It begins with J.D. and Varie flying over Royal Woods. They notice that only minor damage has been done to some houses.
"Boy, hardly any houses were hit at all," J.D. observed.
"Yeah. We were lucky," Varie said, agreeing.
J.D. said to the viewers, "The city has just been hit by a tornado and me and Varie are out surveying the damage and looking for anyone that might need some help. Fortunately, me, Varie, and our friends the Louds and the Eds were in the basement of the Loud House when it happened. Tornadoes rarely hit Detroit, and the last one was in 1997."
"Yeah. Thank heavens," Varie stated.
They are flying over a group of houses when they come across a startling sight. Bobby, Ronnie Anne, and their mother, Maria Santiago, are sitting on the sidewalk crying because their home has been completely destroyed.
Varie covered her mouth, shocked. "Oh, no. That's Bobby's house."
J.D. grimaced and nodded. "What's left of it. It's gone. They took a direct hit."
J.D. and Varie landed in front of the family.
"Bobby, Ronnie Anne. Thank goodness you guys are alright," J.D. said, relieved.
Bobby gave him a small smile. "J.D., amigo. Thank you. But our house is not!" He then begins to cry.
"We lost everything in the tornado," Ronnie Anne explained. "We have nowhere to go."
J.D. gave Varie a serious look before saying, "Varie, you better get Lori and Lincoln down here."
"I'm on it," Varie said.
Varie takes out her clamshell phone and dials Lori's number.
Lori picked up the phone. "Hello?"
Varie decided to get right to the point. "Lori, this is Varie. Bobby and Ronnie Anne's house has been completely destroyed."
Lori gasped in concern. "Are they okay?!"
Varie smiled at her concern. "Yes, they are."
"Me and Lincoln will be right over!" Lori said quickly.
"All right," Varie said as she hung up the phone.
"Are Lori and Lincoln on their way?" J.D. inquired.
Varie nodded. "Yes, they are."
Lori and Lincoln are in Vanzilla when it arrives 10 minutes later.
Lori yelled, "Bobby Boo-Boo Bear!" with tears in her eyes.
Lori and Lincoln exit Vanzilla, and Lori rushes over to hug Bobby.
"Thank goodness you guys are okay," Lincoln sighed, relieved.
Ronnie Anne smiled at his concern. "Yes, we are okay. But we lost everything. Look."
Ronnie Anne shows them the wrecked house.
Lincoln had a frown on his face as he looked at the house. "Man. You guys got hit head on."
J.D. nodded. "Yeah. It was a direct hit on them. Let's look through the rubble to see if there's anything we can salvage."
"All right," Maria agreed.
They searched the wreckage of the Santiago home and discovered the stove, refrigerator, and all of the food in the pantry still intact. Ronnie Anne's room is still there, but Bobby's is completely gone. Maria's room had been partially destroyed, but some of her clothes and furniture remained undamaged. Bobby's work clothes are still in good condition.
"Well, some of the house can be saved. But the rest is completely gone," J.D. said, but then he asked, "Mrs. Santiago, do you have Homeowners Insurance?""
Maria shook her head. "I'm afraid not, J.D. Bobby's jobs, including my job as a nurse at the hospital, provides for my family."
J.D. frowned. "Oh man. So, our only option is to have you guys live in the Loud house until you guys get back on your feet. Lori would like that. Right?"
Bobby nodded. "I believe she would. So what do you think, babe?"
Lori hugs Bobby. "I would love that Bobby Boo-Boo-Bear."
"I'd like to have Ronnie Anne in my house," Lincoln agreed.
Ronnie Anne nodded. "Me too, Lame-o."
"J.D., were other houses hit besides ours?" Bobby inquired.
J.D. shook his head. "No. We surveyed the entire Royal Woods area and discovered that your home alone was a near-total loss."
"We'll have to discuss this with Mr. Lynn and Ms. Rita," Varie explained.
Back at the Loud House, Vanzilla arrives with Lori, Lincoln, Maria, Bobby, and Ronnie Anne. When J.D. and Varie landed, they discovered that Double D had completely remodelled the entire Loud House. It was also expanded and made larger than before. They were astounded.
"What happened to the house while we were gone?" J.D. asked, surprised.
"I renovated the entire place while you were gone," Edd said as he approached them.
Varie smiled at him. "Double D. You are incredible. You should be a home contractor."
Edd blushed at the compliment. "Thank you so much, Varie. I figured that because the Loud family lives in such cramped quarters with poor housing mechanics, I should expand and upgrade the house."
"I'm not surprised," said J.D. "It looks fantastic, Double D."
"I guess our home repairs have been fixed," Lincoln explained. "How much do we owe you, Double D?"
"There is no charge, Lincoln. I've built a lot of things, so I figured I could help," Edd explained.
"Thank you, Double D. You're a good friend," Lincoln said, smiling.
"Let's go check it out and get Maria, Bobby, and Ronnie Anne settled in after talking to Mr. Lynn and Ms. Rita," Varie said.
They all look around, and the living room has newer furniture, a giant television, a great video game system, and nice decorative furniture. The kitchen was remodelled to resemble a commercial restaurant kitchen, all siblings' rooms were expanded, and Lincoln no longer lives in a converted linen closet. Lola and Lana's room has a glass divider wall with a door in the middle. Lana's room is a jungle filled with various plants and her animal friends. Lola's room has been transformed into a pageant stage and princess castle. Lucy's room is a dark vampire crypt. Lisa's room has been transformed into a fully functional high-tech laboratory. Lori's room has been transformed into a make-up studio. Leni's room has been transformed into a full-fledged fashion design studio. Luna's room has been transformed into a rock and roll recording studio. Luan's room has been transformed into a comedy gag studio and prank simulator for April Fool's Day. Luan's room has been transformed into a comedy gag studio and prank simulator for April Fool's Day. Lynn's room has been converted into a sports practice room with equipment. Lily's room has been transformed into a massive, beautiful aquarium filled with many colorful fish. Laney's room doubles as an art studio and a library. Lincoln's room has been transformed into an arcade, with plenty of room for fun. The walls are thicker, and sound cannot pass through. The pipes are now stronger than ever, and the air conditioner has been repaired, among other things.
J.D. was blown away. "Wow! Double D. You've truly transformed this home into a wonderful paradise."
Edd gave a grateful nod. "Thank you very much, J.D."
J.D. and Varie later informed Lynn Sr. and Rita about what had happened to Maria, Bobby, and Ronnie Anne.
"So their house has been destroyed?" Lynn Sr. asked, surprised.
J.D. grimaced and nodded. "Yeah. There was almost nothing left."
"Of course, you three can stay here," Rita said sympathetically.
Lynn Sr. agreed with his wife and nodded. "Yeah. Welcome to the Loud House. Friends."
Down in the basement, there were separate rooms. Maria resides in the second master bedroom. Bobby and Ronnie Anne each have their own basement room. Bobby's room is a special room with all sorts of gadgets, work clothes, and other items, as well as a special communication view window that leads into Lori's Room. Ronnie Anne's room contains all her belongings from her home, such as her clothes, pictures of her and Lincoln, and other items.
It was an exciting time for the Louds and Santiagos.
THE END.
