Why hello there Dravenites, welcome to chapter 12! So now we're reaching the end of the story, but not to worry, I'm still putting all my efforts into it because that's just my thing. So now we enter the period of the story that I'm quite looking forward to writing about…the bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Before I end of this intro card, the reason Emma's suit line is called Vanilla is due to them being rather basic and bland. Other than that, let's get this chapter started.

Enjoy!

'' Remember, strippers are allowed, drool if you must but no touching!''

Currently, Ally found herself having to say goodbye to Austin as he went off for his bachelor party weekend in New York. Luckily for her, her separation anxiety wasn't going to be that bad considering that she too would be enjoying her bachelorette party weekend in Vegas.

'' Ally, relax, I'm in charge of this, nothing bad is going to happen, trust'' Dez smiled.

'' That's what I'm worried about, look, I know you're going to New York for the weekend but please…just be careful.''

'' Its like she thinks we're children'' Jace added, toying with the Rubik's cube attached to his jeans.

Soon, Austin emerged from behind his fiancée, suitcase and metrosexual man-purse trailing behind him and over his shoulder respectively.

'' Finally! It was like getting a lecture by my mother'' Dez embraced Austin in a crushing hug.

'' Hey! I'm not that bossy!"' Ally refuted, looking at Austin. '' Tell them.''

'' You see I would, but uhm, the thing is…you hate it when I lie to you.''

The group began to laugh, Ally however just look infuriated.

'' Moving on. So did you give them detailed instructions or just general guidelines?'' Austin asked, pecking Ally on the cheek.

'' General guidelines. Strippers permitted, drool if we have to but no touching'' Jace answered.

'' Ally, relax, you're the only woman I ever want to see on a pole'' Austin said, embracing her in a hug.

'' Thanks, I think'' Ally pursed her lips.

'' Look, not to be that guy here, but can we please get a move on?'' Jace protested.

'' Aww, just like Trish, only taller, and less likely to punch me-ow!'' Dez rubbed his arm, where Jace had just punched him.

'' I'll miss you'' Austin said, re-hugging Ally.

'' I'll miss you more'' Ally returned the hug.

'' And we'll miss our flight if you don't get a move on!'' Jace snapped.

'' Fine, bye, Goose pickle.''

'' Bye, Cute nickname.''

Austin followed two of his best friends out into Jace's KIA SPORTAGE.

'' You want to have some real fun?'' Jace grinned from the driver's seat.

'' I guess?'' Austin raised an eyebrow.

'' Good, since we're running late to meet Trent at the airport...Dez, push that button'' Jace ordered, Dez pushing a red button, suddenly a loud siren echoed around them as Jace sped up.

'' Jace? We're breaking the law!'' Austin protested.

'' Austin, quit acting like Ally for a sec. Also, I work in emergency first response forces, I am the law!''

A few hours later, the men now found themselves fully grouped up, having met Trent at Miami International and Xander at JFK.

'' Chug, chug, chug, yeah!'' Dez shrieked as he and his friends found themselves outside of a local Irish watering hole, Green Larry's. Once they had entered, the group were surrounded by flat-screens, showing various sports games ranging from Yankees to Bills games.

'' Alright, we're all familiar with the golden rule of the bachelor party, right?'' Trent asked, as the men took seats in a nearby booth.

'' Don't tell your almost-wife that you probably aren't going to any Broadway shows?'' Austin answered.

'' No. What happens at the bachelor party, stays at the bachelor party'' Trent said, a large amount of seriousness in his voice.

Soon, a buxom waitress with a thick Brooklyn accent came up to them, her long black hair tied into a ponytail that draped over her shoulder.

'' Hey, name's Shelly, so, what'cha all thinkin' you want?'' she asked, chewing gum at the same time.

'' Uhm, just a-

'' Five, Jayden specials'' Dez interrupted.

The four other members of the group, including Shelly looked shocked. '' Uhm, ya do know what's in a J-special right?'' Shelly asked.

'' Yep. Pure untapped Russian Bear vodka fresh from the most off-the-map distillers in Volgograd. Along with 75 ounces of Canadian whiskey, Jamaican rum along with 180-proof Three ships whiskey'' Dez answered.

'' Dez are you insane, that sounds like it'll kill us'' Austin protested.

'' Look at this guy, sounds like Ally's really rubbed off on you'' Xander winked, nudging his friend in the arm.

'' What can I say, I love her more than words can say'' Austin sighed.

'' Well, you better love her more than more words can say, considering that when you first met both me and Trish were placing bets on when you two would get together'' Dez added, as Shelly nervously went to get their drink orders.

'' Seriously, they were that obvious way back then?'' Jace raised an eyebrow.

'' Oh yeah, why else would she have agreed to be his partner so quickly after he stole her song?'' Dez answered.

'' Yeah, also thanks for proposing to Ally, ever since then all I ever hear from Emma is engagement rings and weddings. She made me watch the Royal wedding six times last week!'' Xander protested.

'' Man, get yourself someone like Tilly, she doesn't seem to mind that I haven't popped the question yet'' Trent said, laying back in his seat.

'' Oh really? Then tell me why for the last week, every time Ally's spoken to Tilly I keep hearing her speak about how you won't propose to her?'' Austin refuted, an audible '' Ohhh'' coming from the rest of the group.

'' Here you go you five idiots- I mean, young men, please enjoy'' Shelly said, coming back with an odd-smelling drink. It was oddly frothy with a blue-black color to it, kind of like potassium iodine solution.

'' How is it this color?'' Jace asked, examining the drink. '' None of those ingredients are even blue.''

'' Oh that, you see one thing about the J-special is that there's food colorant inside of it'' Dez answered.

'' What?!"' the group gasped.

'' Bottoms up'' Dez said, ignoring them as he knocked back the entire drink.

'' Dude, I think you were supposed to sip it'' Austin said, looking at his redheaded friend, who seemed to be slightly dazed.

'' Dez, come on buddy, speak to us'' Jace snapped his fingers.

'' Wow, now that's a rush'' Dez answered, seemingly cured.

'' I don't know if I want to drink this, it looks like it may kill me'' Xander said, pouring his drink into a pot plant which soon withered and rotted.

'' Yeah, this seems too reckless, even for me'' Jace agreed, pushing the drink aside.

'' Man, you all have gone soft. Its time you embraced your wild sides, like me. Austin, you in?'' Trent looked at his friend.

'' You know what? I'm in'' Austin said. '' Here we go'' both he and Trent then knocked back both of their drinks, both of them going into a temporary daze before coming back to reality 10 minutes later.

'' Wow, now I see what Dez meant by this being a rush'' Trent said, rubbing his temples.

'' Yeah, not happening, ever again'' Austin agreed.

'' Who even made this stuff legal? Seriously, this seems like it should be used in a Khmer Rouge torture camp not a pub'' Xander added.

'' I'm with Xander, I'm not doing this'' Jace nodded.

'' Seriously? You're Jace Dillon, you sounded a siren to get us to the airport on time'' Austin protested.

'' So, I'm still not losing consciousness for 10 minutes just for a quick rush, if I did, Trish would kill me.''

'' Come on, it's the bachelor party, live a little'' Trent shrugged.

'' You just passed out with Austin'' Xander refuted.

'' So, lets get wild. Besides, we have a paramedic here with us.''

'' I don't carry defibrillators on me at all times genius.''

'' Pfft, boring. Do it, do it, do it'' Trent scoffed, the rest of the group joining in the chant.

'' Fine'' Jace sighed, causing his friends to '' woo-hoo'' wildly.

'' But…Xander has to do it too'' Jace grinned.

'' He can't, he poured his out'' Dez said.

'' Then we share. You in?'' Jace looked at the ex-councilor.

Xander looked around him, stupid peer pressure. '' Fine, I'll take a hit'' the man sipped on the drink, thankfully he had a better reaction than his friends, due to him sipping it.

'' Argh. That's some powerful stuff right there'' Xander breathed.

'' Guess that just leaves me'' Jace put the glass to his lips. Please don't let this be the last mistake I ever make he thought, as he drank.

Putting the glass down, Jace cleared his throat, causing his friends to applaud him.

'' Well, now that we're all loosened up, I have an idea'' Dez looked at a stage in the corner, with screens above it, as well as microphones, an acoustic guitar decorates the wall above the stage. '' Follow me, if you can'' the group slowly got up, and made their way to the stage.

Thankfully all of them were sober enough to realize what Dez was putting them through.

'' Hold on. Karaoke? Dez, only two of us can sing'' Trent protested.

'' Hey, so can I, I was a member of the school's glee club remember?'' Dez defended.

'' Because the original tenor got injured and because I quit'' Austin refuted.

'' Pfft, details. Now come on…let's do it. Austin? You love performing. In fact you get paid to do it'' Dez whined.

Austin glared at his friend. '' One song-

'' Yes!-

'' But… It can't be either mine nor Ally's'' Austin interrupted.

'' Aww. There goes half of this book'' Dez pouted, tossing away the book with the list of songs in it.

'' I got this'' Xander picked up a microphone. '' Hey everyone, my friend here's getting hitched!'' the people around them burst into applause. '' So here's to you, Austin Moon!''

With the alcohol seemingly having taken its affect on the young man, Jace pointed a song after he picked up the tossed away songbook.

'' You guys ready?'' he asked.

'' Do we have a choice?'' Trent asked.

'' Nope, hit it!'' Dez shouted as music began to play. Dez and Austin immediately took lead.

''Right here, right now, I put the offer out. I don't want to chase you down, I know you see it. You run with me, and I can cut you free. Out of the drudgery and walls you keep in. So trade that typical for something colourful, and if it's crazy, live a little can play it sensible, a king of you can risk it all and see. Don't you wanna get away from the same old part you gotta play. 'Cause I got what you need, so come with me and take the 'll take you to the other side, 'cause you can do like you you can do like me, stay in the cage, or you'll finally take the key. Oh, damn! Suddenly you're free to 'll take you to the other side!''

The other three group members nodded before they sang. '' Okay, my friend, you want to cut me in, well I hate to tell you, but it just won't happen. So, thanks, but no
I think I'm good to go. 'Cause I quite enjoy the life you say I'm trapped in. Now I admire you, and that whole show you do, you're onto something, really, it's something
But I live among the swells, and we don't pick up peanut shells. I'll have to leave that up to you. Don't you know that I'm okay with this uptown part I get to play, 'cause I got what I need and I don't want to take the ride. I don't need to see the other side,
So go and do like you do, I'm good to do like me. Ain't in a cage, so I don't need to take the key. Oh, damn! Can't you see I'm doing fine, I don't need to see the other side.''

Applause took over the crowd as Austin and Dez took their mics. '' Now is this really how you like to spend your days? Whiskey and misery, and parties and plays.''

The others took over. '' If I were mixed up with you, I'd be the talk of the town. Disgraced and disowned, another one of the clowns.''

'' But you would finally live a little, finally laugh a little. Just let me give you the freedom to dream. And it'll wake you up and cure your aching. Take your walls and start 'em breaking. Now that's a deal that seems worth taking, but I guess I'll leave that up to you.''

Trent grabbed the mic and went solo. ''Well it's intriguing, but to go would cost me greatly. So what percentage of the show would I be taking?''

Swiping it, Jace began to warble. ''Fair enough, you'd want a piece of all the action, I'd give you seven, we could shake and make it happen.''

Austin took over again. ''I wasn't born this morning, eighteen would be just fine.''

''Why not just go ahead and ask for nickels on the dime?'' Xander sang, swiping a mic from Jace. ''Fifteen''

''I'd do eight'' Austin sang.

'' Twelve'' Dez warbled.

''Maybe nine'' Trent grinned.

''Ten'' Austin and Dez sang, the other 3 men nodding at them.'' Don't you wanna get away to a whole new part you're gonna play. 'Cause I got what you need, so come with me and take the ride. To the other side'' Xander sang.

''So if you do like I do. So if you do like me. Forget the cage, 'cause we know how to make the key. Oh, damn! Suddenly we're free to fly, we're going to the other side. So if you do like I do. (To the other side). So if you do like me.(We're going to the other side). 'Cause if we do we're going to the other side. We're going to the other side!''

The bar burst into thunderous applause, the five men bowing.

'' Is this what performing is like? Maybe I should become an entertainer?'' Jace half joked.

'' I've heard you sing dude, stick with emergency first response'' Austin patted his friend's shoulder.

Looking in the distance, he could see Shelly being harassed by a rather muscular, shave-headed man, his intimidating physique increased by his vest showing off his pronounced shoulder blades.

'' Come on baby, let's get outta here'' he grinned, glaring at Shelly's chest.

'' I told you already, I ain't interested, I have a boyfriend.''

'' What he doesn't know won't hurt him.''

'' Ahem'' Austin tapped the man's shoulder, causing him to turn around.

'' What?'' the man bit.

'' She said no. No means no, pal'' Trent retorted.

'' Only on paper. Say, aren't you Austin Moon?''

'' Yes he is. I'm Dez Wade, you may know me from my Oscar winning films'' Dez added, showing up behind Austin.

'' Never heard of you. Now as I said before, leave, I have a date with this lovely lady over here'' the man said.

'' Bad idea'' Austin said cockily, pulling his fist back before launching it into his opponent's face.

'' You're gonna regret that!'' the man gritted his teeth, launching out a hand to grab Austin.

Reacting quickly Jace grabbed his hand. '' Dez, get the other one!''

Dez nodded and grabbed the man's other hand.

'' Let go of me you runts!''

'' Not happening!'' Xander said, throwing the stage's guitar to Austin, who quickly caught at and launched it into his opponent's face, causing him to fall to the ground.

'' Did you just-'' Dez started.

'' Uh huh.''

'' Is he?'' Trent asked.

'' Nope, just out cold'' Jace answered, checking the man's pulse.

Ah the bachelor party, anything can happen. Thanks for reading Dravenites, hope you're all excited for the end of 2021.

As usual, stay safe and stay awesome!
