A/N: And in this chapter, the last bad kid goes out. And we all know it to be Mike Teevee. And from there, the struggle to preserve the Gobstopper reaches its conclusion. :)

Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Chapter 7: The Wonkavision Room

In another room, the Oompa Loompas were filling the Wonkamobile with soda.

"Behold the Wonkamobile. A thing of beauty is a joy forever. Places, please, the dance is about to begin. Better grab a seat, they're going fast.", Wonka advised before the group all got on-board the Wonkamobile.

"Mr. Wonka, what's that they're filling it up with?", Joe asked as the Oompa Loompas were seen filling up the Wonkamobile with soda.

"Oh, ginger ale, ginger pop, ginger beer, beer bubbles, bubble-ade, bubble cola, double cola, double bubble burp-a-cola, and all the crazy carbonated stuff that tickles your nose. Few people realize what tremendous power there is in one of those things.", Wonka explained as he got on the driver's seat.

"Sorry I asked.", Joe commented.

"You think Slugworth would pay extra to know about this?", Mike asked with a whisper.

"Just keep your eyes open and your mouth shut.", Mrs. Teevee responded with a whisper.

"Everybody set?", Wonka asked.

"Is this gonna go fast, Grandpa?", Charlie asked.

"It should, Charlie. It's got more gas in it than a politician.", Joe replied.

"Now hold on tight. I'm gonna really open her up this time and see what she can do. Swifter than eagles... stronger than lions...!", Wonka shouted before bubble suds quickly started spraying out at everyone, especially Mike and his mother.

"Must be a leak in the distilling tubes.", Wonka guessed.

"Grandpa!", Charlie shouted.

"I'm getting it too!", Joe added.

"MARTHA! MARTHA! DU ENTSCHWANDEST [MARTHA! MARTHA! YOU HAVE VANISHED]", Wonka began in German.

"It's getting in my eye!", Mike exclaimed.

"AH, MEIN GLUCK NAHMST DU MIT DIR [MY HAPPINESS YOU TAKE WITH YOU]", Wonka continued.

"Oh, it's even in my shoes! I'm soaked! It'll never come out!", Mrs. Teevee added.

"It's sticking to my gun.", Mike complained.

"GEHT ES HIN WO DU ENTSCHWANDEST [DOES IT GO WHERE YOU HAVE VANISHED] ODER TEILE ES MIT MIR. [OR (DO YOU) SHARE IT WITH ME.]", Wonka added.

"Oh, my dress, my hair, my face! Ohhhhhh... I'm sending you the cleaning bill, Mr. Wonka!", Mrs. Teevee scolded before the Wonkamobile then went through a wall of wipes and got cleaned of the soaps in seconds.

"I'm dry cleaned!", Mrs. Teevee said in surprise.

"Hey, Grandpa, what was that we just went through?", Charlie asked.

"Hsawaknow.", Wonka answered.

"Is that Japanese?", Mrs. Teevee asked.

"No, that's 'Wonkawash' spelled backwards. That's it, ladies and gentlemen. The journey is over.", Wonka said as he and the others got off the now cleaned Wonkamobile.

"Finest bath I've had in twenty years.", Joe grinned.

"Let's do it again, Mr. Wonka.", Charlie grinned.

"You mean that's as far as it goes?", Mrs. Teevee puzzled.

"Couldn't we have walked?", Mike asked.

"If the Good Lord had intended us to walk, he wouldn't have invented roller skates. Now would you all please put these on. We have to be very careful. There's dangerous stuff inside.", Wonka replied as he and the others then took white coats and goggles before entering a completely white room.

"Wonkavision: my very latest and greatest invention.", Wonka stated.

"So, it's just television.", Mike asked.

"Uh, it's Wonkavision. Now I suppose you all know how ordinary television works. You photograph something and...", Wonka began before Mike interrupted.

"Sure, I do. You photograph something, and then the photograph is split up into millions of tiny pieces, and they go whizzing through the air down to your TV set where they're all put together again in the right order.", Mike interrupted.

"You should open your mouth a little wider when you speak. So I said to myself, 'If they can do it with a photograph, why can't I do it with a bar of chocolate?' Observe. I shall now send this chocolate bar from one end of the room to the other. It has to be big because whenever you transmit something by television, it always ends up smaller on the other end. Goggles on, please. Lights, camera, action!", Wonka exclaimed as the Oompa Loompas carted a big chocolate bar over to the podium and then left the podium while everyone put the goggles on before the chocolate bar then disappeared in a flash, making Mrs. Teevee scream in shock.

"You can remove your goggles.", Wonka assured.

"What happened to the chocolate?", Charlie asked.

"It's flying over our heads in a zillion pieces. And it gets reassembled over there. Now watch the screen. Here it comes. There it is. Take it.", Wonka explained as the chocolate bar reappeared in the TV, but at just the right size.

"How can you take it? It's just a picture.", Mike asked.

"All right, you take it.", Wonka said to Charlie, who then picked it up from the TV.

"It's real.", Charlie grinned.

"Taste it; it's delicious. It's just gotten smaller, that's all.", Wonka responded before Charlie then took a bite of said bar.

"It's perfect.", Charlie grinned.

"It's unbelievable.

"It's a miracle.", Joe said.

"It's a TV dinner.", Mike added.

"It's Wonkavision.", Wonka said.

"It could change the world.", Joe grinned.

"Mr. Wonka, can you send other things? Not just chocolate, I mean.", Mike asked.

"Anything you like.", Wonka responded.

"What about... people?", Mike asked.

"People? Hmmm... I don't really know. I suppose I could. Yes, I'm sure I could. I'm pretty sure I could. Could get messy, though.", Wonka replied before Mike hastily ran to the podium.

"Check it out, Mom! I'm gonna be the first person in the world to be sent by television!", Mike grinned as he stepped aboard.

"Mike, get away from there!", Mrs. Teevee shouted.

"Oh, I wouldn't do that.", Wonka warned.

"Lights, camera, action!", Mike shouted.

"Sweetie, no!", Mrs. Teevee shouted before Mike then zapped himself away, practically disappearing.

"Where is he?", Mrs. Teevee asked.

"He's flying over our heads in a zillion pieces!", Joe stated as said pieces started gathering over to the television.

"Mike! Are you there?", Mrs. Teevee shouted.

"No good shouting here. Watch the screen.", Wonka advised.

"Mike? Why's he taking so long?", Mrs. Teevee asked.

"Million pieces take a long time to put together.", Charlie guessed.

"Oh, where are they?", Mrs. Teevee asked worriedly.

"There's definitely something coming through.", Wonka responded.

"Is it Mike?", Mrs. Teevee asked as Mike became more and more visible.

"Well it's hard to tell, but I...", Wonka began before Mrs. Teevee started wailing at the sight of Mike, now shrunk.

"Our little group is getting smaller by the minute.", Joe guessed.

"Look at me, everybody; I'm the first person in the world to be sent by television. Wow, what a wild trip that was. It's the greatest thing that's ever happened to me. Am I coming in clear? Hey, Mom, I said, 'Am I coming in clear?'", Mike asked in a high-pitched voice.

"Great. He's completely unharmed.", Wonka grinned.

"You call that unharmed?", Mrs. Teevee retorted.

"Wow, that was something. Can I do it again?", Mike asked as he got off the TV.

"No, there'll be nothing left.", Mrs. Teevee refused.

"Don't worry about a thing, Mom; I feel fine. I'm famous. I'm a TV star. Wait 'til everybody back home sees this.", Mike grinned.

"No one's gonna see anything.", Mrs. Teevee argued as she picked up her son by the back of his jacket.

"Hey, Mom, what are you doing? Stop! I don't want to go in there!", Mike exclaimed before Mrs. Teevee put her son in her purse.

"Hey, let me out! It's dark in here.", Mike exclaimed.

"Be quiet. Well...", Mrs. Teevee began.

"Come on, Mom, I want to be on TV.", Mike exclaimed while inside the purse before rambling onward.

"Well, fortunately small boys are extremely springy and elastic, so I think we'll put him in my special taffy-pulling machine. That should do the trick.", Wonka advised.

"Taffy...", Mrs. Teevee began in worry before Wonka turned to a nearby and spoke to him.

"To the taffy-pulling room. You'll find the boy in his mother's purse. But be extremely careful.", Wonka advised.

"T-t-taffy pull- Oh, what's he saying?", Mrs. Teevee asked as she was starting to lose it as the Oompa Loompa whispered to Wonka.

"No, no, I won't hold you responsible.", Wonka assured before Mrs. Teevee fainted backwards into Grandpa Joe's arms.

"And now, my dearest lady, it's time to say goodbye.", Wonka said before Mrs. Teevee, her eyes now crossed, emitted a noise.

"No, no, don't speak. For some moments in life there are no words. Run along now.", Wonka said before the Oompa Loompas dragged her out.

"Adieu, adieu, parting is such sweet sorrow.", Wonka said before the TV then started broadcasting various channels with an Oompa Loompa or so in each channel varying from the news to the toy commercial, a horror movie of sorts, a rock concert, a hippie music video, and even a cooking show.

Oompa Loompas: The most important thing

That we've ever learned

The most important thing we've learned

As far as children are concerned

Is never, never let them near (Never, never let them)

a television set (Never, never let them)

Or better still just don't install the idiotic thing at all

Ah, ah (Never, never let them)

Ah, ah (Never, never let them)

Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah ,ah ,ah

(Never, never let them, never, never let them)

It rots the senses in the head

It keeps imagination dead

It clogs and clutters up the mind

It makes a child so dull and blind

(So dull and blind, so dull and blind)

He can no longer understand

A fairytale in fairyland

(In Fairyland, in Fairyland)

His brain becomes as soft as cheese

His thinking powers rust and freeze

He cannot think he only sees

(He only sees, he only sees)

Regarding little Mike Teavee

We very much regret that we (regret that we)

Shall simply have to wait and see

We very much regret that we

Shall simply have to wait and see

If we can get him back to size

But if we can't

It serves him right

Later, Wonka, Charlie, and Grandpa Joe were now outside and putting the jackets and goggles away.

"So much to do, so much to do, invoices and bills, letters... I must answer that note from the queen.", Wonka responded.

"Mr. Wonka, what's gonna happen to the other kids? Augustus, Veruca? Violet, Mike? Robyn?", Charlie asked.

"My dear boy, I promise you they'll be quite all right. When they leave here, they'll be completely restored to their normal, terrible old selves. Although, Robyn won't be as terrible as the others. And maybe they'll be a little bit wiser for the wear. Anyway, don't worry about them.", Wonka assured.

"Eh, what do we do now, Mr. Wonka?", Joe asked.

"Oh, yes, well, I hope you enjoyed yourselves. Excuse me for not showing you out. Straight up the stairs. You'll find the way. I'm terribly busy. Whole day wasted. Goodbye to you both. Goodbye.", Wonka spoke as he shook hands with Charlie and Joe before he entered his office.

"What happened? Did we do something wrong?", Charlie puzzled.

"I don't know, Charlie. But I'm gonna find out.", Joe responded.

But before he could, Robyn burst through the doors.

"Charlie! Grandpa Joe!", Robyn shouted as she rolled down with Tom, Jerry, and Tuffy following him.

"Robyn! Tom! Jerry! Tuffy!", Charlie shouted as he ran over to the four.

"Bad news, guys! Slugworth's got the Gobstopper!", Tuffy exclaimed.

"Oh, no! If he cracks the secret formula, Mr. Wonka will be ruined.", Charlie said in worry.

"We can't let him get away!", Joe urged.

"Don't worry. I think I can track him with these TV monitors.", Tuffy assured as he hurriedly pushed the door open and went over to the monitors with everyone following him before Tuffy leapt up onto the controls and pressed the buttons to search through the monitors with no such luck.

"Uh... I don't see him.", Charlie stated.

"Have you tried looking outside the factory?", Robyn asked just before Tom set his arm down by the elbow, accidentally pressing a button that switched one of the monitors to show Slugworth and Spike on their way to the factory gates.

"There he is! Tom found him.", Charlie grinned, surprising Tom before he noticed what happened.

"Great work, Tom.", Robyn grinned.

"But they're leaving the factory.", Charlie added.

"Not if I can grab him with this Wonkvision remote.", Tuffy responded as he got out said remote before he pressed a button, zapping Slugworth and Spike toward the TV monitor nearby, leaving them shrunk with their voices high-pitched in surprise.

"Hey, uh.. how'd we get here?", Spike asked.

"We've been Wonkavisioned!", Slugworth realized.

"We got you right where we want you, Slugworth. Now, hand over that tiny Gobstopper!", Tuffy demanded.

But Tom, laughing at Slugworth being so tiny, inadvertently pressed a button that reversed the signal, causing Slugworth and Spike to be teleported from the TV onto the podium, leaving them twice as big as normal.

"Oh, my heaven!", Joe spoke in surprise.

"Okay. Now, I'm scared.", Robyn said in worry.

"I'm a big boy now.", Spike smirked.

"Tom! You reversed the signal!", Tuffy exclaimed, making Tom panic as soon as he turned and saw this before trying to fix it.

"Now, you will pay the price for interfering with my master plan.", Slugworth sneered as he reached over to try and grab Jerry only for Tom to blast him with the camera, making Jerry bigger than Slugworth and Spike, trying again numerous times only to wind up with the resulting differences afterwards: Everyone at the same height, Charlie in Slugworth's body while Joe is in Tuffy's, Tuffy in Spike's body with Jerry in Joe's, Slugworth in Jerry's body and Spike in Charlie's, Robyn back to normal, albeit blue, while Charlie and Joe are puffed up like blueberries (but with their skin color still the same), Tuffy being a second head in Jerry's body, Slugworth and Spike's bodies each mixed up with various body parts in places they shouldn't be, and last but not least, everyone upside down.

"I think I'm getting dizzy...", Joe said before one last blast toward the group hit them, this time reverting them back to normal as they were before the beam hit them in the first place.

"Aha!", Spike shouted before he grabbed Jerry and Tuffy.

"Gotcha.", Spike smirked before Tom wound up getting himself shrunk via Wonkavision before Slugworth went over to the cat, who tried to jump back onto the board.

"I have you now, Cat.", Slugworth said before he grabbed Tom and stuffed him into an empty bottle.

"My offer still stands, Charlie and Robyn. With not one, not two, but three Gobstoppers, I could rule the candy world! Join me.", Slugworth offered.

"We told you before, Slugworth, and we meant it. They. Are not. For sale.", Robyn responded adamantly as Jerry squeezed himself out of Spike's grip, went through his sleeve, and got to the top of his head before sticking the hat further down, blinding the bulldog.

"Hey, uh, what the...?", Spike puzzled before Tuffy and Jerry fell with the former getting caught safely by Jerry.

"Charlie, toss me the remote!", Tuffy urged.

"Stop!", Slugworth shouted as he tried to get to Charlie only for Robyn to roll in his way.

"Ah, ah, ah.", Robyn smirked before Charlie grabbed the remote and tossed it to Tuffy, who caught it and seemingly aimed it at Slugworth.

"Huh?", Robyn puzzled before rolling out of the way in time for the Wonkavision beam to hit the Gobstopper, making it disappear.

"No! My gobstopper!", Slugworth shouted.

"I beamed it into a million pieces. You'll never get it back.", Tuffy discouraged.

"You tell him, Tuffy.", Robyn grinned.

"You will pay for this, mouse!", Slugworth threatened before he then lunged at Tuffy with both somersaulting around as the mouse pressed a button on the remote, causing it to shoot out a beam which regrew Tom back to his normal size before Tuffy pressed another button, which made Tuffy grow slightly bigger, catching Slugworth by surprise before the two then somersaulted again, but this time, in the opposite direction just as Spike finally managed to get his hat off him, put it back on and charge forward.

"I'll help ya, boss!", Spike assured.

"No! Put that down, you fool!", Slugworth exclaimed as Spike wound up in a sort of somersault with Slugworth and Tuffy, the remote then coming out of it and into Charlie's grip as Robyn noticed.

"All right, Charlie.", Robyn grinned before Tuffy, Spike, and Slugworth noticed that Charlie has it and smirked as Spike got Tuffy off his head and dropped him to the ground before following Slugworth, who went over to him.

"Charlie, dear boy, how perfect. Now, you, your sister, and I can be partners. Our gobstoppers will make us kings, and queen, of the candy world. It will make your family rich. Let me have that remote, son. You won't need it anymore.", Slugworth said as everyone (all except Robyn, who looked toward the camera pointed behind Slugworth and Spike) looked on in worry.

"Charlie!", Joe said worriedly while Robyn only smirked to Charlie.

"Well, Charlie. You heard him. Let him have it.", Robyn grinned with a wink to him, giving him an idea.

Then, Charlie pressed a button on the remote with a smirk, puzzling Slugworth and Spike before they turned to notice the camera behind them with the blast beaming the two into pieces in the air.

"Hey, you beamed 'em into a zillion pieces. It'll take a while before they put themselves back together again.", Tuffy grinned while shaking hands with Jerry before noticing something different.

"Hey, look. The camera added 4 inches. I bet I meet the Oompa Loompa Height Requirement now.", Tuffy grinned.

"Good for you. Now, if you'll excuse me, I gotta get some juicing done. Catch you guys later.", Robyn said as she then rolled out to the exit.

"Well, good riddance to Slugworth, I say. Come on, Charlie. We got some business to attend to.", Joe assured to Charlie as they walked out, too.
