Bridgette was in the green screen room, and was on her phone with her husband Geoff, "There's an entire production crew in the room, and I'm in front of a camera. I am assuming Josh is going to interview me, but he isn't here yet." She waited for Geoff to ramble on to her, before putting in her two cents, "I SWEAR if she's here, it's going to be hell. I am not hesitant on punching her in the face if she tries anything."
Josh made his way into the studio, and was shocked to see the blonde woman on her phone. He sat down, and she still didn't pay attention to him, until he clears his throat, "Hello Bridgette. I'm assuming that you're speaking to Geoff? Tell him I said hi."
"Yes, I'm speaking to him. Baby, Josh says hi. I'm wondering if Mildred is going to be here?" she greeted, while speaking to them both at the same time. Josh shook his head, "No, She isn't coming Geoff. I'll talk to you later, bye."
He watched her hang up the phone, and was ready to get to it, "Alright, Bridgette. You know how this interviewing stuff goes, since you did it for 2 seasons straight. I am going to give you a picture and a name of a former contestant, and you're going to describe to me your relationship with them during the show, and after the show." Knowing who the first person was, he could not help but chuckle once he handed it to her, "What do you think of the papi Alejandro?"
"Papi? Really?" Bridgette responded, turned off by how he worded that together. An eye roll soon followed, "He's awful, which everyone knows. At first, he was very charming and gentlemanly, but looking back, it was clear he was just reading off a script he created in his mind. Geoff and I already had... experiences with having encounters with people outside of the relationship. We initially agreed that it was fine, but it caused us a lot of trouble before "World Tour", and it caused us to break up for the first time. When we got back together, we agreed that there would be no additional relations. By the time I met Alejandro, I was worried and insecure about Geoff being left to his own hands, since I still had some insecurities. I was, and still am VERY clumsy, which everyone knew, so Al was always there to pick me up after I stumbled. He wanted me to tell him about my life, so I thought he was interested in being my friend, which is no issue, since I've always had a lot of guy friends. In general, I was very horny, and Geoff was not there to help me curb it."
Josh had to cut in, "We interviewed Alejandro a few days ago, and he said that you fingered yourself in front of him, and BEGGED him to finger you, and to have sex with him."
All Bridgette could do was laugh, "Of course that's how he would paint it. I was fingering myself because I didn't have Geoff to ride. Alejandro walked in, and told me how beautiful it was for a woman to please her vagina. I said that I wish I had someone to have sex with, and I was saying that to everyone in general. They ALL knew how I was. I went to masturbate by myself, and I was thinking about Geoff. When Alejandro came in the middle of it, I was not going to interrupt my session when I felt myself bursting within a minute. Alejandro whispered sweet stuff to me, so I COULD think about him, and he was already attractive enough, so when I did climax, I didn't really know who it was about. I have slept with other contestants beforehand, and he never cared. I started confusing them together in confessionals for this reason."
"Hmm, juicy... Literally." Bridgette glared at him after the poorly-made joke.
She continued on with her narration, while getting more stressed, "There was another time where I was fingering myself in the shower after he and I worked out, and... he entered the washroom. He grabbed my... I don't even want to discuss it."
Josh was not letting her get out of this one, "No, you brought up another scenario, so I am going to push it. Did you have sexual intercourse with him or not?" Bridgette remained silent, and started crying, "Is that a yes or no? Because you are not answering. Geoff is not going to get mad at you again, though I wouldn't care if he did."
"IT WASN'T LIKEE THAT, AND IT DIDN'T HAPPEN! SHUT THE FUCK UP!" the blonde woman yelled, as she glared at the host with hatred in her eyes, though she tried to restrain herself. "So by the time of Yukon, we supposedly bonded over our love for animals, the beach, fitness, sexuality, the environment, and culture in general, while I was also dealing with my insecurities about loneliness, and being separated from Geoff. Alejandro went out of his way to pair up with me during the Yukon saying that "teams are irrelevant" or whatever, and then you saw me jump across the ice, to accidentally kiss him. I was a nervous wreck, and didn't know what to do. Saying Geoff was "kinda" my boyfriend was partially due to us "kind of", but not being in the place in our relationship that I wanted us to being. I... I really don't want to discuss this". Tears started coming from her eyes, and everyone just sat there awkwardly.
Josh put his hands on her shaking hands, to attempt to calm her down, "Bridgette, you are almost through with it. My approach last time wasn't great, and I acknowledge it, but you're almost done with this."
Bridgette could not help herself from crying, and shaking from the bad memories, "I screwed up, I screwed up, I screwed up. Our team agreed to keep running to the finish line, so no one would have to wait. Al told me to wait with him, and I was dumb enough to notice. Him and I had been working out together behind the scenes, so he knew that I liked seeing a strong, defined pair of muscles, which he used by handing me his shirt. Everyone knew what happened, and I knew I blew it. Right when we were trying to repair our relationship, I decided to cheat not only physically, but emotionally, and in front of everyone. My tongue is still somewhat fucked up from that pole, even today".
He looked at her sticking out her tongue, and did see some slight damage, over a decade later, "Wow, that's awful. I'm sorry you went through that. I mentioned that we interviewed him, and he stated that you, as well as a few others went to speak to his brother after the season, and went on a smear campaign against him. Is this true?"
"It is, and I will tell you why. Leshawna was the person who was booted after me, and she's a good friend of mine. She told me about EVERYTHING Al was saying about not only myself, but Geoff to anyone who could hear it, and he was bashing us, our livelihoods, and our families on a PERSONAL level. He made fun of my father leaving my mother and I when I was young, and consistently tried to bring up my "daddy issues" for me being a slut to everyone, and claiming that I was a fake vegan. He also called Geoff gay, a druggie, and a washed-up Chris on camera. Jose told me that Al was always evil, because he was a scrawny, buck-toothed loser who felt like he had something to prove, but was very entitled. He was the least favorite of his 3 siblings, his family did not like how directionless he was in life, and that he embarrassed their family time and time again. He also told me that Alejandro literally creates scripts for what to say to people, because he isn't as witty or charming as he thinks he is. Alejandro is naturally a lot darker than everyone else in his family, so he started bleaching his entire body when he was 10. I have more, but I'm not going to rehash it. Al and I continued going back and forth on social media while the season was airing. He then had the nerve to hit me with a cease-and-desist, so I hit one back. After that point, I agreed to never speak to, or about him, but he and Heather CONTINUE to slander me, YEARS after the fact. I haven't taken the bait. He continuously tried to bait me into arguments with him while we were on the boat for "Revenge", and everyone had a suspicion that he was faking his injuries, since he was starting so much drama, when he should have been focusing on getting better. Geoff and the other guys said to let them handle it, so I did. When you are supposed to be recovering, which includes your spirit and emotions, you are supposed to remain positive and stress free, but ALL HE DID was thrive in toxicity, and negativity. He is his own worst enemy, and I have no respect for someone who antagonizes people, but wants to have sympathy too."
He could not help but nod his head approvingly from the tea that was spilled, "Good job Bridgette. You made it through the hardest part for you, I would presume. We also interviewed Beth, so what do you think of her?"
Bridgette took the picture of Beth, and smiled, "She's a really good, sweet person, and was always the biggest "Gidgette" fan. Leshawna and I, as well as Cody were the ones who were trying to get her to be her own person, and not be like the type of people she idolized, like Heather and Lindsay. We did have some conversations about animals, and she wanted to know about my relationship with Geoff. Despite that, we didn't become close like that until after I was booted for "World Tour". I would not have made it through that first Aftermath without her, and she was the only one who got me out of that room. What I mentioned above was the basis for her repairing Geoff and I's relationship, and for that, I am eternally grateful to her for. I didn't know until afterwards that the two of them had certain conversations, so it made our reconciliation easier. I also had NO IDEA how freaky Beth was. We would often go shopping with Katie and Sadie to lingerie stores, and she got some of the freakiest toys I've ever seen. I love seeing her confidence grow over the years, and I had to put her in my wedding. Beth is also the smartest one, since she got her money, and never competed again."
"Cody? What do you think of him?"
She took his picture, and made a slight giggle, "Cody's like a cute little brother, or that younger brother of a friend who thinks he's fly, but in an endearing way. He definitely tried to hit on me when he first met me, with Leshawna and Lindsay too, if I remember correctly. He continued that for a bit, but then focused on Gwen, and then kind of Beth because Gwen wasn't having him. The one thing I remember him doing was separating Gwen and I from fighting once we were eliminated from "Action". He didn't like seeing us fight, and felt like everyone was against Gwen, so he went out of his way to make the two of us mend any issues that we've had."
He gave her Courtney's picture to look at, and she had a conflicted look on her face, "Courtney seems like a hard person to crack through, but you managed to do it. How is your relationship with her now?"
"It's... confusing. When I first met her, she was pretty annoying with her "C.I.T." stuff, which even I mocked her for. We had that talent show challenge, and she didn't like that I could do a hand stand for 20 minutes, which also caused her to get a head injury. In the next challenge, I accidentally burned down the tent, and she yelled at me for it. We didn't get along too much during the beginning of the season, especially when it came to challenges. Behind the scenes, we started to get along, as we started talking about the guys we thought were cute, and we were... the only normal women on our teams. I knew that she wanted to be liked, but didn't know how to go about it, hence her being so strict whenever it was time to compete, but more relaxed when there was nothing to compete over. I've told her about Geoff for a while, but I guess it just made it on air for the first time during the canoe challenge. She told me a lot about her life, her aspirations, and why she's the way she is on that boat ride, and I really saw an ambitious, confident, self-assured woman, which was something that I wasn't. She also confided to me about Duncan before anyone else, so the trust really was there. It was cool to see her let her guard down, and be the fun person she deep down wanted to be. I really enjoyed her in "Island", and she taught me how to be a more confident woman too."
"So what happened? You two never interacted on screen after that."
Her face soon went blank, and got paler, "I think she felt alienated when I started befriending others, like Leshawna, who she fell out with, and I got put in an uncomfortable position with her and Gwen, who I also befriended. When that situation went down on that season, I defended Courtney vehemently. We still hung out a lot early in "Action", since she and I were both on the Aftermaths for the first half. Duncan and Gwen were wrong, and she did nothing at that point that warranted anything that happened. Duncan had an emotional affair, and he intentionally planned it out from "Action". I don't care what anyone says about it. I knew she wanted legal action, and I helped her with that process through every step of the way. When she got there, I was... SHOCKED with her behavior. I feel like she used her struggles, and fueled it in a negative way instead of a positive way. We remained friends after we filmed "Action", though as her drama with Gwen continued, we... somewhat fell out. She did not like how I became lovestruck and so focused on Geoff, and I didn't like her negative attitude. She was mad that I made up with Gwen after Courtney was put back in the game, I was hanging out with Gwen, Leshawna, and even Sadie at times after the season, since she didn't like any of them at the time."
He wanted to see Bridgette analyze a compare-and-contrast situation that he came up with in his mind, "So, you both had your cheating scandals during the third season, though you were the cheater, and she was the cheated. Did that affect your friendship?"
"It did, and it was the final nail in the coffin for a while. She tried comparing me to Duncan, which was not the case, and she KNEW was offensive, because of how much I dislike him, and how many times I told her to leave him. I also told her that she needed to take accountability as well for the deterioration of that relationship, but she doesn't like to self-analyze. I was still friends with Gwen at this point, and I refused to make a choice between them, because I am grown, and I DO NOT ENGAGE in that STUPID "choosing sides" ideology. I took full responsibility for my situation, and even Geoff took accountability on his part, but neither Duncan nor Courtney did for theirs. I also think the turbulent friendships of Duncan and Geoff also played a part in our own turbulent friendship. We didn't speak until we were stuck on the boat for "Revenge of the Island", and we agreed to leave the past in the past. She was clearly by herself, and needed some support, especially with Duncan and Gwen being so... public about their PDA. I did hang out with her quite a bit during that time, and it was nice for us to hang out like we did beforehand. We didn't really speak much, until I messaged her after watching her on "All-Stars". Courtney came to me after she was done with that season, and wanted to get help. I told her that she needed to take accountability for why toxicity follows her around, and I told her the truth. We have slowly gotten back on track ever since, and I'm really proud of the woman she is today. She really doesn't pay any mind to the negativity that's thrown her way, and doesn't bother anyone."
"Well, it's nice that Courtney was somehow able to keep a friend from the show," the interviewer commented with a bit of shade, before taking out the next picture, "So, how would you describe DJ?"
A huge smile was formed on her face, "I love DJ. He was always very nice to me, and was proof that you do not judge someone by their appearance. Even before Geoff and I hit it off, I got along with DJ the most out of the males. He liked cooking, ballet, was huge on protecting animals, though judging from his muscles, you would assume he's a carnivore, and someone who is aggressive. Just a very easy person to talk to, and he helped hook Geoff and I up, since neither of us were the best at communication early on. Looking back, he was my first friend from the show, since it took Courtney a while to warm up to me, and I mainly had male friends before the show. During the camping episode, I was up all night, and I couldn't sleep, so he stayed up with me, and we just talked about our lives. He was a lot more confident and sure of himself in the first season. He was always just a very supportive person for me out there. We would cook together, and partnering with him during the cooking challenge was fun too. We were vegetarians, and would get the cast to eat vegan meals throughout our time on the island. He really supported me during the eating challenge, when I refused to eat dolphins, and everyone else was mad. I was kind of hurt when he voted me out, but I soon got that it was a game. I was not sure if Geoff voted me out or not, but DJ soon came to Playa, and assured me that he was telling the truth."
"What the hell happened to DJ then? He just got worse and worse over the course of the show, when he was a well-adjusted man on "Island"? It was weird to see," Josh continued to question, remembering how the man was on the show.
"I think what he knew his mother would think started to get to him, and he's too good of a guy to handle all of the cutthroat nature of being on a competition show for several seasons. He was mad at me one time, and it was kind of interesting to see. He was one of the only people at the time who hardcore stood by Gwen during "Action", and I'm glad he was that to her. I made my opinion known that I thought Gwen was wrong, and after we got into a heated argument, DJ later told me off, telling me that I should be ashamed of myself, and that I was acting like a mean girl. He felt like I was taking my anger, that should be directed to Geoff onto Gwen. This continued on during the second Aftermath, and even a bit later. We still hung out a lot, but it was a hurdle. When we went back to our real lives, DJ came over quite often, where we would hook up, and we even taught him to surf."
Josh was shocked with the last sentence, and found himself choking on his water, "Woah... wait, what? Did you say that you and DJ hooked up? And you said it like it was nothing."
Bridgette's face remained stone-like, not seeing the shock or confusion, "Are you okay? I don't see how that's shocking. He literally kissed me in front of Geoff, and was always very affectionate with me. I mentioned earlier that Geoff didn't care at the time about me sleeping with others at the time DJ and I, and Geoff swung. DJ soon felt uncomfortable with it, so we ended it. DJ was losing it on "World Tour", and that stupid animal curse really made him lose his mentality. He was still very protective of me, especially with Alejandro, and I should have listened to him. DJ was so far gone, and it was sad to witness, trying to calm him down, and it didn't work. In Japan, he was frozen because some stupid panda attacked him, and then he literally cried his eyes out on the Yukon, to the point that he froze his eyes shut. It was too much. He also voted me out of two seasons, so I didn't feel bad about voting him out on my last round. We've consistently been friends ever since, he was in my wedding, and I speak to him regularly, even when Geoff and him weren't on the best terms. He even went to Australia with me while Geoff and Brody were on "The Ridonculous Race" One of my favourite people".
Shaking his head over the mouth-full, he just wanted to move on, "Wow... you and Geoff remain to be freaks. Anyways, Duncan is the next person on the list... What..." He was soon cut off.
"I don't think of him..." Bridgette interrupted bluntly. She was silent for a few moments before continuing, "I mean, I never really did, but Duncan ALWAYS thought of me. From the VERY SECOND I got on the island, he was making fun of me being a surfer, so he rubbed me the wrong way instantly. I didn't like how he bullied Harold, and I didn't like how he treated people like Tyler, Katie, and Sadie behind the scenes. One of the reasons why I was hesitant of Geoff, and even DJ slightly was because of them following him around. Courtney told me how he was a much better person than he came across, and I gave him a chance, though Duncan clearly knew that I never cared for him. Talking to him was like talking to the wall, and I knew he wanted to vote me out from... around the time Katie and Tyler were booted, but no one else would go for it. Apparently he always bashed me behind the scenes, and would make fun of Geoff for liking me. It was soon after Harold and I got voted out that him and I had a HUGE blowout. He said something about me needing to be grateful for lasting so long, and I told him that Harold should have rigged the votes against him, and that his treatment is why Courtney took the fall. He said that I can't walk on two feet, and that I was starting to gain weight, and then I made fun of his poor self-produced piercing's, which were causing infections all over his face. DJ and Geoff laughed at him, and he's never forgiven me since. He continued his jealous bullshit in "Action", and I felt like I was the only one who blamed him for the fallout of Gwen and Trent. I shaded him every chance I took, and I'm glad he lost the money, because he treated everyone horribly. He's jealous of other people whenever they have happiness, so he tries to ruin it."
Still annoyed from her cutting him off, he made a bitter remark, "For someone who doesn't think of him, you sure said a lot. And don't cut me off again. How was he like in real life?"
Bridgette blew off his comments, "Duncan was even WORSE in real life. For some reason, Geoff felt the need to forgive Duncan, and bring him in his life again, meaning that I had to interact with Duncan more than I ever wanted to. I already knew about some of the turbulence of their relationship because of what Courtney told me in the beginning of "Action", and after the season ended, so I was already turned off. He encouraged Geoff to entertain a bunch of girls that I didn't approve of, and was putting him in a lot of bad situations, like drugs, and other criminal activities. They started showing up to my house drunk and high, and Duncan felt the need to camp over for weeks at a time, while not pitching in AT ALL. Not cleaning, not cooking, not putting in money. It was INFURIATING. It got even worse because he felt the need to comment on my cheating scandal, when what he did was 100 times worse, as Geoff and I had already moved on. We engaged in some words on social media, and when I saw him at the finale party, we almost got physical."
"How did you feel about his arrest after "All-Stars?"
"It was well-deserved, and I'm glad people let him stay in there for a while, like a few years. I did not invite him to my wedding, but Geoff did, and I didn't think it was a good idea, since he was NEVER supportive of our relationship. He showed his ass at our reception service, by arguing with several of our guests, and I personally kicked him out. Geoff and I almost didn't even get married due to him. Overall, there is no love lost, and whatever friendship he has with Geoff, or DJ, I told them to not put him in front of me, especially after what he did to Gwen and Courtney."
Josh handed her a picture of Eva, and laughed while seeing her face become pained, "Heehhheeehhheee. Eva is someone that was... intense. Did she ever cool down with you?"
Soft hands were put on Bridgette's face, as she grunted from recalling her memories, "Eva is AWFUL. From the beginning, she was mad at all of the women from being feminine, positive, and happy. She made a lot of rude comments, and the only time I was on her side was in regards to Ezekiel. Her rampage in the second challenge was edited down from what was shown. She thought that the girls intentionally did this, so everyone could see her as a man, and she PERSONALLY DESTROYED all of our belongings. She threatened to harm all of us in our sleep, and that she would cut all of our boobs. To no one's shock, she was voted out. When she came back, she decided to bully me specifically. I don't know if it's due to the other Bass women already being booted, but she blamed ME for everything. She went out of her way to make sure I had nothing. She tried to take my brush, threw out my toothbrush, tried to throw my clothes in the lake, tried to pee in my shampoo. Just awful. When we were on the Aftermaths, she somewhat mellowed, but she still threatened us as hosts, while we were trying to do our job, and enjoyed the strain in our relationship. In general, she was ignorable for the most part, but we did have our slight disagreements, except where things went out of control once."
"Ooh," what happened?" he pondered, moving closer to the desk.
"It was during "World Tour", and I just got eliminated from the show. I ran to my hotel room, and didn't want to come out at all. Katie, Sadie, and Beth had to deliver me food for the first day or two of me being there. Apparently the hotel complained about that, so I had to go to the cafeteria. I went, Geoff refused to show up, and I thought my worries were over. Eva came to sit RIGHT BESIDE ME, and kept on making sly comments. Calling me a slut, emasculating Geoff, sending him to try and commit suicide, falling for the bootleg Justin, my mother would be ashamed of me being a whore, me liking meat (dick), despite claiming to be a vegetarian, and flopping on the show AGAIN. I ignored her throughout the entire meal. Beth, Katie, and Sadie are trying to intervene. I get up to try and rush back to my room, and Eva gets up to follow me. She mentions that I'm going to get an STD, and I turned around to punch her in the face. We fought for what seemed like a half hour, since none of the other women could break us up. Eva underestimated me, since she thought that she was going to dog walk over me. We fought throughout the hallway, and we were by the stairs. I just remember people screaming for us to stop, since we were going to fall down the stairs, and I don't even remember what happened after that. We both had some injuries, and yanked some hair out of one another's head. She tried to start it again, but Leshawna was there by that point. I knew she hated Heather a lot, and making her support Heather in the finale was funny to me."
"From what I've been hearing, the drama in the hotels have been more interesting than what takes place during the seasons," Josh commented, noting it from his insights from Bridgette and Beth. "Did you know that Ezekiel had a slight crush on you?"
Bridgette shook her head, "No I did not. Ezekiel really was making sexist comments throughout the entire challenge, and we tried to give him the alibi of not knowing better, but his comments just got worse, and he continued to make them after the challenge ended. Something in me just snapped, and I really was ready to just beat him up. That was also the ONLY time Eva and I agreed on something. Seeing him try to get close to Geoff and I was just weird at "Playa", but I didn't think much of it."
"Alright, we are going to skip Geoff, and save him for last. We always do that with talking about the interviewee's love interests. Gwen is next on the list."
A long sigh came from her mouth, "Gwen was a hard person to get to know in the beginning of "Island", because she had been a loner for most of her life, and Heather read her diary to everyone. That was actually my first interaction with her. I comforted her about her diary, and that she didn't deserve that. She then commented that me throwing up on everyone was funny, and felt bad that I had to deal with that nonetheless. We started hanging out after each elimination, with Trent and Geoff joining us. The bond that the four of us had during the season was something special, and when they broke up, it caused a ripple effect. We started to have a girls day around each challenge after the cooking challenge, and Gwen really opened up to Leshawna and I, after the first day of the Military challenge. We both have single mothers, and bonded over it. The haiku mess was so silly, looking back, and I should have known that it was Harold. It was fun for us to play secret investigator, and it definitely tested our friendship. She and Leshawna protected me like they were my older sisters once the merge came, and we stayed up every night to have the time of our lives. We would steal Heather and Lindsay's stuff to play around with, threw the men's underwear all over the trees when they were gone, and it was my first true experience with bonding with females my age. We were inseparable for the rest of the season."
Josh was confused, "But you wanted Owen to win."
"I was supportive of Gwen and Leshawna in "Haute Campture", and I did support her initially against Owen. Honestly, I just wanted a party, which is why I switched. It was really petty, and I apologized to her for it. We continued to have fun together, and we even shared a bunk bed together during the beginning of "Action"."
"But then you threw her under the bus during the "Aftermaths", and also took your anger out on her when you were going through your own relationship issues. What good friend you were to her."
She did start to feel bad, and looked down to avoid looking at him, "I was on Trent's side during their breakup, and I stand by that, because he didn't really do anything wrong. Gwen let herself be influenced by Duncan, and I knew that it was taking her in a bad direction, which she would later admit herself. I don't regret my stance, but how I went about it, like drawing on her picture in the first aftermath was awful. I knew that Geoff and I were nervous about being hosts, and wanted to make things interesting, but we lost sight of a lot of friendships. I didn't agree with Geoff's antics against her, but I had to call her out during the second episode. I wanted to see if the Gwen I knew and loved was still there, hence sending that private message, and it seemed like she somewhat was. She claimed that she learned from me about being honest, claiming that I wasn't. A few hours after we filmed the second aftermath, we got into a HUGE fight. We were yelling at the top of our lungs, calling the other fake, insincere, and letting the show get to the other's head and relationships. She called me a bad friend, and accused me of wanting to fuck Trent. I got in her face, she got in my face, and we were SECONDS from physically fighting. Cody and DJ had to split us up, as were yelling so much, and were so close to the other's face, that spit hit each other's face."
Josh was still not warming up to her, "So what happened afterwards?"
"We slowly repaired our relationship by the time the show ended, and we went back home on good terms. I was speaking, and hanging out with her a lot more in between seasons, and I even met her family a few times, while doing some Youtube videos with her. We didn't get to spend a whole lot of time together in "World Tour", since she was focused on being Courtney's friend when I was there, and then she was all about Duncan when she was booted. I already learned from Duncan and Courtney, so I stayed out of the way when Gwen was dating him. We spoke via phone and social media, but that was it. When we were on the boat, Gwen and I hung out a lot, and she told me a lot about the problems her and Duncan were in, so I was dragged back into it. I was honest with her, and she knew I was right. After she got rid of him, we've been friends ever since. Gwen is amazing when she's not a part of drama, and when she's comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about her now."
"That's nice or whatever. What was your interactions with Harold like during and after "Total Drama"?"
She could not help but laugh with the mention of his name, "Harold, Harold, Harold. He is a trip. Anyways, I've always liked him, despite his more annoying traits. His way of speaking was always funny to me, especially with how he put words together, but half the time, he said something really smart. People liked making fun of him, and I would always defend him against the others, since he did come to me for comfort often times. We were paired for most of the challenges during the first season, and he got me through a lot of those tough moments, like shooting some like they were animals, or that eel challenge. I really SHOULD have known that he liked Leshawna, since he always asked me to love advice. We really didn't speak much during "Action" for obvious reasons, but we were close in "World Tour" though he got A LOT more annoying and intolerable. He told me to vote him off, so I did, though I told him that DJ was most likely going. Him, Leshawna, Geoff, and I ended up double-dating a lot as the season continued. Leshawna told us ahead of time that she wanted help with a song, so I helped her with the lyrics, Harold helped her with the beat, while Harold and I did the choreography. In the finale, he did help me out with Bruno after I came back, and even when Geoff and I reunited after me being kidnapped, he took care of Bruno, and when we had to send him off, he was a huge help. I've been close to Harold ever since. We still go on double dates ever-so often."
Josh didn't respond to any of it, and looked for Heather's picture to hand to her, "So, what do you think of the villainess of Total Drama?"
"Heather sucks, and everyone knows it. My first interaction of her, outside of hearing her complain, and her glaring at me for whatever reason, was when she accused me of hurting Courtney on purpose during the talent show challenge, which really disgusted me, and then insinuated that I was fat because I was eating chips. I threw a bag of chips at her, and when I tried to get to know the other Gophers, she got really mad, and would make me as uncomfortable as possible. Of course when the teams merge, and I have to move to the girls cabin, she suddenly thinks I have amnesia, and then tries to kiss my ass. She offers me her makeup, which used animals as test dummies, and then wanted to know what I washed my hair with. It was all too transparent to get me to join her lame alliance. Of course you see her and I go back and forth about eating dolphin, and that's when my dislike for her REALLY began to increase. She never forgave me for joining my friends Gwen and Leshawna, and she took revenge as soon as possible by voting me off a few rounds later."
"How do you know that she voted you out? That vote has been the most confusing vote within Total Drama history," Josh commented, doubting the last sentence.
Bridgette could not hide her annoyance with Josh, "Because the producers told me that she did afterwards, but let Geoff take the blame. They told me that they pushed her to do so, to protect Duncan, and to cause more drama with the guys. I did not like her relationship with the producers, and how she seemingly got more perks over everyone else. She tried to hook up with Geoff after I was booted, and he told me by the time he got to "Playa de Losers", hence me getting mad at him calling her the hottest girl on the show during the Aftermaths. That's where that context came from. I ended up cursing her out when she got booted, and then she tried to bring up what Geoff said to mention her being the hottest girl on the show to piss me off. We also got into a blowup after that comment too. In general, I don't give Heather the time or energy, especially when she got with AleHeinous, other than that time where I had to fight her, but that's irrelevant."
Josh wanted to dig a little bit deeper, "I heard that you and Geoff caused her and Alejandro to be booted from "The Ridonculous Race", and they have made those allegations since. I even remember there being accusations of attempts of a blackball. What's the truth Bridgette? They've been on your minds for years.
"They were NEVER. EVER. NEVER going to be a part of that show. Producers asked SEVERAL couples if they were interested, but those two thought that they were shoe-ins for some reason. They outlived their usefulness, and were PISSED OFF when the two started throwing hands at everyone in the "All Stars" premiere, and finale parties. Those two would have been on if everyone else rejected, but they were told that they preferred Geoff and I. Even despite me not being able to go on, they didn't drop Geoff, and AleHeifer were not put on. I don't give a CRAP about what Al told you, or the lies Heather spun over the years, but they NEVER tell the truth. Their FAMILIES HATE THEM for goodness sakes. I also have more to say about Heather. She tries to involve herself in that issue with Al, which disgusts me more, because how can you side with someone who has done HEINOUS things to women like that? I have no respect for her." Bridgette got up to walk out of the room, as she felt herself starting to panic, "I need a break. I can't do this right now."
He was more than annoyed, "Fine, take a break. I could DEFINITELY use it." After she left the room, he let out a sigh of relief, "I never knew she was so difficult to deal with at times. Maybe Blaineley wasn't lying about her."
