We're finally here now, the last chapter of the main quests first act from the game. Its truly been quite an interesting story arc to write from the dragon battle in Whiterun, to the perilous climb to High Hrothgar, and the trek through Ustengrav. Now we're at the last stage where the group has found themselves in quite a confusing spot, what with the trio and Lydia realising they're dealing with an unknown potential enemy or friend. Also something I wanted to mention is that this chapter is in celebration of the somewhat past first anniversary of the day I created this story in 2021. A year has passed and looking back I find I've truly set up quite the beginning stage for this interesting intermixed universe. Theres been a lot of ups and downs in the long winding road of writing this story, but I'm happy I experienced it all given how much its helped me develop as a writer.

Anyways I believe I've held you up long enough so now its time to jump right back into the story.

A Rusty Blade

Ricky eyed the note with a look of extreme confusion, one that immediately showed his particular misunderstanding of this so called "friends" written initial. "A friend?, what the fuck does that even mean, which fucking person we know back home wrote this fucking thing?" Ricky asked Bubbles and Julian who both looked equally confused at what he was asking.

"Rick.. I don't think the name thing means what you think it does, none of our friends wrote this" Julian explained hoping the Nord would realise his misunderstanding of the note closing signature.

"Nah man it fucking it has to be, think it about Julian I mean the place this fucking "friend" wants to meet us is Riverwood, that can't be one of those fucking coincidental kind of things" Ricky countered, trying to use a misdirected point to connect his line of logic. "I'm just wondering if its Trevor, Cory or any one of the close people we know".

"Trevor and Cory aren't fucking smart enough to be pulling this thing, plus they probably don't even know how to fucking write so theres that" Bubbles added, his explanation reflecting negatively on the particular goofy duo though it did hold quite some truth to it.

"Okay then who the fuck do we know wrote this?" Ricky asked in a infuriated manner showing his impatience.

"None of our friends wrote this fucking note Ricky, the whole "from a friend" name signature fucking thing is meant to show that the person who made the letter is someone to be considered a friendly not someone who know us" Bubbles replied, admittedly feeling rather tired of thing now annoyingly confusing topic. "Do you understand now Ricky?" the Imperial asked.

"I guess it makes fuck'n sense" the Nord responded. "But still its a little fucking weird that some random person we don't know shit about replaced the horn and left this fucking friendly note here for me, something really fuckys going on here" Ricky added displaying his puzzlement over the situation.

"I agree there is something off here, we're dealing with an unknown individual with unclear intentions for the Dragonborn, I advise we should approach this very carefully" Lydia suggested, her advice holding quite the merit.

"You think it could be the Greybeards who set this up?" Julian said, bringing his thoughts into the matter which got the other threes attention, "maybe this is another one of their tests" the Breton added.

"I don't think so, Argneir didn't say nothing about doing a fucking trip to Riverwood after going through here" Ricky replied, recalling that the Greybeard has spoke of no further instructions beyond find the horn in Ustengrav.

"Gotta agree with that, plus the old guy seemed pretty convinced the horn was still in these ruins which we all fucking now know it ain't" Bubbles added in agreement with the Nord.

"Damn, then I guess its like you say Lydia we're dealing with somebody or something new here that we don't know shit about" Julian stated as he looked back on the facts now established about this mysterious individual. "What I'm wondering is why the fuck do they want with Ricky?"

"I don't know Julian, but when we find and talk to whoever this fucking is I'm gonna have a fucking word with the asshole" Ricky angrily swore with a vengeance, still peeved off in being cheated of the main prize required to complete his last trial. "All the fucking shit we went through just to get find a fucking dumb piece of paper, oh and thats another thing how the fuck did the note person even get past all the Draugrs and shit without killing them?" Ricky ranted venting his current frustratiohs onto the group." I swear to fuck if that lazy dick just left them around for us to fight I'm gonna fucking snap at em!".

"Well Ricky I'm sure you'll be able to speak your mind to whoever wrote the note once we meet them, that sound good" Julian responded, getting a nod from the Nord who still looked irritated.

"Speaking of which we should probably get going" Bubbles piped up, "I'm starting to get a little sick of this fuck'n tomb" the Imperial said, showing his desire to not remain much longer underground.

"Don't worry buddy we will, just gotta find a way out of here" Julian replied as he proceeded to look over the tomb, it would not take long before he would find the exit upon spotting a wooden set of doors on the side of the chamber. "Looks like the way out is through there" Julian commented as he made his way over to the doors, the rest of the group following him over to it.

Upon swinging upon the doors the group was met with a surprising and very much welcoming sight. Contained within a small room sat a cluster of urns on the side, at the end of it sat a chest alongside a spread out messy pile of gold coins resting upon a small platform. Across on the left side of the room sat a open entry that opened up into a long underground tunnel that led back up onto the top floor of ruins.

"Holy fuck looks like this rooms stacked within fucking goodies" Ricky commented with much enthusiusiam as he looked over this seemingly quite stacked and promising treasure room. His agitated mood now somewhat lifted by this room of values, one that practically displayed a congratulatory manner to the survivors who made it to the end of the ruins and invited them to claim their well earned reward.

"It sure is quite fuck'n loaded" Bubbles exclaimed as he let out a whistle at the sight of the urns and chest before, "we may not have the horn, but this might just be as as good a reward" the Imperial added with enthusiasm to which Ricky nodded in agreement beside him.

The four of them then proceeded to go about looting the insides of the urns which was a mixed bag in terms of the contents within, some of them being empty and others containing several bits of coin. They would come across some rare finds including a garnet plus two silver amethyst rings. Upon making their way to the stone platform the group were quick to loot the scattered pile of gold coins.

With most of the loot from the Urns and others spots now taken care of the group, they then finally opened up the chest. Within the chest sat various pieces of hide/leather armour, most of which the trio and Lydia disregarded, having no need for given their current armours higher state. The rest of the chests valuables included a silver necklace and a sizable amount of 80 gold coins. The gold coin amount they would split between themselves, with Ricky, Julian, Bubbles and Lydia each having a fair share of 20 each.

Having finished gathering up the last valuables that they had found in the room all four members of the group were now ready to carry on the way out of Ustengrav, which they did, walking up through the tunnel that led out of the treasure room and back up to the main top floor level of the ruins.

"You guys satisfied with stuff you got?" Julian asked with curosity as they walked. The Breton wondering if like him they felt their venture through Ustengrav had been well worth it in the gold coins and valuables they had in spite of not having the main prize. The Breton himself was not too disappointed unlike Ricky that they had not found the Horn given the lack of value to him given it wasn't going to be a sellable item. To him it more or less just something Ricky needed to pass his Dragonborn trials.

"Yeah, I'm happy with what I have, I've got a lot of fuck'n coin plus some other stuff to sell so I'm all good" Bubbles replied , the Imperial giving his positive opinion on what he had got from the various urns, bodies and chests he had looted. "You know what I'm thinking of buying?".

"Whats that?" the Breton inquired, intrigued by what Bubbles had in mind given the Imperials tone and his emphasis on the way he spoke all but confirmed it'd be quite an item.

"I'm thinking I might get an fucking enchanting table when I get back to Whiterun, have it set up in my shed" Bubbles said, "it would be pretty damn fucking useful having something that can enchant our gear, hopefully once I've learnt enough I'll be to add some enchantments to you, Ricky and Lydias weapons" the Imperial explained, showing his reasoning and motives behind his particular purchase.

"That does sounds like a pretty fucking great idea, having some magical upgrades to our stuff would sure make things easier in combat" Julian responded, the Bretion finding himself invested and in support of what Bubble had in mind, especially given the potential future uses it could provide. "Good thinking Bubs" Julian added, his praise naturally lifting the Imperials pride and causing the latter to beam with pride for a couple seconds.

It wouldn't be long before the rocky tunnel would finally lead the group to an ebony door at the end which fortunately was unlocked, upon throwing it open they continued their way upwards througn the next tunnel on the other side of the black entrance.

As they walked they continued up the underground tunnel-way the conversation continued on, "I tell ya what I'm gonna do with my fucking coins, I'm gonna buy a fuck ton of dope plus maybe get some sleeping tree sap if theres some here" Ricky said, announcing his main intentions regarding what he wished to get.

"Ricky I don't think its a good idea to get fucked up on tree sap, especially what with how we're leaving tomorrow" replied Julian who did not agree with what the Nord wanted to do.

"Oh c'mon Julian one fucking try of the stuff isn't gonna do shit so don't worry about, also why the fuck are we leaving tomorrow?" the Nord replied rather annoyed at how his friend wasn't supportive of his decision.

"Cause Rick we need to get your shit sorted with the fuck'n Greybeards who are probably expecting us back soon enough, plus we got that meeting in Riverwood with the mysterious fuck who has the horn " Julian responded.

"Okay.. so why can't I get high on sleeping tree sap man, I mean I'm not gonna do it on the morning we leave so you can relax about that fucking shit" Ricky countered, the man hoping his point would convince the Breton.

"Look you can go buy the shit if you want but how about doing it when you get back to Riverwood once we're done with everything, that sound good" Julian argued.

"Why fucking Riverwood?" Ricky asked, curious as to why the Breton thought that the village was the preferred spot to get high on the narcotic.

"Because its smarter to try it there there after we've got everything done, rather than the day before we leave, better that than how fucked you'll be in the morning after all the hallucination shit it does to ya" Julian explained. The Breton reflecting back on his own experience of the drug which for him as opposed to Rickys great experience was a nauseous reality warping nightmare that left him sick for days. After that he not particularly eager to try it, especially with the mere thought of it making his stomach turn.

"Okay if thats what the all fuck'n knowing Julian wants" Ricky remarked rolling his eyes at his friends stance, though the Nord ultimately went along with it given he'd still have quite some amounts of dope to get high tonight.

"Uh boys I hate to interrupt your conversation, but we got a dead end coming up" Bubbles warned as he pointed out the rocky wall that Julian and Ricky had nearly walked into.

"So what, theres a fucking lever right beside its no big deal" Ricky replied flippantly finding the warning unecessary given he knew how to open it, though he missed the main point. As the Nord spoke he flipped the lever causing the underground wall to rise up and open up the entrance back into the familar settings of the Ustengrav ruins.

"Thats not the point Ricky, I was just making sure you and Julian didn't go fuck'n walk right into it" Bubbles responded.

"Bubbles I'm not gonna walk into some dumb fucking wall, I would have seen it coming so don't worry about it" Ricky laughed finding the thought amusing, as he patted the Imperial oh the back before walking through the open tunnel exit,

"Sure you fuck'n would have Ricky" Bubbles muttured to himself annoyed as he, Julian and Lydia followed Ricky out back into the Ustengravs main upper floor . The group was quick to make their way through the previous rooms that they had fought through a couple hours earlier, passing many of the dead bodies of the various Draugr and Necromancers they had encountered. It wouldn't be long before they finally reached the main entrance and from there with little hesitation exited Ustengrav.

Immediately upon exiting the ruins the group was quick to notice the shift in the time that occurred while they had been underground for several hours. Night had fallen casting the already misty and cloudy bog in a even more ghostly glow, the moonlight itself only added to the overall shine to the natural environment that surrounded the boys and Lydia as they took in the view of the surrounding environment.

"Looks like its nighttime" Lydia said stating her obvious observation to the group.

"It is sure is fucking dark right now, I wonder what the time is?" Julian commented with some frustration evident in his tone.

"It isn't that pitch black right now we got some light coming up from the moon there" Bubbles answered as he pointed out the clear visibility in that the group could still move around with tripping in the dark.

"Bubs I'm not worried about whether we're able to see out here, what I'm concerned about is how we can't read the fucking map" Julian explained as he pointed out that the natural dim light setting combined with his bodies shadow made it near impossible to read the map.

Bubbles upon hearing this unexpected problem frowned in annoyance, his facial expression would change however when a solution emerged in his mind. "Hey Julian I think I might have something that can help" the Imperial stated as he recalled a certain spell he had learned recently.

Julian intrigued by what the Imperial had in mind nodded in a sign of confirmation to Bubblws who made his way over to him. As he watched the mage hold out his left hand in a similar stance to how he normally activated his spells suddenly an ball of light appeared in his left hand. Without warning he shot the ball an couple of centimetres away from him, causing it to form an orb of light that proceeded hover slightly above the mage and vastly lighten up the area thanks to its bright light.

"Fuck yes it worked" Bubbles said to himself in joy, amazed that the spell casting had been successful.

"Thats fucking brilliant, great job buddy!" Julian thanked with much enthusiasm as he patted the Imperial on the back.

"Thanks Julian, I'm just glad it fuck'n worked" Bubbles replied as he and the Breton looked at the now well lit up map in Julians hands. "Just warning though that fuck'n bright light only lasts for 60 seconds so don't get shocked if its suddenly turns dark again" the Imperial cautioned regarding the spells length.

"Its all good, do you think you'll be able to get up set up again" Julian inquired, hopeful that the Imperial would be able to recharge and the cast the spell again. The trip through the swamps of Morthal for their sake would definitely require the mage to be able to produce the spell as much as possible.

"Yeah I think I should be able to do it, the spell doesn't take as much out of me" Bubbles replied, bringing relief to Julians concerns.

"Thats great we should be able to get out of here in no time" The Breton announced to the group with joy.

"Well than let gets the fucking going" Ricky responded somewhat impatiently, eager to leave the dark swamp area especially given the creepy vibes it seemed to give off at night.

With that the group made their way through the marshes, every minute or so being something of a pattern what with a usual occurring every time the magical orb vanished. Bubbles would activate his candlelight spell in order to replace the glowing ball of light so they could follow the map out of the area. A positive upside for the four adventurers was that they didn't come across any hostile enemies and animals in the area luckily, only coming across by accident the occasional deer or fox.

It would take an half an hour journey but the group would find themselves back at the village of Morthal. Upon arrival the boys and Lydia found the village to be pitch black save for the occasional torchs on house porches that shined brightly admist the gloomy darkness around it. Unexpectedly however Ricky proceeded to announce something to the group regarding as decision he had come to on the way back.

"You guys go on ahead to the inn I'm gonna go see if I can go buy some shit to get stoned somewhere" Ricky said expressing his main intent, "I'll join up with you guys later".

"Sounds good Rick, just remember don't let them fucking rip you off with shitty deals like that one guy did" Julian said, his warning being based on a past experience of Ricky being overcharged for dope by one slippery merchant back during their travels in Tamriel.

"That was so fucking long ago, I know this time if some fucker tried to sell me some bullshit prices I'm just gonna tell em to fuck off" the Nord replied knowing how to deal if such a situation occurred he would know what to do in not succumbing to persuasion and pressure to buy given his need to get high. Ricky would simply just go somewhere else to buy dope. "You don't gotta worry about shit Julian I know how handle this".

"Well I won't hold you up then if you know what you want to do, we'll see you back at the inn for dinner" Julian responded, giving his last instructions and farewell to the Nord.

"Will do, see you guys later" Ricky farewelled as he made his way away from the group who went their own way in the direction of the inn.

For the next 10 minutes Ricky would wander around village looking for a seller that would give him some weed and maybe some sleeping sap. His search was limited given the nightly hour he was wandering at and the few people that were outside their doors. Fortunately he would happen upon a drug dealer, a grey Khajit man in a brown leather jacket who was leaning against a wall in a dodgy alley between two wooden buildings. The Khajit man had a large satchel that he currently had fitted around down to his leg, courtesy of the strap going around his shoulder.

"Hey man do you know where I can score some weed or dope?" Ricky asked.

"Looking for illegal substances, well you've come to the right place, Jhad has exactly what you need" the Khajit said with a sly smile as he put on his business man persona role.

"Right on man, I'm looking to buy 25 grams of dope right off ya, plus some fuck'n linen paper if you got it on ya" Ricky said listing his main items he wished to purchase.

"All right 12 weed grams and several rolls of linen paper, anything else you want to purchase from Jhad?" Jhad inquired, wondering if the Nord had anything else in mind he wanted to pay for.

"Yeah do you have any fucking sleeping tree sap? the Nord asked, hoping that Jhad had the substance on him so that he could complete his item list in mind.

"Yes Jhad has a couple bottles of the stuff left" Jhad replied once again referring to himself in 3rd person as he confirmed Rickys desired item was in stock. "You came at a fortunate time friend, theres been a high demand for this lately by other parties in the area" the Khajit added.

"Damn sounds like your product is really popular around here" Ricky commented shocked by the attention that the particular substance was receiving.

"It has certainly gained quite some popularity these past years, particularly the amount in quantity sellings, if I recall two individuals in particular were very interested in buying quite a stock from me" Jhad said as he reflected back on his dealings with this referred to party.

"Damn seems like these guys were really invested in your shit, who were they?" Ricky asked with curiosity.

"That is something Jhad can not disclose, they were very particular about their animosity and they certainly paid for it" the Khajit said, explaining his reasons for not giving up their identities.

"Okay, didn't know you were those fuck'n high pay, secret keeping professional kind of guys" Ricky replied.

"My my, my dear customer you wound me, Jhad is a man of high quality business" Jhad mocked as he feigned an offended tone in front of Ricky, "To think you thought of me as a lesser two timing scammer, I am left spechless".

"Whoah, whoah I didn't mean to fucking offend ya, I just didn't fucking realise you were a fucking high level business man" Ricky replied, the teasing naturally going over his head given his limited perspective.

"Don't worry Jhad was just screwing around with you" Jhad laughed as he let the Nord know that his posturing was all in good fun. "Now will that be all you wish to purchase from Jhad?".

"Yeah man thats all fuck'n need for now" Ricky responded, finding himself satisfied with the amount he wished to buy today.

"Well then that'll be 225 coins if you will sir" Jhad said, asking for his compensation for the product he was about to sell.

Ricky eager to get his hands on the stuff handed over the amount of 225 coins to the Khajit who eagerly pocketing the amount in his fur covered hands and stored it away in his satchel. As the Nord completed the transaction he felt a minor unusual nagging feeling at the back of his mind that he had forgotten something. Though like most thoughts in his mind the feeling vanished after a couple seconds being replaced by the overwhelming joy he felt at having his newly bought dope in his hands.

Now with the stuff he had in mind bought Ricky turned to leave and head to the inn, Jhad the dealer calling out to him one last time. "Next time your down here, make sure to come find me if you want my line of product okay, good night!".

The next while or so Ricky walked his way over to the Morthal inn, the current near dark lighting of the village plus his first time memory of the place made things somewhat a challenge to find his way to the place. Ricky fortunately would find the place, upon arriving at the entrance he could quickly see a large sign titled the "Moorside inn" on the right side of the door in. The Nord wanting to get a quick puff before he headed in rolled up a linen paper smoke which was filled with a sprinkled amount of weed. Using the torch he lit the rolled joint and smoked the thing, Ricky let himself savour for a moment before he opened up the door and walked in.

Upon entering the Nord found himself inside hit by the warm cosy environment of the inns interior, the tables filled with neutral and rowdy people being lit up by the orange glow of the fire. Over on one of the tables Ricky spotted Bubbles, Lydia and Julian who were digging into plates filled with various food.

Quickly as he could the Nord made his way over to the table, "hope you guys saved me some stuff I'm fucking starving" Ricky said as he announced his arrival to the now alerted trio.

"Don't worry Ricky we saved you a plate" Bubbles said as he pointed out the plate filled with vegetables and meat that sat on the table, in front of an empty seat.

"Thanks" Ricky answered back dryly as he sat down and immediately started getting right to eating the food as he began to cut and chomp up whatever was on his plate.

"So did you get the shit you were looking for?" Julian inquired, curious as to whether the Nord had been able to find what he had been looking for.

"Yeah I did" Ricky replied as he took a breather from eating before shortly after jumping right back into it.

"Did it cost you much?" the Breton further questioned, hoping the Nord did not let the potential seller or dealer rip off big time like they did the merchant back in Tamriel.

"Some fucking add up like 225 coins or some shit, I don't know man fucking maths ain't my thing" Ricky responded, finding the seemingly relentless line of questioning starting to tire him out a bit.

"Did you at least remember what each of things cost?" Julian asked, his next question annoying Ricky further who already had catch onto what he presumed was Julian condescending manner towards him.

"What does it fucking manner Julian, deals done who gives a fuck" Ricky said back, not wanting to continue this conversation.

"It does fucking matter Rick, every fucking coin counts man" Julian explained as he found himself getting frustrated with Ricky already. "I'm making sure this guy didn't fuck you over".

"Okay then tell me how much of my shit cost?" Ricky mockingly inquired.

"Well your fucking sleeping tree saps normally cost something like 100 coins and considering you have 225 coins on ya, I'm guessing you bought 12 and half something weed grams" Julian stated as he calculated the amount Ricky had bought from the exchange.

"Yeah thats the amount of grams I fuck'n bought" Ricky bluntly replied, confirming the amount.

"Then thats 225 coins man total" Julian said.

"See told ya I knew didn't get fucked over" Ricky responded very cockily as he smirked at being able to prove he was right to the Breton. "See I was right and you were fucking wrong mr fuck'n paranoid" he added.

"Thats not the point Ricky, I was making sure this person didn't con you for more coins" Julian replied as he frowned heavily at the Nords misdirected smirking demeanour towards him.

"Well it didn't fucking happen so let it go" Ricky countered, already sick of Julians arguing especially given the main point had already been debunked. Plus the Nord was pretty eager to keep feasting.

"Fine Ricky, just don't get pissed at me if you lose more coins the next fucking time" Julian warned, the man sick of trying to get through to his stubborn as mule and thick skulled friend. "Let Ricky deal with the fucking consequences next time, I'm done" the Breton thought, done with trying to help the unappreciative Nord.

The rest of the feast went by fast enough with the four having felt absolutely stuffed by the end, having had their fill to eat and it being close to midnight, the group retired to the bedroom to sleep. Julian very enforceful for the idea given he wanted to get them up early to wake up to do some shopping the next day and then make the trip back to Riverwood.

Already tired out from all their debates, time consuming arguments and most of their adventures through the Ustengrav, the group fell fast asleep. Their minds quickly sending their consciousness down into the swirly murky depths of the dreamscape where only the most unique experiences lay.

The next morning came sooner than expected with the first of the group Lydia to awaken as the light shone brightly into the room, of course even if it hadn't been so bright her naturally set body clock would have woken her up immediately. Always wanting to be on time to attend to her duties as housecarl Lydia would ensure that no amount of sleep would take away time from this.

In the next hour or so the rest of her thanes would wake up, first being Julian, next Bubbles and predictably as always Ricky. Knowing their plan for the day Lydia alongside the rest would pack up their supplies and clothing left strewn in the room. Once they had finished packing away their things the group left the room and eventually the inn to do some shopping.

Disappointingly to some among them there didn't appear to be much stores in sight at all, especially stores that would hold items of interest. The only one they would come across would be an Alchemy shop titled "Thaumaturgists hut" which had captured Bubbles intrigue, especially given his passion for the mystical arts. The Imperial mage would wind up purchasing a pair of magick skill books from the shop, a destruction book titled "Response to Bero's speech" and a restoration book called "Racial phylogeny". The total amount of these books would wind up being 110 coins, something Bubbles happily paid, always eager to increase his skill with the particular fields of magic.

Although Ricky and Bubbles had found what they were looking for in items, Julian hadn't had as much luck. In the end the Breton simply opted that he would buy some stuff when he was back in Riverwood. Lydia herself had no interest in shopping at all, especially what with the lack of any stores in Morthal. So with that in mind the group wrapped up their last minute activities in Morthal and made their way to the stables to collect the horse.

After taking the horse from the stables and reattaching it back to the carriage the group was quick to jump in and disembark on the transport, back down the way they came. For much of the timely journey through the Hjaalmarch hold, it was one of nostalgia and familiarity given the familiar sights had been seen the prior day. Just as they had done the previous journey the group, mostly Ricky and Bubbles went into a heavy discussion over various topics either relating to events concerning them or unrelated entirely, being glimpsed from a distance or happening around them.

"So what are you gonna do when you get back to Riverwood Bubs?" Ricky asked with curiosity as he pondered the excitement and events that would most likely occur once they arrived back home.

"Well first things first we gotta take care of the shit with the stranger who stole the horn, though once thats fuck'n done I'm gonna go see my Kitties" Bubbles said, explaining his intentions regarding what he'd do after the main business was taken care of. "I've missed the little fucking guys a lot" the Imperial mage added affectionately. "What do you think your gonna do Ricky".

"Well once we've got the horn back from that grave robbing fuckhead, I'm gonna go spend time with my family" Ricky replied, giving his plan in mind for what he wanted to do. As the Nord spoke he was taking puffs of varied length from his rolled up linen smoke. "Might go have a drink with the old man, go on date with Luce, got a ton of shit for when I get back "

"Sounds like a good plan" Bubbles said back as he turned to Lydia, "your gonna like it in Riverwood Lydia its a fuck'n great place to live" the Imperial stated enthusiastically to the Housecarl who found herself intrigued, especially given she had never visited the place.

"Whats it like living there if I may ask?" Lydia inquired, wondering what type of environment it would be. She did have some picture in her head given her thanes had come from the place and it mostly likely resonated with their eccentric but well meaning personalities.

"I'll be honest its not the most calm of places, it can get a little fucking crazy a lot of the time, but at the end of the day its home" Bubbles responded warmly as he reflected warmly on the odd nature of Riverwood. At times things could become stressful especially if he and the boys were dealing with a certain bitter old supervisor and his associate sidekick who refused to wear a shirt. But no matter what it would remain his home, the place where he was surrounded by all of his friends.

"Where do you think would be best for me to stay?" Lydia asked with a polite tone, catching Bubbles off guard as her question broke through the thoughts in his brain.

"Well considering Rickys staying at Lucy's place and Julians place only has one bed, I guess you'll be staying with me" Bubbles said. The Imperial knew that his hut would be the best option given the double wooden bunk bed, the other two homes had too many complications. Julian despite being open and hospitable had only one bed at his place, Lucy's house was definitely not an option given how jealous and angry she could be of other women around Ricky (except Sarah).

"At some point if you want your own place me and the boys will be happy to chip in to help you buy a house" Bubbles added, his comment actually shocking Lydia who held an expression of shock.

"Are you sure?…. I mean I wouldn't want you my thanes wasting your coins on something so expensive for just a housecarl like myself" Lydia said feeling guilt and surprised at how extremely generous they were being towards her.

"Don't worry we're more than fucking happy to help out a friend" Bubbles replied, as he give her a reassuring smile.

"You consider me to be a friend?" the housecarl asked feeling herself shocked by the fact that they viewed as a friend.

"Of course, you've helped us through a bunch of fucked up times, and your a pretty fucking cool person overall so yeah we think your our friend" Ricky interjected, showing that he supported the opinion.

"Wow thats… I never expected to have much friends, much less my Thanes" Lydia commented as she found herself with a small smile spreading across her face. "

"You never expected to make friends?" Bubbles.

"Of course its not a usual thing that a housecarl befriends their thane, at least thats what I heard" Lydia replied, her belief staunch as other than rare examples as the Jarl and Irileth there had been little personal relationships between housecarls and thanes in Whiterun.

"Well I guess we're not fucking usual people than, besides whats really fucking normal in this fucking land anyway" Ricky said, his comment actually holding quite some truth to it given the peculiarities of Skyrim.

"Well I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty normal" Julian joked from the drivers seat.

"Oh yeah you fuck'n sure about that dirty dancer" Ricky mocked back, instantly annoying Julian who shook his head in annoyance at the mention of the nickname.

"Dirty dancer?" Lydia inquired, confused by the names history and relevance to the the Breton who was currently driving the carriage.

"Its a long story, apparently Julian back in the day was really into this old Breton hero named Swayzie, the guy was really into dirty dancing which was why he had the name" Bubbles explained while Julian scoffed at the front.

"Glad we're bringing this fucking shit back" the Breton grumbled as he found himself once again having to hear a retelling of a very sensitive topic.

"I remember when we were kids we went to go get Julian from his Grandmas, we walked into his room and he was all dressed up like fucking Swayzie, pretending he was dirty dancing like in one of his stories" Ricky said right before he burst into loud laughter as he remembered the amusing revelation that still made him howl with laughter to this today. "Was quite a time eh Julian?".

"Fuck off Ricky" Julian shot back, not feeling so amused at the comment.

"Lighten up Julian I was just fuck'n joking around" Ricky said with a well hearted smile.

"Whatever, I don't give a fuck" Julian replied somewhat grumpily.

"Its alright Julian we weren't looking to be dick towards ya, just trying to explain the meaning to Lydia behind the whole thing was all" Bubbles said, hoping he could calm the Bretons temper.

"Just don't be bringing up the shit again" Julian warned before he turned to renew his concentration on the road.

As they continued on with their various conversations the carriage would eventually after some point crossover over from the Hjaalmarch hold and back into the familiar landscape of the Whiterun hold. Something which immensely excite the trio in particular given how close to home they really were.

Within another couple of hours wagon made its way through the familiar long winding plains of Whiterun, passing many familiar sights in the form of Giant camps and ruins in the distance. It wouldn't be long before the carriage came within sight of the the tree-line that represented something of a border between the plains and the forest. The excitement in the boys hearts grew as they knew soon they would be back at home.

Another hour later after travelling through the seemingly endless greenery that shone with glimmers of orange sunlight, indicative of the afternoon sun which hung high in the sky. The group had finally arrived at the village of Riverwood.

"Holy fuck is it ever good to be back home boys!" Ricky exclaimed loudly with joy at the sight of the front gates which appeared closer and closer as the horse driven transport made its way over. The Nord also noticed the booth on the side appeared to be empty, indicating a certain duo was off somewhere else in the village, something that he was grateful for.

"Thats for fucking sure, after dealing with fucking Dragons, trolls and Draugr, all that fucked shit it sure is great to be back home" Bubbles said with wide grin on his face. "I can't wait to see my kitties, hope Alvors been looking after em well enough".

"You'll have all the time in the world Bubs, right after we get this transaction done with the fuck'n person with the horn" Julian said as he drove the horse right through the unlocked gates.

"Well then lets go get this shit done, besides I want to have some words with the fuck'n dick" Ricky said with some bitterness in voice, still especially sore after having gone through a dangerous ruin just to be conned and forced to travel just to get it somewhere in a shady deal.

With a careful amount of manoeuvring and concentration Julian was able to direct the horse towards the side of the Sleeping giant inn, one the boys had dinner at before they left for Whiterun. Now it would be the location where an interesting deal would go down. Upon parking the carriage, the boys and Lydia made their way out of the wooden transport. As soon as their feet landed on the ground they made their way over the Inns front door.

The old short wooden steps creaking with effort as they made their way up to the inns entrance, upon entering the group was encountered by the familiar warm glow of a warm and rowdy tavern. As their way into the inn certain regular inhabitants and citizens of the village greeted the trio who were quick to greet them back. One of them being an old drinking mate of Ricky's, a bearded drunkard Nord by the name of Embry.

The group though did not linger with much conversations seeing as they had business to handle with an unknown figure. Ricky, Julian, Bubbles and Lydia made their way over to the bars counter where a Male Nord with long black locks of hair and a dark chin beard stood.

"Well boys what can I do for you" the man said as he greeted the three familiar faces that stood before him on the other side of the counter.

"We've got someone to meet here Orgnar, is there anyone staying at the Sleeping giant and looking to make an item trade ?" Julian inquired, the Breton inwardly hoping that the specific question would gain a quick answer. "Apparently they got an artefact of ours from an old fuck'n ruin in Morthal".

"Not to my knowledge no, so sorry no haven't heard of anyone looking to trade anything like that here" Orgnar answered, at this Ricky and Bubbles sighed in disappointment and annoyance at just how more complicated things had gotten. "I could go check with the owner though, she might know something about it".

"Wait the owners in town?" Bubbles asked, the Imperial being surprised at this given how the big owner of the establishment was rarely around at the inn, visiting only every so often to check over the place. Word was she preferred to have managed it from afar, where she could also handle other more important business concerning who knows what.

"Yeah she is, like I said though I can talk and see if she knows anything" Orgnar replied.

"We'd appreciate it if you did" Julian said, the Breton eager and hoping that this owner knew about the stranger with the horn.

"Well I'll go talk to her now" Orgnar said before he exited around the counter and made his way over to one of the rooms.

"Man I sure hope to fuck that the owner knows if this guy is around, otherwise we just came back to eat shit" Ricky said with a tense tone as he found his mood starting to turn towards anger.

"Don't think like that Rick we might just get lucky tonight" Julian said, the Breton trying his best to focus on positive side of things rather than the overwhelming negative side that unfortunately Ricky was tapping too much into.

Meanwhile inside a small confined wooden room, currently sat a blond haired Breton woman in a blue dress who was currently deep in focus writing on a piece of parchment with her quill. The paper being wrote on was a letter to thank the owner of the honey-brew meadery business for his delivery of a new collection of mead to serve inn customers. Also noted on the letter was a promise of payment being sent on the way back for said collection of bottles. The woman was close to finishing the letter, now only a sentence and a half away.

She had just finished adding her signature before a knock suddenly sounded at the door, she immediately sprung into an alert state. Trained instinct taking over as she looked at the door with a concerned gaze. "Who is it?" she inquired.

"Its just me Orgnar" said the voice which she knew belonged to the bar tender and partner of the business of which she was the main owner.

"Come in" the woman said, giving permission for the man to enter the roomspace. Within seconds of this command the door flung open and the familar figure that was Orgnar walked up to the table.

"Sorry to bother you like this, but there was something that came up that I needed to ask you about" Orgnar said as he clasped his hands together while waiting for the womans answer.

"Very well ask away" the Blond haired woman said as she looked at him, eager to hear what the inquiry was about.

"I was just wondering, is there anyone staying at the inn whose looking to make a trade for an item?" Orgnar asked as he laid down the request originally set to him by the group.

Upon hearing this the blond haired woman found herself somewhat surprised though she hid this through schooling her features, thus keeping up her neutral expression. "There may be someone, why do you ask?" she queried with curiosity, pondering just where the man had gotten such a question from.

"Well Ricky, Julian, Bubbles and some random Nord lady in steel armour came up to the counter asking about it, I said didn't know and offered to ask you" Orgnar said, explaining his situation to the inns owner who nodded along.

The woman inwardly retreating into her headspace as she went deep into thought of the strange circumstances before her. "Ricky, Julian and Bubbles…". She had heard much about the infamous trio, a group of dumb criminals who since their teen years had conducted various schemes using either drugs or alcohol to sell in order make a fortune and be set for life. Usually they would fail though being thwarted by the villages supervisor Jim Lahey or as she expected would cause their own downfall through their idiocy, leading to the outcome of them being thrown behind bars for a lengthy period of months.

Once they got out they would fall back into their usual ways and begin the same cat and mouse games with the village supervisor, all leading to the same result of imprisonment again. To her such predictable and moronic cycles of behaviour was minor league compared what she knew was happening in Skyrim, one that held devastating consequences for all. But back to the matter of the village boys she had recently heard that they had come back from a year and half long trip in Tamriel. Upon arriving back they had taken care of Cyrus, the residing loudmouth thug who had taken their place as the top criminal of the village and had been extorting the residents.

Despite how much she wanted to deal with such a nuisance she knew that it would not be best to interfere given the secrecy she prided herself on maintaining. It would not do good to attract unwanted attention, especially if she caught their eyes. But the trio had done the job for her in kicking out the annoyance out, something she had to least to give credit for. Now apparently they were at her inn asking for an individual to get an item from, she knew there was no way that they of all people had anything to do with the aretafact. "Surely not?".

"What item was it that they were looking to trade for?" the blond haired woman asked again, her heart rate somewhat quickened given the implications of what it could mean if they were looking for "it".

"Dunno, they didn't say but they did mention it was an artefact from an old ruin in Morthal" Orgnar replied, giving the lady the answer she had not been looking forward to.

Despite feeling immense shock take over her mind she put her focus into maintaining her current relaxed facial expression that showed none of the inner turmoil within. "Very well then, tell them to come to the room" The Blond haired woman instructed, taking the bar tender by surprise given how he had never seen her request a private talk with a bar patron. "I believe I may be able to help them with their current dilemma "

"Alright, do you want me to go get them now?" Orgnar asked.

"Indeed I would" the woman said with reassuring smile to the man who turned and made his way out of the room, shutting the door behind him as they did. As soon as the room was shut up again the blond haired womans smile ceased, being replaced with an expression with concern. "How could one of them be the Dragonborn?" she thought with much confusion brewing inside her. Of all the people the gods could have chosen, why did it have to be a member of a trio of morons. "Was Skyrim doomed if this was who her saviour was, who was supposedly destined to come fight in her time of need?". Whatever case she still needed to meet this Dragonborn, whichever member of the group he was.

Over by the counter the trio and Lydia continued to stand as they waited for Orgnar to return, "How much longer we gotta wait Julian this is getting a little fucking tiring" Ricky moaned, starting to feel sore in his foot from standing.

"Be patient Orgnar will be back soon man" Julian responded, his patience clearly stronger than that of his Nord friend.

"Sure Julian, but I don't how much longer my fucking patience is gonna last" Ricky commented as he distracted himself from his irritation by looking around the place.

Luckily to Rickys relief Orgnar returned to the counter, "So she got an answer for us?" Julian asked, interested if the owner could help them at all.

"The owner said she could help you with your problem, she wants to talk to you all in her room right now to discuss the matter" Orgnar replied, explaining the instructions that were laid down to him by his boss.

"Well I guess we should probably get going and get this fuck'n thing settled" Bubbles said, both excited to get the horn situation resolved and anxious to meet the owner for the first time.

"Indeed, follow me this way" Orgnar instructed as he gestured to the group to follow him to the other side of the room where a wooden door leading to a private study lay. "Shes expecting you guys inside" the bar tender said as he stood at the side of the closed door, urging them to go in.

The group made their way over to the room entranceway, the man at the head of the pack Ricky opened the door. One by one they all filtered into the torch lit roomspace. When the last of them finally stepped into the room Orgnar shut the door behind them before making his way back over to the wooden booth, ready to resume his active duties.

Ricky, Julian, Bubbles and Lydia now stood in front a wooden table which a blond haired lady sat behind, studying each of them with an analytical gaze. In a sense trying to get a read off of them which based on their expressive faces was not hard to gain. At the side of the room stood a wooden cupboard which aside from having an odd gleam to it didn't seem too out of the ordinary.

"Ricky, Julian and Bubbles I presume, its certainly interesting to meet you at last" the blond haired woman greeted formally as she looked over each member of the trio before ending her gaze at Lydia, "I'm afraid I don't know your name, but the same courtesy extends to you as well" she added looking at the housecarl who looked back with a stoic unfazed expression.

"Thats Lydia our housecarl" Julian said introducing the latter to the woman who looked at him with a slight eyebrow raise though that quickly faltered. "Your the owner of the Sleeping giant inn, right?".

"That I am, my name is Delphine" Delphine said introducing her name to the trio, "and I believe your looking for the horn of Jurgen Windcaller, is that correct?" she added, her comment quickly shocking and surprising the group who had not expected her to know about the particular artefact.

"You know about the fucking horn we've been-" Ricky interjected though he was quickly cut off by Bubbles who was gave her a look of suspicion.

"Wait a minute how do you know about the fuck'n horn, we didn't tell Orgnar or anyone about it?" Bubbles questioned, very tense and on edge by this woman who knew about their intentions despite never telling her or informing anyone close to her what they were looking to trade for.

"Haven't you figured it out, I'm the one who left the note in Ustengrav" Delphine said, revealing herself to the group who stood looking at her in shock at this sudden revelation.

"So your the one who fucked us over, all the bullshit we went through and all you left us was a fucking dumb piece of paper!" Ricky said angrily as he felt all the frustration festering within from yesterday erupt. Delphine meanwhile kept her apathetic expression in the face of the Nords anger.

"I didn't 'fuck you over', the horns removal was simply a precaution" Delphine replied back, her tone calm and steady as she explained her reasons. "I knew the Greybeards would send the Dragonborn to Ustengrav, they're nothing if not predictable, once I heard from Orgnar about you I knew you were the ones they sent and not a trap" she added, the last part of her explanation ending on an ominous note.

"A trap set by who?" Julian asked, confused as to what enemy Delphine seemed to exhibit paranoia towards.

"Thats my business" Delphine replied, very close guarded in approach given the distrust she felt towards this trio she had only heard so much in rumours and talk alone.

"Look I don't know what the fuck your caught up in but all we want is the horn and thats it" Julian replied, the Breton being aware the vibe of distrust and shadiness emanating from the woman. He realised there may be a bigger game going on and given Delphines current suspicious as well as off putting attitude towards them he was hesitant to involve them in it.

"And you'll have it, but first I must know which one of you is the Dragonborn?" Delphine inquired as she looked over each of them, trying to make a guess of who it was.

"Take a fucking guess, thats me" Ricky answered, his tone making it out as if that was the most obvious fact in the world.

Upon hearing this Delphine looked at for a brief second with a mixture of shock and disbelief before narrowing her gaze at the Nords. "You're serious, you.. you're the Dragonborn" the innkeeper said, punctuating her disbelief with a short laugh.

"Yeah I'm the fucking Dragonborn, if you don't believe me go ask the fuck'n Greybeards, they sure as fuck know I am" Ricky said trying to convince the woman that he was in fact the legendary figure, something she was still trying to wrap her mind around.

"You'll have to forgive me if I don't assume that somethings true just because the Greybeards say so" Delphine quipped back to the now somewhat agitated Nord who did not like her personality at all especially given her current condescending towards him. "I have the horn of Jurgen Windcaller, does that make me Dragonborn too?" she added mockingly.

"I don't give a fuck what you think, just tell us what the fuck you want with us huh fucking explain that shit!" Ricky demanded starting to lose his patience with Delphine who in turn was starting to get a little angry herself, annoyed with having to deal with this Nords hotheaded manner towards her.

"I'll explain what I want when I want, got it?" Delphine responded, her voice filled with anger and agitation towards the individual in front of her. "Your lucky to me that all you are is an emotionally immature, drug addicted, hotheaded, brain dead moron, you'd be dead before you walked in here if I saw you as a threat" the blond haired woman threatened with a tone of pure ice as she glared at the uncaring Nord.

"Blah bleblah blah blah, is it me or am I hearing the sound of a steaming pile of bullshit coming from a fucking dickweed" Ricky retorted mockingly, not at all caring for Delphines threats or her current treatment towards him.

"If I were you I would watch what you say to me, you have no concept of who I am or what I am capable of" Delphine warned as she stared at the Nord with anger clearly visible in her eyes.

"Look I don't know where the fuck your from, but down here we don't go around being an A class Fuckstick" Ricky said as he tried to dissolve the situation though his current way was not helping given Delphine found herself struggling to restrain her urge to hurt the Nord as she clenched her fist tightly. Julian, Bubbles and Lydia watched the tense situation with anxiousness, very ready to step if all hell sprang loose.

At the same time Ricky was continuing his current rant, "I get you probably don't fucking like me, to be honest I don't give a fuck about you either but can we please just work together on a level of 'equaler' respect so we can get this done, please?" Ricky urged, unaware of Delphines practically fuming expression. Luckily for either one of them a certain Breton would intervene.

"Thats enough Ricky" Julian said as he gave the Nord a look to back off in setting off the blond haired woman's temper, confident he had gotten Ricky to stop he then turned to face Delphine. "Delphine can you please just give us the horn, thats all we came here for, after thats in our hands we're gone" Julian asked as he respectfully addressed the woman, hoping it would alleviate the situation.

Delphine gave him a short tense look before she released a great sigh, proceeding to grab one a key that lay attached to a string currently seated on the tables right side. With the key in head she went over to a chest on the side of the room. As soon as she inserted the piece of sharpened metal into the keyhole, twisting it and opening it up she went and picked up the desired item.

Walking back over to the group she held out in her hands the very artefact in her hands that they had crossed over several regions too and back for. The horn was a very aged and blackened version of the once great spectacle of a war instrument it once was, but there was no doubt that it was the horn of Jurgen Windcaller. Delphine placed the horn in Julians hands, the man carefully cradling the item as he looked over the artefact.

"Thank you" Julian said with gratitude to the blond haired woman.

"Think nothing of it" Delphine replied with little joy in her voice, the Breton now feeling a little guilty upon seeing her tired out state.

"I'm sorry that we weren't what you expected, to be honest we never expected all this fucking shit to happen this past couple of days" Julian admitted to the woman who gazed at him now with interest. "I never thought in a million years Ricky would be the fucking dragon warrior from fucking myth or whatever, I never expected to meet the Greybeards themselves, but its just what happened and we got fucking accept it cause its what was meant to happen for some reason" Julian said to Delphine. "I hope you understand we're not trying to cause you any fucking issues, we're just trying to make the best of these fucked circumstances".

Upon hearing his last point the inn keeper gave a short nod to the Breton, "I appreciate your honesty" Delphine commented showing her acknowledgement of Julians confession. The Breton merely nodded in return as he and the others turned to make their way out, they were halted though as they were about to leave.

"I shouldn't let you walk out of here knowing what you know, but I guess even my paranoia had its limits" Delphine commented as she reflected on the uncomfortable amount of flexibility she didn't normally exhibit in these kinds of situations. "I'd like to think despite all your past clumsiness and greed there may be some decency that you'll keep what happened here to yourselves" Delphine added, giving the group the benefit of the doubt.

"Don't worry we will" Julian promised the woman to which she gave a nod of respectful appreciation. With that said the trio and Lydia made their way out of the study space slamming the door behind them, leaving behind the seated Delphine in contemplative silence.

"It seems there may be more depth to this group than realised" Delphine thought to herself. From what she had seen despite the constant aggravating and impulsive attitudes exhibited by the Dragonborn himself, members of the group such as Julian appear did appear to have a sort of honour and compassion for those around him. She was willing to give them a chance to prove themselves, for now and for the current meantime the group would be under observation. To see if they could prove themselves ready, ready for the threat that was rapidly increasing every passing moment.

From what she had heard, from the local stories about their trip across Tamriel they had certain skills with various fighting abilities. No doubt they may have the potential to be quite the fighting force if they had improved since, plus the Dragonborn's natural shouting abilities would only add too, especially if Ricky was learning new abilities under the Greybeards tutelage. Perhaps if the time came and they showed they had what it took, she'd be willing to bring them into the fold of things.

The group stepped out of the Sleeping Giant inn, leaving behind the loud ambience of patrons that was immediately silenced by the door slamming shut. "Well boys looks like we did it we have the fucking claw, thank fuck!" Ricky said with a tone of triumph as he pumped his fist through the air.

"See I told ya it'd work" Julian added as he patted the man on the back," we went through a lot of shit, but it was all fucking worth it cause now its ours and all we gotta left is to get it back to the Greybeards" the Breton said as he reminded his friends of the very last task left before they could return to regular day life in Riverwood.

"When are we gonna deliver the fuck'n horn to the Greybeards?" Bubbles asked, wondering when this final journey would take place.

"Well the way I have it planned I'm gonna go pick Ricky up in the afternoon tomorrow, me and him will be making the journey back to Ustengrav" Julian explained.

"You don't need me and Lydia to come?" Bubbles asked, he and the housecarl a little confused as to why the muscular Breton didn't need the two of them to come with.

"Nah it'll be alright, it'll mostly just be a quick trip up to Ivarstead and then a hike up the mountain and back, besides the Greybeards only really need Ricky for the fucking Dragonborn trial completion thing" Julian replied, letting the two know his reasoning for them staying behind in Riverwood. "Also you two deserve to rest and take it easy after all the shit we've gone through these past couple days, sound good?" the Breton added.

"Well alright Julian if thats what you want" Bubbles replied, willing to go along with what the Breton had in mind, "just make sure to fuck'n stay safe and watch yourself" the Imperial warned as he looked at the Breton with concern.

"Don't worry man I'm gonna be alright, I'll be back before you know it" Julian reassured, the Breton making his way over to the horse who he untied from its leash attached to the carriage. "I'm gonna head the fuck back home now and take care of some shit, you guys have a good night" the Breton said to group who replied back as he walked off into the distance, with the horse in tow.

"So how are you feeling about tomorrow Ricky?" Bubbles asked, curious as to the Nords concerns for the next day.

"Well I guess I'm glad that I'll be able to finally complete my fucking trials" Ricky said in a bright manner though he switched his tone and demeanour once he switched to his second point. "It kinda sucks it has to be tomorrow cause I was hoping to spend some more time with Lucy and Trinity".

"Ricky if you get up bright and early I'm sure you'll be able to have more time before ya go" Bubbles said, his advice cheering up the Nord.

"Yeah I'll definitely get up early tomorrow, thanks for the advice man" Ricky responded, expressing his gratitude to the mage. "I should probably get going as well, I gonna go see my family" Ricky said, his current demeanour very evidently displaying excited and happy at the thought of reuniting with the people he loved most in the world.

"Sounds good I hope you have a great time catching up, goodnight Ricky" Bubbles said in a farewell manner.

"Goodnight Bubs, Lydia" Ricky said to his two friends, Lydia wishing him a goodnight back as well as he walked off into the village.

His current direction in mind being Lucys house which was not too far from the inn which soon would vanish off in the distance. It wouldn't be long before the Nord would find himself arriving at the location and found himself looking at the wooden household facing him. Eager to step inside the Nord made his way up to the door, proceeding to knock on it as soon as he was within space of it. After a few seconds of waiting the door would open and in its entrance way stood an all too familiar redheaded woman who looked at him with a grin.

"Well well looks whose back alive from their trip in Whiterun" Sarah quipped humorously.

"Very funny Sarah, wheres Trin and Lucy?" Ricky asked, wanting to see them straight away.

"Trinitys asleep right now and Lucy's out in the living room drinking, we were planning to get drunk tonight" Sarah replied as she explained what was currently happening with the two others living in the house.

"Well invite me in I'd love to have some fucking drinks" Ricky exclaimed, wanting to down some liquor given the lack of any he had throughout the day.

"Alright, but Ricky you better not go through my entire fuck'n stash like you did last time" Sarah warned, still agitated about the last drinking occasion where Ricky without thinking or relative care went through all of Sarahs personal collection of beers she saved for the week.

"Don't worry I won't touch your fuck'n precious stash" Ricky mocked, already annoyed with the Redheads condescending behaviour, something he felt he had gone through enough today.

"You better, otherwise my boots gonna go straight up your fucking ass" the red haired woman threatened as she walked back into the house with Ricky following behind.

Sarah and Ricky walked through the house and into the living room, Lucy was at the back of the main dining table sipping a glass of wine. Immediately once Ricky spotted her he found himself overcome with emotion , the Nord was beyond happy to see her again.

"Hey Lucy your boyfriends here" Sarah stated to the Blond haired woman whose attention had now been caught and fixated on the Nord.

"Oh hey Rick, how was Whiterun?" Lucy slurred, her speech pattern and off set tone a clear sign of her current intoxicated state .

"It was alright at the start but after holy fuck did things really fucking change for me and open up like a whole new fucking world" Ricky said, the Nord trying to find how best to condense all the revelations, twists and events that went down in the past few days.

"Well what happened?" Lucy inquired, very intrigued by what had clearly had severe impact on him as she pressed the man for information.

Ricky would launch into a long ten minute explanation that summarised all that had happened since he had left since he travelled to Whiterun. He was quick to launch into the story of how he and the boys with the Jarls men fought the Dragon Mirmulnir, how when the beast was slain he had absorbed its soul. Ricky then explained how this ability made him the Dragonborn, then he retold the events of leading up to and during the boys trip up to High Hrothgar, in order to meet the Greybeards who would teach him his gift.

Continuing on he also talked about how the ancient monks gave him 3 trials, the last of which involved going to a ruin in Morthal to take back an artefact. He then spoke of how he and the group came back to Riverwood to get the horn off the person who stole, wrapping up all that had occurred up till now. By the end of the story both Sarah and Lucy were left in a state of absolute shock and even some disbelief in the case of the latter.

"Is this a fucking joke?" Sarah asked, the red haired woman finding the story Ricky told to be somewhat unbelievable, especially the absurd notion that he held role of a powerful figure from legend.

"You don't believe me" Ricky accused feeling very annoyed that predictably Sarah did believe that all the stuff that went down actually happened.

"Its seems a little far fetched that you of all people would be the Dragonborn" Sarah laughed, not taking the Nord seriously, "I gotta hand it too you Ricky thats one hell of a story you made up" the red haired woman added with a smirk.

"Its not fucking made up, here I'll show you" Ricky said as he prepared to utilise shout in order to prove that he was the Dragonborn.

"Okay then, show me" Sarah said, still smirking as she fully believed he was making it all up in order to trick them.

Ricky then proceeded to open up the nearest window which offered a wide enough opening in which he could unleash the shouts effects outside and not damage any of the interior of the house. "Fus Roh!" Ricky shouted sending a blast outside the house, the force of it impacting a nearby wooden cart in the road which went flying and hitting the side of a nearby house.

"WHAT IN THE FUCK!, WHAT FUCKING COCKSUCKER IS THROWING HIS CRAP AT MY HOUSE THIS FUCKING HOUR!" the very wound up and angry resident of the house screamed in absolute fury, prompting Ricky to quickly slam the window shut.

Ricky focused his perspective back onto Lucy and Sarah who looked so amazed that if it was possible their jaws would have dropped. "So do you fuck'n believe me now" Ricky said.

For the life of her Sarah for once could not find a response as she was still recovering any trace of reason or rationality in her head, though Lucy would instead answer him. "That was fucking amazing Ricky!" Lucy exclaimed excitedly as she made her way up to the Nord who found his heartbeat increase rapidly as she stood mere inches from his face.

"Thanks, I'm still learning the full shout but I got a pretty damn fucking good handling of the shout" Ricky somewhat bragged as he charmed his girlfriend who gave a slight giggle at the comment.

"I'll say" Lucy replied as she looked up at him, "you know I have to say, this whole powerful Dragonborn thing you got going, its actually pretty hot" the blond haired woman flirted as she seduced the very lovestruck Nord in front of her.

"You looking pretty fucking hot tonight as well" Ricky said with a smirk back, making the woman give a loving expression back at him before she pulled him in for kiss.

As the two made out Sarah rolled her eyes and letting loose a sigh, not in the mood to stick around she decided to leave the room. Knowing what activities the couple would no doubt engage in the red haired woman made her way back into her room and shut the door behind her.

Now alone Ricky and Lucys kiss had transitioned into something more passionate in mind with the two deciding to head back to the latters bedroom to have sex. The door was quickly slammed shut and from there on out the only thing that could be heard was the couples loud night of pleasure.

Meanwhile back over with Bubbles and Lydia the two had been making their way through the village in order to reach Bubbles residence. Along the way the two would wind up encountering into a familiar pair whom the Imperial mage recognised immediately.

"Hey man its Bubbles" Cory said nudging his long haired wood elf friend in the ribs, catching the latters attention as he pointed out one of the persons approaching in the distance.

As soon as they were sure the latter could see them the two immediately announced their presence, "hey Bubbles long time no see man" Trevor said greeting the Imperial.

"Sup dude" Cory added as he addressed Bubbles who came to a stop in front of the two alongside Lydia.

"Hey Boys, how have you been?" Bubbles greeted back, admittedly curious as to how the two were given it had been a while since he had a proper catch up with Trevor and Cory.

"We've been good Bubs, just keeping it real like always" Trevor replied, trying to make himself look the best in front of the boys like always. The Wood elf also took notice of the lady in steel armour beside Bubbles, the Nord woman entrancing the young man who found her very attractive. "Is that your girlfriend?" he asked.

"No boys!, this is my friend Lydia, shes me, Julian and Ricky's housecarl" Bubbles explained, feeling rather flustered upon hearing the particular assumption around him and Lydia. The housecarl also feeling awkward as well despite her straight face right now.

"Oh is she like a house maid or something?" Cory asked, having no clue what a housecarl was though this was not a usual for him given complex topics struggled to if ever register in his mind.

"She's more like a bodyguard and advisor to us, she's helped us through a lot of shit and is pretty damn handy in a fight" the Imperial replied to the pair, one of who kept doing long stares at Lydia whenever she wasn't looking at him.

"Damn she's a bad ass fighter, thats fucking sick dude" Cory exclaimed as he found himself in awe of Lydia, the woman herself interested by the praise she was given by the skinny tan looking Nord. "Lydia your awesome, up top!" Cory said as he raised his hand up as if to give a high five, something that left the housecarl speechless not knowing how to respond to such an unfamiliar gesture.

Sensing the awkwardness Bubbles stepped in to alleviate the situation, "hands down Cory she's not into that kind of thing" the Imperial criticised causing the latter to pull his arm down.

"Okay, sorry if thats not your thing" the tan Nord somewhat apologised, feeling a little guilty about the accidental uncomfortable moment.

"Its alright I didn't take any offence to it" the housecarl reassured showing she wasn't bothered by the thing which made Corys mood go up.

"Thanks" he replied with an enthusiastic tone. The tan Nord then turned to face his counterpart who was still making awkward looks at you know who, something that Cory had not been blind too. "We should probably get going now, see you two later" Cory farewelled.

"Sounds good, see ya later Trevor and Cory" Bubbles replied to the pair who walked past him and Lydia, heading off into the distance. As the duo walked off Bubbles and Lydia could hear them talking very loudly.

"Dude what was up with the staring man, do you like Lydia or somethin" Cory inquired, his question quickly setting off the latter who was sensitive about the topic.

"Shut up Cory not so loud!" Trevor retorted, very worried about people knowing about his attraction, especially Lydia who heard given the not so discrete nature of his own loud voice.

"Oh so you do like her, I knew you were crushing hard" Cory teased back with a grin on face.

"Fuck off Cory!" the Wood elf responded angrily, the two launching into an argument which rapidly began to fade more and more into the distance as they faded from Bubbles view.

The Imperial shook his head upon witnessing this, he turned to face Lydia who as he expected had a very awkward expression on her face, the latter having never expected to deal with an admirer of hers.

"Sorry about that, fuck I hope they didn't make things fucking awkward for you" Bubbles said, hoping that the Housecarl wasn't too uncomfortable thanks to what just occurred.

"Its fine," Lydia replied though her current blush and uneasy voice tone made it out that she was anything but. "Lets just head back to your place" the Housecarl suggested, wanting to go.

With that the two picked up where they left off walking back down the streets towards Bubbles current place of living, a short but comfortable dwelling which they would soon come upon. Lydia found herself stepping onto the wet grass of a somewhat fenced slash abandoned yard space where a single one room hut stood at the end of slightly to the left. Almost instant Lydia would lay eyes on the dozen or so cats roaming the yard, some of which were kittens while most of the others were adults.

She knew that these must be the kitties Bubbles cared for very much and she could understand why upon seeing the creatures herself, especially when seeing the infant cats for the first time. Bubbles was quick to make his way over to the group of cats who upon recognising him made their way over.

"Hey guys, I'm home now!" Bubbles said with a very joyful tone as he found himself utterly surrounded by the cats who purred and patted at his leg pants, clearly wanting to be picked up. Bubbles would eventually pick one of them, a large black cat whose gaze seemed to be wandering all over the place.

"Hey General Meowstein I missed you a lot" Bubbles said as he held the aforementioned cat who snuggled in his arms. Still holding Meowstein in his hands he turned to face Lydia, as he did he noticed standing by her feet. "I think somebody wants your attention" the Imperial replied with a smile.

Lydia turned her head down to see a small grey kitten rubbing up against her leg and very innocent like trying to paw at her boot.

"You can pick up em up if you want" Bubbles said laying down his offer while at the same time putting Meowstein back on the ground so as to attend to the other cats.

"Are you sure?" the Housecarl replied, feeling a little unsure about the idea and a little scared she might hurt the kitten who appeared so small and fragile.

"You'll be fine, trust me" the Imperial reassured as he picked up another one of the cats at the same time.

Following his suit Lydia gently picked up the small baby cat in her arms and held it next to her chest, the grey kitten instantly cuddling up next to her. The housecarl couldn't help but give a warm smile towards the kitten as it soon fell asleep in her arms.

"How is it?" Bubbles asked with curiosity as he looked at Lydia who in this appeared to be very happy, something of a rare sight to the Imperial.

"It feel pretty good" Lydia replied as she looked at the sleeping kitten, "he looks very adorable" she admitted with a small grin.

"That they sure fuck'n are" Bubbles said back in agreement as he smiled at the tabby cat he held close to him.

The two would hold their respective cats for a brief period before putting them down back onto the ground or in Lydias case one of the small fur beds where the kitten could sleep comfortably and soundly. From their Bubbles attended to his cats checking up on everyone one of them, he also checked to see if they had been well fed by Alvor and his family. The evidence displayed in the cats bowls would confirm that they had been looked after well which pleased the Imperial.

Lydia and Bubbles then unpacked their stuff, took off any armour currently equipped and got ready for bed, the two very tired out from the day plus all the other events that occurred in the past period of days. Lydia would have the top part of the wooden bunk bed whilst Bubbles would sleep at the bottom, the two very worn out adventurers would soon find themselves falling into a deep slumber.

The very next day Julian got up around 10 am, for the Breton he felt rejuvenated after a night of being back in his own comfortable bed. The night before had been a somewhat busy one, he had first gone to drop off the horse back at Alvors house. Then he went to have a talk with Alvor who was still up at the time, after some explanations and convincing the blacksmith had been willing to lend his horse again. Though the price would be a fair payment exchange of coins coming straight out of the Bretons pocket.

Following this he went to finally go treat himself to some shopping which he went and did, being an avid fan of strong drinks he naturally bought a collection of black briar mead plus his personal favourite, a bottle of black briar reserve. Once he finished up his shopping he went home and put away the newly bought alcohol in his cupboard, saving one which he would pour himself a glass for the night. Having finished his drink Julian went to bed and was out very quickly.

Now that it was morning however Julian set about getting ready for his trip to High Hrothgar, taking his pack and putting in the carriage which still stood outside the inn. It still felt weird to Julian knowing who run the place and the fact that she no doubt held a bigger role in what was happening outside of the village. He was quick however to shake any of these thoughts as he proceeded onto his tasks which he had set for himself.

Visiting the Ironfist homstead he went and got the horse back from the small fenced stable area, as he left the blacksmiths residence he promised to return her safely. As soon as he reattached the horse back to the familiar straps of the wagon, Julian directed the stallion to drive the carriage to head over to Lucy's house.

At the same time at the particular place Ricky was having lunch with his Lucy and Trinity, the little girl in particular was very fascinated with a story Ricky was telling her.

"Did you really fight a dragon dad?" Trinity asked with amazement in her eyes, the scenario seeming very exciting in her eyes given the grandiosity and mythical picture many dragon battle of legend often depicted. Though to Ricky having lived through the experience of fighting Mirmulnir it was very more intense and scary fighting an actual dragon than being told through a tale.

"I sure did, but divines above was a he tough fuck'n bastard to put down" Ricky recounted as he remembered the tense moments where he and Julian had to keep out of range of his deadly flames and vicious assaults. "He had me pinned to the ground, could have fucking taken me out" the Nord added as he remembered the beasts claw holding him down as it loomed over him. He was fortunate the dragon had been distracted by a sudden revelation thus making him vulnerable to Bubbles firebolt, allowing Ricky to hack of his head with his sword.

"Well if your still alive that means you killed the dragon, right?" Trinity asked, her assumption being correct of course given the clear one of the two who survived the battle.

"Yeah I killed him, but the weirdest shit happened after" Ricky said as he advanced onto the next part of the story.

"What happened?" Trinity asked her childlike wonder and immense fascination for the story melting the Nords heart at seeing how happy she was.

"Well- after apparently I absorbed the fucking things-" the Nord replied though he was cut off by the sound of loud banging at the door. Being the closest to the door Lucy went over to go to the entrance way, opening it up and greeting the person who stood at it. She then yelled out to Ricky, "hey Rick Julians here!".

The announced Breton walked into the house and made his way into the living room, upon seeing him Trinity ran up to him for a hug which Julian accepted. "I missed you Julian" Trinity said with a wide smile.

"I missed you too sweetie" Julian replied, glad to have finally got the chance to catch up with Trinity although somewhat briefly.

"Have you come to have a drink with daddy?" the girl asked, wondering as to the reasoning behind the Bretons visit. Ricky had not yet got up to the part in his story around the circumstances that the Breton needed to collect him for.

"Maybe some other time, but I'm here to bring your dad up a mountain for an important ceremony" Julian replied, explaining his main purpose for showing up at the family homestead.

"Whats the ceremony about" Trinity queried, very interested by the event that her father was going to be a part of.

"Well its kind of like a event that celebrates him being accepted as the Dragonborn by the Greybeards" the Breton responded, the muscular man somewhat in the dark about what the Greybeards had in mind for Ricky regarding the final phase of their trials.

"That sounds so cool, man I wish I could go up the mountain as well" Trinity said with annoyance clearly evident in her voice as she let out a massive sigh.

"Trust me Trin you don't wanna go up the mountain" Lucy added as she placed a comforting hand on her daughters shoulder. Recalling what Ricky had said about the trip up she turned .to face the Nord who had been listening in on the conversation, "didn't you say you came across frickin Frost troll or whatever?".

"Well yeah but we managed to kill the fuck'n ugly furry fuckhead, so it doesn't matter anymore" Ricky replied, confident that the issue of any danger on the path up to High Hrothgar was non existent.

"Ricky just because you killed one troll doesn't there isn't more monsters and other fucking dangerous things up the mountain" Lucy retorted, not at all happy about his casual demeanour about the situation.

"If there are other enemies up there they'll probably just be wolves or some other rabid animal, shit we'll be able to handle" Julian replied reassuring the mother who seemed somewhat placated by this but still held some uncertainty. As he finished his point the Breton looked out the window at the sun, the current time it displayed from the angle reminded him of what they had to do. "Speaking of which we should probably get going Ricky, it'd be best to reach the Greybeards place by late afternoon

"Well okay if we need to go that fucking early" Ricky quipped, not really thrilled about going but realised he needed to finish the last bit of the Greybeards quest. The Nord made his way over to the other side of the lounge where his journey pack alongside his steel sword plus his leather armour. Picking them up he carried them out to the carriage where he unloaded the content's into the compartment, Julian would join him as well outside with Lucy and Trinity coming out of the house as well.

Once he finished strapping in his stuff Ricky made his way over his family to see his temporary farewells, "well I guess this is goodbye, I'll be back tomorrow though thats for fucking sure" he said to the pair.

"I'll see you tomorrow then" Lucy replied as she gave Ricky a kiss on the cheek and quick hug for good measure.

"Stay safe daddy" Trinity said with a smile as she made her way over to the Nord who gave her a hug.

"I will, love you Trin" Ricky replied, admittedly feeling a little heartache at leaving his family so soon again.

"Love you too dad" Trinity responded, watching as the Nord gave one last look at her before heading into the carriage with Julian, the Breton in the drivers seat.

As soon as he was able Julian got the carriage moving, the horse driven transport making its way through the village within the span of a few seconds. It would'nt be too long before the wagon would reach the destination in mind, the villages entrance gate which luck would have it was open. With haste in mind for the journey in head the carriage made its way out of the village and back into the familarity of the ever drowning in greenery forest.

A couple of hours would pass by as they made their way towards their primary destination. The environment itself would make great but nostalgic transitions, from the forest they had been through god knows how many times, to the sight of the ruined Helgen and finally the snowy biomes plus a narrow canyon ride. Eventually after passing through the recognised sights they would finally arrive in Ivarstead.

Not wanting to waste anytime they went through the same procedure they did last with dropping the horse off. Julian and Ricky also reequipped their armour and weapons, wanting to cautious for their hike up the mountain again. Overall the walk up to High Hrothgar would not be as perilous as the last time they went up with Lydia and Bubbles.

Fortunately they would not encounter any aggressive Frost trolls or any hostile enemies that stood in the path. The walk up was simply a quiet one with the only sound being the conversations and debates made by the Breton and the Nord as they made their way up the same trek as before. As they did they passed by the various markers that told parts of a story, a story which still held certain mysteries that were still unanswered. The two knew that these curiosities would be for another time as they had come with one purpose, which they wanted to get over and done with, eager to return to their lives in Riverwood.

Eventually the two climbers would arrive at Greybeards stronghold. As always the ancient structure sat right next to the ever brewing enormous snowstorm which covered the path up to the throat of the world. Julian wondered if the storm was a constant thing up here, was the unstable weather always meant to permanent?, or was someone or something ensuring that the way up to the top of the mountain could not be reached naturally?.

As he pondered this he and Ricky headed up the steps and made their way into the Greybeards monastery. Just as it was last time it was quite a welcome and warming change stepping inside the building and leaving the cold weather outside of the now shut entrance. The Greybeards themselves could be seen kneeling in front of the the shrine as the Breton and the Nord approached.

Once they came into close approximate distance of the ancient monks all four Greybeards stood up and faced the group. "I see you have returned Dragonborn, tell me do you have the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller in your possession" Argneir greeted, getting straight to the point of the matter at hand,

"Fuck yeah we got it" Ricky replied as he gestured to Julian who opened up his pack and presented it to the horn to the elder shout user.

"Ah, I see you have retrieved it after all, well done you have passed all your trials" Argneir replied, congratulating Ricky who find his pride double in size upon hearing the approval come from the Greybeards themselves. "I believe now it is time for us to recognise you fully as Dragonborn.

"Hows that gonna work?" Ricky inquired, interested by what the speaker of the Greybeards had in mind in "recognising" him.

"First we will impart onto you the final word of unrelenting force 'Dah' which means 'push'" Argneir explained, revealing that Ricky upon absorbing this shout would possess the full might of the unrelenting force shout.

"Sounds pretty fucking good to me" Ricky responded, positive about the thought of having a completed shout.

"Indeed, with all three words together this shout is much more powerful, use it wisely" Argneir advised with caution, he then turned to face Master Wulfgar who stepped forward. "Master Wulfgar will know gift you his knowledge of "Dah".

As soon as Argneir finished his point Wulfgar shouted at the floor between him and Ricky, "Dah!". Almost instantaneously a glowing rune symbol formed on the floor, being instantly absorbed by Ricky who know had the word burned into his mind, Dah - Push.

Upon finishing the transfer Argenir spoke again, "You have completed your training Dragonborn, now we will speak to you" he said, confusing the Nord who did not realise that the ceremony was about to begin. He also noticed that the other Greybeards walked up and formed a circle around him.

"Um I don't mean to be a fucking dick but why are you guys fuck'n surrounding me?"the Nord asked as he eyed everyone of the hooded individuals surrounding him.

"Is it not obvious Dragonborn, this the traditional welcoming ceremony for all Dovahkin" Argneir stated to Ricky who somewhat understood what was gonna happen but given lack of knowledge on Greybeard traditions was still lost.

"Okay…" Ricky replied.

"Prepare yourself, few can withstand the unbridled voice of the Greybeards, but you are ready" Argneir informed Ricky, his last point instantly alarming a nearby Breton who instantly cut in.

"Wait are you gonna shout at him, you sure thats fucking safe?" Julian questioned, not at all comfortable at the thought of what could happen if Ricky got injured by this ceremony.

"Do not worry yourself Julian, aside from a few temporary blurring sensations the Dragonborn will be fine throughout the duration of the ceremony" Argneir reassured, his simple reply hinting that he'd give similar responses to the same situation in the past.

"Well alright, but if he gets fucked over I'm stepping in" Julian said with a promise, not caring in the slightest if the Greybeards would offended by him rushing into help his friend.

"In the most unlikeliest situation that the Dragonborn is physically injured we will gladly assist you in helping heal him, does that comfort you?" Argeneir replied, the Greybeard being met with a nod that showed that Julian seemed to be at least alright with the ceremony.

Argneir then turned his attention back to the ritual at hand, Ricky steadying himself as he prepared for whatever the Greybeards were about to do with the power of the voice. Suddenly all at once the Greybeards began to speak, the power of their combined voices shaking the very foundations of the building.

"Lingrah krosis saraan Strundu'ul, voth nu balaan klov praan nau" the Greybeards recited in unison, the blast waves from their voice causing Rickys vision to blur to white slightly as he clutched his head. "Naal Thu'umu, mu ofan nii nu, Dovahkin, naal sulyek do kaan, naal sulyek do Shor, ahrk naal sulyek do Atmorasewuth" they chanted, all the while Ricky tried to maintain his balance through the impact of their voices. "Meyz nu Ysmir, Dovahsebrom, Dahmaan daar rok", with that the Greybeards finished their chant, ending the ceremony and its impacts on the environment.

As soon as the voices stopped, the uncomfortable sensations finally left Rickys head allowing him to see properly again as well as stand steady again. With everything finally cleared up out of his system he found himself facing Argneir who looked at him with a joyful demeanour. "Dovahkin you have tasted the voice of the Greybeards and passed through unscathed, High Hrothgar is open to you" Argenir said in a proud voice.

"Wow thats fucking awesome, so I can come up here anytime I want?" Ricky inquired.

"That you can Dragonborn, our monastery is forever open to you should you ever have need of it" Argneir responded, explaining to the Nord the privileges now bestowed upon him as a occupant who could come and go through High Hrothgar as he pleased.

"Sweet!" the Nord responded, finding it cool that he now had a free place to use for his own purposes if he so wished. Ricky contemplated if he could potentially grow some weed up here, the ancient building could be an interesting spot to place and harvest some dope plants. As he was thinking over this Julians voice cut through his voice.

"So what was that whole ceremony thing about?" Julian queried, wondering just what the incredible display of power he witnessed and was conducted on none other than Ricky was really about.

"We spoke the traditional words of greeting to a Dragonborn who has accepted our guidance" the Greybeard replied. "The same words were used to greet the young Talos before he became Emperor Tiber Septim" he added, the mention of the legendary figure capturing Rickys interest.

"How fucking long ago was it that the he became the fucking Dragonborn?" Ricky asked, interested with the length of time given the notion of the Greybeards being alive during that time to preside of the event.

"To put it roughly, over 1000 years ago" Argneir responded.

"Damn seems like a quite a long time ago" Julian remarked, his comment being an understatement given how the important date seemed to go as far back as the second era.

"Very much so, much has transpired since he was first proclaimed as Dragonborn" Argneir stated, his gaze shifting from Julian to Ricky as the subject of his next point he would make. "Tiber Septim's ascension from man to one of the divines themselves is indicative of the sheer potential of the direction the voice can take you"

"When do you think I'll be able to learn some fuck'n more about the voice" Ricky inquired, very intrigued given from what he had from Argneir the practical elements of it seemed endless and such potential fascinated beyond measure.

"You have learned so much already Dragonborn, growing your gift too quickly could become dangerous" Argenir warned much to the Nords disappointment though the Greybeards next point would lighten him up a bit. "However there are many words of power in Skyrim that are carved in the dragon tongue".

"Where are they?" Ricky asked curiously.

"From here we can feel the Thu'um resonate from certain locations, finding these lost words however would be a sufficient test to temper your abilities with experience" Argneir said, launching into a simple explanation on the trials that would no doubt be faced in each of these word locations. "You may ask, when you are ready to search".

"I think we'll be good for now, we've had our fucking fill of quests for a while" Julian replied, giving his and Rickys answers on the matter which the Greybeard humbly accepted.

"Very well, but should you ever be in need of new shouts, you have but need to contact me to show you the location" Argneir responded to the Breton and Nord who gave a nod in response.

For the rest of the day Julian and Ricky decided to stay at the monastery given it would be too late to make the full journey back to Riverwood and they were not so eager to travel back at night. At the end of the day the two ate a self made dinner which the Greybeards allowed to make their supplies, proclaiming it was not an issue given the Dragonborns new privilege. Having eaten their fill and feeling rather tired Julian and Ricky soon went to sleep, having a night of relative peace.

The next morning the pair made their way down the mountain, eager to get back. From Julians view he could see the bright yellow sun was closet to reaching its primary spot in the sky. As he looked at the bright beautiful atmosphere presented around him with both the sky and the land in the case of the mountain environment, Julian felt a sense of relief wash over him.

It was finally over, all the stress, tasks and danger he had become familar with over the past few days was finally put behind him. The Breton had been through a lot this recent bit, dragon battles, dangerous mountain trips, ancient ruin walkthroughs, but he had come out in the end alright. Many positives had come out of it such as meeting Lydia who he had taken a liking to, especially after the times she had saved his ass in Ustengrav from potential Draugr attacks.

The boys have had many unusual experiences over the course of their life but what had really affected Julian and had shaken him during this period of time was that they were this time actually involved in very serious and larger than life important events and plots that affected the fate of the world around them. Julian being the natural leader of the group could handle certain responsibilities relating to schemes, the management of the group and other things contained within his preferred small normal world.

He had not expected to suddenly be involved along with his friends in the larger scope of Skyrims internal and mystical world affairs. The catalyst of this was admittedly his fault given the decision was his to go to Whiterun to meet the Jarl. But in reality was it though?, given if looked back on far enough it could be said that it all began with their arrival in Helgen. One could go back even further and say that Rickys own birth, marking the existence of a new Dragonborn may have set it all in motion.

To Julian perhaps it was all predestined that what happened was always meant to be, their once at least semi normal lives now becoming mixed with the wider world of Skyrim. Though he had led them this far well enough but the future still held much dread in terms of what was to come. Sure the current dilemma had been resolved but there were things left unresolved, such as the mystery of the dragons uprising and the apparent master in charge of them. Delphine herself was a conundrum as well such as her original intentions as to why she needed to meet the Dragonborn, ones she would not give to them given her disappointment and distrust of them.

Despite all the uneasiness Julian had hope in his heart, that in spite of it all he and the people he cared about most in the world would make it through the dark times that would come. After all in many of the great legends the darkness would eventually pass and the light would shine through once more.

To be continued

Here we are the end of quite a mini arc, the first part of the main questline from the game is now done and dusted. I'm amazed that I'm finally here, it has truly been quite a length since I first started this storyline back in February but its finally complete now. I hope you've all enjoyed it a lot and the many interesting slash humorous moments its brought to this story. I had a great time writing this chapter especially what with it allowing me to somewhat tap more into the Trailer park boys side of the crossover what with the group back in Riverwood. It was especially fun to write Cory and Trevor into the story again given I haven't really done any scenes for them except chapter 4. Regarding Delphine she has been an intriguing character to write what with certain parts are closed off in her interactions from the boys and the reader itself, which makes sense given she isn't dealing with the Dragonborn from the game. Instead she has a to deal with a group of law breaking and at times lacking in common sense group of individuals so its understandable why shes hesitant to bring them into the fold, just yet.

Anywho as a preview for next time, stay tuned for the next chapter in which everyones favourite Veterinarian/Caveman makes his debut into the series. With everything said I wish a fond farewell and I look forward to the next time.
