An ear piercing scream broke the silence in Dean's mind. His eyes opened, and he was surrounded by sand. He looked around and found nothing but sand and the bright blue sky.
"Oh No," thought Dean. He then heard the scream again. He looked to it and saw the thing making the sound. It was a bird, an eagle. This eagle was big, really big. Its huge size was intimidating enough, but its feathers added onto the intimidation factor. This creature was not brown like a normal golden eagle. It resembled more of a blue tint of the worlds fastest bird, the peregrine falcon.
That color wasn't right either. It was more grey, more...metallic. It shined with the sun. Dean's eyes grew wide. Not only was the bird's size and metallic figure were intimidating, but it was what was trailing the colossal bird that sent a shiver down Dean's spine.
Close behind the bird, was a trail of fire, and smoke. It was on the birds tail feathers. Dean felt something utterly primal to this beast, fear. This primal fear drove Dean to perform his next act, run.
He ran for his life. This unnatural, ginormous thing was flying towards him, and he didn't like it, not one bit. He began sprinting away from the beast. He ran and ran as fast as he could. The horrid sound of the beast flapping its wings became clearer and clearer to Dean. It was a steady beat.
Flap.
Dean ran further.
Flap.
He didn't dare look behind him.
Flap.
The beast was almost on top of him at this point.
Flap.
Dean then became pinned by the metallic monstrosity. He was then lifted off the ground. He was now being carried in the beasts talons. Dean tried with all of his might to break free from the beasts grasp, but to no avail. He then heard something.
"Dean," spoke a feminine voice.
"What?"
"Dean," spoke the voice once more.
"Dean," spoke a male voice.
Dean quickly peered down below to see Kate, Humphrey, Runt, Stinky, and Claudette all shouting for him. Dean's fear rose once more. He prayed that the colossal raptor wouldn't take them too. He saw that the bird paid no attention to the wolves. It continued to fly away from them. He then heard another name.
"Dee," spoke a female. Dean's blood ran cold. He looked away from the wolves and towards the one who called him that name. Standing to the left of the bird, was Drew.
She was shouting for Dean as well. She was using his old childhood nickname. Dean then felt a shift of the wind. The bird was turning, it was turning towards Drew. Dean's heart sank at the realization.
What's worse was that Drew had someone next to her. It was definitely a grey wolf. It looked like, Stinky?
"Drew," shouted Dean. "Stinky!"
"Drew! Stinky! Go, GET AWAY." They remained standing, as the creatures grew nearer and nearer with its talons. As Dean got closer he noticed that the wolf looked like stinky, but there was something, off about it. At that point, Dean just wanted this nightmare to end, but it wasn't. The metal monster was flying closer and closer to its target.
"RUN!"
The bird extended its talons on the other foot.
"No!"
Dean quickly rose up from his slumber. The sun was beating in through a window. Dean grabbed his phone, and realized that it was morning. The sun was just rising, and everyone was still asleep. Ebbs said that it is important to rest before a fight, so no training on the day before the fight.
Dean was shaken by the nightmare. This had been the third time this metal eagle had shown itself in Dean's dreams. He then got out of his new bed, and by bed, it was a couch.
"Man," thought Dean. "For a couch that doesn't even pull out, it's pretty comfortable. Of course, this is coming from someone who sleeps in the dirt in a den of wolves."
He was taken out of his thoughts when he heard someone coming down stairs.
"Buenos Dias, Lobo," (good morning Wolf." spoke the voice.
"Buenos Dias, Ebbs." (Good morning Ebbs.)
"Did you sleep well?"
"I actually did," Dean then began to stretch and Ebbs cringed as he heard several pops and cracks coming from Dean's body.
"Hungry?"
"Yes."
"Good, go take a shower, and clean yourself up. It should be ready when you come down, unless you like to take your sweet time like my other house guest."
Dean then thought back to when he was with the Guardians, and how long Drew took her showers, and baths. She would sing. It got annoying sometimes for Dean, but he loved it when he didn't need to use the restroom at the time.
"Does she sing?"
"If she does, I haven't heard any of it, why? Should she?"
"My sister loves to sing. She has a voice of an angel."
"Your sister has what?" Spoke a feminine voice coming into the kitchen. Dean quickly turned to face his amnesia suffering sister.
"I was telling Ebbs how my sister has a voice like an angel. Oh, good morning by the way, Drew."
"Good morning, Lobo, and please call me by my fighter name."
"Your fighter name?"
"Yeah, all fighters have a title that they fight under. Your's is Lobo, cause you were promoted to that title, after everyone had quit after you showed up." Dean rubbed the back of his head. He did kinda take out most of Ebbs fighters for the Shadow Fist."
"Yeah, sorry about that."
"Ah don't worry about that," spoke Ebbs. "If they couldn't have beaten you, then they wouldn't have won the tournament. They were all probably gonna lose, but they would have taken some of the competition with them." Ebbs then began to laugh. "I should really be thanking you, Lobo."
"Why is that Ebbs."
You and Predator are two very skilled fighters in many forms of martial arts. I don't know how, but you two have managed to beaten everyone I sent against you. Shadow Fist is no walk in the park. It is called shadow for a reason.
"Wait," began Dean."
"What?"
"You sound like you're about to tell a story, so let me take my shower first, so I can eat, and hear the story."
"Hurry up, Lobo."
Dean quickly ran up the stairs, and found the bathroom. He then quickly ran to his bag, grabbed a toothbrush, toothpaste, a bar of soap, deodorant, new clothes, and quickly ran upstairs to the bathroom. His first impression of the bathroom was, white. Everything aside from the mirror, wood floor, and tan shower curtain was white. Dean looked at himself in the mirror. His bright blonde hair was an absolute mess. His eyes shined back at him.
He then took off his dirty clothes, and stepped into the shower. The water was very warm. The last time he had hot water, was taking a shower at Tikanni's house. He didn't know how long he would have this luxury at his disposal, so he planned to take the opportunity to use it every chance he got. He then thought of something.
"Predator, I wonder how she got a name like that." Dean quickly finished washing, dried himself off, and finish his other duties before he was ready to go back down. As he opened the door, Drew was waiting for him. "Hey, Coach said you can eat without me. I need to shower too," she spoke.
Dean exited the bathroom, and Drew quickly ran in and the door was shut behind her. Dean walked down stairs, and went to put the dirty clothes in his bag. "Ey," spoke Ebbs. "Give me those." He was pointing to the ball of clothes in Dean's hands. "Why?"
"So I can wash them. I won't have smelly clothes stinking up my home. You smell better, but you still smell."
Dean took a whiff of himself and did not smell anything out of the ordinary.
"I smell sniff sniff oatmeal, sausage, bananas, strawberries, and a 48 year old Latino male who uses too much aftershave."
"How in the- Ey, it's my favorite brand."
"Doesn't change the fact that it's old."
"You and your stuff still smell."
"Ok, better than old aftershave."
"Whatever Lobo, just give me the dirty clothes and go eat. Help yourself to the fridge for drinks. Cups are in the cabinet above to the bowls.
Dean handed the man his dirty clothes, and went to the kitchen. He saw three bowls of oatmeal with a plate of 4 sausage links next to each bowel. Next to the links was a banana. Dean grabbed one of the bowls, plate of sausage links, and banana, and sat his stuff at the table. He then walked to the cabinet above the bowls, and grabbed a glass.
He then looked in the fridge to find some apple juice. Dean poured him a glass, and finally began to dine on his breakfast. Soon, Ebbs returned and grabbed his breakfast. After a few more minutes, Drew came into the room. She grabbed her breakfast and sat down.
"So Ebbs," began Dean. "You were telling Depredadora, and I about Shadow Fist. I am still curious as to what I signed up for."
Ebbs finished chewing the food in his mouth. "Well Lobo, Shadow Fist Tournaments first sprouted in Japan with the Yakuza. Once other underground factions caught wind of it. Shadow fist took like wildfire. Everyone wanted to present fighters to the tournament to see who has the best fighters all over the globe. Soon, it not only became a run of the mill fight club, but an actual tournament. The winner use to get half the profit from the losers, and allowed territorial access. Now, it's that and then some. The winner gets money, and power."
The two fighters were confused.
"Power," asked Drew.
"Shh. Don't interrupt," scolded Ebbs. "As I was saying, you get money and power. Your money comes from the winnings you earn from all the gangs, and corporations that were apart of the tournament. Now, for power, if you are a winner of the tournament, you are basically untouchable. You will be able to do whatever you want, and will have everything you need at your disposal. If you win, you have the whole underground at your disposal."
"What happens if you lose," asked Dean.
"Well, you have three outcomes if you lose. Depending where you stand where you lose, you'll be sent home, where the mob boss you were fighting for will do what he wishes to you. Most likely kill you for losing. Another outcome is being considered a whistleblower by threatening to snitch for being a sore loser, and you'll be killed to keep Shadow Fist secret. The final option is dying in the arena."
Dean and Drew both had no emotion on their faces.
"I won't lie to you," spoke Ebbs. "Champ, in the grand scheme of things, your opponent tonight is nothing but a guppy compared to the sharks in Shadow Fist. These fighters have trained for years, upon years, to perfect their craft. I have faith that you can beat them, and win Shadow Fist."
"If it is gonna be anyone, it'll be you Predator," spoke Dean.
"How do you know, Lobo? You've never seen me fight."
"You're eyes show your character, you're drive. I have seen many fighter, I have only seen those kinds of eyes from the truest of fighters.
I don't like to brag, but I have learned how to read people, you fit the description of a champion, nothing more, nothing less. I haven't seen your opponent, but I don't think they stand a chance."
"Thank you, Lobo."
"You're welcome, Predator."
"While everyone was eating breakfast, Dean had gotten an idea.
"Do you have film, for her opponent?"
"Why?"
"I'd like to see who my friend is going up against. See if I can give her any pointers."
"Ok, but I'm pretty sure I have seen everything we need to beat them. Once I'm done, We'll go to the living room, and we'll check it out."
"Thanks, I just want to see if you missed anything."
Drew let out a laugh. Ebbs just glared, and finished his breakfast. After a few more minutes, everyone was done, plates were clean, and put up.
"Well, while you guys are doing that, I'm going back to rest. I need to keep all my energy, if I'm going to beat my opponent."
"Rest well Champ," spoke Ebbs.
"See ya tonight, Predator," spoke Dean.
With that, Drew went back to her room to rest. Dean followed Ebbs to the loving room. it was a rather large room. There was a large couch facing away from the hallway leading to it, and lounge chairs on either side of the couch. All these seats were facing a rather large TV.
"Welcome to the living room slash film room."
"Nice."
"It's totally not like I slept on that couch last night."
"Well, you can sit on it again, pick a chair, or sit on the floor, I could care less where you sit. I have to connect my laptop to the monitor."
"Ok, cool."
Dean did as instructed, and took a seat on the couch. He looked up and noticed a chord connecting Ebbs laptop to the Tv. Soon, the screens were in sync.
On the screens were several files. One was labeled, Santiago. He clicked the file, and several videos popped up.
"Santiago is 6'3, 200 pounds. Background is in rugby, and wrestling. She is an up and comer. Wants to earn fast cash by breaking bones."
"I take it she excels in grappling, and ground and pound?"
"You're absolutely right."
"Anything else on her background?"
"No, anything that is associated with Shadow Fist is extremely hush hush. The fighters history is extremely confidential, that is why we have fighter names."
What Dean saw next completely threw him for a loop. He saw two people. Surrounded by a crowd of onlookers. The two people were female. This wasn't the strangest part of the video.
That title went to the masks. Everyone in the video was wearing a mask. These masks were no ordinary mask for Halloween. You can see deer, bulls, boars, dogs, cats, all animals, and nothing else.
"Stop," asked Dean.
Ebbs stopped the video.
"What?"
"Explain to me the animal masks. I know we're keeping identities secret, but why are they all animal?"
"That is the Menagerie," spoke Ebbs. "This is what you and I will be apart of tonight. The onlookers of the fight. Even though we are in Predators corner, we are still apart of the Menagerie. That reminds me, you need a mask."
"Goodie."
Ebbs then continued playing the video. Dean's eyes grew wide when he saw the person designated as Santiago. She was big. She was an inch taller than Dean, but outweighed him by about 30 lbs. and that's all muscle.
"That's not a girl," thought Dean.
"That's a gorilla in fighting gear."
She was a full head above her opponent. Santiago's mask was a lioness while her opponents was a grey house cat. The mask covered their whole heads, even their hair was being covered by the animalistic covering.
The opponent of Santiago ran at her and Santiago took a step back. Grey cat tried to out strike Santiago. She then moved her left foot behind her, and sent a kick straight to Grey Cats ribs.
Grey Cat was prepared to take the hit. It never came, and ,before she could blink, Santiago was behind her. She wrapped her arms around Grey Cat, and fell. The German Suplex put Grey Cat down, and Santiago quickly executed her plan.
She got on top of Grey Cat, and began repeatedly sending punch after punch upon Grey Cat's face. After a few more minutes of complete brutality, Santiago got up. Her opponent didn't. She was carried out.
"Her opponent lived," spoke Ebbs. "She has a broken skull, concussion, black eyes, and broken jaw."
"At least she is alive," spoke Dean.
"Have you seen anything you need to point out."
"Got anymore videos?"
"Yes, I got 10 more."
"Let me see them."
Throughout the rest of the 10 videos, Dean noticed a pattern. Santiago did nothing, but maneuver and stand with her right foot, and she finished the fight quick, after about 10 minutes, she was showing signs of fatigue.
"What do you see, Ebbs?"
"I see a monster grappler that, once she gets you on the ground, you're dead meat. What do you notice?"
"She's a lefty and has a bad right foot."
"What?"
"She only kicks with her left. In none of her fights did she kick with her right. If Predator wants to, she can break that knee as soon as Santiago lifts that left leg."
"She may just be a lefty."
"She may, you did good to show Predator the wrestling techniques, she could also wait her out. Santiago always tries to end it quick. You saw her huffing and puffing in the 10 minute video."
"I did see that. You want her to play keep away or break the knee, and ,if all else fails, out grapple her."
"That is exactly what I think she can do, or slug her. She packs a punch."
"She does, now that we have that out the way, we can get your mask."
"Great, I am so excited." The sarcasm in his voice was extremely noticeable to Ebbs. He was typing into the laptop.
"I can hear the excitement. Here." He then sat the laptop in Dean's lap."
Dean then noticed an assortment of masks on the screen.
"Pick one," spoke Ebbs.
"You're telling me, the underground, drug lords, and kingpins, who all participate in Shadow Fist get their masks on a website."
"Yes, where else did you think evil people get their stuff?"
"I don't know, but a website was not my first guess."
"We are blending in, what can be more blended in than evolving with the times. We have an assortment of masks. People buy masks every day, now pick. We'll get one that adjusts to your head."
"Ok, whatever you say, Ebbs."
"Oh, and, just before you pick a mask all Willy nilly, think about this. My father was a Luchador, and he told me that his mask was an extension of the beast he had inside him. When he fought, he considered it him and his beast fighting as one. They weren't two separate entities.
As Dean began to listen and think of Ebbs words, he began to wonder. What better beast to be, than the beast he has been living as? He quickly scrolled through the website, and found the animal he was looking for. He pointed to the mask and, Ebbs made a call. He hung up and looked at Dean.
"Well Lobo, it will be ready for you right before we go."
"Ok."
Ten miles from Dean's current whereabouts, someone was in an extremely vigorous investigation. Tikanni was snooping around his new base of operations. He was around the living room. All the wolves were outside, so Tikanni left the door open in case he was needed. He was dining on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
He was looking for something in particular. This investigation began when Tikanni thought of something. He thought of a conversation he had with Tex. It was actually the last conversation they had face to face.
5 Years Ago Glasgow International Airport, Montana
Two men are standing in front of the airport. One of the men is wearing a brown leather jacket, a black T-shirt blue jeans, and moccasins. The man is Native American, 6'5, brown eyes, and had long black hair in a braid. This is Tikanni Akicita.
The other male is the same height, short brown hair, blue eyes, wearing blue, denim jeans, a black belt, a black carhartt jacket, a plaid red and black flannel shirt, black cowboy boots, and a black felt cowboy hat. This is his dear friend Tex.
Both the men were bruised all over their body, and the Native American had several cuts that could be seen. There was no telling what cuts he possessed under his jacket.
"You sure you ain't coming along, Wolfman," asked Tex.
"No, I need to go figure some things out," spoke Tikanni.
"Where will you go?"
"Off grid. What about you?"
"Back home."
"Why am I not surprised? Going back to your namesake?"
"No, I might go further north. I was thinking Hereford. Get a small farm house, raise up some cattle. You know, with my new ranch hand and all."
"Please keep him out of trouble and keep him safe."
"You ain't gotta worry Wolfman."
Tikanni zoned out. He was thinking about what occurred recently and how everything changes now.
"Hey," snapped Tex. Tikanni looked at him.
"It ain't your fault."
Tikanni gave a small smile.
"If you're in a bind, need anything, or heck, just need to talk, call this number." Tex then handed Tikanni a phone number.
"I have safe houses all over the states. All of them are free to you. You'll just have to call."
"Will do Tex."
"If you're looking for information, my safe houses have secret rooms. I update them every year. Magic makes everything a heck of a lot easier than fax machine. You'll just have to use the key to get in."
"Where would the keys be?"
"Home is the key, brother. It always was."
Tikanni rolled his eyes at what his friend just said. He took the code and didn't ask further. He has been through a lot recently and wanted to leave as soon as possible.
"Thanks Tex, For everything."
"You're welcome partner. I guess this is goodbye."
"See you around, Tex."
"Later Wolfman." The two shook hands and went their separate ways. Tex went into the airport, and Tikanni began walking down the road.
Back in the moment Tikanni thought of the code Tex gave him. "The key is home."
Tikanni actually took time to examine the small farmhouse. It was actually much bigger than it looked outside. The living room is the first thing you see when you enter the door. It has hard wood floor, a couch, and a chair facing a large tv on top of a shelf. Next to each side of the TV are bookshelves loaded with books. Behind the couch was a dividing wall between the stairs, and the kitchen.
"Tex was not a big reader," thought Tikanni.
He then walked to the bookshelf and noticed a certain title. It had a cover on it. San Antonio: Home Sweet Home.
"Home is the key." Tikanni pulled out the book, and he began turning through the pages, but he found nothing that looked like a key, or code. Tikanni then thought of something.
"Tex hated reading so much, that he didn't even turn the pages." He then tore the cover off to reveal a small rhyme on the inside of the cover.
"I know you so well." Tikanni then recited the rhyme.
"Home is the key I see"
"Open the door, this I plea."
"To do this will fill me with glee."
The center wall then began glowing white. A rectangle began to form, then a darker shade of wood appeared on the wall. The next thing Tikanni knew, a door was in the center wall.
"Clever Texan," spoke Tikanni.
He opened the door, and saw a flight of stairs going down. Tikanni without hesitation began walking down the stairs. He did not know what he would find, but maybe it could give him a lead to finding Dean.
The sun is about to go down, and a package just slammed into the door of Ebbs Guerrero. He opened the door and saw a car driving away.
"Oye, Estupido, lo que paso a manejar con cuidado," (Hey, Stupid, what happened to handle with care) he shouted.
He then grabbed the package and closed the door. He then threw the box at Dean who was on the couch.
"Open it up. Go see yourself in the bathroom," was all Ebbs said. Dean ran upstairs to the bathroom. He ripped the tape off the box, and in the box was...a bag. He then opened the bag and he stopped to look at what he will be wearing for every fight he is going to have to save Drew.
He then placed the clothing on his face, tightened it to where it won't come off, but it also feels comfortable. Dean looked in the mirror. All, but his mouth and eyes were covered. The mask was grey black, silver and had small patches on brownish yellow on the tips. It had points that resembled ears, and their were points on the mouth opening resembling canine teeth.
This is what Dean chose to help him fight for his sister. What better animal to help than the animal he has been living as, a wolf. It also goes with the name he was given. He could see a wolf looking back at him. He didn't know if it was because of his illness, or his imagination, but there was a real wolf looking back at him. It looked really familiar, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it.
He was taken out of his thoughts when he heard three loud bangs next door.
"Ey Champ, showtime."
Dean looked back at the mirror, but he only saw his reflection. He walked out of the bathroom, and saw a man in a bear mask.
"Ey, looking good Lobo," spoke Ebbs.
"You don't look so bad yourself, Oso, (Bear)" replied Dean.
The door to Predator's room opened and a tiger's head popped out.
"I can see why she's Predator," thought Dean.
"I like it, Lobo," she said.
"I do too. Now, focus on the fight."
"Will do."
With that, everyone got into Ebbs car and they were off.
"Predator," spoke Dean.
She then turned to face him.
"Use grappling as a last resort."
"What? But, that's what Coach and I have been working on for three weeks."
"I agree with Lobo, Champ," spoke Ebbs.
"Why?"
"She's a lefty," answered Dean. "It may not be by choice. I think her right leg is injured. Kick the right knee as soon as the bell rings, and she'll drop like a sack of potatoes. If you can't go for the knee, then quick strikes, and be quick on your feet. You have endurance and can outlast her."
Predator was silent for a moment.
"Ok Lobo, if Coach is ok with it, I'll do as you have instructed."
"I'm ok with it," spoke Ebbs. "Glad you got that out the way. We are here."
Dean looked around at where they were, and saw a warehouse. There were lights on in the warehouse.
"Well kiddies," spoke Ebbs.
"Let's take some teeth home for souvenirs." Everyone then walked out of the car, and into the building.
Before the walked in, they were confronted by two very large men in bull masks.
"Name," spoke one of them.
"Oso, Lobo, and Predator," spoke Ebbs.
"Lobo isn't on the list."
"He's my new fighter. He beat all my fighters in Shadow fist, so he earned his spot."
The two looked at each other and at Dean. He stared right back.
"Ok."
"Right this way, Predator." One of the men lead Drew away from the group.
"Good luck, Predator," spoke Dean.
"Don't forget what we talked about," spoke Ebbs.
She waved, and was out of sight. He spoke into a walky talky, and another man in a bull mask appeared.
"Would you escort these gentlemen to Predators corner?"
"Yes, right this way gentleman."
He then lead the two to a large crowd of people, the Menagerie.
He then led them down an aisle. That aisle led to an octagon cage. They were heading right for it. The man stopped at the front row seats. These seats were sectioned off by red velvet rope. The man the opened the rope, and led the two to their seats.
"This is Predator's corner, please have a seat gentleman," spoke the bull headed man.
"What now, Oso?"
"We wait, Lobo."
He noticed a man in a Doberman mask sitting across on the other side of the Octagon.
"That must be Santiago's coach," thought Dean.
An hour later. A man with a microphone walked in. He looked to be in his 70's. pale wrinkly skin, a button down and brown suspenders. He had a bulldog mask that matched his wrinkles.
"Ladies and gentleman," he spoke. "Tonight we have a qualifying match for the Shadow Fist. Everyone began cheering and clapping.
"With that said, let's introduce tonight's fighters."
"In the red corner, she has wiped everyone that has gone toe to toe with her, her last opponent was nearly beaten to death. Former rugby and wrestler. 6'3, 190 pounds of muscle, and bad attitude. 6-0 winning streak. I give you SANTIAGOOOOO!!!" People began cheering and clapping as Santiago began making her way into the ring. Her lioness mask made it a dead giveaway as she walked down the aisle. She opened the door and waited in her corner.
"In the blue corner," began the man. "She's 6'2, 172 pounds. She's quick and deadly. 6 and 0 winning streak. I give you, Predator. Claps and cheers came from the Menagerie, and she soon made her way to the arena. Once Drew was inside, the man remained in the center.
"All right. I want a clean fight. I'll stop the fight once I'm sure your opponent cannot continue. Do you fighters understand?"
The lion mask nodded. Drew's mask wasn't like the others. It was like Dean's luchador mask. It had its differences though. Black stripes and orange pelt definitely set it apart from other masks. You could see her determined brown eyes, but her mouth was covered by that of an apex predator. A tigers mouth wide open revealing the teeth of something designed to kill. The mask also possessed two black and white ears.
Her fighting gear even matched the mask. Orange and black were the colors to match.
Santiago's attire was black, and completely against her yellow lioness color scheme.
"Fighters on my mark," spoke the man.
He stepped out of the ring, and the girls got into their fighting stances.
"I'm gonna make this quick," spoke Santiago. "You should be grateful."
Predator didn't say anything.
"FIGHT," roared the voice.
The two fighters went to the center. Santiago lifted her left leg, and lived to regret it.
Predator took Lobo's advice. Santiago left her right leg open. Predator sent a vicious kick to the knee, and a vicious snap was heard. Santiago's left leg hit Drew, but she blocked it, and Santiago fell, she immediately began holding her right knee.
Dean looked at Drew's eyes and saw something that reminded him of a face long forgotten. He could see Jesse, the Guardian, behind those predatory eyes. The old man walked into the arena. "Match Over."
"Winner and now Shadow Fist fighter, PREDATOR."
Everyone clapped and cheered.
Predator walked out of the cage, and Ebbs, and Dean got up. Ebbs, collected the winning from the bets on the fighters, and he and Dean waited outside for Drew. Soon, she made her way to the Chevelle, and hopped into the front.
"WAY TO GO CHAMP," shouted Ebbs.
"That's what I'm talking about."
Dean then put a hand on her shoulder.
"It was a good fight, Predator."
"Thanks guy's, can we go home now? I'm really tired," spoke Drew.
"Yeah Champ, you earned a rest. We'll train soon, we have shadow fist next."
With that thought, everyone went home, and went to sleep. They all will need rest for what is to come.
