"Millions of years ago, a meteorite made of vibranium, the strongest substance in the universe, struck the continent of Africa, affecting the plant life around it. And when the time of men came, five tribes settled on it and called it Wakanda. The tribes lived in constant war with one another until a warrior shaman received a vison from the Panther Goddess Bast, who led him to the Heart-Shaped Herb, a plant that granted him superhuman strength, speed, and instincts. The warrior became king and the first Black Panther, protector of Wakanda. While four of the tribes agreed to live under the King's rule, the Jabari tribe isolated themselves in the mountains. The Wakandans used Vibranium to develop technology more advanced than any other nation. But as Wakanda thrived, the outside world around them descended into chaos. So to keep themselves and Vibranium from the rest of the world. Keeping the truth of their power from the outside world."
The heroes were flying off towards the hidden city of Wakanda while using the Quinjet as Shuri was telling the story of her home they were about to enter. At least they were hoping, they were sorta flying blind going off of the word of Shuri.
"So...Vibranium is more than just a strong metal?" Bobbie asked Shuri, trying to understand.
"My city is a hidden gem. Vibranium is the most powerful substance. Explorers have searched for it for centuries. Some called it El Dorado, the Golden City. It's a technological marvel. And Vibranium is sewed into our clothes. It powers our city, our tech, our weapons."
"Weapons?" Beth asked.
"Much more powerful than my bracelets. Makes them look like hairdryers." Shuri stated.
"You know, you better be right about this, or we're gonna plummet into the side of a mountain." Teresa warned the girl as they flew into the forcefield, which revealed the marvelous city to them.
At least, what was supposed to be the marvelous city as what they were seeing was a city on fire. The army was already at hard work to fight off the forces that they immediately recognized.
"AIM?" The JSA and Avengers questioned in shock, all but Avery, who never saw them up close before.
"What are they doing here?" Courtney wondered.
"Something tells me it's not Kraven who wants the Vibranium." Yolanda took a guess.
"AIM must've hired him to break through the defenses." Beth started to put together.
"But Kraven is a hunter." Shuri disagreed with her. "He would have to have advanced knowledge of our systems to get inside Wakanda. How could he possibly do that?"
"We'll get answers when we get down there." Courtney promised when their ship started to be controlled by something else. "What-what's happening?"
"Our system is being overwritten." Teresa answered when the screen turned into the Black Panther symbol. "By Wakanda...I can't control it anymore."
"Great. We came to help, and we've been taken prisoner." Rick stated sarcastically as then Shuri walked and placed her bracelet onto the control panel, allowing the Wakandan system to register her.
"This is Princess Shuri of Wakanda, I have returned and brought warriors." Shuri spoke into the speaker as the shaking calmed down. "Requesting an audience with the King and Queen."
The ship then started to pilot through the recent battle and towards the capital of Wakanda.
"This isn't gonna end well, is it?" Cassandra asked.
"I wouldn't count on it ending right." Chavez tells her.

Back with Joey, he was still on alert as he stood in the darkness, holding the shields out against Clea, no idea what he's gonna do. He had no idea where he was, what was going on, or who this woman was who kidnapped him.
"Stay calm. You're safe." Clea promised him.
"Who are you? Where am I?" Joey asked her, a million questions entering his mind.
"I will answer your questions, but first..." Clea promised as she raised her hand and snapper her fingers, revealing a doorway to appear in the room. "Follow me." She said and walked up to the door and opened, revealing a heavenly light coming out as she went inside.
Joey had no idea if he should follow her or not and looked over to the cape. "Should I?" The cape seemed to just shrug on his shoulders, no idea what to think. "Thanks." He sighed as he decided to just do it and followed her into the light.
Once the light cleared, Joey was shocked when he looked around and saw that there were almost a dozen other people in the mystical looking room with a library attached, some people he recognized were around the room.
Fallon Grey
Robbie Reyes
Marc Spector
"Look at that. She got you, too." Robbie commented as he held his chain close.
"Robbie? How'd she get you?" Joey wondered.
"Snagged me while I was on the road." Robbie was embarrassed to admit.
"Figures. Snagged me after a fight with Ultron." Joey commented, shocking Robbie. "Oh, yeah, we have a lot to catch you up on."
"There will be plenty of time for that. But first..." Clea interrupted their reunion and was ready to explain everything. "It's time to explain why I have brought you all together."
Blue Valley
Back with Peter, he was sitting on the outside of his house, Lila gone and at work, he was left alone to think about what he's supposed to do. He wanted to help them in Wakanda but didn't think it was smart to leave Blue Valley unguarded. But the truth was he didn't know what he was going to do about the suit.
Should he put it back on?
But he was so deep in thought, he missed Cindy coming out and aiming the Black Diamond out to Peter to see his darkest fears. As she aimed it, he started to think back to a simpler time before he had so much responsibility hanging off his shoulders...
Peter was back at his childhood home in bed as his mother was looking over his bruise he received from a kid named Flash Thompson. This was before Clint took him in, meaning he didn't live in Blue Valley yet, but instead at a building that doubled as his parents work.
"Your bruise is already healing." Susan tells Peter as she was leaning on his bed, her belly swollen with the soon to be newest member of their family.
"It still hurts, though." Peter says as he really didn't have the best tolerance for pain before the spider bite.
"Not for much longer, honey." Susan promises as she combed a piece of loose hair back. "Here, come on." She tucks him into bed for the night. "I'll keep the light on for you."
"We're you ever afraid of the dark?" Peter asks his mother.
"If I turn this light off now, would you be sacred?" Susan asked him.
"No." Peter supposed.
"That's because I'm here with you. See, you're not afraid of the dark, Peter. You're afraid of being alone in the dark, and that goes away when you realize something. You're never really alone." Susan promised him as she smiled and Peter started to think about her statement and understood it.
Reed, Peter's father then comes in to see them. "It's time for bed."
"I'm thirsty." Peter says with a smile.
"No, you're stalling." Reed says while carrying a glass of water. "But I got you covered, buddy. Good night, slugger." He kissed Peter's Head.
"Sweet dreams, honey." Susan says and pecks his head before leaving.
"You can turn off the lights." Peter says and Susan looked back at her son before she smiles and does just that.
"What was that about?" Reed asked, not following.
"It's not important." Sue promised her husband and closed the door.
Peter shakes himself free from the memory and made his way back inside when he sensed something and turned around to see something he never wanted to see. Victor Von Doom was holding his sister in a chokehold.
"Hello, Peter." Doom greeted him.
"No..." Peter whispered in shock of what he's seeing. "You died!"
"And yet here I am." Doom scoffed as he tightened his grip on Teresa.
"Let her go!" Peter demanded as he gripped his fist, ready to attack.
"If you wanna save her...come and get her." Doom dared as he raised a hand and blasted Peter, before he could dodge it, he was shot back and sent flying into his home.
But when he landed on his feet, Peter was shocked as he looked around and saw he was somehow back on Battleworld.
"What?" Peter asked as he then noticed his suit was forming around him.
"You should've stayed out of my way." Doom's voice echoed throughout the planet as Peter constantly looked around to find him. "Now you're making me do this."
"Stop hiding, Victor!" Peter demanded as he looked around for him and Doom marched down the rugged and destroyed planet towards Peter who immediately shot a web strand at him, which ended up shooting some sort of smoke instead.
Victor then came closer, ending with Peter punching him, but shattering something else that looked like a wall.
"Help me!" He heard Courtney cry out.
"Court?" Peter questioned as he franticly looked around before seeing a door. "Court!" He cried before running up a foggy stairway, breaking down a door and suddenly he found himself on the top of the Helicarrier.
"Peter?" Courtney got his attention, getting Peter to look to the edge of the ship and seeing Courtney balancing herself without the cosmic staff. "What's going on."
"No." Peter whispered, realizing something isn't right. "No, this isn't real."
"Isn't it?" Victor asked as he appeared again and grabbed Courtney and began to choke the life out of her.
"Court!" Peter cried, forgetting everything, and running towards the two, but ended up hitting some invisible wall that ended with him tripping and sliding off the edge of the carrier as he saw Courtney disappeared and he falls from the sky.
Only then, he actually fell and slammed his head against the ground, causing him to look around and realize he just ran through his own home. The hole was still there, and what he thought was the Helicarrier was actually his own bedroom and falling off the ship was actually him falling through the window.
"What the hell?" Peter asked as he franticly looked around. "What...what's going on?" But before he could get his head back on straight, a blast of electricity came past, causing his senses to go off and Peter dodging it and turning to see Doom was back and shot another blast at him.
Peter did a flip and dodged his attack before shooting a strand off towards Doom and missed as he also dodged it. Peter shielded himself by the fence and Doom blasted it, giving Peter some cover as he leaped and kicked him in the face, sending Doom flying back.
Doom started to try and get up as Peter raced over, but was then blocked off by Cindy who caught his fist with her strength
"Peter, what are you doing?" Cindy M. asked in shock.
"It's Doom!" Peter stated, shocked that she stopped him from finishing his father's murder off.
"Peter, that's not Doom!" Cindy M. stated, confused by what he's talking about.
"Hang on." Phoebe stated as she came up and felt something off in Peter's mind. "Something's wrong with him. He's seeing things."
"Noticed!" Cindy M replied in a sarcastic tone.
"Hang on, I can fix it." Phoebe promised as she walked up and grabbed Peter's head.
Peter then looked back down towards Doom and was shocked when he saw that it was Lila, who was unconscious. Shocked, Peter backed away from the group and was shocked at what he did. Looking down, he saw he had a few strands of blood from Lila. He started to go into another panic attack and shutter.
"If you were good enough...maybe your father would still be alive." Doom's voice echoed through his head as Peter looked and saw the dead body of his father standing on the street, covered in blood.
Peter broke down and curled up against the fence, feeling even more like an outcast, like he's not responsible enough for this power he had received, especially with his doppelgängers that are more responsible with it.
But to his surprise, Lila got back up, her nose still bleeding a little and just pulled him into a hug. Peter just pulled himself closer to her, needing the closeness. Cindy B. was shocked at what she saw and just walked off. She sees there's a whole issued psyche underneath Peter's smile, but also saw he had friends and family to help him through it. She decides to go and try to get Cameron on her side, and also was warned by his grandparents to stay away from him.
On her way, she held onto the necklace that held the black diamond close where she could never lose it and ran into the other smartest person in school: Amadeus Cho.
"Oh, hey, Cindy. Didn't know you were back in town." Cho said with a smile. "Are you coming back to school?"
"I dropped out, pal." Cindy stated as she walked past, touching Cho and his eyes suddenly glowing purple. But then they suddenly went from purple and turned green, followed by his body starting to transform to the same color.
Wakanda
Shuri lead every one of the two teams made it into the Throne Room where T'Chaka and Ramonda were sitting on the thrones, and the team walked over to the two royals.
"Should we bow?" Courtney wondered.
"No, we don't do that here." Shuri assured her as they saw her do a salute by punching her chest, which they all just decided to copy. "Father."
"Shuri. What are you doing back here?" T'Chaka asked in anger.
"I have returned and brought warriors with me." Shuri stated and gestured to the heroes.
"You think that these children could help change the tides in this battle?" T'Chaka asked and looked to the heroes.
"I have seen them fight, father. They can help." Shuri assured her father and looked to her friends.
"Do you know why AIM has a sudden interest in my country?" T'Chaka asked them.
"We...we think that it has to do with us breaking and destroying one of their bases. And stealing all of their experimental subjects. Not to mention the Vibranium for some project we've been hearing whispers of." Courtney explained and looked to her friends who nodded in confirmation.
"Project Transit." Beth confirmed. "We have no idea what it really is, but we know it's a dangerous project that they don't have the right material to make it work."
"But Vibranium might be the key to making it work." Shuri finished explaining.
"I see..." T'Chaka saw they could be of use. "We have been swatting Advanced Idea Mechanics like flies for weeks, and they have made off with some Vibranium already. Kraven is doing too much damage. We have learned he is leading the AIM operations here. From the information we've gathered, he's being paid off by them to lead them to our location."
"You're not concerned?" Bobbie wondered, feeling this guy isn't taking the idea of AIM, the people they've spent half the schoolyear trying to stop, getting their hands on Vibranium.
"Only by his traps and guards." Ramonda explains to him. "And he seems to have someone who's able to break through our network, we can't get close to him."
"Then we made it just in time." Courtney stated. "Now that we know AIM's involved, we could help each other. We have information we can share; we know their weaknesses and openings. But Vibranium's your specialty."
T'Chaka thought of it and looked to Ramonda who nodded, knowing the two of them needed all the help. "Show them the locations of their field bases. "We need to stop AIM from spreading closer to the capital by any means necessary."
The heroes all nodded and walked off with Shuri leading them towards the labs to give them the debrief on what's happening. It's up to them
