Secret Crisis: Battleworld Chapter 11
Sara and MJ follow Peter to the medbay with his body placed next to Kara.
"Peter?" she asked
"Not back yet. Just no longer a rotting corpse." Explained Eddie.
"We just need to rendezvous with Scott's team to steal the Symbiote." Explained Sara.
"Shall I put Mr. Parker in a stasis state?" Asked Gideon.
"Do it."
"Right away Captain Lance."
"Do you mind if I have a minute alone with him?" Asked MJ.
Sara nods as she and Eddie head back to the main deck.
"You think this will work?" Asked Eddie.
"It will" she immediately stopped him.
"You're no taking no for an answer this time huh?" Asked Eddie
"It's not even about that Brock. It's about having hope for the first time in a long time." Explained Sara.
"Hope. Right." said Eddie.
"You'll get Venom back then we all get Peter back. Okay?"
"Okay."
"Good. Now let's get our asses out of here" said Sara.
"Newbies settling in?" Asked Sara returning to her captain's chair.
"More or less" said Bloodsport.
"SPACE SHIP!" said King Shark
"I'm still having a hard time believing that this is King Shark." said Barry
"You expected something else mate?" Asked Bloodsport
"A bit more...like a Shark and not a mascot"
"Maybe you'll have a change if heart when he eats your FUCKIN HEAD CLEAN OFF YOUR BODY" laughed Harley
Barry gulps over Harley's words, strapping in.
"Next stop, Casa de Kang" said Sara
But as she was about to punch the accelerator,
"I'm detecting an incoming unknown transmission." said Gideon
"Put it on"
The transmission plays with a holo image of Kang The Conqueror.
"Well, well, well, do my eyes deceive me?"
"What do you want?" demanded Sara.
"It appears you heroes are once again providing not to be underestimated. Even after conquering you all those years ago. Causing the Legendary Sara Lance to dissappear and go into a self exile." said Kang.
"You got some nerve Kang." said Barry
"Not as much as you all bringing back your Peter Parker. Or at least trying to." said Kang
"You're not stopping us getting my dad back" spat Annie-May.
"She's right. We're gonna stop you once and for all" added Peter-3
"Hmm. We'll see about that."
Kang then opens a time portal right inside the main deck of the Waverider surprising everyone.
The team quickly readied up weapons ready and trained on Kang.
The Conqueror only could smile as he barely even lifted a finger, used his telekinesis powers to pin everyone against the wall of the ship. Except for Sara.
"Sara Lance."
Kang slowly walks up to her. He grabs her by the throat and gets a good look at her.
"You hurt her, I'll kill you!" threatened Ava
Kang then caused further pain onto Ava as Sara could only watch in horror.
"BABE!!"
Kang tightens his grip on Sara's neck.
"I had to see this for myself. *chuckles* You've gotten soft. Well, quite literally. What makes you think you are in any shape to stop me. Other than round of course" Kang mocks.
Sara could barely get any words in as she was gasping for air.
"What's that? You mind speaking up?"
Loki then used his magic to get his sword over to Sara with his telekinesis.
"SARA!" he shouts.
Kang looks up as Sara grabbed it and strikes Kang on his arm, freeing her from his grasp.
"We've been through this song and dance so many times, you sure you wish to lose yet again?" Asked Kang.
"I'm not gonna stop until I cut your goddamn head off!" said Sara.
"Indeed you won't. You continue to prove so as it turns out. As much as I wish to kill you all here and now, I propose a better alternative."
Kang them waved his hand and opens a portal and used his telekinesis to toss Sara through.
"SARA!!!!!!" shouts Ava.
"As for the rest of you all? I suggest you brace for impact"
Kang smiled as he takes his leave.
The Waverider was on the verge of crashing into the desert of Egypt.
Hours later...
The Deadlands,
Sara Lance finally awakens in what appears to be abandoned streets riddled with destruction and dilapidated cars under Grim skies.
She groans and heaves herself up sheathing the sword Loki gave her, then hearing faint groans and moans.
Sara then hears them grow lounder she was about to discover the untold secret of Kang's Deadlands.
One by one she sees the undead limber their way towards her, trying to surround her.
"Ah shit"
She quickly unsheathed her sword ready to face the zombie horde, against overwhelming odds until a flare is shot up into the sky as the zombies turn their attention towards it.
Sara then gets grabbed from behind with her mouth covered as she's taken into an alley.
Sara turned to draw her sword as she turned to see a woman with a handgun aimed at her.
"Who are you?!" demanded Sara
The woman steps from the shadows as she answered..
"It's Jill"
