Chapter Two: Discovering His Power

Konoha General Hospital:

By the end of Naruto's explanation of what happened in the mindscape Hiruzen was rubbing the bridge of his nose in disbelief. He was aware of the bloodlines, but he thought that Naruto might only inherit one not both. Let alone that they would be edited by the Kiyubi, or that it's a female named Inari after the goddess. "Naruto-kun let me get this strait you meet the kiyubi, it told you its name, revealed its human form, and gender. It then reveled your bloodlines and that it edited them and empowered them. Then you both went to this chained up doors that for some reason were sealed off and opened them, releasing your true potential and intelligence. Lastly it trained you in chakra control to use said abilities!". Naruto smiled and nodded but said "Inari-chan is not an it, she is a she" he said to correct his grandfather figure.

Hiruzen had a headache larger than any before but remembered Naruto's will and how it specified if he awoke one their bloodlines to give that parents info and possessions. However, he was supposed to wait till he was a Chunin for the others parents' stuff. In this circumstance he decided to give him everything his parents had. "Naruto-kun if you are feeling better whould you mind coming to my office so we can talk further.". Naruto smiled and said "sure thing JIJI" before he got up and got dressed in the new clothes provided to him.

After Naruto finished getting dressed Hiruzen grabbed his shoulder and 'Shunshined' to the Hokage office. After arriving Hiruzen motioned for Naruto to take a seat as he took out his pipe and began to smoke it. The aged Hokage let the smoke out in a large sigh as he began to speak gathering his courage. "Naruto-kun there are some things I need to tell and give you. First as you have asked many times in the past, I do know who your parents are." He raised his hand to silence Naruto from speaking before continuing. "Naruto you must understand that your parents had many enemies, and as such their will dictated to not tell you until certain requirements are met. You however found the loophole on accident and now I can Inform you about them…". Naruto was wide eyed as he heard this, what he's always wanted to know was now being told to him. "Naruto your parents were Kushina Uzumaki, and Minato Namikaze. The Red-Hot Habanero or Red Death, and the Yellow Flash or the Yondaime Hokage. Your Sakusei half of the bloodline came from your mother, but the Hakaigan was your fathers.". At this information Naruto eyes nearly fell out of his head, he was the son of the Yellow Flash, his hero.

Waiting for Naruto to calm down and understand Hiruzen looked at him apologetically. "I'm sorry I couldn't tell you sooner Naruto-kun… However, since you have found the loophole in the will you will now inherit your full inheritance.". The Kage then walked over to the photo of Minato and did some hand seals to release the seal and opened the hidden safe. He then pulled out four scrolls and walked over to his desk. "This is your inheritance Naruto.". Naruto notice that each scroll was different the smallest seemed to be a note but the other three were of varying sizes. Naruto read the note first.

Hello my baby boy,

This is your mother Kushina. I hope the Old Monkey has been treating you well, cause if he hasn't then I'm going to kick his ass when he dies and kill him again. I'm so so so sorry Naru that me and your tou-san, left you all alone in the world. We want you to know three thing Naru, first is that we love you dearly, remember that baby. Second, we leave everything we have to you are hopes, dreams, possessions, and knowledge. Please use all of it to become the splendid man we know you will become. Lastly, we leave you with some advice, never give up, Never Break a promise, and work hard. We know your life won't be easy, but we believe that you can overcome any hurdle. Please Take care of yourself for both of us Naru.

After reading the letter over three times Naruto could no longer contain his tears. He cried in the knowledge that his parents loved him, wanted him, and trusted him. After he finally calmed down, he opened the second smallest scroll which upon opening unsealed one more scroll and some keys. Hiruzen seeing his confused look decided to answer. "That Naruto-kun are the keys to their clan compound and monetary inheritance.". Naruto was amazed, he had a clan compound. "Um how much money did I inherit?". Hiruzen took a thinking pose for a bit before answering "About 178,877,394,92144123 ryō {2065000 USD}". Naruto was floored by the amount he would never go hungry again. Still stunned he moved onto the third scroll. When he opened the scroll, he read the small note above the sealing arrays. This is the scroll containing the clan summoning contract and clan histories of both of our clans. Naruto looking at the seal and knowing about them from seeing them in use added some chakra and unsealed the contents. Two thick books and one large scroll puffed into existence. The books held the clan symbols of the Namikaze and Uzumaki clans on the front. He decided to read those later and looked at the scroll. He opened and read the name of the summoning clan 'The kaiju Clan' {Rolled a D4 for it, and no not Godzilla verse all OC}. Naruto was confused because he never heard the word before. "Hey um jiji what is a Kaiju". Hiruzen looked confused and read the scroll before widening his eyes and answering still dumfounded. "A giant monster of a type like sea, sky, and earth based". At this Naruto had stars in his eyes and jumped up and down around the room. "That's so cool I'm going to be so powerful".

After Naruto settled down, he went for the last scroll after putting the others away. However, when he tried to open it, the scroll wouldn't budge. He kept trying until he heard Inari "Naru-kun it's a blood seal you need to add a drop of blood with some chakra to open it.". Hearing this he nodded and cut his thumb a kunai Hiruzen left on the desk before doing as he was told. Seeing it open Naruto read it and noticed the name. 'Uzumaki Scroll of sealing'. Naruto looked confused till his new facility allowed him to piece it together (This is the Scroll with the secret to the Uzumaki sealing arts and Jutsu).

Naruto re sealed everything and looked at the Old Kage. "Is that all you need jiji or is there anything else". The Sandaime Shook his head in negative and asked "Naruto-kun I would like to ask you if you want to reveal your heritage". The Old Kage after everything that has happened, especially this last attack has decided to do everything to help his surrogate Grandson. After seeing how maturely Naruto has handled the situation and his immediate forgiveness for the deceit, he rediscovered his long-lost backbone and is now going to uses it to protect his favorite knucklehead.

Naruto thought it over for a second and decided to say yes but with some conditions. "I am but under two conditions. First you get somebody to train me, and second, I want a year of free ramen". Hiruzen hearing the first request just nodded in acceptance before he heard the second and began to cry for his wallet bet relent as compensation for not doing anything sooner. "Very well Naruto deal." The Sandaime snaped his fingers before two Anbu came out of the shadows. "Gather the council for a meeting in an hour" he said in an authoritative force of not the old peaceful Kage but the god of shinobi. The two Anbu nodded with a shudder before disappearing in swirls of leaves.

Council room 1 hour latter:

The Hokage entered the chamber and was meet with a slew of questions. "Hokage-sama why where we called?", "Sandaime-sama what is the reason for this", so and so forth. The Hokage having enough let lose some KI to shut them up. It worked allowing him to speak "Who gave YOU the authority to question me?" he said in an aggravated tone. Looking around at the Council he noticed no response he said "Correct. Nobody gave it to you. I am the Hokage. I hold the power not you. You are just advisors. So SHUT UP". With the rant finished he sat in his seat and began the meeting. All this time Danzo and the Shinobi council where smiling, the God of Shinobi was back.

Hiruzen cleared his throat "I've called you all here to discuss Three things. Fist was the Awaking of Two Bloodlines Within Naruto Uzumaki". At this the council on the civilian side erupted into pandemonium before being silenced by the Hokage KI again. "Hokage-sama that's impossible. The Kiyubi can't have a bloodline it has no pare…" Before he could finish a Kunai thrown by the Anbu pierced his head and killed him. Letting all his KI lose Hiruzen spoke "Lets get three things clear. One My law applies to you as well so break it and die. Two Naruto is not The Fox, the Yondaime's Seal was perfect. And Three Naruto Has Parents or do you need me to give you the talk?". With the council silent again Hiruzen motioned the Anbu to let Naruto in.

Naruto Entered to see the council, the shinobi side looking with intrigue, but the civilian with hate. He walked to the center of the room looked at his grandfather figure. Shikaku Nara spoke first "If you don't mind can we ask about his Bloodlines abilities?". The Hokage Motioned for Naruto to explain. "Well Shinobi-san the first is the Hakaigan or Destroyers Eyes. It allows me to produce an energy that can destroy as I see fit, be it weapons to a person. Said energy slowly erodes away the person from where I touched out, but it can be stopped if removed by me or by taking said affected flesh off the body. It then also slows down my perception much like the Sharingan but minus the ability to copy Jutsu, or levels. Lastly is its Photographic memory allowing me to memorize any information instantly, again not able to copy Jutsu but It will cause me to remember the hand signs, and effect. This however excludes what cant bee seen such as hearing is not photographic, not is smell. I also can't see chakra so when Jutsu is used I can't see how much is used, how its molded, or the casting of genjutsu.".

At this the Council was floored. They have heard of very few Dojutsu's of this power and two of the three live in this village. Now from what they were told there is a fourth great Dojutsu. Danzo was currently grinning at the prospect of just this bloodline and there is one more to go. Danzo then asked, "Can you demonstrate this power?". Naruto then Nodded and activated the Hakaigan. As he did, he showed his eyes. Everyone was transfixed on the eyes and how they looked. The eyes are a purple Galaxy with a dark Sun like pattern surrounding the eye. Naruto then Showed his hand glowing purple as he touched a kunai tossed to him. The kunai began to turn to dust as the purple energy spread over it. He then stopped the chakra to his eyes and deactivated them. Danzo was very pleased with this, as could be seen by his smile. The shinobi council and Hiruzen noticed this and got weary for his schemes.

After everyone calmed down again Naruto continued. "Next is my Sakusei or Creation Release, nicknamed Creators Body. It has three parts to it. First is the fact that my body is much denser, my bones as hard as iron, my skin as chain mesh, and my muscles are as tough as ninja wire strand for strand. With this ability my body is both stronger but heavier, leading to me being my own suit of armor. This serves two other purposes, first to store more minerals for the creation aspect of the bloodline, second to force greater chakra control. Secondly is the Creation aspect with as stated before requires minerals from the body and greater chakra control to fully master. It allows me to create anything I can think of within reason. It can be strong but will be costly to make. However, the small and weak objects can be made day in and out. Lastly is the ability to combined it with my Hakaigan energy to make weapons made to channel the energy without being destroyed." As he finished, he raised his hand and made a kunai and reabsorbed it.

At this Naruto walked up to the side of the Hokage and waited for the rest of the show to happen. The council began to discuss. "This is truly and amazing combination of bloodlines. We cannot afford to let it go." Shibi Aburame said. "Indeed, this can provide the village with an amazing Bloodline to protect the village." Shikaku Nara stated in a bored but attentive tone. "Are we sure that it can be passed on?" Hisashi Hyuga questioned. At that they all looked at Naruto and the Hokage. "Tell them it can Naru-kun" Inari said. Naruto answered the looks "Yes it can whatever that means.". With that the Hokage answered with an on the spot lie he will have to fabricate later. "While Naruto-kun here was in the hospital I had it tested and observed, and it said that it will pass to his children.". Danzo smiled "Then I motion for Uzumaki-san to be placed in CRA.". The entire council exempt a few raised their hands and looked at the Hokage who had a felling this would happen. The old Kage sighed and said "Fine but he will not be made to follow law till the age of 16. If he so chouses he can enact it sooner but till, then he is exempt.". The council nodded in acceptance to the ruling.

Hiruzen sighed again but smiled "Next is the matter of his inheritance. And before you Ignorant Civilians say anything yes, he does have parents.". At that the Civilian council seethed but stayed quiet. "As per his parents he will now inherit all their positions. Including his full family name Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze.". It was then that true chaos broke out. The shinobi side was excited that those clans have truly returned but the civilians were livid. "Hokage-sama This brat can't be the chilled of the Yondaime". One civilian yelled with many others aggreging. This continued until Hiruzen let all his KI loose to shut them up. "If you need proof of such claims despite his obvious physical match to his father here is his birth certificate. Signed by Tsunade Senju who birthed him. As well as the Marriage certificate of his parents signed and done by me, as well as witnessed by Tsunade and Jiraiya.". The old Kage handed out the papers and watched as the civilian council inspected them but found them iron clad. At the looks of defeat and horror of the civilian council Hiruzen smiled and spoke. "With that out of the way all those in favor of him receiving his inheritance.". Most of the council except a few civilians raised their hands. "Very well as of this moment Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze is now the head of the Uzumaki and Namikaze Clans. I will be taking the spot on the council till such time he reaches the rank of Chunin.".

At this one of the councilors raised their hand and spoke. "Hokage-sama if Naruto-Sama is the clan head then the same right should be given to Uchiha-sama". Hiruzen laughed "Normally yes but you see Itachi is still the eldest Uchiha despite his rouge status his is the clan head. Until he is either dead or relinquishes the title Sasuke cannot be clan head.". At this the Civilians relented and went silent. The Sandaime then turned to Naruto and said to him "Naruto-kun you can head back to my office at this tame ill see you after the meeting.". At this Naruto bowed and left the room. Hiruzen then turned serious and glared at the civilian council. "Now for the last matter of discussion. You civilians blatant disregard for my law, the Yondaime's last wish, and your power grabbing schemes." At this the civilians Knew this was going to be bad for them.

2 Hours latter in The Hokage Office:

Hiruzen entered his office to see Naruto napping on the couch in the corner. He walked over and lightly shook Naruto to wake him up "Naruto-kun wake up… we need to finalize your inheritance.". Naruto groaned and mumbled "No need to worry Ramen Queen I'll Defeat the Vegetable Army". Hiruzen laughed and finally woke Naruto up. Naruto looking confused asked "Naruto last thing we need to do is note down your bloodline name and abilities and sign some paperwork to finish your inheritance.". Naruto nodded but then looked confused "why do I need to do paperwork?". Hiruzen smiled, "The last part of your inheritance is your fathers' clans Business that they owned the dead to. We must sign it under your name". Naruto looked curios "what the name of the business?". The Hokage sifted through the paperwork and listed them off "First is the Golden Leafe Hotel. Second is the Iron Dragon Weapons Shop. Third is the Shinobi Thread a Shinobi Tailor capable of making custom clothes and armor. Lastly is the Fūin-Center the only Fūinjutsu specific shop in the village selling from ink and scrolls to premade trap and explosive seals.".

Naruto was amazed at all he could do with owning these shops. After hearing all of this he quickly signed all the paperwork and filled out what his bloodline did. Upon finishing Naruto waited till the Hokage finished organizing and stamping them. Once finished the Sandaime smiled and said in a grandfatherly tone "Now how about we take you to your new home Naruto-kun?". Naruto just nodded and smiled as they walked to his new home.
