A/N And the final chapter is here! Sorry for that very long hiatus, I stopped watching Supergirl and lost my inspiration for this fic. I just didn't want to leave a WIP out there because those are the worst to come across (I also had this chapter planned from the very beginning). Thank you for coming this far into this fic and a special thank you to those of you who have been here from the beginning and leaving comments! And another huge thank you to my dad who proofread every one of my chapters, there would have been a lot more grammatical errors if he hadn't. I wish you all the best and a Happy New Year!

Side Room

Winn plugged Martha's USB stick into his laptop; after running a quick virus scan he pulled up a video. J'onn, Alex, and Kara gathered around Winn as he pressed play.

Martha popped up on the screen dressed in a black uniform. She held up an ID card and said, "My name is Dr. Martha Jones and I work for the United Nations Intelligence Taskforce also known as U.N.I.T."

"You look a lot like Harriet Jones when you do that," A voice from off-screen called.

"And that's my fiance Mickey Smith who also works for U.N.I.T. and is a former companion of the Doctor. I am recording this January 2nd, 2011 after seeing the Doctor for what I believe to be the last time. Working for U.N.I.T. has opened my eyes to the types of things organizations like ours are concerned with. You want to know if the Doctor is a threat. I can assure you he is not, he once worked for U.N.I.T in the 1970s sharing his knowledge with the task force and stopping countless alien attacks. He did not only help U.N.I.T. but throughout the history of the planet he has stopped many alien invasions and I even helped him save humanity in the future. You don't need to take me at my word. I have also sent you some of U.N.I.T.'s files on the Doctor documenting many of his achievements on Earth. Earth isn't the only planet he helps out, he had saved many different species on countless planets. No one knows the full extent of his actions except for him but I can assure you he is a good man. Hopefully, all of the files I have sent you can prove that the Doctor isn't a threat to humanity and can make you feel confident about your decision to let us go."

Martha stood on the screen for a second then the video stopped.

"Martha changed a lot. It almost gave me whiplash," Winn said trying to lighten the mood.

"Yes, but keep in mind that what has only been a few minutes for us has been years for her," J'onn said, "It will be at least another 6 years for her until we can possibly meet again in the present day."

Kara walked over to the package and tore off the paper. It was a massive paper box jammed full of files.

"Kara, how about you go home and give some of these files a read," Alex said coming up behind Kara and placing a hand on her shoulder. Kara pulled out some files at random and walked out of the room.

"Are you sure it's a good idea to leave her alone?" Winn asked.

"She needs time to process everything the Doctor said and did. I think Martha's message might just help her figure out who the Doctor really is," Alex said, "I don't think he is a threat but I'm going to read over some of these to make sure."

"As will I," J'onn said.

"Can I just read them over for fun?" Winn asked, "There is no way this guy is a threat."

Alien Bar

Kara sat at the bar drinking some booze while reading the files Martha had sent. She couldn't believe everything the Doctor had done to protect them, how many times the world would have ended had the Doctor not been around.

"You know it's not good to drink and work at the same time," someone said from behind the bar with a thick Scottish accent.

Kara looked up at an old man with white hair and with what could only be described as attack eyebrows.

"You're not the usual bartender," Kara said taking a sip from her glass only to realize that it's empty.

"No, I'm not. Just filling until the other guy comes back."

"Can I have another?"

"You know the drinking your sorrows away look doesn't fit you well. Stick with a club soda." He handed her a glass of club soda and stared at her, "You seem like you have something you need to get off of your chest."

"Thank you. It's just. I judged a guy who did nothing wrong based on his species but the more I read about him the more I realize he is nothing like his species."

"I know the feeling."

"He saved my life and I didn't even thank him. I said so many mean things to him and I never got to apologize. What sort of person does that?"

"Someone who is stuck in the past. My advice, move on. Take every day as a brand new day and just take the lessons of the past with you."

Kara sat there stunned, how could he be so blunt?

"I just wish I could tell him that he is a good man. He must face so much discrimination everywhere he goes, even from me! I just-"

"Kara," the Scotsman interrupted, "Move. On."

Kara just sat there in silence. Maybe this man was right, there is no use dwelling in the past but she couldn't just forget the Doctor.

"Thanks for filling in man," The regular bartender said.

"No problem. Stay strong Kara," He said before walking off into the backroom.

Stay strong Kara. That's exactly what she needed to do. She had to stay strong as both Kara and Supergirl. Wait... that bartender never asked for her name, did he? If he knew her name then he must also know that she is Supergirl.

Kara stood up and ran to the backroom but he was gone. She heard a faint wheezing almost exactly like the one the TARDIS makes. No. She had to be hallucinating. Maybe she did have a little too much to drink. She went back to her barstool, grabbed her things, and paid the bartender.

She would find the Doctor again one day and thank him.

The End.
