"bullshit" she muttered turning away from the male with a frown, arms crossed over her chest. Proceeding to ignore the conversation between pirates – letting the death retreat to the shadows on the hallway. So those in the straw-hat crew could leave without issue.
Brook was a friend. Though he wasn't living nor fully dead he was one of HERs... she helped those even if it meant keeping breathers alive.
Following few minutes was a tensioned fill talk about the pirate crews and Ray about the lovely marines that were surrounding the building. Not to save the slaves from being sold. No, the marines were here to save the scums of the sea. The people who believe that they are a kind to gods. Fucking idiots. They weren't even on the level to be called bloody cunts they were that much of a scummy person.
The three pirate captains, who's in a game to see who was the strongest – raced for the entrance in a run to defeat the Huns... (Sorry I couldn't help myself) to defeat the marines. This led to the fellow crew members, fish Folk, Ray and Z following suit.
Z watched with a blank face at the very one-sided battle. Luffy, the hisoka wannaba whose name she learns was kid, and the doctor, law was easily destroying the marines. Much to the annoyance of Okeanos and glee of seadog. Who once again began to tear into each other's ghostly throats.
Shame; she was the only one who could see them at the moment.
The threesome, were strong but it hisoka words still had growing room, unripen fruits so to speak. How far would they go? Before both living and dead caught up with them. From the horrors that haut their pass and future. If this wasn't such a pain of a realm to be in, she would be more inclined to watch the chaos... fucking damn it hisoka was rugging off on her. Bloody bastard.
She could feel the dead becoming reckless around her – many upset that those who are supposed to upheld the law – look after the little folk do nothing or even help the slavers continued and thrive.
They were upset and angry. who was she to hold them back?
"You lot may want to leave" she spoke as the twitching in her nerves grew. Her words earning the attention of those around her – par the captains who continued to kill, knock out and dismantle the marines.
"Huh? Why?! we can't get though there's soo many of them!" a panicked Usopp muttered, clutching this slingshot tightly.
"First chance leave, the dead have trouble telling friend from foe..." she warned stepping forward into the chaos, she had her know to released.
"Wait! Z!" the straw-hat crew called in worry.
"We should leave" came the worried voices of both brook and ray. Both knowing consequences of not listening to a warning given by the angel of death herself. There was a reason for her high bounty in this realm of seas.
The ground cracked underneath her kneels as she let her nen seep into the grounds and surrounding area. A lingering stench of death following. Her presence earning a pause in the battle, as pirate captains turned towards the dark cloaked female.
"Luffy!"
"Captain!"
"Kid!"
"WE NEED TO GO!" the three crews yelled.
The despite shouts of the crews snapped those surrounding into an attention. "New target had entered the field, current status unknown – anyone know of this figure" a marine captain yelled out, earning a shuttle of troops while a lower marine raced thought a pile of paper bounties.
Why they didn't use a bingo book was beyond her – it may search for bounties all the easier.
"S-Sir!" a terrified voiced stuttered, unable to get his words out. "s-she's...s-she's"
"Out with it boy!" snapped the man.
"She's the angel of death sir! Bounty of 3,340,000,001 BERRIS!"
"WHAT!" Z swore the eyes and soul of the marine's captain temporary jumped out of the man skull.
"Quickly get let the HQ kno-ack!" the captain spluttered, blood dripping from the man's mouth. He glanced down, seeing a shadowy sword solidifying from his chest, lungs cut from the inside– the darkness retreated to reveal a dark metal underneath. "d-damn y-ou" he spluttered, as the sword was carelessly pulled out.
The captain clutched his chest, turning only to be greeted with the cocking of a shadowy gun.
"Damn you, seadog! You were supposed to wait a moment!" a voice echoed as a shoot rang clear in the area.
Z black hues of the void glanced towards the now dead marine captain before turning back towards the surrounding troops. Raising a hand, she let her nen spread out, seeping into the surrounding dead spirits trapped in the slave house around her.
The spirits trapped from injustice and scum that brought and sold them.
She let her nen seep in and – gave them power and a choice.
She opened her eyes, eyes she hadn't known she closed skin darkening as bones glowed, releasing the built up nen. Hoping that brook's people as made a timely exit like she had suggested.
Releasing carnage onto the surrounding people.
Z sauntered up to a door in the middle of the tall trees, behind the silent a bubble floated into the air and popped. She pushed opened the door, grabbing the large bottle of whiskey handed to her taking a large swig of the bottle she sighed, leading back into the high chair.
"I fucking hate this place" she groaned in annoyance.
A deep chuckled sounded from beside her.
"Still a ray of sunshine I see" a women's voice chuckled.
She flipped the pair off and took another drink. "Still here I see" she murmured, "wasn't sure whether the pub would have been moved"
"We had a few close calls, but only those need to know. Know where the shakky rip off bar is" the woman chuckled.
"You scared all those close calls offs, Shakuyaku " the greying haired male, chuckled around his drink. The light glinting off his glasses as he did so.
"That and your presence no doubt Ray" shakky chuckled, before turning back towards the black clad women. "Staying here long?"
"Fuck knows" Z grumbled, glancing towards the back of the pubs. Towards the doorway hidden by shadows. "I'm going for a fucking nap though" she muttered gingerly standing swiftly.
"Rooms free, I have a drink ready for when you wake then we talk Hun, been too long"
"No fucking long enough"
"Same old angel then"
"Fuck off"
The door closed behind the raven-haired women, by the bar pair sent each other a knowing look before glancing towards the font doorway to the bar – a certain straw-hat wearing male running though with his crew.
Unknowing of the future about to send them down different paths.
