A few years after I finished college, I decided it was time to put use to my degree. So I decided it was best to move somewhere where I can get peace and quiet. But in the middle of the City of Townsville wasn't doing me any good.
So, I packed up my stuff and left to find a better, smaller home. I didn't need anything big, just big enough to house my lab.
Once I found the perfect house, the one I called home, I decided to start working. I unpacked, of course after paying for the house, and found another room downstairs, perfect for my lab. I set it up there. Except, there was one problem with this house. There was an extra room. What do do with the room, I didn't know, but, I was sure it would come to me.
I worked all day in my lab, setting it up the way I wanted and getting things done. However, I made quite a mess. And I can't leave this place dirty after all. It'll be hard to find things that way.
So I cleaned the mess and gathered together what I didn't need. I put them in a bag and headed out back. Thankfully, there's a dumpster nearby. I opened the lid and out popped a monkey! A monkey? What could he be doing in there?
The chimp jumped into my arms. "What are you doing here little guy?" I asked, not that I could understand what he says. He just stares at me, attempting to communicate. "Hey, I have an idea! Do you want to help me?"
The chimp clapped and cheered. "Great! I'll show you around!" I would be nice to have someone around the house. First, I gave him a bath, since he was dirty. He didn't like it but I comforted him the whole time and he calmed down.
I gave him a tour of the place, which he seemed to enjoy a lot. He helped me clean up, and I even made him omelets, since he seemed to like those a lot. He would hand me things and in return, I rewarded him with a banana.
After a little while of that repeated process, I decided he was ready to help me in my lab. So I led him to the basement. I could tell he was awe-struck. He was amazed. He clapped his hands together and made happy noises.
He was a very diligent monkey. He would help me, and I even let him mix things together, which was his favorite job. I was proud of him. However, it changed when I created the girls.
Together, we combined all the sweet things in the world, sugar, spice and everything nice. While I was mixing it together, I accidently bumped the jar of Chemical X, knocking it into the concoction. A blinding light rose from the pot, and out flew, yes flew, three beautiful girls, which I later called, Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles, from oldest to youngest.
The girls went crazy and flew off. I had finally calmed them down, and sent them to bed, and returned to see if the monkey was okay. However, when I returned, he was gone. The only thing that remained was a small puddle of Chemical X.
He must've gotten hit with the Chemical X and ran away. And I wasn't there to help him. He ran away and he didn't come to me first. I thought he trusted me. I thought I could help him.
I guess I didn't help him. But, I wanted to. If only I helped him first. Ah, Mojo. If only I was there for him. I miss him. Mojo. I loved you and you never got to hear that. I'm sorry.
