"I can't believe you dragged me into this. You know he won't like it at all," Cas warned as he rounded the corner, where Dean had already pressed himself against the wall to "hide" himself. He got the motion to stand beside him and, at length, decided to comply.
"That's the point of a prank," Dean answered quietly, even as they heard Sam's angry shouts rise up from down the hall. Nothing the older brother hadn't heard before⦠they just needed to not get caught. As Sam's footsteps came closer, he tapped Cas' arm, still watching the other direction. "Make us invisible." When his fingers only met with air, he turned around. The angel was nowhere in sight.
The son of a bitch had bailed! Dean whirled back around in the hopes that he had enough time to book it out here. As luck would have it, of course, Sam was right in his face when he turned.
He thought he heard a little snicker from closeby, but Sam was too focused on Dean to notice it.
