Here with a new story. This is a slight AU where Inko and All Might are married and are heroes. Izuku will have a twin sister named Izumi. This is rated for child neglect, even though I am strongly against that, language, lemons and suicidal thoughts/actions. If you are offended by any of these mentioned, outside of the lemon, I apologize in advance and hope you can take it with a pinch of salt. Please enjoy the first chapter.
Inko stood in the kitchen, washing dishes before she felt a couple of hands hit her legs. She looked down and smiled at the sight of her two 4-year-old children staring up at her with wide eyes, "Hey you two, what are you getting yourselves into?"
"Mom, mom, we have to go," Inko hummed in confusion as the two began jumping up and down, "We need to see what our Quirks are! Kacchan went yesterday, so can we go, please, please, please?"
Inko slightly smiled as she nodded, "Okay you two, we'll go as soon as I'm finished washing the dishes, okay?" the siblings nodded before they turned and ran into the other room as Inko giggled and shook her head, "Those two…it's good to see Izuku and Izumi have a good relationship, most siblings fight…they'll make a fine hero duo in the future," she turned and continued to wash the dishes.

The siblings ran into the living room before Izumi looked at her brother and smiled, "This is going to be so cool, Izu! We're going to check what our Quirks are and then we can be heroes!"
"Right Zumi and we'll be the best brother-sister heroes ever," Izumi hummed and nodded before the two of them sat down on the couch and waited for their mother.

The three sat in a room before the door opened and the doctor stepped inside, carrying a couple of files, "Okay, Yagi family…looks like we have two kids getting their Quirks checked today," sitting down, the doctor looked up and slightly smiled, "Okay, the way this works is I'm going to take some blood from you kids, then I'll have to take an x-ray of your foot and we'll see if you kids have Quirks," the two smiled and nodded, "So…who wants to go first?"
Izuku looked over to his sister and saw her shaking a bit and he frowned, "Zumi?" Izumi hummed and looked at him, "Do…you want to go first?"
"I…I'm scared, Izu…they're going to poke us with a needle and-"
"It's okay, Zumi. Me and mom are here and we're going to be heroes and heroes can't be scared," Izuku smiled at her, "I'll go first if you want an-" Izumi hugged him and Izuku returned the embrace, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, Izu…I'll go first," Inko smiled as she watched as her children separated and Izumi stepped down before walking over to the doctor.
The doctor helped her onto the bed and Izumi nervously held her arm out. The doctor took an alcohol wipe and cleaned her arm before picking up a syringe and lightly poked it in her arm and they watched as the vial filled with blood before the doctor removed the needle, "See? Was that so bad, kid?" Izumi hummed and shook her head as the doctor put a bandage on her arm, "Now let's take an x-ray of your foot and then it's your brother's turn," Izumi nodded before climbing off the bed and followed the doctor to the back room.
Inko looked down at her son saw him shaking, "Aw, is my sweet little broccoli getting scared now?'
"N-no…but mom…you and dad will still love me and Zumi even if we don't get good Quirks, right?" he looked up and Inko's eyes widened, "You and dad will still love us, even if we don't get good Quirks, right mom?"
"Izuku," Inko frowned as she shook her head and patted the top of Izuku's head, "You shouldn't ask something that's obvious. Of course your father and I will still love you and your sister, regardless of what your Quirks will be," Izuku hummed and nodded and Inko smiled again, "Now, no more of these silly thoughts in your head, okay my sweet little broccoli?"
"Okay mom," Izuku smiled as they waited for the doctor and Izumi to return.

The three sat and waited for the doctor to return with the results. The door opened and the doctor stepped inside, a hardened expression crossing his face as he walked over to his chair and sat down, "Mrs. Yagi…I'm afraid I've got good news and bad news…which would you like to hear first?"
"I…I suppose the good news,"
"The good news is your daughter has a very strong telekinesis Quirk, and I wouldn't be surprised if she is stronger than the hero Teleka one day," Inko smiled, which quickly turned into a frown when the doctor sighed and shook his head, "And for the bad news…I'm sorry to say this, but your son appears to be Quirkless," Inko and Izumi looked at Izuku and saw the emotionless look in his eyes, "I'm sorry, kid,"
Inko sighed and slightly smiled as she patted the top of Izuku's head, "It's going to be okay, sweet little broccoli, remember what I told you. Me, your father and Izumi will still love you, even if you don't have a Quirk," she took her children by the hand and stood up with them, "Let's go home kids. Your father should be getting home soon," they nodded as Inko led them out of the room and out of the building.

The car pulled into the drive as Toshinori stepped through the gate. The One for All bearer watched as the doors opened and his family stepped out of the vehicle, "How was it?" Izuku looked up and frowned before he walked towards the house and Izumi followed him, "That bad?"
Inko sighed and shook her head, "Izumi has a strong telekinesis Quirk, the doctor said she might even be stronger than Teleka,"
"Ha, how does it feel knowing our daughter is going to be stronger than you?" Inko rolled her eyes, "Anyway…what about Izuku? He looked like he lost his best friend,"
"He doesn't have a Quirk," Toshinori's eyes widened, "He's been broken up about it…Izumi tried to comfort him the entire ride home as did I, but…Toshi, he really wanted to be a hero, and in just one sentence, his dreams were taken away from him,"
"I know, Inko, but for now, the best thing we can do is be there for him and offer him comfort," Inko nodded as the two of them turned and walked towards the house.

Izuku and Izumi sat on the couch, Izumi rubbing Izuku's back as she slightly smiled, "It'll be okay, Izu. I won't let anyone make fun of you," Izuku looked at, a blank expression crossing his face, "Eve if you don't have a Quirk, we can still be heroes together, right?"
Izuku gave a faint smile as he hugged his sister, "Thank you, Zumi, and you're right, we'll still be heroes together," Izumi smiled and nodded as she hugged him back as Inko and Toshinori stepped inside and smiled at the sight.
I know in the opening AN I said there will be child neglect and there will be, but it's too soon for that to happen right now and I have an idea on how to go about it as well. Please enjoy.
