Articuno then flew over Hoenn and soon reached Lilycove City. Articuno then flew low and was landing to the ground. Ash and Lorelei then disembarked from Articuno and then walked from Articuno.
"Articuno, return." Lorelei said and returned Articuno to the Pokeball.
Ash and Lorelei saw many Team Rocket grunts in the city. Ash and Lorelei walked down the street and then reached a place where they saw many Team Rocket grunts which looked like a department store.
"This is the Department Store which is now converted to a factory." Lorelei said.
"This is the factory where Master Balls are being made." a male Team Rocket member said.
"Is it right to make so many Master Balls? An inexperienced trainer could use these and have very strong Pokemons." a female Team Rocket member said.
"The Master Balls are being given only to the best Team Rocket admins and loaded in machines for grunts under a Team Rocket admin to catch strong Pokemons." a male Team Rocket member said.
"When the grunts can use machine to launch Master Balls, wold they use without the admin's permission." a female Team Rocket member said.
"The admins only have the machines. They give the machines to the grunts which catch the Pokemons under Team Rocket's admin name when it is difficult to catch the strong Pokemon." a male Team Rocket member said.
"Could the grunts change the machine to catch the Pokemons in their name?" a female Team Rocket member said.
"The machine can only be accessed by the admins and has systems to ensure only the admin can control them so only admins can register in the machine and if grunts try to manipulate to register their name, the machine will shut down. It is like how a Pokeball belongs to a trainer, the machine can only be used by the admins and the grunts job is to only hold the machine and use them for the admin. Also, the admin could use a Pokemon to control the machine." a male Team Rocket member said.
"Ash, Rotom could take over the machines." Lorelei said telepathically.
"So, we are supposed to defeat Team Rocket here. But who is the head admin here?" Ash said telepathically.
"I think the factory is the main base of Team Rocket." Lorelei said telepathically.
"So, we would enter the factory." Ash said telepathically.
"I think we should dress in Team Rocket admin uniforms and then take over the place. That would make Team Rocket not be alerted that Team Rocket is losing." Lorelei said telepathically.
"But we defeated Team Rocket in Sootopolis City, Ever Grande City, Mossdeep City without disguise." Ash said telepathically.
"The difference is that going in a pllace where there are many Team Rocket grunts and are established there is difficult and defeating an important Team Rocket factory needs disguise." Lorelei said telepathically.
"Fine then. Follow me." Ash said telepathically. Ash and Lorelei then walked down the street till they reached a forest.
"Mew, teleport us to Sinjoh Valley." Ash said telepathically.
Mew, along with Ash, Lorelei, Rotom teleported to Sinjoh Valley Mansion. Ash and Lorelei then walked to the door of a room and then opened the door and then walked and went to a room in the mansion and then changed into the Team Rocket Admin uniform.
"Rotom, you can enter into the Team Rocket device." Ash said.
"So this is the Rotom that you got from Professor Cerise?" Lorelei asked.
"Yes, this Rotom also went inside the Team Rocket devices that were given to us." Ash said.
"That is excellent! So I was using your Rotom Phone's Rotom when using the Team Rocket devices?" Lorelei asked.
"Yes, you were. Rotom went into the Team Rocket devices as I needed a Rotom that I know to be with us and I did not want to use the Rotom which Team Rocket had. I use the Rotom from Alola for taking over devices." Ash said. Rotom then went into Team Rocket device that they had.
"Mew, teleport us to the Lilycove Department store." Ash said.
Mew then teleported along with Ash, Lorelei, and Rotom to the Lilycove Department store. Ash and Lorelei then walked to the entrance and then reached the entrance. Ash and Lorelei then walked through the entrance to reach Lilycove Department store.
"So you both have Mew. Amazing!" a male Team Rocket member said.
"Do you know how to go to the admin of the factory?" Ash asked.
"Yes, you would have to go to the lift and click the button to go to the topmost floor." a male Team Rocket member said.
Ash and Lorelei then walked to the elevator and then pressed the up button. The elevator came in some time and then opened the door. Ash and Lorelei then waked through the elevator entrance and then Ash pressed the fifth floor button.
The elevator door closed and then Ash and Lorelei went up due to the elevator for some time. The e;levator then stopped and then opened the door. Ash and Lorelei then walked through the entrance of elevator and then left the elevator and then the elevator door closed.
"Do you both want Master Balls?" the Team Rocket admin asked.
"Yes, we do want Master Balls." Ash said.
"Show me your Rotom Phone." the Team Rocket admin said.
Ash then took the Rotom Phone and showed the Rotom Phone to the Team Rocket admin.
"How many Master Balls do you both want?" the Team Rocket admin asked.
"Ten." Ash said.
"You both go to the computer to the right and enter the specifications and number." Team Rocket admin said.
Ash and Lorelei then turned right and then walked to the computer and then reached the computer. Rotom then entered the computer to collect the data and then Ash and Lorelei sat on the chairs next to the computer. Lorelei was then entering the specifications and number.
"Ash, we would send a message for all Team Rocket grunts to come here." Lorelei said telepathically.
"Yes, Rotom, send a message to all Team Rocket members in Lilycove City to come to the building." Ash said telepathically.
Rotom then used the building's communication equiptment to broadcast the message to all Team Rocket members in Lilycove City to come to the building. Team Rocket members then rapidly came to the building in droves and then soon all Team Rocket members in Lilycove City came to the building.
"We have collected all the data needed." Lorelei said telepathically.
"We could teleport this whole building to another place." Ash said telepathically.
"We would teleport all the equiptment and make this a department store. Mew, copy all the memories of the Team Rocket members us and then teleport the Team Rocket Members to the Jail. Then, teleport the machines to the Cerulean Valley.
Any Pokemon they have can be seized and put in the Wild Pokemon Reserve in Cerulean Valley only if they are not evil. If they are evil, keep them in the Pokeball and teleport the Pokeballs to the jail away from the trainers. Rotom, copy the data and the memories which you get from Mew to the computers in Four Island." Lorelei said telepathically.
Mew, being such a powerful Psychic Pokemon copied the memories of the Team Rocket members to Lorelei, Ash and Rotom and then Rotom transferred the memories to the Computers in Four Island.
Mew then teleported all the Team Rocket members and the evil Pokemon to jail where the were made to be in a continuous sleep by the Jail system. Mew teleported all the normal Pokemons to the Wild Pokemon reserve.
Mew then teleported the manufacturing setup of Master Balls to Cerulean Valley to be in the Unova Headquarters building.
"Mew, teleport Silph Co building to Saffron City and teleport the equipments to Unova Headquarters building." Lorelei said.
Mew then teleported the equipments in Silph Co building which was used as Team Rocket headquarters in Kanto to the Unova Headquarters building and then teleported the building from Cerulean Valley back to Saffron City.
"Mew, teleport us to the hideout of the Hoenn team." Lorelei said.
Mew then teleported along with Ash, Lorelei, and Rotom to the hideout of the Hoenn team entrance which was a cave. Ash and Lorelei ran through the entrance and then ran down the long path and then reached the stairs.
Ash and Lorelei then ran up the stairs and then ran down the long path and then Ash and Lorelei reached a room with stairs. Ash and Lorelei then ran to the stairs and then rapidly climbed the stairs in a room to see a path with a warp tile to the left and a path that turned right to the right.
"There could be Team Rocket members here." Ash said telepathically.
"We would teleport the hideout. Mew, copy all the memories of the Team Rocket members us and then teleport the Team Rocket Members to the Jail. Then, teleport the machines to the Cerulean Valley.
Any Pokemon they have can be seized and put in the Wild Pokemon Reserve in Cerulean Valley only if they are not evil. If they are evil, keep them in the Pokeball and teleport the Pokeballs to the jail away from the trainers. Mew then teleported along with Ash, Lorelei, and Rotom to the coast in Lilycove City. Ash and Lorelei then saw that the sun was setting down on the land and then Ash and Lorelei sat on the beach looking at the sky and sea.
