Harry walked down the halls searching for the grey lady, sounds of explosions and screams could be heard outside of the castle.

The corridor to get to who he needs was lonely and desolate. He sees a painting on the wall for the first time since going down this hall, it strangely didn't move. In the painting was a beautiful woman wearing an elegant blue dress and raven hair pinned up in a bun. Next to the woman was a man who had black messy hair with the most vibrant green eyes hidden behind round glasses wearing black and white robes. Between the two figures seemed to be what Harry would describe as a mixture of the two adults in the picture, he guessed their child.

"What the hell?" Harry mutters. Under the painting is a date, 956AD.

"They were wonderful people, my parents that is" a voice said from behind Harry. "But of course history has always been more than Hogwarts makes it."

"Helena Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw's ghost, the grey lady."

A sad look came over her translucent features "I don't much care for my tiles, that was a lesson I learnt from my father. You seek my mother's diadem don't you."

"Yes. Yes, where is it? I need to destroy it."

"Another boy once seemed it... "

"Tom Riddle!"

"You act much like him, even hold some resemblance."

Harry looked disgusted and horrified. "I am nothing like that monster! Please where is it? He used it seeking enternal life."

"YOU THINK I DONT KNOW WHAT HE DID, YOU THINK I DONT KNOW WHO HE IS, HE DEFILED IT WITH DARK MAGIC!" After her rant the ghost immediately calmed down and floated away.

"Please, I know what it is. I know how to fix this. All you have to do is tell me where its hidden." Harry pleads.

"Its here, in the castle, in the place where everything is hidden. If you have to ask, you will never know. If you know, you need only ask"

"Thank you"

"In return, after all this is done, go back there, thinking take me to my future. If you dont, all this will be for naught." Came the haighting voice.

"What should I expect?" Asked Harry

"If you did not see, you will will not know. If you do not know, just go and look look" said Helena as she drifted off.

Harry walked back through the corridor. He stopped at the picture again, this time really taking in the detail. On the left breast of the man was the deathly Hallows symbol. If they focused even more you could see a faint scar shaped like a lightning bolt.

Harry took the painting off of the wall turning it around. On the back it read:

Lord Ignotus Peveral

And

Lady Rowena Ravenclaw

Looking closely at the names one would see that it's slightly elevated compared to the rest of the back. Carefully peeling away the names Harry came face to face with an impossible truth.

Lord Harry Potter

And

Lady Rowena Potter

Dread. That's all Harry felt. That's all he could feel. Between the war, the losses along the way, the picture, Harry felt numb.

Taking the picture and the fake names, Harry marched for Hermione, hoping to make sense of it.

Harry briskly walked down the halls of the war torn school. He followed his gut instinct. People were scattered everywhere, fires all over the place.

It was lucky Harry did follow his instincts because just as he turns a corner he bumps into Hermione.

"Harry! Why are you holding a painting, shouldn't you be finding the diadem?"

"HERMIONE! There you are, I've been looking everywhere for you. I've found something, an it's big, like change our entire perspective big." Harry turned to see a distressed look on his best friend's face.
