Ash and Lorelei then woke up and then Ash and Lorelei were getting ready for the day. Lorelei gave berries to Ash and Ash and Lorelei ate berries for some time.

"Mew, I choose you." Ash said and released Mew from the Pokeball.

"Rotom, I choose you." Ash said and released Rotom from the Pokeball.

"Mew, teleport us to Slateport City." Ash said.

Mew, along with Ash, Lorelei, and Rotom teleported to Slateport City. Ash and Lorelei saw many buildings and a beach.

"Where is the Team Rocket headquarters in Slateport?" Ash asked.

"It could be underground." Lorelei said.

Ash and Lorelei saw some Team Rocket members who were looking at the sea. The Team Rocket members then walked down the road.

"We could follow them." Lorelei said.

Ash and Lorelei then followed the Team Rocket members who were walking down the road for some time. Ash and Lorelei then reached a previous Pokemon Contest building that seems to be a Police Headquarters. Ash and Lorelei turned right and walked through the entrance to see two Team Rocket members.

"Hi! Do you both have any case to lodge?" the male Team Rocket member sitting next to a table asked.

"We would like to meet with the Head." Lorelei said.

"The Head would be ready to help." the male Team Rocket member said.

"Looks like Police department in Hoenn has been joined to Team Rocket." Lorelei said telepathically.

"We would go and see the head." Ash said telepathically.

Ash and Lorelei walked to the entrance to a room and then reached the entrance and then walked throuth the entrance and then reached a stage area where there was Kabu on top of the stage.

"Ash and Lorelei, we meet again! Torkoal, I need you. Use Heat Crash." Kabu said.

"Mew, teleport a Washing Machine to Rotom and Rotom, then use Hydro Pump." Ash said.

Mew teleported a Washing Machine to Rotom which made Rotom to be a Wash Rotom. Wash Rotom used Hydro Pump on Torkoal. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Torkoal was losing a lot of health while rushing to Rotom.

Torkoal was able to make a lot of the water falling on Torkoal to be vopourize while rushing to Rotom which took time due to Hydro Pump slowing down Torkoal. Rotom's Hydro Pump was heating up due to the Heat Crash.

"Rotom, increase the strength of the Hydro Pump rapidly." Ash said.

Rotom then rapidly increased the strength of Hydro Pump which made the heat reaching Rotom to be lesser over time and then the Hydro Pump was not warm enough to affect Rotom. Torkoal was being hit by Hydro Pump that was very rapid made Torkoal to lose a lot of health and then Torkoal fainted.

"Torkoal, return." Kabu said and returned Torkoal to the Pokeball.

"Rotom, use Hydro Pump." Ash said.

"Centiskorch, I need you. Use Power Whip." Kabu said.

Rotom used Hydro Pump on Centiskorch which was rushing to hit Rotom with Power Whip. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Centiskorch was losing a lot of health while Centiskorch was rushing to Rotom.

Centiskorch was able to reach Rotom in some time and held Rotom and hit Rotom rapidly with Power Whip making Rotom to lose some health. Rotom was increasing the power of Hydro Pump rapidly and still Centiskorch was able to hit Rotom.

"Rotom, you can do it! Use Hydro Pump like a bubble." Ash said.

Rotom used Hydro Pump like a bubble around itself which was hitting Centiskorch which held Rotom. Centiskorch was being battered by Hydro Pump which was making Centiskorch to lose a lot of health rapidly and then Centiskorch then soon fainted.

"Centiskorch, return." Kabu said and returned Centiskorch to the Pokeball.

"Ninetales, I need you. Use Solar Beam." Kabu said.

Rotom used Hydro Pump on Ninetales which was using Solar Beam on the Hydro Pump. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Ninetales was losing a lot of health while being hit by the Hydro Pump..

Ninetales was using Solar Beam on the Hydro Pump passed through the water to hit Rotom and Rotom was losing some health. Rotom was increasing the power of Hydro Pump and still Solar Beam was hitting Rotom.

"Rotom, move rapidly around with Hydro Pump like a bubble and increase the flow rapidly." Ash said.

Rotom rapidly moved using Hydro Pump which had a rapid Turbulent flow which made Solar Beam to leave the water and so Rotom was not being hit by the Solar Beam. Ninetales continued to lose a lot of health due to Hydro Pump and then soon fainted.

"Ninetales, return." Kabu said and returned Ninetales to the Pokeball.
