Laney woke the next morning with a groan and clutched at her stomach. She laid there for a few moments before the uneasy feeling overwhelmed her and she rushed from bed and into the bathroom, causing Loki to feel Laney quickly get up, waking him. Instantly feeling worried, he got out of bed and followed her but stopped just outside the bathroom door for privacy. "Darling? Are you alright?"

After emptying her stomach, Laney sat back and rested her head against the counter. "I think I'm okay."

Loki walked into the bathroom, knelt down, and gently pulled Laney to him to hold her. "Is the potion not working, or has it just worn off from last evening?" He asked while rubbing her back.

"I think it's worn off," she replied tiredly as she snuggled against him. "Why are symptoms happening so early? It doesn't make sense to me."

"Come on, let's get you back to bed and I will make up some tea with the potion for you." Loki suggested. "Do you want me to send for Desi so she can make sure everything is alright?"

Laney let Loki help her up. "Could you? I am wondering why this is happening so fast."

"I will get your tea first so you can have some relief, then I will send for her," Loki promised. Once he had Laney on her feet, he picked her up bridal style and carried her back into the bedroom and laid her down on the bed. "I will be right back." He promised and kissed her forehead, then went into the sitting room where the potion was kept. It only took a moment to conjure the tea and add the potion, then he brought her the cup.

She smiled at him softly and took a couple long sips of the tea, feeling almost instant relief. "Thank you Loki."

Loki sat on the edge of the bed beside her. "Will you be alright while I go talk to the guard? I don't want to leave you alone too long if I were to go get Desi myself."

"I'll be okay darling," Laney said softly, then took another sip. "I promise."

"I will be right outside the main door, so if you need me, just holler and I will be right back." Loki promised. He pressed a soft kiss to her lips, then stood and left the room. Once out in the hall, he sent a guard to deliver his summons, and then quickly returned to Laney.

Thor had just stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist, leaving Desi to have some privacy to finish her own shower, though a wide smile showed on his face. Insatiable little thing...

The guard knocked loudly on Thor's door repeatedly as he knew they may still be sleeping this early. "My Lord, the matter is urgent!" He called out, then knocked again.

"A moment!" Thor called, then quickly dressed in a pair of trousers, foregoing his underwear, then answered the door. "What is the urgency?" he asked.

"Lord Loki told me to send word for Lady Desi. Lady Laney is unwell and needs tended to." The guard said quickly.

Thor nodded. "We will be there as soon as we can. Desi is bathing at the moment."

"Should I send word back?" The guard asked and bowed.

"Yes, please do. Both of us will be there soon," Thor stated.

The guard bowed then hurried back to Loki's room with the message before returning to his normal post.

Thor hurried back through the sitting room, then the bedroom, to the bathroom. "Desi?" he called. "Are you done darling?"

"Yes! I'm getting dressed right now." Desi called back to him. "Where did you go in such a hurry?" She asked curiously. When she stepped out, she was still tying her tunic, but otherwise dressed.

"One of the guards knocked on the door, Laney is feeling unwell. I told them we would be there shortly," he replied.

"Did he say anything about what's wrong?" Desi asked. "I just need to grab my bag and we can go." She said, then picked up his tunic from the bed and handed it to him. "I'm starting to think the baby is a full Jotun."

Thor furrowed his brow as he quickly pulled his tunic over his head. "How would that be possible? The genetics of that does not make any sense."

"If the genes of the Jotnar parent are strong enough, the baby can look and act like a full Jotun. They are technically still mixed, but diet and such are that of a full blood." Desi explained, then slipped her flats on before walking into the sitting room to find her bag.

"Well, I guess we'll just have to find out," Thor replied. "When do you want to take her to the Soul Forge?"

"I had planned to do that tomorrow, but I'll see how she's doing. If we need to move it to today, we will." Desi said as she grabbed her bag from the floor where they left it the previous night. "Are you ready?"

Thor nodded and held out his hand for her to take. "Yes I am, my sweet girl."

Desi gave Thor a loving smile in reply. She bypassed his hand though, and wrapped her arm around his like she normally did, to snuggle up to him more. "Lead the way, my prince." She said sweetly.

Thor kissed her temple and walked with her back to the main doors and then out into the hallway. "I assume Loki has given her the potion by now."

"I would think so. Laney has told me he is very attentive to her care." Desi answered. "I hope it's just bad morning sickness. Jotun babies can be tricky to carry... but that makes me wonder if you ever had children, would your abilities pass on?" She asked curiously.

"My abilities?" Thor asked as they took the first turn down the hallway. "What abilities would that be?" he asked.

"Like the way you can summon lightning with the hammer." Desi answered.

"Oh, I'm not really sure if that would pass down," Thor answered. "Mother would know more about that I would think, or even father."

"It's alright, I was just curious. Since I mostly work with children, it's neat to see which traits pass down... but it's more of a hobby, not something I actually study." Desi explained, then took the last turn, taking them down the hall to Loki's room.

"It is an interesting subject, I agree with you," Thor replied, then knocked on Loki and Laney's door.

Laney looked up from her place on the sofa, having moved from the bed.

"Come in." Loki called out, not wanting to leave Laney's side. He watched as Thor and Desi walked into the room and nodded to them in greeting.

"Good morning Desi, Thor," Laney greeted with a smile.

"Are you doing alright? What happened?" Desi asked, very concerned. She stood on the tips of her toes to give Thor a quick kiss before she walked over to sit on the edge of the sofa next to Laney.

A grin came to Laney's face while she watched the affection between Desi and Thor. "I rushed from bed to get sick this morning. It just seems very fast for all of this to be happening. It shouldn't happen until weeks from now."

Desi nodded. "I think it's just from the baby being more like a full Jotun. I will need to change the potion just a bit, and change your care a tiny bit, but it should help make things a bit easier on you."

Laney rested her hand on her lower belly with a small sigh. "Should we check on the little one to be safe?" she asked. "How fast do they develop if I'm already getting sick like this?"

"I scheduled the Soul Forge for tomorrow, but we can change it for today if you want. That will help determine how strong the Jotun traits are." Desi explained. "If the baby is closer to full Jotun, you definitely won't carry past six months."

"I think I would like to know sooner, than later," Laney responded, then glanced over at Loki. "I think it would give us both a better state of mind."

Desi nodded and could tell by the look on Loki's face that he was still struggling with the baby being Jotun. "Be ready in an hour. I have to get approval, but I'm sure Frigga will allow it."

Laney nodded and reached out for Loki's hand. "I will be. I don't plan on going anywhere today. Although I might try and eat something."

"Did the potion help any? If it calmed your stomach, you should be able to eat just fine. You need to eat more Jotun foods though..." Desi said, then returned the glare Loki gave her.

"I feel completely fine right now," Laney replied assuringly. "I moved from the bed to in here without any issue and I've been relaxing."

"Continue relaxing for now. I will put in a breakfast order for you myself. Do you want us to wait here while we wait for the Soul Forge?" Desi offered, not minding at all.

"I am feeling a little hungry," Laney replied. "But you can wait here if you want to, unless you have other things that you need to do."

"I don't have anything else to do now. I was hired for the royal family first and foremost, so my duties just switched to the palace for today." Desi explained. "Should we all just have breakfast together?"

Laney smiled. "I would love that. Loki, would that be okay?" she asked.

"I don't mind." Loki said truthfully. "Do you want it to be all of us, or do you want a breakfast with the girl talk stuff?" He asked curiously.

"It can be all of us, unless you men want to have some guy talk," Laney replied with a smirk.

"I don't think we have anything to talk about?" Loki said and looked over at Thor to see if he had something different to say.

Thor shrugged. "Nothing of importance, no," he replied.

"Looks like it will be breakfast together then!" Desi said happily. "I will go send word and be back in a few minutes." She said, then stood up and walked out into the hall.

"It looks like things are going well between you two now." Loki told Thor teasingly.

Thor smirked at his brother, showing off a knowing look. "Better than going well, brother," he replied.

"Do you two do anything other than fool around?" Loki asked, but his tone had changed to one of more concern.

"Of course," Thor answered. "We like to go on evening walks when we can and we like having our meals together so we can talk. I like hearing about the clinic."

"That's good, I was just making sure." Loki said truthfully. "Have you talked to her about the political side of this courtship?"

Thor nodded. "She told me that mother had talked to her, and Desi's willing to try. She doesn't want to part because of the royal side of things, which makes me happy."

"That is great to hear. I'm happy for you brother, truly." Loki said sincerely. He looked over when Desi returned, carrying a large breakfast tray.

"Frigga had already ordered breakfast for us all..." Desi told them when she returned carrying the tray of food. "I sent word about the Soul Forge, so it will be ready soon."

Laney grinned. "That's alright. I'm sure Frigga will know where to have it sent. Her intuition is rather frightening sometimes."

Desi sat the tray down on the coffee table as she sat on a cushion on the floor. "It is still kind of weird to me how she always knows what's going on." She said and handed out their plates.

"It weirds me out too, sometimes," Laney agreed. "It's like she always knows what we've done and what news we will have."

"The knowing what we've done part is what makes me the most nervous." Desi admitted, blushing deep red when thoughts of the previous night came to mind, as well as the new potion for soreness that had ended up on her bedside table that morning.

"I think if you wanted her to know less however, she would do that. Frigga wouldn't mind. I know she checks on us more because of the tracker on Loki," she replied, though raised an eyebrow at her best friend at seeing the sudden blush on her face.

"It's hard to decide... like, it's embarrassing to know she knows... but at the same time, she has sent some very helpful potions. I feel like she would readily give them if I asked her, but it would be even more embarrassing to have to actually ask her and risk explaining." Desi admitted, then took a bite of her eggs.

Laney chuckled and glanced over at Loki who was also smirking at Desi with a knowing look. "You'll have to let me know some gossip later," she said with a smile.

"Maybe, we'll see." Desi replied, embarrassed to tell Laney because she didn't know how Laney would react.

"If all goes well with the exam, my brother and I can go for a walk, so you two can compare notes again." Loki told Laney and Desi.

"I think you like when we girl talk," Laney teased while she squeezed his hand. "Think I'm going to get ideas?"

"It's possible, or it could be that I hope you'll get ideas." Loki teased, then picked up a slice of chilled fruit and ate it.

Laney giggled as she grabbed a piece for fruit for herself, then laughed even more when she noticed Desi's red face. "We'll see."

"Just don't get too many ideas, I'm not nearly as wild as my brother." Loki admitted with a grin, then ate more fruit. He was too distracted to be upset about the fact that him and Laney had meals of only Jotun food.

She shook her head at him as she eagerly ate more of the fruit, feeling better at the moment. "Only time will tell, I guess."

"You will see." Loki chuckled, then focused on his food, realizing he had a decent appetite this morning.

Thor looked between the two with a smirk of his own and grasped Desi's hand and squeezed it gently while he took a large bite of his eggs. "There is much to explore," he commented.

"I agree, you just explore it better than I do." Loki replied, but it didn't bother him.

"Open your mind brother, you might be missing out," Thor replied with a smile as he grabbed for a piece of ham.

"I don't know, I think I would rather just master the skills I already know." Loki shrugged, then finished his plate.

Thor shrugged as he finished his food and placed his plate back on the tray before he sat back in his seat. "That is up to you brother."

Loki nodded and set his plate back on the tray as well, then picked up his cup of iced tea. He sniffed it as it looked different, then took a drink. "That is actually fairly good."

Laney looked over at him as she placed her mostly empty plate on the tray. "Is that a type of tea?"

"Yes, but I think it might be from... you know..." Loki mumbled.

"That's alright," Laney replied. "I don't mind to taste it."

"I know you don't, but it still bothers me." Loki said in barely more than a whisper.

Laney leaned over and kissed his cheek. "It's okay Loki," she murmured. "We'll get through it."

Loki gave a little nod as there was a knock at the door. "I will get that." He said, mostly just wanting the change in topic. He pecked Laney's lips then quickly got up and went to the door where the guard brought word of the Soul Forge being ready. "We can go now." He told them when he returned

Laney took a deep breath, then stood. "Alright, Desi are you ready?"

"Yep, and super excited to finally use the Soul Forge!" Desi admitted and stood as well, followed by Loki and Thor.

After Laney took Loki's hand, she followed Desi and Thor down the many hallways that would take them to The Halls of Healing. When they reached the room, she stared at the large machine that she would be laying on. "It looks intimidating."

"I've trained on one similar and it's going to be fine, you'll see. Take your time though." Desi said, wanting Laney to be comfortable.

"I will be by your side the entire time." Loki promised Laney.

Laney took a deep breath as she held tightly to Loki's hand. "What do I need to do?"

"Just lay down and relax, that's all." Desi told her. "Loki can stand right beside you, but he can't touch you, no one can or it can throw off the scan."

Laney nodded and let Loki help her get on the platform and lay down. "Alright, I'm ready."

Desi smiled with excitement as she turned the machine on, then narrowed the scan to just the baby as the holographic like imagine appeared above Laney. "There is baby!" She said, surprised to see the amount of development as the baby already had distinct body features.

Laney's eyes welled up as she stared at the screen. "So tiny..." she murmured.

"That's our little star..." Loki said softly, voice full of emotion as he took Laney's hand and squeezed it, only to remember quickly that he wasn't supposed to touch her and let go.

Desi brought up a secondary image that only she could see and started doing additional scans. "Alright, so the most important thing is that baby is perfectly healthy. It is a bit too soon for the gender though."

"That's a relief," Laney said softly. "Could you give us an estimate on how much longer we have?"

"With this kind of development, I would say about twenty to twenty six weeks. We will do frequent checkups though, just to monitor everything. I can tell you that baby needs to be treated as a full Jotun." Desi answered.

Laney's eyes widened like saucers. "That's so soon. We haven't done anything to prepare yet."

"Relax Laney. The Jotnar develop a little differently. They stay small for most of their development, then they start to grow." Desi explained.

She nodded and continued to look at the tiny being on the screen. "Loki, are you okay?" She asked when it donned on her to check on him.

Loki quickly dried his eyes on his sleeve. "Yes love, I'm fine." He said softly, never once taking his eyes off the screen.

Laney smiled at the sound of his voice. "What else are you checking on Desi?"

"I was just doing a general check on everything. We will need to keep baby cooler, but that is easy. Everything else looks perfect." Desi said happily. "Is there any chance we can get Loki up here for a scan?"

"What do you need to scan Loki for?" Laney asked as the Soul Forge went blank, allowing her to sit up.

"Two reasons... first, I've never had the chance to scan an adult Jotun, and second, we talked about me checking the damage to his brain." Desi reminded her.

"Oh," Laney said, remembering. Then she turned to Loki. "Is it okay?"

"I can't have my head messed with and you know that... it's not safe." Loki sighed, remembering Odin's threats.

"She's not going to mess with it, just look at it," Laney assured. "That's all."

"I can't... I..." Loki looked away and fell silent. "It has to be a closed record, and she can never share with anyone else what she finds."

Laney reached out and squeezed Loki's shoulder. "I just want to know that you're okay," she said softly.

"I booked the room for Laney and I won't save the scans. No one outside this room will ever know." Desi promised and Loki finally nodded in agreement as he helped Laney down.

"It will be okay Loki," Laney said softly, then leaned up and kissed his cheek before she climbed down.

Loki gave a little nod and laid down where Laney had been. He relaxed the best he could as Desi started the scan. "This is fascinating!" Desi said excitedly.

Laney chuckled at her friend's excitement while she sat in the chair where Loki had been. "I assume he's as special as I say he is?"

"He is. I have seen scans done by others, but it's nothing like this. I have never seen bone and muscle so dense." Desi told Laney.

"Why would he be that way?" Laney asked.

"Because he's like... the perfect Jotun." Desi admitted. "There's so much scar tissue though... it's hard to believe he's been injured so much."

Laney frowned as she looked over at Loki. "That's scary to hear."

"Yeah, but look at the scar tissue and his organs... his organs aren't quite in the same position ours, but his enemies didn't know that. This is how he always survives so easily. They attack based on where our organs are!" Desi said, excited by the information. Her smile quickly turned into a frown though, as she focused on his brain.

Laney stood and looked at the hologram with a furrowed brow. "Desi, what's wrong?"

"This is all wrong... the scarring is... give me a minute, I need to look deeper." Desi mumbled in reply.

"Desi?" Laney asked worriedly. "What is it?"

"I've only seen this in my studies, never in real practice... this looks like mind control scarring." Desi said but gave a little yelp when Loki nearly jumped off the table.

"You can't say anything to anyone!" Loki told her.

Laney reached out and wrapped her arms around Loki, not caring about the hologram. "Loki! Shh, you're okay. Nobody will know but us."

Loki held Laney closer, clinging to her. "I'm sorry, but this has to be reported. I can't treat it otherwise." Desi said softly.

"She's right Loki," Laney murmured to him, "I know I just said it would be just us, but this isn't right."

"No... Odin... he already knows." Loki said in barely more than a whisper.

Laney sat up and narrowed her eyes at him. "What?" She asked sternly.

"Nothing. Can we just go please?" Loki asked, not wanting to stay in there any longer.

"I'm going to take him back to our chambers," Laney said, "So he can calm down. I look forward to seeing our little star again soon."

"We can try again for the gender in a few weeks." Desi told Laney. "We will stop by after I go see Odin."

Laney nodded, then quietly led Loki out of The Hall of Healing and towards their chambers.

Desi went straight into the family dining hall as it was afternoon now. She pushed the doors open and walked right in, hoping Odin would be there.

Both Odin and Frigga were startled by the loud sound of opening doors and looked up to see Desi stamping towards them, with a reluctant Thor in tow. "Is Laney alright?" Frigga asked.

"Yes your highness, Laney is fine. I have come to speak to the Allfather. Loki has come under my care and I'm worried about the neglect he has suffered." Desi said firmly, but still respectful to Frigga.

Frigga looked between Odin and Desi. "Would you like a private counsel my dear?"

Odin looked at Frigga, then nodded. "I will speak to her alone, thank you dear wife."

A smile came to Frigga's lips as she stood, then walked over to Thor. "Let's go take a walk dear," she said while she led Thor out of the sitting room.

Desi waited until they were gone, then she turned back to Odin, though she didn't feel quite as brave with Thor gone. "Loki says you know he fell to mind control? Did you think you could just hide it from everyone?" She challenged.

Odin let out a long breath of air. "I did it to protect him and the rest of Asgard," he stated. "If Loki's mind is messed with, the being who did it could come here and finish what he started."

"Don't try that nonsense with me. I have seen his record and you never even had him checked by a healer! Any decent healer could have ensured that link was fully severed and you know it. Furthermore, if you knew he was being controlled, he never should have been locked in a cell!" Desi retorted, not settling for anything other than the truth.

"How I punish my son is none of your concern. He killed many people of different races and needed to answer for his crimes," Odin replied firmly. "He was of sound mind when he tried to destroy an entire realm."

"When it effects his health to this extreme, it is my concern!" Desi snapped back. "He was not of sound mind. His entire world was falling apart and you know it! You can argue and try to make yourself sound good all you want, but you know as well as I do that he should have his freedom right now!"

Odin ran one hand over his face. "Desi... Loki has as much freedom as I can give him right now without the people asking questions. Some of them are still angry for his actions on Midgard and Jotunheim. He has turned into an amazing young man and is the best he has ever been because of Laney, and I could never thank her enough for her trust in him. He will make a strong advisor for Thor."

"When they ask questions, tell them the truth! He had no actions on Midgard to answer for as he was being controlled. I just scanned his brain myself and it showed damage over months... months. That is months of torture before he broke! As for Jotunheim, I think the real issue is that you don't want to own up to your role in all of this!" Desi said through gritted teeth.

"What will you have me do Desi? I know I've made rash decisions that I cannot change. But I am proud of Loki for everything he has done and I am eager to meet my grandchild," he said truthfully.

"Fix it! Tell the truth about what happened and punish him fairly for what he did. Don't punish him for your mistakes and don't you dare punish him for what he did under mind control. The hold on his mind was so strong that he barely even remembers any of that time!" Desi told him firmly, finding it hard to believe any of his sincerity right now.

Odin nodded and took in her words. "I will do my best to accommodate him. He has served his punishment. I will have Frigga remove the tracker tomorrow morning."

"I will be checking in tomorrow morning to make sure it has been done. I trust I will have no issues with any treatment he needs." Desi said, then turned and walked away. By time she reached the hall, she was nearly in tears from nerves as she wasn't a confrontational person.

Thor stood in the garden with his mother, his hands in tight fists. He sighed as he stared out over the vast garden full of flowers and fruit trees. "Do you think Desi is alright?"

Frigga put her hand on her son's arm. "Relax, you are far too tense." She told him. "She is fine, but she is not one for confrontation, so I think she might need some comfort." She said truthfully.

He nodded and wrung his hands together. "Should I search for her?" He asked.

"Give her a few minutes dear." Frigga said softly. "It took a lot of guts to walk into that room like she did. That was something that had me concerned about her potential titles." She admitted.

Thor sighed and sat on a nearby bench after he grabbed a twig to fiddle with. "Hopefully she will come to me."

Frigga sat next to him. "We should wait here then, to make it easier for her to find you." She said sweetly. "How are things going with the two of you?"

A soft smile lit up Thor's face as he continued to play with the twig. "Things are good."

"She is quite clever. I had never heard of a Soul Forge being used to see a baby before. I tried to get out of a meeting to join, but it wasn't possible this time." Frigga admitted.

"It was quite impressive," he agreed. "It has been a long time since I've seen my brother cry for something happy."

"I wish I could have been there. I have a feeling they wouldn't mind doing it again soon though." Frigga chuckled, then looked behind them to see Desi walking over to them. She still looked shaken.

Thor stood, walked up to her, and engulfed her into his arms. "It's alright," he murmured as he rested his head atop hers.

Desi went right into his arms, clinging to him. "That was terrifying, especially after you left." She said softly.

"I thought it best to give you privacy, love. Are you okay?" He asked softly.

Desi nodded. "I'm alright, just shaken. That was really hard for me... but he's granting Loki's freedom and all for the treatment he needs."

"That's... that's brilliant. You must be pretty persuasive to get father to do your wishes."

"I'm not persuasive, I just laid out the facts and didn't put up with his nonsense." Desi explained.

"That is very impressive. Very few people have ever been brave enough to challenge Odin." Frigga said proudly.

Thor grasped Desi's chin gently and tilted her head back so he could reach her lips. "I'm proud of you."

Desi returned his kiss, then smiled lovingly at him. "I only did what was right." She said, blushing softly.

"It's so nice to see you two no longer so nervous around each other." Frigga said happily.

"I don't think we ever could be anymore," Thor replied, though he never looked away from Desi.

Desi blushed deeper, but didn't look away either. "I will leave you two alone then. I would recommend bringing your news to Loki and Laney soon." Frigga said, then walked away to go see how Odin was doing.

Thor grinned down at Desi and brushed his fingers along her cheek. "You know what?" He whispered.

Desi leaned into his touch and smiled in return. "What?" She asked curiously.

"I love you Desi... very much."

Desi felt tears well in her eyes as she smiled. "I love you too, more than anything." She replied softly.

Thor smiled wide and quickly picked her up and spun her around with a laugh, before he kissed her. "Gods, I love you," he murmured against her lips.

Desi giggled then returned his kiss. "I love you too, and I've wanted to tell you that... I just didn't know if it was too soon."

"I wanted to tell you last night," Thor admitted, "I almost did before we fell asleep."

"I wish you would have, but I'm just as happy that you have now. I've never been happier than I am right now." Desi said truthfully and pulled him closer for another kiss.

Thor eagerly kissed her back as he lifted her, making her wrap her legs around his waist. "My amazing girl," he whispered.

Desi wrapped her legs tight around his waist and her arms around his neck. "My handsome prince." She smiled and combed her fingers through his hair.

Thor gently rubbed her back as he walked into a private alcove in the garden and sat on the soft grass. "When would you like to see Laney and Loki?"

Desi stayed on Thor's lap to be close to him. "I want to see them soon, it's important they know what happened... but we can spare a few minutes."

Thor raised an eyebrow at her and daringly licked her bottom lip. "How long is a few?" He rumbled playfully.

Desi gave a soft moan in reply. "A few is however long it needs to be... but I'll need the spells cast again before we can go too far."

He ran his lips across her jaw and down her neck before he nipped gently. "We can wait darling, if we need to."

Desi gave another moan and gently tugged his hair. "You are making waiting impossible, and there is still plenty we can do."

"Someone is still insatiable after last night and this morning," Thor teased, though he bucked his hips upward slightly to let her feel his arousal.

"I might be a little turned on as well." Desi teased then gasped when she felt him. "Happy to see me?""

Thor chuckled. "Maybe," he answered huskily.

"I better take care of that." Desi grinned and slid off his lap so she could untie his trousers.

He raised an eyebrow at her as he leaned back on his elbows. "Eager little thing."

"Would you rather I leave you as you are?" Desi asked with a little smirk.

"I'm eager to see what you have in mind," Thor retorted playfully.

"You'll see." Desi grinned and freed his shaft from his trousers then leaned down and took his tip into her mouth.

Thor sighed, but his eyes stayed glued to what she was doing. "Now that is a lovely sight."

Desi moaned around his tip, then slowly took as much of him in to her mouth as she could.

"Gods... your mouth is so hot..." Thor groaned softly and briefly closed his eyes to take in the sensation.

Desi bobbed her head along his shaft and used her hand to pump where her mouth couldn't reach. She kept her eyes locked on his, watching his every reaction.

Thor stared at the intensity in her eyes, unable to look away from them. He began to grip at the grass as his breathing became ragged. "Desi... baby, if you keep up..." Desi took that as encouragement and moved her hand and head faster, telling him it was alright. "Shit!" He blurted in a gasp, unable to stop his eyes from screwing shut. "Gods... don't stop Des, baby, I'm almost there." Desi moaned again so he could feel the added vibrations as she moved faster. The way he reacted to her was turning her on as well. He reached out and gripped her fiery hair, though he made no move to force her into doing anything. His legs began to tremble and he gasped for breath. "Desi, love..." he cut off at a groan as his climax crackled up his spine.

Desi continued to stroke his length as she swallowed what she could. When Thor's pleasure subsided, she released her hold on him and wiped her chin, then leaned forward to press a kiss to his lips. "I love making you look like that."

"I love looking like that for you," he countered softly.

"Are you ready to go see your brother now?" Desi asked, then pecked his lips again.

Thor smiled against her lips, able to taste himself on her skin. "We can go see them, yes. But I'd like to return the favor you just gave me later."

Desi reached up and lightly scratched his bearded chin. "I've been wondering how your beard would feel down there." She grinned.

Thor grinned mischievously. "It will be my pleasure to help you find out."

"We better go before you make sure I can't wait." Desi teased then got to her feet.

"Yes, lets. I hope Loki isn't too upset," Thor replied as he got to his feet also, then righted his trousers before he followed behind Desi.

Desi knocked on Loki's door. When he answered, he still looked scared and miserable. "Get Laney, we all need to talk." She told him, only getting a nod at first.

"She's on the sofa." Loki finally mumbled as he stepped aside for them to come in.

Laney looked up at the sound of people coming into the sitting room, but made no move from her spot curled up on the couch. "Is something wrong?" She asked.

"No, not at all." Desi said and sat on the edge of the sofa next to Laney. "Are you alright?" She asked, concerned.

"I'm alright, just tired," Laney replied with a soft smile.

"We have some really good news, if you feel up to chat." Desi said softly.

Laney nodded. "Sure. I don't mind the company."

Desi waited until the guys had both sat down, then smiled. "He's free Laney, Odin is ordering the removal of the tracers tomorrow!"

Laney's eyes widened. "Seriously?"

"Yes! It was quite the argument though. I'm still a bit shaken by it, but he finally saw the truth." Desi explained.

"Am I really free?" Loki asked quietly, in shock.

Laney looked over at Loki with a wide smile. "Looks like you will be as of tomorrow."

"I... I don't know what to say... thank you very much." Loki told Desi sincerely, then sat on the couch by Laney to be close to her. "How long exactly did the argument last brother?" He asked Thor, assuming he had stayed with Desi.

"It wasn't very long. Maybe twenty minutes?" Thor said.

Loki nodded. "That's interesting. You left the Soul Forge almost forty minutes ago... did you decide to celebrate the victory?" He teased.

Thor furrowed his brow. "What are you talking about?"

"I'm fairly certain your trousers were properly tied when we parted ways." Loki teased.

"What?" Thor looked down and sure enough, his trousers were undone. "Shit," he grumbled, then quickly tied them back in place. When he looked up again, his face was red.

Loki couldn't help but chuckle at his brother's reaction and how Desi also blushed. "You two are worse than we are... at least we remember to fully dress ourselves."

"I apologize brother, Laney," Thor said softly.

Laney chuckled along with Loki. "It's alright."

"Don't worry brother. Not much was actually visible." Loki chuckled.

"You two should go for a walk." Desi told Thor and Loki with a little grin.

"A walk?" Thor asked. "Wanting to gossip?"

"We always want to gossip." Desi chuckled. "We can wait though if you want, it's not a big deal." She said truthfully.

Thor shrugged and looked at Loki. "Want to go for a walk? A new horse arrived at the stables yesterday. Apparently the mare doesn't like to travel, so they've been having issues with her."

"That is actually Laney's horse. I have been awaiting word of her arrival. Let's go check on her and calm her. I don't want any risk to Laney and little star when they go to visit." Loki replied. He stood, then bent down and kissed Laney. "Just send word if you need me."

"I will love," Laney replied softly, then stole another kiss from him. Loki returned her kiss then motioned for his brother so they could leave the girls to their gossip.

Desi moved to the sofa and curled up with Laney. "Are you sure you're alright?"

Laney nodded. "I'm fine. I ate a small cup of soup when we got back, after Loki calmed down."

"You need to eat mostly Jotun foods, don't forget that. That little baby is going to grow quickly." Desi told Laney.

"The broth was made from Jotun beef I believe. I think Loki has had my meals changed over."

"I just wanted to make sure. How is Loki doing with the baby being Jotun?" She asked curiously.

"He's scared," Laney answered. "Although I figured that would be the case no matter the genetics of the baby. But his outlook has changed some since this morning."

"That's very good to hear. I know he will fully come around, I can tell he wants to be a father." Desi said truthfully.

Laney nodded and ran a hand over her slightly distended belly. "Seeing the hologram put it in a whole new perspective for us both."

"It was really neat to do the hologram like that. We will have to this often to truly watch baby's progress!" Desi said excitedly. "It doesn't help my baby fever issues though." She joked.

"Your baby fever?" Laney asked with a chuckle.

"Yeah, you know how bad it hits me at times. Seeing a baby that tiny for the first time hasn't helped. It will pass in a day or two though." Desi replied.

Laney chuckled. "Well maybe you and Thor will have one eventually," she suggested. "What did you want to gossip about?"

"It's not really gossip I guess... but Thor told me he that loves me." Desi said softly.

"Awe! That's adorable Desi!" Laney exclaimed.

"That's what we were... celebrating." Desi admitted, blushing softly.

"A good thing to celebrate," she said with a giggle. "I assume that isn't the first time you've done things now."

"It was the first time I had done that but definitely not the first time we have done things." Desi giggled.

Laney raised an eyebrow at her friend, then chuckled. "I can only imagine what sort of things you two get up to."

"No, you probably can't." Desi blushed. "Thor likes to try more unconventional ways of intimacy."

"Like what?" Laney asked. "I'm curious about trying new things, but I don't know if Loki would be."

"Doing it in the shower is interesting and I would definitely recommend it. He also likes... going in the back." Desi explained.

"We've done things in the bath, but not the shower. I've never really thought of doing things the other way though."

"It is not nearly as easy to adjust to, but feels really good once you do." Desi admitted. "I think that first time together brought out another side of him because he doesn't keep his hands off me now." She giggled.

"I wonder if I could get Loki to try something like that?" Laney pondered. "I assume once you're used to it, things would get easier."

"We've only done it like that once so far, but I also assume it would get easier as well." Desi agreed. "It never hurts to ask, but I think it might be better to wait until he's worked up and in the mood already."

Laney nodded. "I can try. It never hurts to try," she said.

"I think the biggest issue you will have is how much he's dealing with right now. Other than that, I don't see him being too shy about trying a few things." Desi replied. "Thor said he likes to explore new things, so I'm curious to see what else he has in mind."

"Who knows with Thor," she replied. "There's a lot of options."

"What kind of things come to your mind?" Desi asked curiously.

"Well, some people use objects along with their partners. Others use all kinds of positions. Loki gets a bit of a thrill doing things outside," Laney said, naming off a few things.

"Earlier was our first time outside... I've never heard of objects used in consenting situations though, that's interesting. I'm not sure I would like that though as I enjoy Thor just as he is." Desi blushed.

Laney chuckled. "I enjoy Loki just as he is, too," she replied, a blush on her own on her face now. "Although in some of the books I've read, there's some people that enjoy having something in... both areas... at once."

"I guess I can kind of understand that, but I just don't think anything could compare to how he feels." Desi shrugged.

"Me either," Laney agreed. "I'm happy with how Loki is on his own."

"I would be fine with different positions though. Even if Loki doesn't want to try the same exact things, changing things up can spice things up... and like you said, there's tons of options."

Laney blushed and nodded. "Yes there is. I wonder how the guys are fairing?"

"I have often wondered what they do when they go off together. Do you think they talk about this stuff, like we do?" Desi wondered curiously.

Laney shrugged. "I have no idea."

"We could find them and spy on them." Desi suggested.

"I am horrid at that kind of thing," Laney laughed. "Even with magic."

"Or I suppose we can just ask them... we've been honest about what we talk about." Desi giggled.

"That's true. I do wonder if my horse is okay though too," Laney replied.

"Do you want to go see her? I'd like to meet her at some point and we can meet up with the guys there." Desi told Laney.

Laney grinned. "Sure. I just have to put my flats on and I'm good to go."

"Okay! This will be my first trip to the stables!" Desi said excitedly.

"No it's not," Laney said with a chuckle as she tossed the blanket from her lap and stood to skip on her flats. "We all took a trail ride here and in Yamir, remember?"

"Oh, that's right! I forgot that was here. That's when we rode doubles!" Desi said, feeling silly.

"Yep! I think that's when you started having feelings for Thor," Laney teased as she walked to the main doors.

"Real feelings, yes... impure feelings, that was at the lake." Desi admitted, blushing.

Laney laughed as she opened the door and stepped out into the hall. "I could tell."
