So, I haven't uploaded in a while. Sorry about that. There have been a variety of reasons that I'm not going to share because, number 1: I don't want to, and number 2: I doubt anyone cares. Without any further ado, here's the story.

It had been a day since Amity, King, Eda and the golden guard were on their quest for the mysterious substance known as titan's blood. Everything went according to plan. Both parties received a supply of the dark green liquid. However, several days before, the magical properties of the titan's blood created a portal at the bottom of Eclips Lake, the primary source of the blood.

The portal led to a not very well known part of New York. An old animation studio lost to time. Rotting wood, rusty nails, and the overwhelming smell of ink was everything a quick glance inside would get you. But oh, was there so much more.

A black, viscous fluid seeped through the portal into the blood. Even with a much greater amount of titan's blood, Luz's portal back to the human realm would be much, much more dangerous.

Meanwhile, at emperor Belos's castle, the emperor was talking to an entity known as the Collector when Hunter, the golden guard barged in. "What is it Hunter?" Belos asked in slight annoyance.

"I-I know you told me not to go anywhere, but I uh, I got a bunch of-" Hunter rushed, handing the bowl of titan's blood to Belos.

Belos stared at it before ordering Hunter to his room for disobeying orders. "How strange."the emperor said when it was just him and the Collector.

"What's weird?" the Collector asked, curious.

"The blood is a much darker color than its usual shade of emerald green," Belos responded, "It could just be clotting, but you'd expect it to have happened to the limited amount we have."

"Well, if the end result is what you say, then I don't care." the Collector responded, laughing as he did.

"Good things come to those who are patient, Collector." Belos said with a slight smile. But they would come to realize that that statement was not correct.

Two days later, Eda, King and Luz set up what they needed for the new portal. "All right, everything's ready!" Eda said, getting an exercise bike-like contraption as a power source.

"It's crazy how much stuff that we needed was just lying around." Luz said, excited. "I guess I'm ready."

"Okay kido, stand back!" Eda yelled as she began powering the door. Energy sparked from the door as the different materials fused together, however something went wrong. Instead of the door having two eyes on it, and a crooked shape, it was more straight, and it appeared to be carved to look as though a liquid was pouring down it.

"That doesn't look like the old door," king said, slightly confused, "Luz, be careful."

"Aw, don't worry, what's the worst that could happen?". Luz responded only to be met with stares from the other two. "What?

"Uh, Luz you do realize every time you say that-" Eda began before being interrupted by Hooty who was eavesdropping.

"Something really bad happens." Hooty said, appearing from behind a tree.

"Gah!" King yelled, falling over from being startled. "Could you at least announce when you're gonna invade our conversation?!"

"Would you two stop messing around? We need to be ready in case anything bad happens with the new portal." Eda yelled. "Go on kid."

"Okay," Luz said, "here goes nothing!" Luz opened the door to see a long tunnel with a black liquid all over the walls, ceiling, and floor, with a bright light at the end. She took a step forward, when the portal started shaking violently. "Oh no." Luz managed to get out before the door exploded, releasing a beam of energy, as well as spewing a large amount of the liquid all over the ground, and all over luz.

Luz coughed from accidentally swallowing some of the fluid. Eda helped her into the house, and onto the couch. Luz layed there for a while, but eventually she fell asleep.

She found herself in front of a floating door. She opened it, seeing the inside of a building. Obviously, it was abandoned, it smelled strongly of rot and decay. There was nobody there, and it was apparent that nobody had been there for many years. It looked like it had been left in a hurry. She stepped inside, only to hear the door creak shut, and the voice of what she assumed was a middle aged man say "All right Joey. I'm here. Let's see if I can find what you wanted me to see."

Luz started to move as suddenly tally marks began forming across the walls, ceiling, and floor. Before she could question anything, three images began repeatedly forming in her mind. A strange machine with a tank labeled INK, a wheelchair, and most disturbingly of all, some sort of strange creature she had never seen before.

It was very tall, and saying it was skinny was an understatement. She could see the earache indentation of its ribcage. The most bizarre part of it was hard to pinpoint. The thing's teeth looked like it was actually just one large tooth, but drawn to look like multiple. Over half of its face had the same liquid that the rest of its body seemed to be made of dripping down it. It had a bow tie, and a single white glove reaching out to her. Its head seemed to be a circle with a hole near the top of it. Then Luz realized it looked like it was supposed to be a demon.

She reached her hand out to it, only to realize that her arm was also made of the viscous substance.

She woke up sweating and scared. She decided to ignore it for now. After all, it wasn't that bad was it? Everyone has bad dreams sometimes, right?
