Ash and Lorelei then reached the stairs and then rapdly climbed up the stairs. Ash and Lorelei then reached an open land with river to one side and stairs to other side. Ash and Lrelei then ran to the stairs and then Ash and Lorelei reached the stairs.
Ash and Lorelei then rapidly climbed up the stairs and then Ash and Lorelei then rapidly ran down the open land. Ash and Lorelei then reached the stairs and then Ash and Lorelei then rapidly climbed up the stairs.
Ash and Lorelei then reached an open land with a wooden beride to the left at the end. Ash and Lorelei ran to the bridge and then Ash and Lorelei reached the end of the open land. Ash and Lorelei then turned left and ran for some time.
Ash and Lorelei then reached the bridge and then Ash and Lorelei walked down the bridge for some time. Ash and Lorelei then reached an open land with a stairs to the right. Ash and Lorelei then ran to the stairs.

Ash and Lorelei then crossed the pool and reached two trees separating the open land into the left narrow path and right broad path. Ash and Lorelei then ran to the left narrow path and then ran down the left narrow path.
Ash and Lorelei then reached the place where the two paths merged to be a open land with stairs down straight. Ash and Lorelei then ran to the stairs and then Ash and Lorelei rapidly climbed up the stairs.
Ash and Lorelei then reached a big open land with grass. Ash and Lorelei then ran down the open land and then reached the entrance of the Weather Institute. Ash and Lorelei then ran to the entrance and then the doors opened and Ash and Lorelei passed and then saw Alain.
"So Ash, why are you here?" Alain asked.
"To defeat Team Rocket." Ash said.
"Charizard, I need you. Use Flamethrower." Alain said.
"Mew, teleport a Washing Machine to Rotom and Rotom, then use Hydro Pump." Ash said.
Mew teleported a Washing Machine to Rotom which made Rotom to be a Wash Rotom. Wash Rotom used Hydro Pump on Charizard. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Charizard was losing a lot of health while rushing to Rotom.
Charizard was able to make a lot of the water falling on Charizard to be vapourize while rushing to Rotom which took time due to Hydro Pump slowing down Charizard. Rotom's Hydro Pump was heating up due to the Flamethrower.
"Rotom, increase the strength of the Hydro Pump rapidly." Ash said.
Rotom then rapidly increased the strength of Hydro Pump which made the heat reaching Rotom to be lesser over time and then the Hydro Pump was not warm enough to affect Rotom. Charizard was being hit by Hydro Pump that was very rapid made Charizard to lose a lot of health and then Charizard fainted.
"Charizard, return." Alain said and returned Charizard to the Pokeball.
"Rotom, use Hydro Pump." Ash said.
"Tyranitar, I need you. Use Stone Edge." Alain said.
Rotom used Hydro Pump on Tyranitar which was rushing to hit Rotom with Stone Edge. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Tyranitar was losing a lot of health while Tyranitar was rushing to Rotom.
Tyranitar was able to reach Rotom in some time and held Rotom and hit Rotom rapidly with Stone Edge making Rotom to lose some health. Rotom was increasing the power of Hydro Pump rapidly and still Tyranitar was able to hit Rotom.
"Rotom, you can do it! Use Hydro Pump like a bubble." Ash said.
Rotom used Hydro Pump like a bubble around itself which was hitting Tyranitar which held Rotom. Tyranitar was being battered by Hydro Pump which was making Tyranitar to lose a lot of health rapidly and then Tyranitar then soon fainted.
"Tyranitar, return." Alain said and returned Tyranitar to the Pokeball.
"Bisharp, I need you. Use Iron Head." Alain said.
Rotom used Hydro Pump on Bisharp which was using Iron Head on the Hydro Pump. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Bisharp was losing a lot of health while being hit by the Hydro Pump.
Bisharp was using Iron Head on the Hydro Pump and Bisharp passed through the water to hit Rotom and Rotom was losing some health. Rotom was increasing the power of Hydro Pump and still Iron Head was hitting Rotom.
"Rotom, move rapidly around with Hydro Pump like a bubble and increase the flow rapidly." Ash said.
Rotom rapidly moved using Hydro Pump which had a rapid Turbulent flow which pushed Slakng and so Rotom was not being hit by the Iron Head. Bisharp continued to lose a lot of health due to Hydro Pump and then soon fainted.
"Bisharp, return." Alain said and returned Bisharp to the Pokeball.
"Metagross, I need you. Use Rock Slide." Alain said.
Rotom used Hydro Pump on Metagross which was using Blizzard on the Hydro Pump. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Metagross was losing a lot of health while Metagross was being hit by the Hydro Pump.
Metagross was using Rock Slide on the Hydro Pump which passed through the water to hit Rotom with the rock in Rock Slide and Rotom was losing some health. Rotom was increasing the power of Hydro Pump and still Rock Slide was hitting Rotom.
"Rotom, use Hydro Pump extremely rapidly." Ash said.
Rotom rapidly moved using Hydro Pump which which made Rock Slide in the water to be lesser in the water and soon the Water near Rotom did not have many rocks. Metagross continued to lose a lot of health due to Hydro Pump and then soon fainted.
"Metagross, return." Alain said and returned Metagross to the Pokeball.
"Unfezant, I need you. Use Aerial Ace." Alain said.
Rotom used Hydro Pump on Unfezant which was rushing to Rotom with Aerial Ace. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Unfezant was losing a lot of health while rushing to Rotom.
Unfezant was able to make a lot of the water falling on Unfezant to be pushed away while rushing to Rotom which took time due to Hydro Pump slowing down Unfezant. Rotom's Hydro Pump was pushed due to the Aerial Ace.
"Rotom, increase the strength of the Hydro Pump rapidly." Ash said.
Rotom then rapidly increased the strength of Hydro Pump. Unfezant was then being hit by Hydro Pump that was very rapid and so made Unfezant to lose a lot of health and then Unfezant fainted.
"Unfezant, return." Alain said and returned Unfezant to the Pokeball.
"Weavile, I need you. Use Night Slash." Alain said.
Wash Rotom used Hydro Pump on Weavile. The Hydro Pump was very powerful and Weavile was losing a lot of health while rushing to Rotom.
Weavile was able to make a lot of the water falling on Weavile to be pushed by Night Slash while rushing to Rotom which took time due to Hydro Pump slowing down Weavile. Rotom's Hydro Pump was being stopped up due to the Night Slash.
"Rotom, increase the strength of the Hydro Pump rapidly." Ash said.
Rotom then rapidly increased the strength of Hydro Pump which made the Night Slash attack reaching Rotom to be lesser powerful over time and then Rotom was not affected. Weavile was being hit by Hydro Pump that was very rapid made Weavile to lose a lot of health and then Weavile fainted.
"Weavile, return." Alain said and returned Weavile to the Pokeball.
"So you lost." Ash said.
"Yes, I lost ad I am ready to be handed over." Alain said.
"Why did you join Team Rocket?" Ash asked.
"My match against the Elite Four and Champion was delayed so I saw that Team Rocket were giving me Champion position in the New League so I joined them." Alain said.
"Yes, Mew, teleport Alain to the Secret Area." Ash said.
Mew then teleported Alain to the Secret Area where there was Norman, May, Chuck, Kabu, Brock, Maylene, Cilan, Chili, Cress, Clemont. Alain saw that there was a glass window that showed another room with Lt Surge, Erika, Koga, Blaine, Gardenia, Crasher Wake, Burgh, Roxie, Lenora, Valerie, Olympia, Wulfric, Milo, Nessa, Allister, Gordie, Melony, Raihan.
"Alain, you also were caught?" Norman asked.
"Yes, I lost to Ash." Alain said.
"That is too bad for you then." Norman said.

"Alain, you were the Kalos League Champion. Why then did you join Team Rocket?" Cilan asked.

Ash and Lorelei then ran to the exit and then the door opened and then Ash and Lorelei left the Weather Institute building.
"Ash, we defeated Alain. We can spend some time in this area and then go to Fortree City." Lorelei said.
"Yes, that is a good idea." Ash said.
Ash and Lorelei then spent some time walking around in the open land. Ash and Lorelei then sat near the river and then Lorelei gave Ash berries and Ash and Lorelei ate berries. Ash and Lorelei then were watching the sun setting.
