She grabbed his hand as she guided him out of the club, and when they finally stepped out of the musty club, she took in a deep breath of fresh air, but didn't let go of his hand. She was talking about an incident at her work, and he listened intently, his eyes glued on her. The walk to Grimmauld was shorter than he would've liked. She looked around the muggle houses with slightly furrowed brows. Oh, right. The Fidelius Charm. He quickly wrote the address on his palm with his wand and showed it to her. She looked at him with raised eyebrows before she read his hand. Then he pointed at the spot between the houses as Grimmauld started to appear. He heard a small, cute gasp coming from her. He smiled as he took her hand and led her towards the house.

"It's so big." She said as they walked in the hall. "You live here alone with Teddy?"

"Yeah. It can be a bit quiet here. But Ron comes over a lot and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Do you – uhm-" He rubbed his neck. Damn nerves. "Do you want to head home? Or do you want a tour?"

"A tour would be nice." She smiled shyly. Harry couldn't help the broad smile that appeared on his face and guided her to the first room, the library.

She loved Teddy's room, she looked at every stuffed animal and picture that was in the room and when she saw the picture of Tonks and Remus, she asked about him. Harry went over to her and leaned against the window as he looked at the picture in her hands. And told her all about them.

Now they were sitting in the garden. Harry had conjured a blanked and they laid down looking at the star filled sky. Harry was looking at Sirius' constellation when he felt her gaze on him. He turned his head until he was looking at her.

"You look beautiful." He blurted out. But he couldn't help himself, the way the moon shined on her face, lighting up her eyes even more. She blushed red as she looked down, shaking her head slightly. "I had fun tonight."

Her head snapped up. "Really? I didn't think it was your scene."

"It was little loud, but I had good company." He winked. Harry himself, didn't know where the confidence came from, but there it was.

"Yeah, Ron is a funny bloke." She teased and Harry barked out a laugh. Earlier it didn't feel like a date with Ron there. But ever since the dance... it felt like they were. She laughed with him, and he watched her as her voice rang through the garden.

"Uhm- you know." He started nervously when her laughter died down. "This -uhm." He rubbed his neck as he looked up at the stars. "This feels like a date." He finally managed to say. He didn't look directly at her, afraid of what he might see, he saw her lie back down on the blanket.

"It does, doesn't it." Her voice was soft and when he turned to look at her, she was laying down with her eyes closed, a smile on her lips. Harry laid down beside her, and neither of them spoke again. Harry's eyes sought out the constellations he knew by heart.

Harry woke when with the sun shining brightly on his face. He was lying on his side, and something was tucked under his arm, something that was breathing. He opened his eyes and saw Amelia curled up in front of him. Her back was against his chest and Harry's legs were intertwined with hers. They must've fallen asleep when they looked at the stars. Harry didn't want to let go and hoped she wouldn't wake up soon. His grip on her waist tightened and he nuzzled his nose in her hair. She was breathing in and out slowly, and he relished the feeling of her in his arms. Harry was just about to doze off again when she turned in his arms, she rested her head on his chest. That's when she stiffened. Harry looked down at her worried, afraid she would run away screaming. She inhaled deeply and relaxed in his arms before her eyes fluttered open and looked up at him.

"I guess we fell asleep."

"Yeah." His voice was raspy as he looked at her sleepy eyes. It was the only thing he muttered out. His hand on her hip, shifted until he cupped her cheek. Her mouth parted a little in surprise as he leaned down, and right before they kissed a voice called out inside the house. And for the third time, their first kiss was interrupted.

"Harry?" Andy's voice reached them.

"Shit." He muttered and jumped up. "Teddy." He turned towards Amelia. She had stood up too and already rolled up the blanket in a messy ball.

"Here." She handed over the ball and kissed his cheek. "I'll see you Tuesday."

"You don't need to leave. Teddy would love to see you."

"And how are you going to explain this situation?" She smiled softly. "It's okay, I'll see him next weekend, remember." She reached out and held his hand, giving it a squeeze. "And I'll see you Tuesday for Lunch." She reached up again and kissed the corner of his mouth. "Bye, Harry." And she was gone with a pop.

"Bye." He whispered to the empty space in front of him. He shook his head as he heard the garden door open. Teddy was running towards him, his arms spread open as a large smile was on the young boy's face. Andy was leaning against the doorframe with a smile as she looked at them. Harry kneeled down and put the blanket on the grass just as Teddy ran into him. "I missed you."

"Daddy." He said as he nuzzled his face in his chest, the grip on his shirt tight.

Amelia was sitting on the edge of the pool, her legs in the water as George helped Fred walk from one side of the pool to the other. It was getting easier with each lesson to walk in the water. George was hovering protectively in front of his twin as Fred walked in the water with only a pool noodle under his arms. On Friday they were going to try it without the pool noodle, but just not yet. When she arrived at their flat before going to the pool on Monday, Fred was sitting on the couch, his legs spread in front of him as he wiggled his toes and his feet with a beaming smile. When he noticed her at the doorway, he tried to look casual as he lifted his one foot of the other, but she saw the concentration as he did so. But still, pretty impressive.

"How are my pool boys?" She asked when they came back to her. George still ready to catch Fred if necessary. Although Fred rolled his eyes at his antics, she thought it was sweet. You could see how much George loved his twin, and even though she doesn't know them so long, she knew George would never have been like this if Fred would have died that day.

"Tired." Fred said honestly with a tired smile.

"Let's get you home then. And for your good work, you'll get an ice-cream." She teased and Fred chuckled.

"Oi, what about me?" George pouted.

"Fine, fine." She waved her hand dismissively. "You get one too."

She pulled her feet out of the water and turned around before standing. George flung himself elegantly out of the pool, and when Fred put the noodle to the side, they lifted him up and placed him in the pool's wheelchair.

An hour later, the three of them were sitting on the couch. Fred and George were talking excitedly about a new idea as Fred jotted down notes. The boys' hair was already dry, while the tips of her hair wetted the pillow under her head. She was tired and the sound of their voices was soothing, and she started to drift off to sleep.

"You know we're not cuddling you." Fred mocked. She peered her eyes open and glared at him. Why, oh why did she tell the twins about the sleepover at Harry's!?

"You are too bony anyway." She huffed and closed her eyes again.

"What? And Harry isn't?" Fred snickered.

"More muscle than bone." She grinned; her eyes still closed. She had seen photographs from when they went to school. The twins' arms had been broad and strong. Not that it isn't now, but it wasn't as obvious. Harry had changed a lot since school. His hair was a little longer, he wore different glasses and... the wizard was firm! While in school his was scrawny and underfed, wearing too large clothes, but now due to the right eating habits and the exercises for the Auror program, he had strong broad arms, and no doubt a six-pack hidden underneath his robes. The thought alone made her feel warm.

"You're drooling." Fred joked again. Although, it was perfectly possible she was. She kicked him in the side.

"Oi!" He grabbed her foot and started tickling it.

"FRED! STOP!" She screamed, wide awake now as she bolted up and tried to push him away. George was just leaning against the other end of the couch as he flipped through the notebook. "George, help!"

"I don't interrupt in other one's affairs." He said slowly, turning a page.

"Since when?" She said before she screeched when Fred found a sensitive spot. She tried to concentrate and block out Fred as she cast a wandless tickling hex over George. Fred's face alone was something to make her fall into a fit of laughter, he was looking baffled at his twin as George let the book drop to the floor and started to laugh loudly. Fred turned back to her beaming.

"I should learn that."

"Oh, Freddie." She patted his cheek as he leaned over her. "You can't even cast a tickling charm?"

"Wandlessly, I mean, you witch." He chuckled and started his attack on her again.

While Fred hovered over her, tickling her sides as she tried to push him away and George was literally rolling on the floor laughing, the fireplace roared. None of them noticed the newcomers until.

"Bye, bye."

Amelia and Fred's heads snapped to the fireplace; their eyes wide open. "Harry." She whispered in surprise. Harry was standing there holding Teddy's hand. Teddy smiled happily but Harry had furrowed eyebrows.

"Oh." Fred cleared his throat and leaned away from her. "Hiya, Harry." When Fred was completely off of her, she threw her legs of the couch and leaned down, holding her arms open. Harry looked down at Teddy, that had let go of his hand and walked over to her. George was still laughing on the floor.

"Hey, little munchkin." She kissed the top of his purple hair.

"Right." Harry said with the same frown. He pointed to George, not taking his eyes of her. "What's that all about?"

"Oh." Fred grinned and took his wand from the table and stopped the hex. George was catching his breath as he clambered back up on the couch, he leaned back casually like nothing happened and asked Harry.

"What can we do for you, Potter?"

"Ron, I and a few other Aurors." He said tearing his eyes away from Amelia and turned to George. "Are being called out on assignment. It will be for a least a week."

"A week?" She whispered so quietly no one heard but Teddy in her lap, but he just looked at her as he mimicked the colour of her eyes.

"Something big then?" George asked.

"Yeah, can't say much about it. Just that it's a group of death eaters."

"Wow. Mum must be in a frenzy if Ron's coming." Fred said with a frown. Even though they teased their brother a lot, she knew they loved him.

"I guess I'm finding out soon, she's my next stop." He chuckled dryly, he cleared his throat. "I was wondering if Teddy could stay here. Just the evenings, Molly and Andy will keep him most of the day."

Fred turned and leaned down to look at Teddy. "Do you want to stay here, little one? With uncle Freddie and Uncle Georgie?" The boy clapped excitedly.

Harry looked at Fred and Amelia as they smiled at the boy. And a disturbing thought came to him. They would make a good couple. They would be great parents together. But she almost kissed him, three times! She said they were just friends. But seeing her here, laughing and tangled up with Fred... His legs, Fred's legs moved!

"Fred!" Harry gasped and the three of them looked at him in surprise. "You - you can move your legs." He pointed at them.

"Ooh." Fred looked from Amelia to George. "I guess you caught us." Harry's frown returned. "Remember when Mia stayed for lunch at the burrow, the day you had to leave early?"

Mia? He thought. Fred even had a nickname for her. He shook his head internally, trying to keep his focus and nodded his head.

"Mia noticed my toes move. George hadn't noticed, nor did I. So, she tested some things out. And since we found out that there was feeling again in my legs, we started doing exercises, going to the pool."

"All muggle techniques." George smiled proudly. "All Amelia's idea. Clever witch that one."

"That she is." Harry said quietly. "So, you've been spending a lot of time together."

Amelia's heart stung from his words and what he was saying behind it. She looked to Harry, but he wouldn't meet her eye. The twins must have thought the same thing as they said.

"We asked her not to say anything." They both said. Harry looked to the twins.

Fred sighed and rubbed a hand over his face. "We - I didn't want to give anyone false hope. Just in case this is going to be all in vain. We asked her to keep it to herself, to stay quiet at what we're doing in the evening."

"And you want me to keep it quiet?" He asked, not sounding angry.

"Just for now." George said.

"Okay." He nodded and took the diaper bag from his shoulder. "Here are his things, should be enough. Andy will pick him up in the morning." He kneeled on the floor and gestured Teddy over. The boy slid of her lap and walked into Harry's open arms. "I'm going to miss you so much." He kissed his forehead. "But you're going to have so much fun with your uncles. I would say be a good boy, both your uncles never were, so go nuts." He grinned as the twins yelled. "Oi!"

"I'll see you soon, Teddy." He kissed him again before he rose to his feet. "I should get going."

"Harry." Amelia whispered and Harry finally looked at her again. George jumped up as Fred lifted himself up in the wheelchair. George placed Teddy in Fred's lap as he placed the diaper bag over his shoulder.

"We're going to get his room ready." George said hastily and pushed Fred to the hallway.

"I think subtlety missed the Weasley family." Harry smiled as the twins disappeared. When he looked back, Amelia was standing front of him.

"How dangerous is it?" She asked, her eyes terrified. He cupped her cheek and she leaned into his touch.

"I'll be fine. Don't you know? I'm the boy-who-lived." He joked, but she didn't look convinced. "I'll be careful. I have a little boy to come home to after all." And you. He wanted to say, but he didn't, her eyes dropped from his.

"Right." She nodded to the ground. "He's really going to miss you." She took a hand of his in hers and intertwined their fingers. Harry's heart stuttered so fast, he thought it might jump out. "I'm just happy he doesn't know how dangerous your job is." Yet. Was left unsaid.

"Hm." He hummed, not knowing what to reply to that. "So, you and Fred?" He asked which was the wrong question because she retracted her hand and took a step back. Idiot!

"Are just friends, like I told you. We- Fred, George and I – have been hanging out. Working on Fred's recovery. They've become one of my only friends I have here." She looked over his shoulder to the hallway the twins disappeared to. "I should see if they are all set up." She took a step, but Harry halted her, with a hand on her wrist.

"I'm going to miss you." He said and pulled her arm, so she rested against his chest. His arms went around her, holding her close. She was standing stiffly in his arms, before she relaxed, and she wrapped her arms around his waist. "We'll have to reschedule our playdate." He felt her chuckle against his chest.

"Be safe." She whispered and squeezed his waist.

"I will. Teddy would like to see you when he's staying with the twins." He said as she looked up at him.

"I think I can stop by." She smiled. She leaned on her toes and kissed the corner of his mouth. "Write if you can. I'm guessing you don't have a cell phone yet?"

"I do, but we aren't allowed to bring them with us. But I'll write, I promise."

"Good." She reached for his hand and squeezed it. In the corner of her eye, she saw Fred roll back in the room.

"George needs help with a dirty diaper."

"And why can't you do it?" She quirked an eyebrow, as Harry chuckled.

"Can't reach." He grinned with a wink.

"Uhu." She rolled her eyes and looked to Harry for the last time before she headed to the room where George was. Harry was still looking at the hallway when Fred rolled closer to him, bumping his wheelchair against his shin.

"Auch!" He groaned.

"Are you going to ask her out or what?" He said, ignoring the fact he was rubbing his leg.

"I - uhm – what?"

"You like her. She likes you. You don't have to be matchmaker to see that. So, are you going to do something about it?" He looked at him, but before he could answer he said. "Because there are at least two guys at the ministry who are thinking about it. You don't want to miss your chance, do you? And just so you don't get the wrong idea, Mia and I are friends, nothing more. No, that's not true. She's become one of my best friends and she doesn't have many friends here."

"I know that... now." He sighed. "And I'm going to ask her when I get back."

"Oh Gods!" They heard Amelia gasp and George came out of the room retching.

"How can you change... that!" George tried to breath in fresh air when he reached them.

"Just use your wand next time." Harry snickered. George looked at him dumbfounded for a moment, before he headed back to the bedroom, his wand already in his hand. "I should get going."

"We're going to look after him, don't worry." Fred said as he saw Harry's worried look. "Both of them." He added. Harry blushed as he walked towards the fireplace.

"I'll keep you posted when I know when I'll be back."

"Good luck, Harry." Fred clapped his back before he stepped in the fireplace and disappeared.
