! Out now!" The alarm starts ringing as dozens of people begin running away. Rose, followed quickly by the Doctor (and Plas-Mick's head in arm) also run towards the nearest exit.
"Get out, get out, get out!" Rose repeats as the headless body swings wildly at tables. She and the Doctor run to the kitchens, pushing aside cooks and chefs in their escape.
As they come to a door, Rose and the Doctor push it open and rush outside as the plastic body continues to give chase. The Doctor pulls out his sonic screwdriver and points it at the lock as Rose runs down the alley, passing a familiar blue box.
She is stopped at a large set of iron gates that are chained shut.
"Open the gate," she yells. "Use that tube thing! Come on!"
"Yeah!" Ruby exclaims, "use the screwdriver!"
The Doctor holds up his device, "sonic screwdriver," he clarifies, walking away from the door.
"Use it!"
"Nah, tell you what, let's go in here," the Doctor decides, stepping towards the blue box. He inserts a key and opens the door as the restaurant's door quivers and shakes.
Rose runs over to the front side of the police box. "You can't hide inside of a wooden box!" She rushes back to the gate and tugs at the chain.
"He's going to get us," she exclaims.
"Get in the T.A.R.D.I.S," Blake yells.
"Listen to the Doctor!" Ruby adds.
After struggling with the padlock for a few more seconds, she calls out, "Doctor," and runs inside the box, slamming the door shut behind her. She turns to the interior and stops. Jaw dropping, she runs back outside.
Rose spends a few moments walking around the outside of the T.A.R.D.I.S before walking back inside. As the kitchen door comes crashing down, Rose runs back into the box.4
Inside revealed a large room with a center console. The console was full of dials, switches, pumps, and wheels all circling a glass cylinder. The walls around them were of a yellowish-tint with circled lights covering the panels. Large pillars supported the roof, jutting up from the grated floor at strange angles.
"Woah," Ruby mumbles.
The Librarian shrugs, "eh, I don't like it."
Blake turns to their resident traveler and asks, "why doesn't yours look like that?"
"It's like a phone's, sorry, scroll's wallpaper. Different 'drivers' prefer different controls," he explains.
"So you chose that main room?" Yang asks
The Librarian nods with a smile.
"You could've chosen better."
"Hey!"
"It's gonna follow us!" Rose yells as the Doctor who has his sonic pointed at Plas-Mick's head.
"The assembled hordes of Genghis Khan couldn't get through that door," he explains.
Team RWBY turns to the Librarian who scrunches his eyebrows. "Um, Genghis Khan was a Mongolian barbarian who invaded and conquered many lands. I think, at max, his 'soldier' count was close to 130k."
Yang whistles.
"And that wooden box could survive that?" Weiss asks.
The Librarian nods, "and more."
"Believe me," he adds, "they've tried! Now shut up a minute." But he needn't have bothered, Rose stood silently as she looked upon the strange machine. "You see, the arm was too simple, but the head's perfect." He places a couple of cords into the head. "I can use it to trace the signal back to the original source."
The Doctor places the head onto the console and turns to Rose. "Right. Where do you want to start?"
"Um," Rose begins, "the inside's bigger than the outside."
"Yes," the Doctor responds
"It's alien."
"Yep."
Rose pauses and looks at the man, "are you alien?"
"Yes," the Doctor nods.
"So Clive was telling the truth?" Blake asks.
"Yep!" Ruby cheers.
Blake frowns, "then what about that whole part about him being 'immortal'?"
The Librarian opens his mouth, only to be interrupted by Weiss saying "spoilers!" He laughs, enjoying watching the Ice Queen's frozen heart thaw.
"Is that all right?" The Doctor asks.
"Yeah," came Rose's quick response.
He smiles, "it's called the T.A.R.D.I.S, this thing. T-A-R-D-I-S, that's Time and Relative Dimension in Space."
Rose's hand covers her mouth and she starts to cry.
"That's okay. Culture shock," the Doctor explains. "Happens to the best of us."
"Did they kill him?" Rose asks. "Mickey?" She points back outside to where she last saw the headless creature. "Did they kill Mickey? Is he dead?"
"Oh," he pauses, "I didn't think of that."
Ruby frowns, "he didn't… think about it?"
The Librarian shakes his head. "Probably not. There wasn't a reason to."
Weiss' jaw drops, "wasn't… a reason to?"
"The Doctor saves as many lives as he can. Preventing the deaths of those who can be saved," the Librarian explains. "Like I said before, save those you can, but remember those you can't."
"But he didn't remember," Blake reminds him.
"No," the Librarian sighs. "He didn't."
"He's my boyfriend," Rose explains. "You pulled off his head. They copied him, and you didn't even think." The blonde shakes visibly in anger before pointing at Plas-Mick's head. "And now you're just gonna let him melt?"
"Melt?" The Doctor asks, turning around. Sure enough, the plastic copy's head has started to liquefy. He rushes over, yelling, "aw, no, no, no, no!" He starts flipping switches and turning dials on the console.
"What are you doing?" Rose asks.
Still fiddling with the console, the Doctor explains, "following the signal, it's fading!" He runs over to a screen, flipping one last lever. "Wait a minute, I got it… No, no, no, no, no, no, no!"
The T.A.R.D.I.S tilts, leaning everything to the side and causing the Doctor and Rose to grab a hold of the console. "Almost there, almost there," he whispers to the machine. As the centerpiece slides up and down, the Doctor gives a quick yell. "Here we go!"
The Doctor then runs outside, through the doors. As he passes her, Rose tries to stop him. "You can't go out there!" She calls out, "it's not safe!" Shaking her head, she runs out as well, realizing they are no longer in an alleyway, but instead by a river.
"Woah," Blake gasps, "it moved."
"That's so cool!" Ruby giggles. "Can yours do that?"
The Librarian nods.
"Can I drive?" Yang asks, causing the traveler to shiver.
Yang piloting a T.A.R.D.I.S… What have I done? He thinks to himself. "Maybe later."
The Doctor paces outside, "I lost the signal. I got so close."
Rose steps outside and the door slams shut. "We moved… Does it fly?"
"It disappears there and reappears here," he explains. "You wouldn't understand."
Rose turns back towards the box, "but if we're somewhere else, what about that headless thing that's still on the loose?"
Walking back to the T.A.R.D.I.S, the Doctor says it, "melted with the head." He turns to the blonde, "are you going to twitter on all night?"
"I'll have to tell his mother," she realizes. The Doctor turns around confused and Rose clarifies, "Mickey… I'll have to tell his mother he's dead, and you just went and forgot him again!"
Weiss frowns, "I'm really starting to find this 'Doctor' to be rude."
Ruby and Yang, who had both had to find out their mother had died with probably a similar talk, wipe away silent tears.
"You are right!" Rose cries out and points at the Doctor. "You are an alien."
"Look," the Doctor sighs," if I did forget some kid called Mickey-"
"He's not a kid!" Rose snaps, turning on the Doctor.
"It's because," he continues, "I'm trying to save the life of every stupid ape blundering about on this planet, all right?!"
Weiss wrinkles her nose. "Apes?! It's official, this man is rude and disgraceful!"
Shaking her head, Blake defends the alien, "he's saving who he can."
"The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few," the Librarian quotes.
"Who said that?" Ruby asks.
The Librarian chuckles. "A great man named Spock. He was an alien too."
"Wow," she whispers.
"All right?" Rose asks.
"Yes, it is!" The Doctor finished with a nod.
Rose clenches her jaw. "If you're an alien, why do you sound like you're from the north."
"Lot's of planets have a north!" He rationalizes.
Rose pauses. "What's a police public call box?" She asks, stammering.
The Doctor turns around, reading the inscription on his mode of transportation. He turns back to Rose, explaining, "it's a telephone box, from the 1950s." He presses a hand against the wood. "It's a disguise."
She chuckles, "Okay… and, this living plastic, what's it got against us?"
"Nothing. It loves you. You've got such a good planet. Lots of smoke and oil, plenty of toxins and dioxins in the air. Perfect. Just what the Nestene Consciousness needs.
"Its food stock was destroyed in the war, its protein planets destroyed. So. Earth. Dinner," the Doctor simplifies.
"What war?" Yang asks.
The Librarian's face darkens, "only one comes to mind… But it was worse than any war you have ever thought of."
"Even the Great War?" Blake asks.
"Let me put it like this," the Librarian explains, "the full death toll of your Great War, is equivalent to one day's worth of fighting in the war I'm thinking of."
"By the Gods," Weiss gaps.
"Any way of stopping it?" Rose asks.
The Doctor pulls out a vial of blue liquid from his coat pocket. "Antiplastic."
"Antiplastic?"
"Antiplastic!" He exclaims, pocketing the substance. "But first, I've got to find it." The Doctor walks over to the river's bank. "How can you hide something that big in a city this small?"
"Hold on," Rose asks, "hide what?"
"The transmitter," the Doctor explains. "The Consciousness is controlling every single piece of plastic, so it needs a transmitter to boost the signal."
"What does it look like?" Rose asks.
"Like a transmitter!" He clarifies, unsuccessfully. "Round and massive, somewhere slap-bang in the middle of London." He, and Rose in tow, walk down the street. "A huge, metal, circular structure. Like a dish, like a wheel. Radial, close to where we're standing."
As the Doctor finishes his explanation, the screen shows a large, looming, white round object in the background.
"Like that?" Weiss asks.
"What is that?" Blake wonders.
The Librarian chuckles. "It's a giant Ferris wheel, like a carnival ride. It's called the Millennium Wheel, or, more famously, the London Eye."
"Looks like a fun ride!" Yang smiles.
"It must be completely invisible," the Librarian continues.
Rose rolls her eyes.
"What?" the Doctor asks.
She nods to the London Eye.
The Doctor turns around, then back to Rose. "What?"
Smirking, she nods again to the ride.
Once again, the Doctor turns and looks back. "What?" he asks when he doesn't see anything.
Team RWBY all collectively chuckle.
"Is he really that dense?" Blake asks.
Ruby giggles. "Maybe he doesn't realize that the Eye thing can be a dish, so he just ignores it."
"Very perceptive," the Librarian compliments with a head rub.
"What is it? What?!" The Doctor asks for the third time.
Rose sighs and he checks behind him once more. This time, pausing as he notices the wheel. "Oh." He turns back to Rose and gives a large smile. "Fantastic!"
Rose and the Doctor run towards the ride, crossing a bridge that stretches over the large river. As they run down a few steps, the step in front of the Eye.
"Think of it," the Doctor explains, "plastic, all over the world, every artificial thing waiting to be alive." He looks around, trying to find something. "The shop window dummies, the phones, the wires, the cables," he lists off.
"The breast implants," Rose mutters.
Ruby frowns, "the whats?"
"Nothing you have to concern yourself with!" Weiss quickly squeaks, a blush already on her face.
The Librarian nods, "especially if you're anything like Yang."
"Are you calling me fat?!"
"I'm sorry!"
"Still, we found the transmitter," he compliments. "The Consciousness must be somewhere underneath."
Rose quickly runs over to a ledge, looking down over a small piece of the river bank. "What about down here?"
The Doctor quickly rushes down, noticing a small ladder jutting out from a cement square. "Looks good to me," he states before running towards it with Rose quickly following behind.
Sliding a small panel away from the ladder, the Doctor quickly starts climbing down into the steamy, red room below. When he lands, Rose eagerly follows, climbing down as quickly as he did. When the duo both hit the ground, the Doctor walked over and opened a door.
Behind it was a large 'room'. Grates created floors to the Doctor and Rose to walk upon as they looked down.
"The Nestene Consciousness." The Doctor points to a large container of molten material. "That's it, inside the vat. A living plastic creature."
"Well then, tip in your Antiplastic, and let's go," Rose offers.
The Doctor turns to Rose, "I'm not here to kill it. I've got to give it a chance."
"That's… honorable," Blake comments.
Weiss scoffs, "it's the only decent thing to do."
The Librarian raises an eyebrow, "would you exchange the same courtesy to others? Your father, for instance?"
"Well," Weiss stammers, "I-... Shut up!"
The Doctor walks down the staircase so he stands directly in front of the vat. "I seek audience with the Nestene Consciousness under peaceful contract according to convention 15 of the Shadow Proclamation."
The N.C gurgles.
"Thank you. If I might have permission to approach?" The Doctor asks.
Rose, meanwhile, looks over to the side and notices Mickey sitting next to one of the railings.
"He's alive!" Ruby cheers.
"Yay!" Yang joins in.
"Oh, my God," Rose exclaims before running past the Doctor, who rolls his eyes. "Mickey!" She shouts, "it's me! It's okay. It's alright, it's alright."
Mickey grabs Rose and pulls her into a crouched position, holding his finger above his lips and shushes her. "That thing, down there," he points to the vat, "the liquid, Rose, it can talk!"
"Oh, you're stinking!" Rose comments. She turns around, "Doctor! They kept him alive!" Rose comments as he walks down the staircase.
He nods, "yeah, that was always a possibility, keep him alive to maintain the copy." He spins around and starts to walk down the next flight of stairs.
"You knew that, and you never said!?" Rose asks.
"Can we keep the domestics outside, thank you?" He responds as he continues walking.
"Why didn't he tell her?" Yang asks.
"Because false hope can break a person," the Librarian explains.
Blake nods. "Imagine if he told her Mickey was alive, what would happen if he wasn't? It's worse than just losing them, because you think you could have saved them."
Rose stands up and leans over the edge, watching the Doctor as Mickey tries to stop her.
When the Doctor reaches a platform where he can in front of the vat, he asks, "am I addressing the Consciousness?"
The liquid inside churned and moves, almost as if it is trying to form a shape.
"Thank you," he continues. "If I might observe, you infiltrated this civilization by means of warped, shunt technology. So, may I suggest, with the greatest respect, that you shunt off?"
Once again, the N.C gurgles and warps, moving around in its container.
"Oh, don't give me that!" The Doctor exclaims. "It's an invasion, plain and simple. Don't talk about constitutional rights."
It shakes, splashing molten liquid to the sides.
"I am talking!" The Doctor yells. "This planet is just starting, these stupid little people have only just learned how to walk, but they're capable of so much more. I'm asking you, on their behalf, please, just go."
Before he could continue, two large plastic dummies grabbed his arms.
Yang let out a muffled yelp.
"Doctor!" Rose screams as they hold him still. One of them reaches into his pocket and pulls out the vial of Antiplastic.
The N.C roars.
"It was just insurance," the Doctor frantically explains. "I wasn't going to use it!"
Growling, the Consciousness continues to swirl.
"I was not attacking you, I'm here to help," the Doctor pleads. "I'm not your enemy, I swear, I'm not.
The vat gives a guttering squeal as it splashes to the sides.
"What do you mean?" The Doctor asks.
Behind him, a wall slides away to reveal the T.A.R.D.I.S.
"No, no, no!" He panics, "honestly no."
Inside of the liquid, a face can be seen as the loud groaning fills the room.
"Yes, that's my ship."
"Roooooar!"
"That's not true! I should know, I was there! I fought in the war. It wasn't my fault."
The N.C continues to squeal and roar at the Doctor.
Still struggling with the mannequin, he shakes his head. "I couldn't save your world, I couldn't save any of them!"
"SCREEEEECH!"
Rose turns to the Doctor, "what's it doing?!"
"It's the T.A.R.D.I.S," the Doctor answers, struggling against the plastic man's hold. "The Nestene's identified it as superior technology. It's terrified! It's to the final phase."
Rose doesn't seem to understand, so the Doctor elaborates. "It's starting the invasion. Get out, Rose! Just leg it, now!"
Instead of running, the blonde pulls out her phone, presses a few buttons, then brings it to her ear. "Mum?"
The screen jumps to Rose's mother, who is walking down the steps of a police station.
"Aw," Rose mutters. "She calls her mom!"
Blake nods softly," just in case."
"Oh, there you are," Rose's mother replies. "I was just gonna phone. You can get compensation, I said so!" She stops at the base, holding a piece of paper. "I've got this document thing off the police, don't thank me."
"Where are you, Mum?" Rose asks quickly.
"I'm in town," she answers as a bus passes by.
"Look, just go home! Just go home right now!"
"Darling, you're breaking up. Listen, I'm just gonna do a bit of late night shopping. "I'll see you later. Ta-ra," she finishes, closing the phone.
"No!" Ruby yells, "go home!"
"The plastic will get you if you go shopping," Weiss added.
Blake nods, "there'll probably be more mannequins, too."
"Oh, shit," Yang curses.
"Mum?" Rose yells, holding a finger to her ear. "Mum!?"
Lightning flies upward from the vat, striking a few boxes scattered around the room.
"It's the activation signal!" The Doctor realizes. "It's transmitting!"
Outside, the lightning courses through the Eye.
"It's the end of the world," Rose whispers.
Clive and his family were walking down the hallway of a mall, passing a mannequin behind a glass storefront.
"Oh no, not Clive!" Ruby exclaims.
"Not just Clive, everyone in the world," the Librarian clarifies.
"There's no point to creating a spreadsheet if you're gonna spend summer money in your winter months," he complains as one of the mannequins begin to move.
"Oh my god," his wife laughs, "I thought they were dummies! I nearly had a heart attack."
Clive looks around, noticing that every mannequin in the area has now started to move. Before he could say anything about it, they all began to smash through the glass.
Screams jumped from many people's throats as they began to jump from their platforms. Clive immediately pushes his family behind him, shielding them.
"It's true," he whispers. "Everything I've read, all those stories, it's all true!"
One of the mannequins raises its hand towards the conspiracist, the fingers dropping revealing a small barrel.
BANG.
Clive fell to the ground as his wife screamed his name.
"By the Gods!" Weiss yelled.
Tears fell down RWBY's faces, even the Librarian seemed upset.
"No!" Ruby screamed, gripping her cloak, "not Clive!"
"You… Monsters!" Yang screamed, her eyes flaring red.
The Librarian closes his eyes and bows his head. "A rightful life, a wrongful death. May you find your heaven in the stars, and may your next life be better than the last."
Blake joins the Librarian in his prayer, closing her eyes and doing her best to keep her tears from falling.
Rose's mother stepped off of an escalator, holding a small bundle of bags. As she steps forward, she pauses, hearing the screams of many other shoppers.
"Run!" Yang and Ruby yell.
"Not her too," Weiss cries.
The Consciousness continues to squeal, squirming in its vat.
"Get our, Rose," the Doctor orders. "Just get out! Run!"
Before they could, the room shakes and rumbles, causing the stairs to fall away.
"The stairs have gone!" Rose cries out. She grabs Mickey's hand and pulls him over to the T.A.R.D.I.S. They struggle with the doors, "I haven't got the key," Rose realizes as the doors don't budge.
"We're going to die!" Mickey realizes, hugging the blue box.
The Doctor grunts, still trying to escape the plastic's grip.
Rose's mother runs out of the mall, tossing away her bags. All around her, people run and scream. Plastic people march the streets, forcing everyone into a frenzy. Cars crash as drivers try to avoid people and many more die at the hands of the Plastic's hand-guns.
"Time Lord!" The Nestene accuses.
"Time what?!" Blake asks
"Spoilers!" The Librarian exclaims, "now shut up and watch!"
Behind the Doctor, Rose slowly stands stepping towards him and the two Plastics keeping him still.
"Leave him," Mickey asks, holding onto her leg. But Rose doesn't listen, pulling her leg away and running back down the lane. "There's nothing you can do!" He pleads.
"Please no!" Rose's mother begs, crouching against a bus as three plastic women in wedding dresses slowly raise their hands.
Rose, rushes to the wall and picks up an axe. "I have no A-Levels."
One of the plastic's hands fold away, revealing the barrel.
"No job," Rose continues.
The second hand folds.
"No future."
The final set of fingers fold away.
"But I'll tell you what I've got," Rose yells, raising the axe. She strikes a metal hook, dropping a metal chain. "Jericho Street Junior School under-sevens gymnastics team." She grabs the chain and turns around, facing the Doctor.
"I've got the bronze," Rose finishes. She runs forward, holding the chain, and leaps off the ledge. Gripping the chain, she is flung towards the Doctor kicking the plastic holding him. The Doctor leans down, causing his holder to fall into the vat.
As she swings back, Rose also knocks the second plastic into the pool. This one, holding the Antiplastic, accidentally lets the lid fall off and the liquid spills onto the Nestene Consciousness.
"Yay!" RWBY cheers.
"She saved the world!" Yang cheers.
"And the Doctor too," Blake adds.
Ruby smiles, "that means her mom is okay, right?" She turns to the Librarian who smiles.
"Let's find out."
It screams in pain, electricity surging through its blob body.
"Rose!" the Doctor cries out, grabbing her. When she plants her feet on the floor, both turn to face the N.C. "Now we're in trouble," he continues, running up to his ship as the building starts to collapse.
All around the world, including in front of Rose's mother, the plastic mannequins started spazzing out, glitching and falling to the floor, returning to the lifeless husk they were before.
The Doctor, pulling Rose by the hand, pulls out a key and plunges it into the T.A.R.D.I.S. As the room continues to detonate, the trio jump inside. With all the explosions, one could barely hear the soft whooshing of the ship fading from this time and place.
"Can that blue box survive all those explosions?" Weiss asks, worriedly.
"Definitely," the Librarian nods. "It'll take a lot more than that to do one in."
"I hope so," Ruby adds.
As the T.A.R.D.I.S forms in an alleyway, Mickey rushes out, running behind a small stack of boxes. Rose follows, walking slowly, however. She pulls out her phone and lifts it to her ear.
Rose's mother answers, quickly telling her, "don't go out of the house, it's not safe!" Rose smiles, listening to her mother. "There are these things, they were shooting and…" Rose closes the phone, assured that she is safe.
"Hello? Hello?"
"That seems mean," Ruby pouts.
"She got what she needed," Blake explains. "Her mom is alive, that's what's important."
"Yeah!" Yang smiles. "All that matters is she is okay."
Rose pockets her phone and runs over to her boyfriend, "Fat lot of good you were," she jokes.
Whimpering, Mickey points to the Doctor, who stands in between the T.A.R.D.I.S doors.
"Nestene Consciousness?" The Doctor asks, snapping his fingers, "easy!"
"You were useless in there," Rose laughs. "You'd be dead if it wasn't for me!"
"Yes I would," he responds, smiling. "Thank you… Right then, I'll be off! Unless… I don't know, you could come with me?"
"Really!?" Ruby exclaims. "Do it!"
"But she'll have to leave her friends and family behind," Weiss counters.
"It seems to me, Blake analyzes, " that the only people who she is connected to are Mickey and her mom. And Mickey seems a little bit… broken."
"So hurry up!" Yang orders.
"This box isn't just a London-op, you know," the Doctor explains. "It goes anywhere in the universe, free of charge.
"Don't!" Mickey points, glaring at him. "He's an alien, he's a thing!"
"He just saved your life and everyone's on this planet," the Librarian scoffs.
"He also rescued you from the plastics," Weiss adds.
The Doctor nods to Mickey, "he's not invited." He turns back to Rose. "What do you think? You could stay here, fill your life with work and food and sleep. Or, you could go… anywhere."
"Is it always this dangerous?" She asks.
"Yeah," the Doctor nods.
Mickey grabs Rose around the waist, still shaking.
"Yeah, I can't… I've gotta go and find my mum."
"Aw," RWBY groans.
"Too bad…" Yang frowns. "It's probably a lot of fun.
"Don't worry," the Librarian chuckles, "I'll give you the same choice.
"Really?" Ruby asks.
"Afterwards."
Rose grabs Mickey's shoulder, "and someone's gotta look after this stupid lump, so…"
The Doctor seems to understand. "Okay. See you around." He steps inside, closing the door. A few moments later, the box begins to wheeze, fading away.
Rose stares at the empty place where the T.A.R.D.I.S once sat. She turns to Mickey, "come on, let's go."
However, Mickey was slack-jawed and wide eyed at this spectacle. Rose pulls him up by the shoulder, "come on. Come on." They walk a few feet before the whooshing returns.
The blonde quickly snaps around, watching as the blue box returns to where it stood.
The Doctor pokes his head out, "by the way, did I also mention that it travels through time?"
"Now you have to go!" Ruby exclaims.
"Yeah!" the rest of her team cheers.
This seemed enough for Rose, who turns to Mickey and says, "thanks."
"Thanks for what?" He asks.
"Exactly."
She gives him a quick peck on the cheek, before running into the open doors of the T.A.R.D.I.S.
"And there we go," the Librarian claps as the screen dims and the lights turn back on.
"Wow… That was…" Blake starts.
"Incredible!" Ruby interrupts. "That was so cool! Aliens, time travel, evil plastic! I wonder what's next!"
"As do I," Weiss wonders. "What else is there?"
The Librarian chuckles. "Everything."
"So what now?" Yang asks as the Librarian stands, leading team RWBY to a small platform in the back.
"Now," he starts, pressing a few buttons, "you have a choice to make. To stay," he presses one last button, causing the floor to give way and sliding everyone back to the main console room, "or to go."
YES! FINALLY! All of Rose is done! Woooo! For some reason, the endings seem to be harder to write than the beginnings, lol.
Anyways, I want to say thank you very much to everyone who has read this Fic thus far. We almost reached 1k views with just two chapters! Amazing! There was about 914 last I checked.
Of course, the next chapter will be a bit of a break, time for RWBY to decide on whether to stay or go. Will they abandon their lives like Rose? Or will this be a more… interrupted occurrence like the Ponds? Let's find out!
Also, I didn't remember Clive died when I rewatched the episode. RIP Clive. Maybe I should keep a tally of all the people who die in NewWho (named characters anyway).
Also, with the last chapter, this Fic got over 300 views on the day I published it (Wednesday). Can we try for 500 in a single day? Pretty please?
MidKnightMoonglow99: Thank you very much! I got your email, explaining how you reread the chapter and noticed it answer your question, but I wanted to say thank you again for that. It's nice to see not every commenter on the internet is just an angsty teen with anger issues.
Carre: Thanks! I think that was the 5th or 6th Doctor, but I haven't really seen much of them. I did just get to see the 11th's run this last week, he's a lot of fun!
Katana of the Blade: Of course I understand if you're not that big of a fan. It means a lot to me that you are reading this, I take a lot of character 'interruptions' from how I view them in your Fic. If you don't want to read this, you don't have to, I don't want to force you.
Shane Ee1: Thanks! I didn't show it because I'm playing this like it isn't a TV show, so opening credits and other things won't really exist. I will try to show something similar, however! I'll do my best.
