Warning for...innuendos. Because why not :P

James/Regulus

"Is it done yet?" James whines.

"For the last time, no, it's not," Regulus snaps. "Baking cupcakes takes time, James, and you have to be patient."

"Couldn't we do this the magical way?"

"Absolutely not." Regulus glares at James. "We're making these for Lily's sister. If she finds out we used any magic, she'll take it out on Lily. I'd rather not risk it."

James sighs. "You're so considerate," he says, "but you know how Lily's sister is. She'll find some reason or the other to blame Lily. It's just the way that she is. And Lily says her new husband is even worse."

"Eh, he's more walrus than man," Regulus scoffs. "At least, that's what she told me. All bark and no bite. He uses aggression to intimidate people into doing what he wants — but I'll show him my wand if he gets a little too aggressive on me."

A smirk forms on James' face. "Maybe you should show your wand to me instead," he suggests. "Not to some stranger."

Regulus slowly grins. "I don't know, James, I need my wand to finish him off."

"Make sure that you go to any length to push him away," James shoots back. "Or else he'll reach his climax too quickly and break."

"I —"

The timer dings, cutting off whatever Regulus is going to say. James jumps to his feet. "Finally!" Then he frowns. "But wait, I didn't want to stop our discussion."

"I'll have leftover frosting after all of this," Regulus says, bending down and opening the oven so the cupcakes will start cooling. "After I'm done...maybe we can find other uses for it. You know, we can't waste perfectly good frosting."

When he turns around, James is already looking at him like that. "I think that's an excellent idea," he murmurs. "Why don't we get a headstart now?"
