One day at the Lookout I was washing my tow truck.

Marshall was nearby doing a safety check on his fire truck.

He was just checking the ladder when he saw me.

"Hmm, Adam might need some help," he said.

Marshall walked over to me.

"Hi Adam," he greeted.

"Hey Marsh." I said while I was washing the hook.

"Want some help?" asked the Dalmatian. "I could use my water cannon."

"No thank you Marsh." I replied.

"Oh ok," said Marshall, upset that I didn't need help.

As he walked away he had an idea.

"Maybe I could just give his truck a little wash," he decided. "Adam will appreciate that."

Marshall stood near my tow truck and me.

"Water cannon!" he barked.

His pup pack turned into his water cannons.

"Water spray!" said Marshall.

Water shot out of the cannon and splashed all over my tow truck and me.

"Hey I just dried that!" I said angrily.

Marshall knew what he had done and felt bad.

Marshall slowly walked up to me.

"Marshall, what have you done!" I shouted. "I just washed this!"

"I-I.. just wanted to help you," said Marshall in a frightened tone.

"I said I didn't need help Marshall!" I said angrily.

"I'm sorry Adam I didn't know you don't like to get wet like Rocky,". objected Marshall.

I didn't care what Marshall said. I was too mad with him.

"Well I don't you disobedient Dalmatian!" I said angrily.

Marshall felt hurt, he hadn't seen me angry like this before.

"Please Adam, I'm sorry," he said in a little annoyed tone.

"Well I don't care Marshall." I replied.

"And you know you can call me Marsh, we're best friends." said Marshall, trying to get me to stop.

"Why would I, we aren't." I replied.

Marshall was shocked.

"You mean we aren't friends anymore," said Marshall trying not to shout.

"Yes, why would I be friends with a Dalmatian who won't listen," I replied.

I threw my rag on the ground.

"Why don't you dry it off," I said.

I wanted Marshall to be taught a lesson.

"And leave me alone while you're at it Marshall." I said.

Marshall felt terrible but he was also very mad.

"OH YEAH, WELL YOUR NO FRIEND OF MINE EITHER!" he yelled.

I was surprised Marshall had yelled at me.

That made me more furious.

"WELL GOOD, OUR FRIENDSHIP IS OVER!" I yelled back.

I started to walk away from Marshall.

"OH YEAH, WELL GOOD RIDDANCE YOU LOONEY!" snapped Marshall.

He was furious.

Marshall picked up the rag with his paw.

It was a little wet from his water cannons.

"Huh!" grumbled Marshall.

"Who cares about him anyway." he said as he set to work drying my tow truck.

After that was done Marshall went back to his fire truck to finish his safety check.

He was still very angry at me.

Just then Rubble walked up, he was just getting ready to do some gardening.

"Hi Marshall." he said happily.

"Can't you see I'm busy!" snapped Marshall.

Rubble was upset Marshall had snapped at him.

"Gee Marshall, I was only saying hello," he said, annoyed.

"I'm sorry Rubble," signed Marshall. "I'm just angry."

Rubble was confused.

"Why?" he asked. "And where's Adam by the way?"

"Oh him, why should I care!" snapped Marshall.

"Marshall," said Rubble calmly. "Why are you so mad at him?"

"Well," grunted Marshall.

He told Rubble all about the argument.

Rubble was surprised.

"Well don't you think you two were a bit hard on each other?" he asked.

"Well he started it," said Marshall angrily. "And he really hurt my feelings."

"Well yes, being called disobedient is a hurtful thing to say," agreed Rubble. "But maybe you hurt his feelings by calling him a looney."

Marshall stopped.

"Well maybe that was a bit rude of me," he said in a less angry tone. "But he was too mean to me."

"How about you apologize to him?" asked Rubble.

"No! He deserved it!" retorted Marshall.

Rubble didn't like Marshall snapping so he just rolled his eyes and walked away.

Marshall just went back to his fire truck to finish his safety check.

After he checked his fire truck, he was still furious at me.

Marshall sat beside his fire truck and made sure he didn't see me at all.

"Silly Adam, taking his anger out on me." he grumbled.

I was walking by and saw Marshall grumbling.

"Huh, disobedient Dalmatian." I said.

Marshall was furious when he heard that.

"Hey I heard that you, name caller!" he snapped.

"Oh not you again." I snapped back.

Marshall growled at me angrily. He had enough of me being mad at him and thought I had to be taught a lesson after myself.

"Well you name caller I think it's about time you had a douse of your own medicine." he snapped.

"Oh yeah how?!" I shouted.

Marshall ran up and tackled me to the ground.

"Ow!" I cried.

"Take that you name calling bully!" snapped Marshall.

He stomped away from me.

I was surprised Marshall had done that.

Marshall had driven his fire truck away from the Lookout and up to the cliffs.

"I can't believe Adam and I have fallen out." grumbled Marshall. "He's my best friend or used to be my best friend."

But Marshall didn't realize there was some oil on the road in front of him.

His fire truck's front wheels slipped on the oil and skidded out of control.

"Woah!" he cried.

His fire truck spun out of control and spun towards a guardrail.

Marshall gasped as he saw it and tried to steer his fire truck back in control but it failed.

Marshall's fire truck smashed into the guard rail and it's back wheels ended up hanging over the cliff!

Marshall was petrified with his fire truck hanging on the edge of the cliff.

He tried to get off but he was too scared to move being so high.

"HEEELLLP!" he wailed.

Rubble was driving along the mountain road when he heard Marshall's screaming.

"That sounds like Marshall," he said.

Then he heard Marshall's cries for help again.

"HELP!" cried Marshall.

"It sounds like he's in trouble!" shouted Rubble.

Rubble quickly sped up his digger and soon came to where Marshall's fire truck was hanging.

"Rubble, help me!" cried Marshall.

Rubble was shocked.

"Oh-no! Don't worry Marshall, I'll save you." he cried.

Rubble quickly positioned his crane on the right side of Marshall's fire truck and quickly grabbed it's ladder with his crane's claw.

Then he tried to lift Marshall's fire truck but it didn't help.

Rubble couldn't lift Marshall's fire truck back onto the road.

"It's not working Marshall, I'll call Adam, maybe he can pull you back onto the road!" called Rubble as he tapped his pup tag to call me.

Marshall didn't want to see me, at least not yet.

"Oh-no, not Adam, he'll still be mad at me!" he said to himself as Rubble kept Marshall's fire truck still with his crane.

I was driving my tow truck near the cliffs.

"I can't believe Marshall knocked me over that way." I said.

Just then Rubble's call came onto my tow truck's touchscreen.

I tapped it to answer Rubble's call.

"Hey Rubble." I said.

"Adam, you need to get to the cliffs as fast as you can!" cried Rubble.

"Why Rubb?" I asked.

"Marshall's fire truck is hanging over a cliff and I can't lift it back onto the road!" explained Rubble.

I didn't want to see Marshall cause he got me wet in the first place and also knocked me down and called me a name calling bully, but after hearing Rubble explain that Marshall was in trouble I knew I had to help my favorite PAW Patrol pup even if we weren't friends anymore.

"Ok Rubb, I'm on my way." I said as I quickly made my tow truck go faster up to the cliff.

"Great, just get here quickly!" said Rubble as he made sure Marshall's fire truck had stopped teetering on the edge of the cliffs.

I quickly arrived on the scene and saw Marshall's fire truck teetering on the edge and didn't care if Marshall and I fell out or not, he was in peril!

"I'm here Rubble!" I said.

"Good, quick attach your truck's winch to Marshall's fire truck." instructed Rubble.

I hopped out of my truck and quickly grabbed my tow truck's winch and attached the hook to Marshall's fire truck.

Then I slowly reeled in the winch so Marshall could safely get off his fire truck.

Soon Marshall's fire truck was secure enough with me securing it from the front and Rubble making sure it was steady so Marshall could get down from his fire truck.

Marshall quickly hopped down from his fire truck so me and Rubble could get his fire truck back on the road.

Marshall stood near my tow truck while I pulled his fire truck and Rubble carefully lifted the back wheels with his crane and soon we were about to get Marshall's fire truck safely back on the road.

"Phew!" exhaled Marshall. "Thank you Rubble and thank you Adam."

"No problem Marshall," said Rubble.

I was surprised Marshall wasn't mad at me and was relieved to be safe.

"Uh.. you're welcome Marshall." I said, sounding surprised.

Marshall knew this was his chance to apologize to me.

"Adam I'm really sorry I sprayed you and your tow truck with my water cannons and for yelling at you so much and for calling you a looney." said Marshall sincerely.

I sighed.

"No Marshall I'm really sorry I was rude to you and was mad at you so much and for making you dry my tow truck I was just mad that you disobeyed me and made me wet and I'm also sorry I called you a disobedient Dalmatian." I apologized.

Marshall was surprised that I had apologized about everything I said and did.

"Well it's alright Adam I'm really sorry I disobeyed you I just wanted to help you cause we're best friends and I couldn't ask for a better best friend then you." he said.

"It's alright Marsh." I said.

"Hey, did you just call me Marsh?" asked Marshall, surprised I said his nickname.

"Oh, yeah I guess I did." I said smiling.

Marshall ran up to me and I knelt down.

Marshall ran into my arms and gave me a big hug and I hugged back.

Rubble hopped down from his digger and looked at us with a warm smile.

"Looks like two best friends are back together," he said.

Marshall and I heard what Rubble said and Marshall spoke to him.

"Rubble I'm sorry I snapped at you earlier and was angry at you I was just furious with Adam." apologized Marshall.

"It's alright Marshall." replied Rubble. "And I'm sorry I walked away on you earlier."

"It's ok Rubble." said Marshall.

Soon the three of us were all friends again.

I went over to my tow truck and quickly tapped Rocky's icon on the touch screen.

Rocky was by his recycling truck checking what was in it when he got my call.

Rocky tapped his pup tag so I could talk to him.

"Hey Adam, what's up?" he asked.

"The guardrail near the cliffs is broken. Marshall crashed through it earlier." I explained.

"Oh-no! Is he ok?" asked Rocky.

"Yes he's fine, me and Rubble saved him but can you come up to the cliffs and fix the guardrail?" I asked.

"Sure thing Adam, I'm on my way." replied Rocky as he hopped in his recycling truck and headed for the cliffs.

Soon he arrived and quickly got to work fixing the guardrail.

After it was fixed he inspected Marshall's fire truck to see if it was damaged after what happened.

Rocky fixed the back bumper and checked the ladder to see if it was ok.

Soon he was finished fixing it.

"Your fire truck is all fixed Marshall," said Rocky.

"Thanks Rocky," said Marshall.

"So how did this happen anyways?" asked Rocky.

"I was driving down here when my truck slipped on some oil and it spun out of control and it crashed through the guardrail." Marshall explained to me, Rocky, and Rubble.

"Wow I'd better get the oil cleaned up." said Rocky as he grabbed a sponge with his claw arm and went to work cleaning the oil on the road that Marshall's fire truck tires slipped on.

He also cleaned Marshall's fire truck tires so they wouldn't slip anymore.

"There all clean," said Rocky.

"Thanks Rocky," said Marshall.

"Now let's all head back to the Lookout." I suggested.

"Good idea Adam." said Rubble to his first owner.

So we all went back to the Lookout to spend the day together.

Marshall and I were so happy we were still friends.

And Marshall was especially happy I was still his best friend.

The End
