J.D., Naruto, and Lincoln are in the simulator.
Lisa adjusted the Simulator so that one day equaled one minute. The Simulator started up, and on the day of team placement at the Academy, they found themselves in the Hidden Leaf.
"All right," J.D. said. "Here we go, guys. Today is team placement day."
"Yep," Naruto replied. "I really hope Sakura joins our team."
"I have a feeling we will," Lincoln answered, "as long as it isn't an evil Sasuke."
"Don't worry, guys," J.D. remarked. "If it is, he will get what he deserves."
"And I have a feeling Sakura was forced to be someone she is not," Naruto added.
"I have a feeling you're right, Naruto," Lincoln said.
"Well, let's just get this over with," J.D. remarked.
As they waited, they sat at their desks. J.D. shot an energy beam towards the back of Sakura's neck as she and the girls walked in.
J.D. spoke to Naruto telepathically, "Naruto, I activated a Sealing Jutsu Destroying Energy Flow on Sakura. I have it set for when she goes to sleep later tonight."
In his head, Naruto replied, "Perfect. Good thinking, big bro."
Iruka entered the room and announced the teams. Everyone but J.D.'s group was picked up after lunch. J.D., Naruto, Lincoln, Sasuke, and Sakura were all waiting for Kakashi Hatake. They did introductions once he picked them up, and he told them to meet him at Training Ground 7 at 8:00 a.m. But they knew he'd arrive late, so this would give them some extra time to prepare.
The next morning, they were formulating a plan to catch Kakashi-Sensei off guard.
At 7:30 AM, Sakura woke up at the Haruno residence and realized that everything about Sasuke was a lie. She then threw away everything about him, cut her hair, and quit her diet.
"Today is the day a new Sakura emerges, not a fangirl Sakura," Sakura declared. "I shall try my best for your love, Naruto."
Sakura ate a big breakfast before heading out the door.
Sasuke arrived while they were waiting and gave them a hateful glare. They, however, ignored it. Sakura arrived a few moments later.
"Naruto!" yelled Sakura.
Naruto's eyes grew larger. "Wow, Sakura! You cut your hair. It looks wonderful on you."
When Sakura heard that, she blushed. "Thank you, Naruto."
Sakura then burst into tears and hugged Naruto tightly.
"What's wrong, Sakura?" questioned Naruto.
"Naruto!" cried Sakura. "I'm so sorry I was so mean to you! My mom was forced to brainwash me because of my evil stepfather! I was forced to become someone I was not! I was forcibly made a Sasuke Fangirl because of my stepfather's selfishness and power-lust! He doesn't care about me! All he ever wanted was money and power so he wanted me to marry Sasuke against my will so he could kill us both and acquire our money! I'm so sorry, Naruto!"
When he heard her weep, Naruto's heart ached. He gave her a hug. "It's okay, Sakura. Shh, shh, shh. I've already forgiven you. I've been trying to help you ever since. I felt something was wrong ever since I saved you from bullies 5 years ago."
After hearing everything, Sasuke approached them, shocked.
"Is all that true, Sakura?" questioned Sasuke.
"Yes, Sasuke," Sakura cried. "It's all true."
"I've been such a fool," murmured Sasuke.
"What do you mean, Sasuke?" Lincoln asked.
"Those dumb imbeciles on the Civilian Council," remarked Sasuke. "They've been catering to my every whim and boosting my ego, arrogance, hatred, and power-lust for an unjust reason. It's been like this since my brother killed my entire clan. I should not have listened to them. They are not helping me revive the Uchiha Clan, they are trying to make me revive the Uchiha to destroy the village so that it's an Uchiha Only village."
J.D. Naruto and Lincoln all gasped. Kakashi heard it in the trees and hurried down to them.
"Is it all true, Sasuke?" asked Kakashi.
"Yes, sensei," answered Sasuke. "I can't believe that those fools made me into a monster."
"We've got to report this to the Hokage," Kakashi stated.
"The Hokage might not be able to do anything, Kakashi-Sensei," J.D. warned. "The Civilian Council has taken way too much power from him and they are abusing it for their own selfish purposes. Our only hope is the Fire Daimyo."
"Good thinking, J.D," replied Kakashi.
"Kakashi-sensei, I'm sorry I acted like a jerk to everyone," Sasuke apologized. "It was because the Civilian Council forced me to be that way. I promise to work hard for all my power and work together with," he says, looking at J.D., Naruto, Sakura and Lincoln, "my friends."
J.D. praised Sasuke, saying, "That's very admirable. We'll all work together."
"Believe it!" Naruto exclaimed.
Sakura had not stopped crying.
"Sakura is in a lot of pain due to her stepfather," Naruto explained.
"I can see that," Kakashi responded.
"I will work hard with all of you too," Lincoln added.
"I'm really proud of all of you," Kakashi remarked. "You all pass and Team 7 is now official. But we still have to take our test."
"I understand, sensei," J.D. responded.
Kakashi simply nodded. "Okay. Sakura, how about you go sit by one of the poles and sit this one out?"
Sakura shook her head. "No sensei. I'm fine now."
"Are you sure, Sakura?" asked Naruto.
Sakura smiled at him. "Yes, Naruto. I'm feeling much better now."
"Okay," replied Naruto.
Kakashi explained the bell test, and it began.
J.D., Sakura, Lincoln, and Sasuke were hiding in the trees, as Naruto faced Kakashi.
"You do realize you're supposed to hide, right?" Kakashi asked.
"Yes, sensei," Naruto admitted. "But watch this."
Naruto went Kitsune Hanyou, shocking Kakashi, Sakura, and Sasuke.
"This is my Kitsune Hanyou form," Naruto explained. "Dad's Sealing Jutsu from the night I was born was to fuse me and Kurama the 9-Tailed Fox into one when I reached a certain age. But because of certain circumstances, the process was sped up and I am now a Kitsune Hanyou. I now have infinite Chakra, 20,000 times the strength and might of Master Jiraiya of the Legendary Sannin, and various fire powers."
"Unbelievable," Kakashi exclaimed. "Naruto, you are the most hyperactive, knuckleheaded, and unpredictable shinobi I've ever met."
"I know sensei," Naruto answered. "But just so you know, I'm not going to hold back."
Kakashi removed his headband, revealing a Sharingan Eye in his left eye socket. "Then I won't either."
When Sasuke saw this, he was shocked. "Kakashi-sensei has a Sharingan too?"
"Yes," J.D. acknowledged. "But that's a transplanted Sharingan." He got that as a parting gift from his teammate Obito Uchiha."
Sasuke nodded. "Ah. I see. I've read a lot about Obito. He was a goofball."
"He was," J.D. confirmed. He thought to himself, "I can't tell everyone that Obito has become the leader of an evil organization determined to destroy the world. It would break Kakashi's spirit. Not just him, but everyone who knew him."
"J.D., how does Naruto's birth and the 9-tails attack connect?" questioned Sasuke.
"I'll tell you everything later," J.D. promised.
"Are you ready, sensei?" asked Naruto.
"Ready," Kakashi declared.
Naruto ran forward and kicked Kakashi in the face, sending him flying, and Naruto expanded his wings and soared toward Kakashi at breakneck speed. With enormous force, Naruto punched Kakashi into the ground.
After the dust cleared, Naruto could make out a broken log in the crater.
"He substituted," Naruto said. "But I can feel his energy signal. He's gone underground."
Naruto flew up just as Kakashi's hands reached out to grab him, and Naruto unleashed a massive fireball at him, which exploded when it touched the ground, knocking Kakashi out and sending him flying into a massive rock.
"Ow!" cried Kakashi. "Wow! Naruto, you may have already surpassed me."
"I might have already," Naruto admitted. "But let us not get overconfident. Now!"
"Everyone follow my lead!" J.D. commanded.
They all dash and split up in four different directions, then begin punching Kakashi at breakneck speed. Kakashi was blocking most of their attacks and he was in quite a predicament. Some of their attacks caught him off guard. Naruto joined in the frey, and Kakashi was literally overwhelmed by their teamwork. The timer went off.
"All right, that's it," Kakashi said. "You've all passed. Your teamwork is amazing, and I'm very proud of all of you."
Later, over lunch, Naruto explained his background, and Sasuke developed a newfound respect for Naruto. Sakura was shocked that all happened to him and she was glad that Naruto was okay because of that. J.D. wrote a letter for the Daimyo and sent it to him, and he was on his way to the Leaf. J.D. telepathically explained to Sasuke why Itachi killed the Uchiha clan, and Sasuke now saw Itachi as a hero instead of a murderer.
Suddenly, a bright light appeared in front of them, flickered and exploded, and out stepped a girl with black hair, dressed in red clothes, red glasses, a red headband, grey shorts, and black shoes. With her was a young boy with blonde hair, blue eyes, a scar over his right eye, whisker markings, and black and white clothes. A girl with indigo hair, blue eyes, whisker marks, yellow and pinkish-red clothes, and a red headband, was also with him.
"What's going on here?" J.D. wondered.
"Do not be afraid. We mean you all no harm."
"Who are you three?" Naruto asked.
"We should introduce ourselves. My name is Sarada Uchiha."
"I'm Boruto Uzumaki."
"And I'm his little sister, Himawari Uzumaki."
"But that's impossible," Sasuke argued. "There are no Uchiha left except for me and Itachi."
"Actually," Sarada explained, "this may come as a shock to you, Sasuke, but I am your future daughter."
They all gasp.
"I'm your father?" Sasuke asked.
"Yes," Sarada confirmed, "we came here from 25 years into the future."
"25 years?" J.D. questioned. "Then that must mean something big is going to happen. When people time travel from the future to the past, it is usually to warn us of an imminent Cataclysmic Event that will happen in the future."
"Yes, and that is the case," Himawari answered.
"I can tell you're my son and daughter, Boruto," Naruto remarked. "You've become a very strong shinobi, son."
"Thanks dad," Boruto began, "but we need to speak with all of you at the Hokage's office."
"Let's go," Kakashi commanded.
In the Hokage's office
"I see," Lord Hokage replied. "So you three came from 25 years into the future to warn us of a cataclysmic event that will happen in your time?"
"Yes Grandpa," Himawari replied.
"What's going to happen?" J.D. asked.
""All right," Sarada replied, "in 25 years, at 11:00 a.m. on June 14th, an evil organization will appear and destroy everything in the Hidden Leaf, killing everyone." They all have horribly destructive power, even by my standards. Guys, they're monsters. That's the only way we can put it. They're monsters! Once this organization surfaces, the entire world and everyone we know will be gone for good."
"Are they aliens from another planet?" J.D. wondered.
Boruto shook his head. "No. They are all an organization of Androids created right here in the Five Great Nations. Their creator is Kabuto Yakushi, Orochimaru's right-hand man. He doesn't know anything about robots yet, but he will in 15 years."
"Oh man," Naruto exclaimed. "That's dreadful."
"What are androids?" Sakura asked.
"They're robots designed and created to look like humans," J.D. explained. "They have a metal body and artificially created components that make them human-like. They have programming that tells them what to do."
"Yes, that's right," Sarada acknowledged.
"What were they designed to do?" J.D. asked.
"They were created to wipe out all of the shinobi in the world so that they can completely rule the world uncontested," Boruto explained.
"That's horrible!" exclaimed Sakura.
"Yes," Sarada confirmed. "Kabuto was furious with the way Master Orochimaru turned out after the 4th Great War ended. He thought he was becoming weaker since he had abandoned his evil plans. In 15 years, Kabuto will put his plans on making the androids into action. He will, however, work on them in secret. We couldn't find his Laboratory in time before he unleashed the Androids. It's hard to describe how powerful they are guys. They are unlike anything this or any other time has ever seen. There is absolutely nothing that even comes close to matching the technology that gave them birth."
"Yeah," Himawari agreed. "Their strength is unimaginable."
"That's horrible," Sasuke remarked.
"Yeah," Lincoln agreed.
"What is Kabuto's plan?" J.D. inquired. "What is he trying to accomplish with these Androids?"
"We have no idea," Sarada admitted. "But as soon as they could think for themselves, they rebelled."
"They turned on Kabuto?" Lincoln asked.
"Yes," answered Baruto. "And they've had their own twisted and merciless agenda ever since." There is no rhyme or reason in what they do. Their first act after being born was to turn on their own creator, Kabuto Yakushi himself."
"That's horrible," Sasuke remarked.
"Yes," Himawari replied. "These Androids are ruthless. They take pleasure in inflicting pain and chaos. Living in the time we came from was like being trapped in a Netherworld nightmare. Always running, hiding, and trying to find a way out."
"That's horrifying," Sakura exclaimed.
"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "That's like a Post-Apocalyptic Nightmare of epic proportions. From what I can tell, these Androids must have more power than all of the world's strongest Shinobi combined."
"Yes," Boruto answered.
"That's horrible, son," Naruto remarked. "What about the rest of us? Aren't we helping you?"
"No, dad," Boruto replied. "They killed everyone, including you and mom. They all caught us completely off guard. Me, Himawari, and Sarada are the only survivors. We're the only ones left. We came to this time to run and to warn you all to prepare for this."
J.D. cried out, "That's horrible!"
"I agree," Lord Hokage said. "You have all been through something that no one should have to go through in 10,000 lifetimes."
"Yes," Boruto replied. "But there is one person who has trained us for this. That's my master and best friend, Sasuke Uchiha. He trained us for six months before the Androids arrived, but it wasn't enough. They killed him three days before we left. DRAT! Those monsters are way too strong!"
"Oh man," Naruto gasped.
"That's a nightmare no one should ever have to go through," J.D. remarked. "Even though I am the most powerful fighter in my dimension, I don't think I'm ready to fight these Androids if they are as powerful as you all claim. Even with all of my power, I might not stand a chance."
"Yeah," Naruto agreed. "None of us are strong enough to defeat those Androids right now, but perhaps by killing Kabuto before they are created, we can stop Kabuto from unleashing the Androids."
"Good thinking," Lord Hokage responded. "But Orochimaru is always a slippery one."
"Orochimaru is only a grave threat to the village," J.D. asserted. "But Kabuto is a threat to the entire world in the next 25 years, and we must stop him before he unleashes those monsters."
"I'll send a message to my student Jiraiya and have the ANBU find and capture Kabuto," Lord Hokage declared.
"No Lord Hokage, we can't risk that," J.D. retorted. "Kabuto knows the Hidden Leaf's ANBU like the back of his hand, and he knows how they work. Plus, Orochimaru can detect even the faintest Chakra Signals, no matter how well they hide. I have a better solution. Watch."
He formed a small energy ball on his index finger, no bigger than his pinky toe nail.
"This little ball of Ki should do it," J.D. said.
He opened the window and fired it, and it flew toward Kabuto like a heat-seeking missile. It finds Kabuto miles away and enters his body completely undetected.
"So you know what to do, Kabuto?" Orochimaru asked.
"Yes, my lord," Kabuto replied.
Back in the Leaf, they were waiting for the blast.
"What happens now?" questioned Lord Hokage.
"Wait for it," J.D. advised.
Kabuto began convulsing violently, and Orochimaru was looking at him. Without warning, Kabuto exploded with incredible power.
Back in the Leaf, they all heard a loud explosion from the Land of Sound.
The Shockwave broke many windows but only caused little damage to the village.
"Jeez," cried Naruto. "What was that?"
"That was the explosion," J.D. explained.
An ANBU arrived. "Lord Hokage, you have to see this!"
They all climbed up to the tower's roof and saw a gigantic mushroom cloud over in the southeast.
"Wow!" exclaimed J.D. "What an explosion!"
"Incredible!" exclaimed Naruto.
"Holy Mackerel!" Lincoln exclaimed.
"Nobody could have survived an explosion of that magnitude!" Sakura remarked.
Sasuke said, "Unbelievable!"
"No kidding," muttered Lord Hokage.
"Let me check here," J.D. said.
He used his ability to sense energy to deliver some good news. "Guys, Orochimaru and Kabuto's energy signals have completely vanished. It worked!"
They all cheered wildly.
Sarada, Boruto and Himawari decided to stay in the past and rebuild their lives.
J.D. flew over the Land of Sound and noticed a massive smoking crater in its place. "Wow! What power. I can't believe that explosion was powerful enough to cause this much damage."
A vortex emerged, and J.D. combined everyone with their counterparts back home.
The exercise ended.
THE END.
