"Assassins & Pokémon"
Chapter 06: "Welcome to Blemarine City, Part 1"
Route 2 to Blemarine City
Gate, 11:45am
"Enter Blemarine City!"
As Kiyoko celebrated her first gym victory against Hiroto Maehara and earned the Classic Badge, both she and Kurahashi walked to Route 2 until heading next to Blemarine City as their destination.
"Hello, Blemarine!" cheerily said Kurahashi, seeing everything at awe in Blemarine City.
"Cool," added Kiyoko. "This city really is clean, like Priniada."
As the two went sightseeing in the entire city of Blelmarine, there is something appeared on the electronic billboard…
"Look, Hinano-nee-chan," said Kiyoko, telling Kurahashi while pointing the electronic billboard.
"Breaking News: A Legendary Pokémon Trainer with a Shiny Swampert on their side has arrived at Blemarine City! Other news: Meet-and-greet Meg Kataoka at the entrance of Blemarine City Gym for autograph-signing, starting from 12:00 to 2:00pm. First come, first serve, and no exceptions, plus the gates will be closed once the time starts. See you there, everyone!"
"A Legendary Trainer?" said Kurahashi, looking at the billboard. "And Meg Kataoka, too?"
"Wow, you know them?" asked Kiyoko to Kurahashi. "Wait, who's that Legendary Trainer, too?"
"Um, let's forget about them. We'll focus on Meg Kataoka first, and we'll go sign up for autograph signing."
As Kurahashi said to Kiyoko about meeting Meg Kataoka, the gym leader of Blemarine City, the two headed to the entrance of Blemarine Gym to stay in line patiently and wait for their papers to be signed by Kataoka herself as autograph.

"Meet-and-Greet Meg Kataoka + Autograph-Signing"
Time has passed, and both Kiyoko and Kurahashi stayed in line due to many people waiting to receive autograph signatures signed by the gym leader Meg Kataoka, they kept waiting patiently until they meet a new face: It is Meg Kataoka herself.

Tabling Entrance, 12:30pm
"Meet Meg Kataoka"
As lines of people have had their autographed papers signed by Meg Kataoka herself, Meg has met the match of two faces: Kiyoko Akabane, and Hinano Kurahashi, Santabelle City Gym Leader. Fast at writing signatures of peoples' autographs like a speeding bullet until the two have met, Meg removed her sunglasses and has met both Kiyoko and Kurahashi. Meg wears black t-shirt, blue short-sleeved jacket, black thigh-high socks, khaki shorts, black shoes, and a bonnet with her sunglasses.
"Oh, hi, Kataoka," greeted Kurahashi. "What brings you here?"
"Hey, Kurahashi, I know you," calmly answered Kataoka. "And, hey there, Kiyoko."
"Hi, Megu-nee," politely answered Kiyoko. "How's the autograph signing?"
"Still fine. What brings you both here?"
"Oh, we don't want to waste time for a lot of people waiting for you to sign their autographs. They're still waiting, so we'll talk to you for later."
"Kiyoko's right," answered Kurahashi. "We'll be back later for our talk, so please kindly sign our autographs. The people still are waiting and don't want us to stay any longer."
Kataoka gave the two an agreeable headshake in response, and decided to sign their autographed papers and handed to their respective owners.
"Don't worry, you two," said Kataoka. "I'll be back right after the closing time of autograph signing. I'll be waiting at the shack."
Kiyoko and Kurahashi gave Kataoka agreeable headshake in responsive return as Kataoka herself decided to sign more autographed papers of lines of people waiting after Kiyoko and Kurahashi. Both Kiyoko and Kurahashi bowed to Kataoka in respect as they made their exit.
"Alright, who's next?" asked Kataoka to lines of people, who raised their hands in acceptance. Kataoka decided to sign more autographed papers more relentlessly.

Exit of Tabling Entrance, 12:40pm
"Autograph Accomplished"
As Kurahashi and Kiyoko made their exit after their autographed papers signed by Meg Kataoka, they decided to head somewhere else.
"Ok, Kurahashi-nee-chan, where do we go next?" asked Kiyoko.
"Ah! Over there!" answered Kurahashi, pointing the next location with her index finger. "Let's head to Muramatsu's Ramen Shack!"
As Kiyoko and Kurahashi decided to head their next location, they arrived at Muramatsu's Ramen Shack. Something vibrated from Kurahashi's phone, which is a call from Karma.
"Kiyoko, I'll be right back," instructed Kurahashi. "It's from your brother's phone call, and I'll be back. Don't go anywhere, okay?"
Kiyoko gave Kurahashi a headshake in response. Kurahashi decided to call Karma from her phone and answered. Kiyoko decided to stay without going anywhere else.
"Oh, Karma, hi there!" greeted Kurahashi. "What brings you here?"
"Hey Kurahashi, hi too," greeted Karma back. "How's Kiyoko?"
"She's still fine, but we have autographed papers signed by the gym leader herself, Meg Kataoka. Signing starts at 12 to 2pm."
"I see. In fact, that's nice. Will you send it to me?"
"Oh, sorry, Karma. Autographed papers will be given by people who are first in line to have them signed by Meg Kataoka herself. It's always first-come, first-serve, and no exceptions when time starts. I'll send a pic of it to you."
"I'm happy to help. I'll show it to my entire family. Meg is the Seafaring Captaining Diver at all."
"I'm glad you liked it!"
"Say 'hi' to her for me, too."
Before Karma's reply during his call with Kurahashi, she sent a picture of her autographed paper signed by Meg Kataoka to Karma. This made Karma smile with a thumb up.
"Well, thanks, Kurahashi," thanked Karma politely. "When Team Rocket trio show up during Kiyoko's battle with Meg, let me know. They don't know what to quit for stealing Pokémon."
"You're welcome, Karma," thankfully replied Kurahashi. "But one of us, either Meg or me, will take care of those three trying to pursue us of our tracks before stealing Pokémon nowhere. I'll let you know."
"Got it; so you accompanied Kiyoko?"
"Yep! I'll take good care of her."
"Thanks, and I got business to take care of. See ya."
"See ya, too, Karma."
Both Kurahashi and Karma waved their arms during their video chat, and Kurahashi ended the call from her phone before heading to where Kiyoko stayed.
"Hey Kiyoko!" said Kurahashi.
"Hello, too, Kurahashi-nee-chan," replied Kiyoko with a greeting.
"As Karma said, I'll let him know when the Team Rocket trio popped up and interrupted your battle with Meg Kataoka, the gym leader of Blemarine City, I'll take care of them, and either will Meg."
"Sure thing! But I'm hungry…"
Kiyoko held her stomach from grumbling. Kurahashi made an idea, in which a lightbulb is lighted on top of her head as an opportunity.
"I got an idea! Let's head to the Ramen Shack-"
But before Kurahashi can finish her sentence, something vibrated from her phone…and it's a call other than Karma.
"Oh, your phone's still ringing again?" asked Kiyoko.
"It's a call from," said Kurahashi, seeing the one called from her phone. "It's-"
"Hi, everyone!" greeted a happy voice.
"Wait, Koro-sensei!?" shocked Kiyoko and Kurahashi in response. "Wait a sec… We thought you're…dead?"
"Me? Dead? No, silly!" clumsily said Koro-sensei. "I'm now made in a virtual hologram! And that's why the author themselves has made me both the voice and hologram, unlike in Episode 46 of Assassination Classroom series, but in this alternate-universe fanfiction with Pokémon as crossover!"
"Wait, the author?" said both Kiyoko and Kurahashi in unison as they were shocked in Koro-sensei's explanation.
"Yes! I'm now made in a virtual hologram, too, yet I'm now part-researcher. Oh Kiyoko, you beat Maehara, right?"
"Yep!" answered Kiyoko. "And up next will be Miss Kataoka, just to be sure, whether today or tomorrow."
"Yes," replied Kurahashi. "Meg's been on autograph-signing duty until two-o-clock in the afternoon. And I heard of a legendary Pokémon trainer with a shiny Swampert on their side."
"FOR REAL!?" surprisingly shocked Koro-sensei from what Kurahashi said.
"Yes, we'll forget info about them, so we have to focus on Meg Kataoka until we wait at 2pm."
"Oh, I see. You two have fun and wait for Meg Kataoka at that time, too. See ya!"
Koro-sensei and Kurahashi both ended their calls.
"Alright, let's get going, then!" said Kurahashi to Kiyoko. "To Muramatsu's Ramen Shack, we go!"
Both Kurahashi and Kiyoko headed to Muramatsu's Ramen Shack as their current location.
As for the three who have failed twice more miserably than ever, they wear civilian clothes to avoid getting detected by anyone, but with one of them holding binoculars.
"Those twerps humiliated us for the last time," said a gritted Jessie. "We'll make them pay."
"Calm down, Jessie," calmly said James. "You're starting to attract either attention."
"Alright, and we'll track down the twerps without getting noticed."
"Guys, I have a plan," instructed Meowth in a whispering tone. "That gym leader over there…and what's with that chibi-twerp doing there, too?"
"Seems they're having a bond with each other of their friendship-", explained James, only to be interrupted by Jessie.
"That's not the point!" angrily hushed Jessie, looking at the gym on left side. "Wait, is that a gym?"
"With Pokémon inside it?"
"That made us luckily super-rich!" gleefully said Meowth. "The boss will be happy of our success!"
"Yeah!" said all three in unison as they raised their arms victoriously.
Muramatsu's Ramen Shack
Dining Area, 12:59pm
"Ramen Preparation"
As Kiyoko and Kurahashi have seated on the tabled aisle, there is someone who met them.
"Oh, hi, can I take your order?" asked a man.
"Um, two bowls of random-flavored ramen for two of us, please?" replied Kurahashi. "One for this little one here, and the flavor of the ramen for her is not too spicy nor sour. Mine will be a mildly-spicy one, too."
Kiyoko gave the man a headshake of approval. The man proceeded to prepare two bowls of random-flavored ramen.
"Okay! Order for two customers, placed!"
The man smiled in good motivation, telling his Pokémon to prepare cooking for two bowls of ramen. "Be prepared, everyone!"
"So, Kiyoko, I know why you're the "sweet-toothed" type among trainers," said Kurahashi. "Is that why you don't like anything spicy or sour?"
"I guess," replied Kiyoko. "I'm also a big eater, too. My older brother knows that."
Kurahashi gave Kiyoko a big smile as the two were waiting for their order of two bowls of ramen reserved for them.
"Hey Swampert, this ramen is delicious," said the trainer, trying to enjoy eating their cup of ramen. "Feels like we bought some cups of ramen at home."
"Indeed," replied the trainer's Swampert, who does the same as their trainer eating ramen instead. "Does this ramen make me look fat?"
"Uh, no. It's quite enjoyable, and then, Muramatsu really is a great cook even though he stepped down of his status as an Elite Four trainer specializing in Fire-types…"
"So he could focus on his family's entire ramen shack on-time. He doesn't want to waste anything, though. Also, he needs a substitute to fit into the Elite Four group."
Both the trainer and their Swampert laughed as they do a fist bump.
"I know that Swampert from an advertisement via electronic billboard," thought Kiyoko, managed to look at the trainer with a Swampert on their side. "That's so odd, and I recognized that trainer, too."
"Kiyoko, are you alright?" asked Kurahashi.
"Oh, it's nothing," replied Kiyoko. "Just seeing that trainer with a Swampert by their side. Forget about them."
"Okay."
Kurahashi and Kiyoko sent out their phones from their pockets to do something good, like playing games on mobile or sending photos to other friends.
Dining Area, 1:21
"Enter Takuya Muramatsu"
"Here! Your order of two bowls of ramen is ready!" said the man, facing to Kiyoko and Kurahashi and carefully placing their two bowls of ramen through their table. Kiyoko smiled at the man.
"Hi, Mr. Muramatsu," greeted Kiyoko. This caused Kurahashi to gasp in shock, and so does the man, whose name recognized is Muramatsu.
"Oh, hi Kiyoko and Kurahashi," politely greeted Muramatsu with a smile. "Nice to meet you both! I'm Takuya Muramatsu."
"Hi, Muramatsu," greeted Kurahashi before waving her arm at Muramatsu. "I see you've worked at a ramen shack."
"I know you, Kurahashi! I'm originally the fourth Elite Four trainer specializing in Fire-types…until I stepped down of my status, so I let Mr. Asano pick a substitute, so that's why I worked here at Blemarine City as a ramen shack owner and cook."
Kiyoko shrugged while continued eating her bowl of ramen.
"That's where you work?" Kurahashi sighed at Muramatsu. "That's a shame, though. Your family cheered for you and then, another problem, too?"
"Yep. That's because my family needs me for working at a ramen stand-"
Before Muramatsu can finish his sentence, a voice can be heard from the other table.
"Finished!" said the trainer. "Ramen's done."
"Oh, I've got someone to take care of," said Muramatsu. "Hang on. Be right back, okay?"
Kurahashi gave Muramatsu a headshake and noticed the trainer and their shiny Swampert that appeared from the news via electronic billboard earlier. Kurahashi continued eating her bowl of ramen.
Muramatsu whistled his Pokémon to wash the bowls and dishes. "Everyone, get them cleaned, too."
Muramatsu's Pokémon gave him a headshake as teamwork to wash utensils like dishes and bowls.
"Paid!" happily said a trainer to Muramatsu. "You did great work of cooking ramen, Muramatsu. And both I and my Pokémon love it."
The trainer gave Muramatsu some Pokémon Dollars as payment for his hard work. "You are a great cook. And I will never forget it."
Both the trainer and their Swampert bowed respectfully at Muramatsu before waving their arms as they exited.
Muramatsu proceeded to look at Kurahashi and Kiyoko, who is still eating her bowl of ramen.
"Oh, Muramatsu, is that a trainer you met with their shiny Swampert?" curiously asked Kurahashi.
"Yes, but let's not talk about them otherwise," said Muramatsu, scratching his head. "Let's continue about my past life."
"Okay, please continue."
"As I was saying, I worked at a ramen stand where my family needed me to cook meals, and then for some by charity, like delivery. My friends cheered for me, too, of my job."
"Oh, who are your friends?"
Muramatsu cleared his throat to start his explanation to Kurahashi. "My friends are Ryoma Terasaka, Kirara Hazama, Taisei Yoshida, and Itona Horibe. We worked at the same academic school together, but with different jobs."
"Wow, now that's a group of close friends you have."
Muramatsu gave Kurahashi a reassuring headshake again before his explanation continuously. "First is Terasaka, who is the leader of our group that specializes in Fighting-types. In other words, he is both a body-builder and has a passionate spirit. Second is Hazama, the only female in our group, who became the group's second-in-command that specializes in Ghost-types. Working as a librarian, she both is knowledgeable and has a knack for anything supernatural. Third is Yoshida, is the gadgeteer who specializes in Steel-type Pokémon. Last is Itona, who became a Psychic-type Gym Leader in Mystiranei City. His characteristics are both to those of Terasaka and Hazama, in other words, passionate spirit and supernatural. He has a knack of his Psychic-types using Future Sight with great efficiency like a countdown."
"That's a nice backstory, Muramatsu. So, who's your substitute now?"
"Um, I don't know, but there should be…and be them male or female to whomever the league staff decides."
Kurahashi shrugged in modesty to Muramatsu.
"Done!" said Kiyoko, who finished eating her bowl of ramen.
Muramatsu smiled gleefully at Kiyoko and took a bowl of ramen she finished eating before the cleaning room. Kurahashi smiled, too.
Author's Note: This is a very long story, so I get tired out after being tireless of my story yet I'll continue the next story after this as second part. Have a great night, everyone. And Pokémon 25th Anniversary will be a closing page on February 26.
Next story after this will be a continuation about Blemarine City.
