The bodies of two young adults were intertwined on a familiar patch of ground under a canopy of trees. Officially, they were on the edge of Mt. Middleton Observatory's grounds. But underneath the moonlight, this spot belonged to them in a way that mattered far more than property lines.
This space was theirs and theirs alone.
This moment was theirs and theirs alone.
During the day, they shared their entire lives with the world. Everyone knew their names. Well, they knew her name at least. They were starting to remember his name too, but that was an ongoing process.
They were heroes. Role models. Public figures. Celebrities, no matter how much they disagreed with that characterization. As much as they wanted to live normal lives, it just wasn't feasible.
They were always themselves, but only to a point. They were being watched by someone every minute of the day. A ranting villain who would use any bit of their personal lives against them. An adoring fan who wanted to be just like Kim. A parent who thought that Kim should set an example for all the young girls of the world. A loving but slightly overbearing parent.
Any hopes for private bedrooms - to say nothing of a shared one - were dashed after the alien invasion. No school in the world would allow a pair of such high-profile targets to live on-campus. College classes in the morning, work in the afternoon, and at their respective parents' homes in the evening. Kim and Ron didn't have a place to themselves under the sun.
But this place, under the moon and stars, away from the rest of the world, was where they could truly be themselves. They could truly show each other how they felt. And Ron's lips were doing just that as he left a trail of kisses from her neck to her chest, and further down to her red-hot core.
Ron's tongue worked its magic on her. It was a force of nature that rocked her to her core. Gasps became hisses became moans became shouts to the moon. She held nothing back as she came hard, shouting loud enough to awaken people from deep sleep, had anyone been within a mile of them.
There was no reason to hide. There was nothing to hide from. There was nothing to hide behind. All that existed on that patch of land was Kim, Ron, a blanket, and a foil packet.
Kim sprung up and kissed Ron passionately while she guided him to the ground. She grabbed the foil square from the edge of the blanket and tore it open. She slowly unrolled its contents onto his shaft, secretly longing for the day that it would no longer be necessary. She straddled him and slid herself down his full length, eliciting groans of pleasure from both her man and herself.
She began to bounce up and down on him as quickly as she could. Ron did not have tremendous stamina - at least, not yet - so he always tried to set a slow pace to maximize her enjoyment. But on nights like these, in a place like this, passion needed to burn bright and hot. Even if it burned out a bit faster.
Ron was already at his peak. He lifted his hips off the ground to push himself as far inside of her as he could. She could feel him pulse with each of his spasm, which made her long for the feeling of his essence filling her even more. He pulled her down onto him and gave her a deep kiss as they embraced each other.
They would have to leave soon. They would have to return to their very public lives. They would have to become Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable again.
But in that moment, under the moonlight, they were young lovers. That was all that mattered.
