Notes: Hello my awesome readers! I think I'm happy with this chapter…finally. Yay! Anyway, I wanted to clear up a few things that a reviewer brought up:

1 Severus, Harry and Draco wouldn't think to buy a tent due to having a home in the Wizarding World and not expecting to go to a different world. They would have figured on just renting /buying something wherever they ended up.

2 Hermione doesn't have any books on extending or creating a tent. She has one and doesn't know she'll need to expand it until she has more than the tent can handle.

3 Narcissa, no pureblood actually, would consider a surrogate because then the child would be considered a bastard and that isn't allowed.

4 No manual was provided with Hermione's tent, just a list of spells added to it. Also, any major descriptors would have been gone with the price since she was given a personal tour of the tents.

5 In my mind, when Harry and Draco become physical, it's not their first time with another male. But anyone who wants to view that way are more than welcome to. :)

6 And finally, yes Pam and Eric are very close but Eric also knows how to respect other people's privacy. He hasn't told his child about the newcomers for this reason. He is patiently waiting for them to acclimate and unwind since all three had come from a world that was war torn.

Chapter 21

It was Sunday and Eric knew it was time to introduce those from another realm to his Child. Everything had finally settled down and he had no appointments or obligations, so he texted her to come to his cabin shortly after rising. She would be full of questions and he would most likely never hear the end of it being so long before introductions were made but the small group had wanted to acclimate to their new lives before adding any more chaos to their settling. The past few months had been the six of them getting to know each other, learning of their new world and sorting through their own pasts.

Each had ventured out, with each other in varying pairings and on their own, and they had spent many hours questioning both him and Godric over many things; learning what was the same and what had been different. Not much had really been too different between the two worlds as far as the muggle-human side of things other than the vampires coming out and letting their existence be known. However, it would seem that all four newcomers were quite interested in the experiences of him and his Maker, which, of course, they were all too happy to share, as well as educating themselves to the supernatural world and its rules.

Harry and Draco had finally come to terms about their feelings for each other, finally giving Severus and Hermione a break from their conflict. Eric thought what Hermione had done was brilliant and had laughed heartily, along with Severus, when the exasperated witch had explained her actions. Eric and Godric had spent as much time as possible with Hermione. They had taken her on quite a few dates, together and separate, and had quite enjoyed kissing their witch. They had also enjoyed their conversations with her and the way she would lean against one of them as they read or just enjoyed the quietness of the moment. Of course, Eric and Godric had had their own things to deal with. They had Areas to run until they enacted the clause in their contracts. There had been nothing major come up but there had been a seemingly nonstop stream of so many little things that Eric knew the clause's activation wouldn't come soon enough. So when the night came around that things seemed to leave him and Godric alone long enough, he took advantage by summoning his Child so she could meet her future Mistress and her companions.

Pamela looked across the room as she entered and noticed the silent, stoic and strikingly handsome man in the corner. She took a quiet inhale as she made her way to her Maker, cataloguing the scents. She immediately dismissed the familiar scents of her, her Maker and her Grandmaker then focused on those left.

First was sandalwood, a polish of some sort, clean air not unlike after a thunderstorm and apples that belonged to the tall blond. Next came the same strange polish smell, pumpkins, the same clean air scent and lemons as she concentrated on the dark haired male. Then there was a soft coconut scent, again with the clean air scent, Darjeeling tea and a hint of coco butter which she figured belonged to the female. The final set of smells pulled her like no other.

There was the scent of old parchment, ink, the earthy smell of herbs and the same clean air smell the other three had. This set of scents she knew came from the pale man. At first, Pamela thought him a vampire until she smelled the room, realizing that he was just pale and stoic; his presence that of someone who knew how to command at any given moment yet blend into the scenery if the circumstances called for it. This fascinated her. She knew very few humans who could truly be both at the same time and yet she knew, just knew, this man was powerful in his own right and she was drawn to him like a moth to a flame.

What exactly was it about him, she wasn't quite sure but there was something or several things which called to her. It was a bit confusing for her since she had not felt such a pull to the opposite sex in a very long time. Maybe it was her occupation before being turned or the liberation to freely explore all avenues of pleasure after her turning, she did not know and, really, didn't care. She just knew if this man had this kind of pull over her and she had yet to properly meet him, she was a bit unnerved by it. What would it be like to be near him? Hear him speak? Feel his hands upon her body? As the questions started building up, she could have sworn she felt humor from her Maker through their bond. When Pamela reached Eric and Godric, she quirked a brow at them and waited.

Eric smiled at his child; he was enjoying feeling her confusion over the small group in front of her. He also felt her interest and slight panic when her eyes landed on Severus. Eric knew she had taken a quiet and deep breath when she walked in, identifying the varying scents within the four walls. He watched as his child placed each scent and then felt her draw to the stoic and pale Potions Master. However, Eric didn't miss the quiet assessment Severus had given Pamela. It would seem the pull was on both ends, which Eric found to be amusing and gratifying if not a bit surprising. His child hadn't had many interactions with any male in a very long time, since shortly after her turning. Pam had stuck mainly with the female population for about a century and he was surprised to find her curiosity pique upon seeing Severus.

"Pamela, I would like to introduce you to our new friends." Eric paused to let the last word sink into her consciousness. When Pam snapped her eyes to his, he smiled and continued, "This is Hermione Granger. She is mine and Godric's companion. Next to her is Harry Potter, her brother in all but blood. Then there is Draco Malfoy, a…nemesis turned friend to Harry and Hermione, also the godson of our final introduction, Severus Snape. He was a professor to all three and mentor to Hermione." Eric paused to give this information time to settle before explaining further.

Pam's eyebrows had lifted almost into her hairline when Eric paused. She looked at the new people and really looked them over. So the female, Hermione, was her Maker and Grandmaker's companion. Well, that alone said a lot about the petite brunette. She was lovely and had an air about her that spoke of quiet intelligence and strength. Her eyes had soften when Eric had introduced her and Pam knew then she would have to learn more about this young woman. What was it about her that seemed to put her at ease? Why did she feel that they would get along just fine? Pam knew she was quite protective over her family but she felt no alarm bells go off upon learning of the relationship. That was interesting indeed. She had had warning bells blaring when she first met the blond twat called Sookie Stackhouse. But nothing of the sort happened as she watched Hermione. What an interesting twist of events.

Next her eyes travelled over the other brunette and the blond next to him. From their body language Pam could tell they were a couple or would be very soon. She noticed the protective stance each young man had towards the petite young woman; not that Pam thought she needed protecting, more like the other way around she mentally chuckled. Hmm, well Eric did say the dark haired one was more of a brother to her but it was interesting to see the blond who, at least at one point in their lives, had been their nemesis being so protective. Interesting indeed. Then she took in the last member introduced, Severus Snape. He intrigued her to no end. What was it about the man that spoke to her so? She noticed his relaxed posture but knew instinctively that if she were to become a threat he would be the one to act before any of the others. He would protect them with everything he had and this pulled even more to her. Then it clicked what the man was, he was a professor to the other three. Well, that would explain the commanding presence and his protective instincts certainly.

Once Eric felt Pam's emotions had settled and before she could ask anything, he continued, "Hermione, Harry, Draco and Severus this is my Child and Lieutenant, Pamela Swynford de Beaufort."

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Pamela. I've been told much about you but look forward to getting to know you myself." Hermione said as gave the beautiful vampiress a bright smile and getting a genuine smile in return.

"The pleasure is mine, Hermione and I, too, look forward to getting to know you better." Pamela responded kindly.

"Nice to meet you, Pamela." Harry and Draco said almost at the same time to her with a nod of their heads.

"Same here, Harry, Draco." Pam replied with a chuckle and nod.

Severus had been off to the corner of the room and stepped forward a bit when it was his turn to greet the child of one of Hermione's vampires.

"A pleasure, my Lady." He said as he gave a small bow.

"You, I definitely look forward to getting to know better." Pam replied in a purr causing the other five to raise an eyebrow at the exchange.

Severus gave her a small smile as he gently nodded his head in her direction before standing straight again.

Severus didn't know what it was about this female vampire that pulled to him but he was mesmerized by her and it was a confusing and wonderful feeling all in one. He was surprised by his actions but they felt right and her response sent a thrill down his spine. Yes, getting to know Pamela would be a pleasure indeed. Of course when he returned to his almost stiff posture, he gave a glare at his three previous students but no heat was behind it even though it was enough to cause them to chuckle quietly and turn their attention back to the vampires in the room.

"Now, my Child, there is much we plan to share with you but there will come a point where seeing is believing." Eric said with a smirk causing Pam to become increasingly curious and a bit wary. Eric then went on to explain where their new friends had come from and what they could do, making sure to stress that they were not like any witch known to them. Pam quirked a brow when Hermione piped in about showing Pam her tent causing Eric to chuckle to himself when he felt his child's confusion and took pity.

"Pam, this tent is not like any you have seen previous; it is one that only in experiencing it will you fully understand all I have just told you." Eric told her.

At Pam's inquisitive tilt of her head and nod, Hermione had everyone follow her and, after adding Pam's signature to her wards, invited Pam in as everyone waited for her reaction quietly. When Pam stepped through the flap, her eyes widened and she stopped dead in her tracks. As she allowed her eyes to roam the interior, her face showed her surprise, appreciation and total awe at what she was seeing. She finally moved when Severus stepped up to her and asked if she would like a tour. When Pam could only nod her head, struck speechless at what she was seeing, everyone chuckled and settled in. Severus showed Pam around, and answered the many questions that tumbled from her lips, gracefully and with the patience few had ever seen the wizard possess towards another living being.
