The cafeteria at Lincoln's school. J.D., Varie, Riley, Aylene, and the Eds. are having lunch with Zach, Liam, and Rusty. Zach, Rusty, and Liam are all grooming themselves. The doors suddenly open, and some girls come in.

"Oh, here they come!" remarked Rusty. "These ladies are definitely going to ask us."

They pose for the girls, but they walk right past them, much to their dismay.

"Man, we're never going to get dates," Liam grumbled.

"Hold it!" commanded Zach. "Here comes a girl."

"No, it's just one of Lincoln's sisters," Rusty replied.

Laney passes by. "What's the occasion, boys?"

"Tonight is the school's Sadie Hawkins Dance, and we boys are trying to score hot dates," Liam explained.

"A dance?" Laney asked. "If Joey sees my dance moves, he'll see that I'm cooler than before!" she thought.

"I don't suppose you want to reconsider asking me?" Rusty asked.

"Sorry Rusty, Laney's already spoken for," J.D. apologetically said.

"Aw," a disappointed Rusty uttered.

"I remember going to a school dance when we lived in Peach Creek," Eddy recalled. "I didn't have a date. So we went to impress everyone."

"Oh yeah," Edd recalled as well. "I get really nervous and scared at these kinds of things. But the best part was that I got to dance with Nazz at the dance."

"I'm happy for you, Double D," J.D. said.

"I got to dance with Rolf's pig Wilfred," Ed explained. "It was weird and strange."

"I'm going to see if I can ask Luan to the dance," Eddy said.

"I'm sure she'd love to," J.D. said.

"I know how you feel, guys," Riley said. "I don't have a date either. But I have someone on my mind."

"Neat," remarked Varie.

"This is going to be fun," J.D. said. "I've never been to a school dance before."

"Me neither," admitted Varie.

"I've been to one, and I enjoy dancing," Aylene admitted.

"This should be a lot of fun for all of us," J.D. predicted.

"I hope we all get dates for the dance," Liam hoped.

"Don't give up hope, guys," Lincoln says from under the table. "Can someone please pass the ketchup?"

Lincoln is down there with Clyde, J.D. handed Lincoln the ketchup bottle, and Rusty peers beneath.

"Why are you guys under the table?" Rusty asked.

"I'm hiding from Ronnie Anne so she can't ask me to the dance," Lincoln explained."And I'm here for moral support," Clyde added.

"Lincoln, I thought you loved Ronnie Anne," Rusty said, perplexed.

"I do," Lincoln replied, "but there's a two-for-one deal at the arcade tonight, and there's no way I'm missing it."

"I know you like the arcade, but you should ask Ronnie Anne to the dance Lincoln," J.D. suggested. "I'm sure she'd love to dance with you."

"Maybe you're right J.D," Lincoln said. "But what if everyone teases me?"

"We won't let that happen, buddy," J.D. promised.

"We promised to protect you no matter what," Varie said.

Lincoln smiled at them. Thanks, guys. Ronnie Anne walks into the cafeteria. "GAH! Here she comes. Okay, I'm going to ask her."

Lincoln emerges from underneath the table.

"Hey guys," Ronnie Anne said in greeting. "Hey Lincoln."

"Hey Ronnie Anne," Lincoln said. "I was wondering if you wanted to go to the Sadie Hawkins Dance with me tonight?"

When Ronnie Anne heard that, she blushed, and a group of other kids rushed over to tease them. J.D. was joined by Sarah.

"Back off Fish Faces!" yelled J.D. and Sarah.

Frightened, the kids fled.

"Wow, Sarah, that was great," J.D. said, impressed.

"Thanks, J.D," Sarah said, smiling. "Ed did some strange things when we lived in Peach Creek, so I figured I could help you."

J.D. nodded. "Neat. Thanks, Sarah. Sorry you two," he said to Lincoln and Ronnie Anne. "Continue."

"That was cool," Ronnie Anne commented. "I would be glad to go with you, Lincoln."

"Thank you, Ronnie Anne," Lincoln said.

Lincoln was cheered on by Liam, Rusty, Zach, and Sarah.

"Way to go, buddy," J.D. exclaimed.

"I knew you could do it," Varie said.

"You're going to have a great time," Aylene predicted.

"I'm so happy for you, big brother," Laney said.

"I'm so happy for Lincoln," Rusty said, "but we don't have any dates."

"No sweat, guys," J.D. assured them. "I know some people who can help you."

J.D., Varie, Aylene, Riley, Lincoln, Laney, Clyde, Zach, Liam, and Rusty were all on their way home.

"All right," J.D. said. "Zach, Liam, Rusty, and Clyde. We're going to try to set you up with dates." They approached the front door. "Clyde, you should stay out here because of how you get around Lori."

"Okay," Clyde replied.

"Just in case," Laney added, "I brought a bottle of smelling salts." She opens her backpack and takes out a bottle.

"Thanks, Laney," Clyde said.

"You're welcome, Clyde," Laney replied.

J.D. opened the door, and they saw that all of Lincoln's Sisters were present.

"YAH!" cried Lincoln.

His sisters were waiting to hear the news with bated breath.

"So?" Leni asked. "Did Ronnie Anne ask you to the Sadie Hawkins Dance?"

"I bet she was so excited," Lori exclaimed joyfully. "The Sadie Hawkins is literally the most important dance in a girl's life."

Lincoln affirmed, "She is, and J.D. and Sarah stood up for me when we were about to be teased."

The Loud Sisters cheered.

"Way to go, little brother!" exclaimed Luan.

"All right, J.D.!" Lynn exclaimed.

"Thanks, Lynn," J.D. said. "But there's another reason we're here." He turned to reveal Zach, Liam, and Rusty. Clyde is standing on the porch outside. "You all remember Zach, Liam, and Rusty?"

"Oh yeah," Shannon responded. "You guys are awesome."

"Clyde is outside because of how he gets around you, Lori," J.D. said to her.

"Thank you for telling me, J.D.," Lori replied. "Hi, Clyde."

Clyde goes into Robot Mode. "SYSTEM OVERLOAD ABOR..." J.D. snapped his fingers, and he reverted back. "Thanks, J.D."

"No problem, Clyde," J.D. replied.

"Boy, that really works, dude," Luna said. "I wish we could all do that."

"You can," J.D. affirmed. "It just takes practice. But we're getting off track."

Luna nodded. "Right. I know someone who can help."

"Me too," Luan replied.

"Same here," Lynn replied.

"I know someone too," Lucy added.

"I was originally staying with Lincoln for moral support," Clyde explained. "But now that he's going to the dance I'll go with him. I don't have a date either. Lori, would you like to go to the dance with me?"

"I'd love to Clyde," Lori said, "but..." Clyde's question then took her by surprise. "Wait! Did you just ask me to go to the dance!?"

Clyde nodded. "Yes. I did."

"Hmm," J.D. muttered. "It seems that when I snap my fingers to break Clyde out of his robot mode, it gives him more courage and confidence in Lori's presence."

"That is a very fascinating hypothesis," Lisa stated. "I noticed this during that power outage we had a while back when Lincoln plugged in the TV for Lucy."

"That's cool," Lori commented. "But, Clyde, I'd love to go, but I've been to the dance before when I was your age."

"Oh," responded Clyde. "That's alright."

"I know someone who can go with you, Clyde," Lucy said.

"I'm going to the dance to impress Joey even more," Laney explained.

"That's great, Laney," Gabrielle said in a British accent. "I hope he can dance as well as you do."

"Thanks, Gabrielle," Laney remarked.

"Are you going to the dance, Lola?" Liam asked.

"I can't because I have a pageant tonight," Lola replied.

"I can't go because I don't like dancing," Lana said.

"Well, that's okay," J.D. replied. "Hey Luan, how about you and Eddy go? I'm sure he would love it."

"Eddy already asked me, and I said yes," Luan said. "We will Dance the night away!" Rimshot to Laughter "Get it?"

J.D., Varie, Aylene, Anastasia, Gabrielle, Shannon, Penny, Zach, Liam, Rusty, and Clyde laughed, while the other sisters sighed.

"Good one, Luan," J.D. said. "Did Double D ask you, Linka?"

"Yes, he did, and I'm going with him," Linka responded.

"Awesome," J.D. said. "How about you and Ed, Leni?"

"I told him yes," Leni affirmed.

"Are you going with us, Penny?" J.D. asked.

Penny shook her head. "No, I can't. I don't know how to dance."

"Hey, when we get back, I can teach you how to dance," Laney said.

Penny smiled at her. "Thank you, Laney."

"Laney is a great dancer, Penny," J.D. said. "This is going to be exciting. What about you, Anastasia?"

"I'm going, too," Anastasia said. "This is going to be a lot of fun for me."

"It'll be fun for all of us," J.D. believed.

That night

"Mom, we're off to the school dance!" Lincoln announced. He made his way to the door.

"Have fun, Lincoln!" Rita said.

Lincoln is dressed in an orange collared shirt, brown khaki pants, and black shoes.

J.D. is standing by the door with Varie, Aylene, Anastasia, Ronnie Anne, Ed, Edd, Eddy, Naruto, Zach, Liam, Rusty, and Clyde.

"Looking sharp, buddy," J.D. commented.

He's dressed in a red collared shirt with orange and yellow flames on the bottom, khaki blue pants, and black shoes.

"Thank you, J.D.," Lincoln replied.

"This is going to be fun," Varie said. "I've never been to a dance before."

Varie was dressed in an aqua blue dance dress, a blue hibiscus flower baret in her hair, and aqua green dance shoes.

"I know," Lincoln replied.

"I'm so excited, guys," Ed exclaimed.

Ed was dressed in a green Hawaiian collared shirt with white and orange flowers, khakis, and tennis shoes.

"I'm excited too, gentlemen," Edd remarked.

Edd was dressed in an orange Hawaiian collared shirt with red and yellow flowers, khakis, and tennis shoes.

"Me too," Eddy responded. "I can't wait to bust some moves."

Eddy was dressed in an aqua blue Hawaiian collared shirt with blue and purple flowers, green khakis, and tennis shoes.

"I'm ready, Eddy," Luan proclaimed.

Luan had her hair down, was dressed in a yellow dance dress, and was wearing yellow dance shoes.

Her beauty left Eddy speechless. "You look beautiful, Luan."

"Thanks, Eddy," a blushing Luan replied.

"You look fabulous, Luan," Naruto said.

Naruto was dressed in a white trench-coat with red flames on the bottom and the 4th Hokage kanji on the back. He was also dressed in a black shirt, blue khakis, and black shoes.

"Thanks, Naruto," Luan remarked. "Is that your father's jacket?"

"It sure is," Naruto replied. "Dad's letting me borrow it for the dance, and he put a Sealing Jutsu on it that shrunk it to fit me."

"You look amazing in your dad's jacket, bro," J.D. said.

"Thank you, J.D.," Naruto said. "Sakura, Hinata, Ino, Fu, Tenten, and Mikari are going to meet me there."

"That's cool," Ronnie Anne said. "But Naruto, how are you going to dance with six girls?"

Ronnie Anne was dressed in a purple dance gown and purple dance shoes. Zach, Liam, Rusty, and Clyde were dressed normally.

"Shadow Clones," Naruto explained. "With them, you can be in multiple places at once."

"Good thinking," Ronnie Anne said.

"This is going to be fun," Anastasia said.

Anastasia was dressed in a blue Russian dance costume known as an Alenka.

"I'm ready, guys," Leni said as she walked down the stairs.

Leni was dressed in a Sea Foam Green Fur Coat, an aqua green dance dress, and aqua green dance shoes.

"Wow," Ed exclaimed, "Leni, you look incredible."

"Thank you, Ed," Leni replied.

"The fur coat I made for you," J.D. remarked, "really ties the whole thing together."

"Thank you, J.D.," Leni replied.

"I'm ready, guys," Laney said as she walked down the stairs.

Laney was dressed in a red sparkly dress over a snow white gown, with black dance shoes.

"You look adorable, Laney," Aylene commented.

Aylene was dressed in her regular clothes. Her only hair accessory was a Green Hibiscus Flower Baret.

"Thank you, Aylene," Laney replied.

"I'm ready, too," Linka said.

Linka wore an orange dance dress and orange dance shoes.

"Linka, you look positively radiant," Edd commented.

"Thanks, Double D," Linka said.

"OK," J.D. said, I got the files, and we're all set. I've got a ride that will get us there."

When they stepped outside, there was a luxurious limousine waiting for them.

"A limousine?" asked everyone but J.D.

J. . "Yep. This is our driver, Franklin."

"Pleasure to meet all of you Monsieurs and Mademoiselles," Franklin said with a French accent. "Maitriser J.D., it is always a pleasure to serve you."

"You're welcome Franklin, my friend," J.D. said.

They board the limo and head toward the school.

The dance.

Everyone is on the dance floor, and Lincoln's teacher is handing out raffle tickets.

"And here's your raffle ticket," Mrs. Johnson said.

"Thanks, Mrs. Johnson," J.D. said.

Lincoln's eyes lit up. "Ooh! There's a raffle?"

Mrs. Johnson nodded. "Yep. The winner gets to have lunch with me in the teachers' lounge."

Lincoln doesn't seem to like that prize, based on his expression.

"Cool!" exclaimed J.D.

"Neat," Liam said. "I've always wanted to see that there Teachers Lounge."

"This is going to be awesome," Rusty predicted.

"I know," Clyde replied.

Luan said to Mrs. Johnson, "Hey Mrs. J. It's been a while."

"Luan Loud," Mrs. Johnson observed, "you sure have grown since the last time I saw you."

Luan nodded. "I know. I've had lots of fun times here. It's a shame that TIME FLIED." Rimshot to Laughter. "Get it?"

Mrs. Johnson, Varie, Eddy, and Aylene all burst out laughing.

Mrs. Johnson smiled. "That was funny. I've missed your jokes, Luan."

"Thank you," Luan replied.

Leni smiled at her. "Mrs. L. It's been a while."

Mrs. Johnson gave her a fond look. "Leni Loud. You look amazing and it's Mrs. J."

"Thank you," Leni replied.

"Naruto!" yelled Sakura.

Naruto noticed Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Fu, Tenten, and Mikari dressed in matching dance dresses in their favorite colors.

They make their way over.

"Girls, you all look amazing," Naruto said.

"Thanks, Naruto," Ino uttered.

Hinata blushes and says, "Thank you, Naruto."

"Are you ready to start dancing?" Fu asked.

"You bet!" Naruto replied.

"Go bust some moves, little brother," J.D. instructed.

Naruto drags Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Tenten, Fu, and Mikari to the dance floor.

"OK," said J.D. "Let's start by finding your dates, and then we can start dancing." He pointed to a girl with purple streaks in her hair. "That's Luna's friend, Tabby. She loves sweatin' to the oldies, turning it up to 11, and her ideal date is soundproofing a wall with egg crates."

"Hot diggety dang!" exclaimed Liam. "She sounds like the girl for me." Liam walked up to her. "Howdy Tabby. I'm Liam."

Tabby rapidly shakes his hand. "Good to meet ya! Wanna jam?"

"Yeah!" exclaimed Liam. He said to the DJ, "Hot diggity dang! Turn it up to 11!" He plays air piano.

"I love turning it up to 11!" exclaimed a delighted Tabby.

They started rocking out together.

"Rockin' that piano!" exclaimed Tabby. "You got some chops."

Liam and Tabby were in love, and dancing like there was no tomorrow.

"Way to go, Liam!" shouted J.D.

Tabby takes notice of J.D. "Wow! J.D. Knudson! I saw you at the Mick Swagger concert, and you really brightened Luna's day."

"It was a true honor to perform a song with Mick Swagger," J.D. said. "He's incredible."

"I know," Tabby admitted. "Thanks for hooking me up with Liam here."

"You're welcome Tabby," J.D. said. "I'm no Matchmaker, but I pick up on things like this." Tabby and Liam go out to dance. He said to the others, "Okay. I think Zach will like Luan's friend from Clown School, Giggles. A Virgo with an infectious laugh, Giggles' ideal date is trying to figure out how many people she can cram into one car."

J.D. pointed to Giggles, and Zach thought she was cool.

They went up to her.

"Hey Giggles," Luan said.

"Hey Luan, are you here to dance?" Giggles asked.

"Yep," Luan replied. "This is my boyfriend, Eddy."

"Pleased to meet ya!" She shakes hands with Eddy and zaps him with a joy buzzer. "I heard a lot of buzz about you!" She laughed.

Eddy laughed. "Good one! You got something on your shirt." He pointed to it and Giggles looked down. He then flicks her red nose. "Boop!"

"Touché!" Giggles laughed.

"Eddy is the greatest," Luan declared. "He wrote a wonderful poem for me for Christmas."

"I heard about that," Giggles said. "Way to go to both of you."

"Thanks, Giggles," Eddy said.

"My name is Zach, and I..." Zach approaches her and is about to shake her hand when he trips over his shoelaces and lands on a pie on a nearby table.

Giggles laughed at this, knowing Zach was as funny as she was in love with him. Zach agreed as well.

"You are hilarious," Giggles exclaimed.

"Thank you," Zach replied. "Wanna dance?"

"Sure," Giggles replied. "Thank you for hooking us up, guys."

"No problem, Giggles," J.D. replied.

Giggles and Zach left to go dancing.

"All right, now," J.D. said. "Lucy's friend, Haiku, is an up-and-coming poet. Her dislikes include kittens, sunlight, and people who smile too much. So we'd better act depressed for her. I think Clyde would be perfect for her."

"I think so, too," Clyde said in agreement.

They approach her, and Clyde frowns to make a good impression on her.

"Hi, I'm Clyde," Clyde said, pretending to be depressed.

"Hi, Clyde," Haiku said. "Wanna hear my poem? Empty, lonely, dark. The universe is weeping. I have no tissues. Okay, your turn."

"Uh...Jack and Jill went up a hill to fetch a pail of water," Clyde remarked.

Haiku nodded. "Oh, yes. The futility of teamwork. Deep stuff."

"Haiku, I have to be honest," Clyde said. "My heart belongs to an older woman." He showed her a photo of Lori.

"That's okay," Haiku replied. "My heart belongs to an older man." She removed a locket containing a portrait of Count Dracula. "He just turned 200."

Clyde nodded in agreement. "Unrequited love. Am I right?"

Haiku agrees with a smile. "J.D., Lucy told me about the poem you wrote for her. It was really good."

"Thank you, Haiku," J.D. said. "Lucy is my little Angel of Darkness, and she calls me 2nd Brother."

"I believe it," Haiku replied. "Even though you're not into poetry, you have good poetry skills."

"That's fine with me," J.D. replied.

"So Haiku, do you want to dance with me?" Clyde asked.

"I'd love to Clyde," Haiku said.

Clyde and Haiku hit the dance floor.

"That's three out of four," J.D. said. "Lastly is..."

Polly comes rolling in and launches him into the wall with a surprise roller derby attack.

"Ouch," he cried out in pain. "I found her."

"Nailed ya, bro!" proclaimed Polly. "In roller derby, that's a move I like to call the Booty Block!" She shakes her booty on the name and grabs him. "And this is the Helicopter!" She began to spin him around over her head.

"Whoa-oa-oa-oa!" yelled J.D.

Polly tosses him onto a mat.

"Wow!" exclaimed Polly. You didn't even barf! "I'm impressed."

J.D. cried out in more pain, "Ow. Thanks..."

He stands up, and Varie comes over to heal him.

J.D. murmured, "Ow. You must be Polly Pain. You have a lot of Daredevil Roller Skating Tricks."

"That's right," Polly responded.

"I'm impressed," J.D. replied. "You really got the drop on me. I did not see that coming."

"Thank you, J.D.," Polly remarked. "Lynn told me all about your fighting skills, and I was curious to see if it was all true."

"You heard right," J.D. remarked. "Polly, I'd like you to meet my friend Rusty Spokes."

"Hello," greeted Rusty.

"Let's see what you've got." Polly performs the Booty Block and sends him onto a nearby snack table, breaking it.

"Gee," muttered Rusty. "That Polly is definitely a handful, and I like it!"

"Go get her tiger! J.D. ordered.

Rusty approaches Polly and the two began to dance.

"That's everyone," J.D. stated. "All right. Let's dance!"

J.D. and Varie were dancing.

Anastasia was on the dance floor with Ivan Hordiyenko. Ivan is from Ukraine and is taking part in a special Foreign Exchange Program.

"You are a fantastic dancer, Ivan," Anastasia added.

"Thank you, Anastasia," Ivan responded with a Ukrainian accent. "You're also an amazing dancer."

Riley was on the dance floor with Ben Tennyson. (Yes, it's Ben Tennyson from Ben 10, but it's Ben Tennyson from Ben 10 Alien Force Ben)

Riley asked, "Have you ever danced before, Ben?"

"I have Riley," Ben explained. "I practiced with my cousin Gwen at my cousin Joel's wedding."

Riley exclaimed, "Cool," before noticing something on Ben's left arm. "What is this?"

"Oh, it's called the Omnitrix," Ben explained. "It's an alien device that lets you transform into a variety of aliens from all over the galaxy."

"That's incredible," Riley exclaimed. "I've seen those aliens on TV and they were amazing."

"It's hard work, though," Ben admitted. "Being a hero is very tough."

"I know," Riley admitted. "I helped Laney destroy Chandler."

"I've heard about that," Ben said. "It must've been hard for Laney when she made her first kill."

"It was," Riley admitted. "But she's doing better now. Let's rest for a bit."

"Okay," responded Ben.

J.D. came over. "Hey, Riley. Are you having a nice time?"

"I sure am J.D.," Riley declared.

"That's good," J.D. replied.

"So you're the famous J.D. Knudson," Ben remarked.

"That's right," J.D. exclaimed, then gasped. "I recognize you. You're Ben Tennyson. I've read a lot about your achievements and how you fought the evil Vilgax."

"That's right," Ben confirmed. "Vilgax was one of my most formidable adversaries ever."

"Who is Vilgax?" Riley asked.

"He's an evil warlord from another planet who wants the Omnitrix to rule the universe," Ben explained.

"I saw how powerful he was and how ruthless he was," J.D. added. "Are you here with any of your family, Ben?"

"Actually, Gwen and I are here," Ben explained. "However, we got sucked into an unknown wormhole."

"A trans-dimensional wormhole brought you both here," J.D. explained. "That happened here once. It transported Starfire, Raven, and Terra to our Dimension."

"That sounds crazy," Ben admitted. "But we have no idea how to get back to our dimension."

J.D. shook his head. "That's the problem. There are an infinite number of dimensions and universes across the very fabric of time and space. You could have come from either of them, and finding your dimension is like trying to find a needle in a haystack as big as the infinitely vast reaches of the cosmos."

"So we're stuck here?" Ben asked.

"I'm afraid so," J.D. admitted. "We have another that's going through the same problem. Her name is Jessie Bannon. But she's used to it here."

"I see," Ben admitted. "But I have a feeling I'm going to like it here because Riley is an amazing girl."

Riley blushes and says, "Thanks, Ben."

"Ben, I see you have made more friends."

"J.D., this is my cousin Gwen," Ben remarked.

"Nice to meet you Gwen," J.D. greeted her.

"Same here," Gwen responded. "It's a true honor."

"I heard you can use magic like me," J.D. said.

"That's right," Gwen replied.

Mrs. Johnson is speaking into a microphone. "Attention, everyone! The lucky student who gets to have lunch with me in the teachers' lounge is..." She draws the winning student's ticket. "Lincoln, Loud! Uh, Lincoln? Oh, where are you?"

A spotlight shines down on Lincoln.

"Way to go, Lincoln!" exclaimed J.D.

Then they all heard the crash of thunder.

J.D. opened the door to find it snowing heavily and thunder and lightning in the storm. There was thunder and lightning.

"Wow! So this is Thundersnow! I've never seen this happen before."

"What's going on, J.D.?" Laney asked.

"It's a freak snowstorm," J.D. explained.

"The weather didn't call for this, did it?" Liam remarked.

"I don't think so," J.D. replied. "Sometimes weather like this happens without warning." He checked his phone and saw that the storm had arrived. "Yeah, it's there."

Liam was struck by a snowstorm and a bolt of lightning, and he was enveloped inside it.

"It's another elemental choosing!" Laney exclaimed.

"Oh wow!" exclaimed Joey in a British accent. "So, Laney, this is how you obtained your powers?"

"Yes," Laney replied, "but mine was made of leaves."

When the tornado died down, Liam was unharmed. Liam stood up. "Man. What happened? I feel like the Alabama Railroad ran me over."

"You've been hit by a stream of snow and lightning from a Thundersnow Storm," J.D. explained.

Snow and lightning appeared in Liam's hand. "Jumping Peas in a Pod! I have Lightning and Ice powers!"

"It seems you do," J.D. commented.

A horse whining was heard, and out of the depths of the storm emerged a horse of fire, which came in and approached Zach.

"Wow. You are a magnificent horse," Zach said and petted it, and they instantly became friends.

Zach was suddenly caught in a fire tornado. Zach stood up as soon as it subsided. "Man, I feel strange."

"You had an encounter with a horse from the Netherworld," J.D. explained.

"Wow. I wonder." Zach held out his palm, and a flame appeared in it. "I have fire powers!"

"Incredible!" remarked J.D.

A stream of water emerged from the floor, and it was laughing water.

"Laughing Water?" J.D. questioned. "This is weird."

It hit Giggles, and she was caught in a water tornado.

"It's an elemental choosing fiesta!" Laney declared.

"Everyone, remain calm!" J.D. commanded. "This is how some of us got our powers!"

As the Laughing Water Tornado subsided, Giggles stood up.

"What happened?" Giggles asked. "I feel like I was hit with lots of pies. Wait, a minute..."

Giggles stood up and threw a ball of water at a teenage kid who was picking on a young kid, and the Teenage Kid burst out laughing.

"I have water powers!" exclaimed Giggles.

"You do Giggles," Luan said.

A raven came in with flashing red eyes and sat on Haiku's left shoulder, and Haiku was engulfed in a tornado of black feathers and moonlight. When it ceased, Haiku stood up.

"I feel really strange," Haiku admitted. "Clyde, what happened?"

"You were chosen by some force to obtain powers," Clyde explained.

"Let me see." Haiku unleashed a wave of darkness that turned into a massive crow slaughter.

The crows pecked a criminal running from a police officer. When the cop arrested the criminal, the crows flew away.

Haiku widened her eyes. "Gasp! I have dark powers."

"Your Dark Powers are different from Lucy's," Clyde stated.

The Greek Goddess of Rainbows, Iris, suddenly appeared as a rainbow and stood before Tabby.

JD exclaimed, "Iris, the Goddess of Rainbows!"

"Tabby, you have been chosen to receive my Rainbow powers," Iris explained.

When Tabby accepted Iris' rainbow sash, a rainbow glow encircled her. When it faded, Tabby fell to the ground.

"I feel weird. Wait." Tabby shot a rainbow light ball, which hit a tree and illuminated it. "I have rainbow light powers! Jammin'!"

Then an angel appeared, holding a torch in her hands. She stood in front of Polly.

"Nike, the Goddess of Victory!" exclaimed J.D.

"Polly Pain, you have been chosen to carry my Victory Torch. Use it wisely." Nike passed her torch to Polly, who was engulfed in a fire.

Polly stood up when it stopped. "I feel strange. Wait."

Polly swung the torch, releasing a blade of pure fire that sliced a nearby tree in half down the middle. "Wow! I have fire powers."

A living clock entered the room and approached Clyde.

Clyde became engulfed in a tornado of clocks, and the sound of ticking could be heard.

Clyde was standing when it died down. "That was weird. Wait, a second."

Clyde fired a beam of light at the wall, which quickly disintegrated that section of the wall.

Clyde gasped. "I have time powers!"

"Incredible!" exclaimed J.D.

A stream of fireworks suddenly flew in and hit Ronnie Anne, and she was caught in a whirlwind of fireworks, just like on July 4th. Ronnie Anne was on the ground as it died down. She stood up. "What happened? I feel weird. Wait, a second."

Ronnie Anne extended her hand and fired a burst of fireworks, creating a spectacular display. "I have Firework Powers!?"

"That's like Jubilee's Powers!" J.D. exclaimed.

"Jubilee from the X-Men?" Ronnie Anne asked. "Awesome!"

A phoenix of pure water flew in and landed on Rusty's head. He was caught in a water tornado. After it was finished, he fell to the ground. He stood up.

"That was weird. Wait a second."

Rusty put out his palm, and a blast of water fired, transforming into a bird of water and splashing Hawk and Hank as they sat in their prison cells.

"I have water powers now!? Awesome!"

This was a strange dance.

After 2 hours, they arrived back at the mansion, where J.D. looked up the powers in his book. They had Ben and Gwen with them.

"Let's see here," J.D. said. "Liam, you have Snow and Lightning powers from Qailertetang, the Inuit Goddess of the Weather. Once every 600 years, she bestows upon a worthy individual her control over Snow, Ice, and Lightning. They can also fly, communicate with air and sea animals, and even control the weather."

"That's incredible!" exclaimed Liam.

"I had no idea some of you received powers because of different circumstances," Ben added.

"We got our powers from many mythological sources," Lucy explained.

"Incredible," remarked Gwen.

J.D. nodded. "Yeah. Zach, you have fire powers because of the Fire Horse of War, one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse in Christian mythology. It is said that War's Horse will escape and grant fire powers to anyone who can tame him. That person can also ride him whenever he is needed."

"That's incredible!" exclaimed Zach.

"I had no idea such a thing existed," Laney admitted.

Aylene shook her head. "Me neither."

"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "That is surprising. Giggles, you have water powers because of Veles, the deity of water, and mischief in Slavic mythology. Once every 2,000 years, Vales bestows onto a worthy bearer the power to control water that makes anyone it touches to laugh hysterically. You can also use regular water and even grow forests. You can also fly and communicate with plants. So you have plant abilities as well."

"Wow," Giggles exclaimed. "I had no idea that many different kinds of powers existed."

"Most of us got our powers from various deities and mythological sources," Lori explained.

"Yeah," Luan agreed. "I had no idea there were so many gods and goddesses across cultures."

"Me neither," Varie admitted.

"It's surprising, isn't it?" J.D. asked. "Haiku, you were given dark powers because of the Raven of Hodr, the God of Darkness in Norse Myth. Once every 300 years, Hodr sends a raven with glowing red eyes to a worthy bearer and imbues that bearer with his powers of darkness, flies with black angel wings, and even communicates with birds. But there's a catch. That bearer has to have a heritage from Norway, Sweden, or Finland."

"Strange," Lucy commented. "Do you have any ties to those places, Haiku?"

"Yes, I do," Haiku replied. "I found out almost a year ago."

"That's strange, yet neat," Raven commented.

"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "Tabby, Iris gave you Rainbow Powers because she chose you. Once every 375 years, she journeys down from Mount Olympus, the abode of the Gods of Greek Myth, and appears in person to bestow her rainbow powers to that bearer. They can also fly with wings and they can grow and control plants."

"That's neat!" Tabby thought.

"Dude, you have no clue how awesome this is," Luna exclaimed. "You have powers like mine and Sam."

"I know," Tabby admitted. "It's incredible."

"Polly, Nike gave you Fire Powers when she gave you her torch," J.D. explained. "Once every 1,800 years, she journeys down from Mount Olympus and gives her torch to a worthy bearer. It gives them fire powers, the ability to fly with wings made of pure fire, and have superhuman strength, speed, and agility."

"Wow," Lola exclaimed. "That's neat Polly."

"I know," Polly replied.

"Polly, this is a tremendous gift," Lynn said. "With great power comes a great responsibility."

"Yeah," Polly answered.

"Rusty, you were given Water Powers by the Water Phoenix of Chalchiuhtlicue," J.D. explained.

"That's a hard name to pronounce. She is the Aztec Goddess of Water, Lakes, Rivers, Seas, Streams, Storms, and Horizontal Waters. Once every 750 years, she bestows her powers over all water to a worthy bearer. They have complete control over the water, the ability to fly with wings, and the ability to talk to fish."

"That's amazing," Rusty replied. "I've always wondered what it's like to have powers."

"It's not all fun and games, Rusty," Lincoln explained.

"Yeah," said Linka in agreement.

"Ronnie Anne, you have Fireworks Powers because of Zhurong, the God of Fireworks in Chinese Mythology," J.D. explained. " He grants his powers of fireworks to anyone that loves fireworks on the 4th of July or New Year's Day. That's coming up soon. You also have winged flight, numerous abilities attributed to fireworks, and lots of fire powers attributed to it."

"Wow!" exclaimed Ronnie Anne. "This is amazing!"

"But how will we tell our parents?" Liam wondered.

"You can tell anyone who you feel is trustworthy," J.D. advised.

"Yeah," Varie agreed.

"And finally, Clyde, you have Time Powers thanks to the Clock of Chronos AKA Father Time, the personification of Time," J.D. explained. "According to legend, he will grant his powers over time to anyone with a good cause. That person will get the ability to fire time rays that can destroy anything on contact, fly with wings, and even reverse the age of anyone they choose."

"Incredible!" exclaimed Clyde.

"Clyde, this is incredible!" Lincoln exclaimed.

"I agree," Linka said.

Things quickly went south for some of them after the information was distributed. When their parents found out about their powers, Liam, Zach, Tabby, and Haiku were disowned by their parents, and we decided to take them in. J.D. couldn't believe they would abandon them like that. But they felt right at home with them. Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Rusty, Polly, and Giggles' parents were fine with their children having superpowers. Ben and Gwen are now living with them in one of the guest houses. For them, this was a memorable, yet strange, Sadie Hawkins Dance.

THE END.
