(X-Files Theme Plays)
It begins in J.D.'s room. He was looking something up on his computer when he came across a strange news report.
"What is this?" A series of unexplained murders has terrified Columbia, Maryland. The government believes the murders are the result of alien DNA found in astronaut hero Patrick Ross, son of United States Senator Judson Ross, who made the first successful manned trip to Mars. Ross is impregnating women like crazy and is believed to be having children who will do the same and destroy the Earth. "That's terrible! We must stop him."
A mysterious blue light appeared out of nowhere, and he heard a voice.
"J.D. Knudson of Sector 2814."
"Who said that?" J.D. asked.
"Up here."
He noticed where the blue light was coming from. It came from a Blue Lantern Power Ring. But this one was different.
"A Blue Lantern Ring," J.D. gasped.
"Yes, J.D.," the ring replied. "You have the capacity for great hope and the ability to instill hope in others. If you accept, you will be enrolled into the Blue Lantern Corps as the last Blue Lantern."
"The Last Blue Lantern?" J.D. inquired. "What happened?"
"The Red Lanterns wiped out the Blue Lanterns in the dimension where this ring came from," the ring explained. "As a last resort, it was created as an experiment to provide it with unlimited power and will never need recharging."
"That's terrible," J.D. replied. "I'm very sorry. I shall carry on the Blue Lantern legacy and restore the Blue Lantern Corps."
He extended his hand, and the ring landed on his right middle finger.
He said the Blue Lantern oath. "IN FEARFUL DAY, IN RAGING NIGHT; WITH STRONG HEARTS FULL OUR SOULS IGNITE; WHEN ALL SEEMS LOST IN THE WAR OF LIGHT, LOOK TO THE STARS FOR HOPE BURNS BRIGHT!"
He was now wearing a blue and black sleeveless body suit with a sash bearing the Blue Lantern emblem and the Blue Lantern Corps symbol emblazoned on his forehead.
When he looked in the mirror, he noticed his eyes were ocean blue rather than green. "Wow, look at me. I look fantastic as a Blue Lantern. Now I need to assemble a team, and if any more Lantern Rings are lying around, I have a feeling I know who they are for."
He makes his way down the orange slide.
When J.D. entered, Lincoln was reading comic books.
"Hey, Lincoln," J.D. remarked.
"Hey, J.D.," Lincoln said, before noticing what J.D. was wearing. "Whoa! You're now a Blue Lantern!? This is amazing."
"I was shocked myself," J.D. admitted. "Blue was never really my color, but I look great."
"I believe it," Linka replied.
"I've got a story to tell," J.D. explained. "Lincoln, could you get the girls, Naruto, Sasuke, and the rest of the team? I have quite a story to tell."
"Sure," Lincoln replied.
Everyone was gathered 10 minutes later.
Lynn responded, "J.D., you look great."
"I know," J.D. admitted. "I'm actually the final Blue Lantern."
"There are no more Blue Lanterns at all?" Linka asked.
"No," J.D. replied. "The ring I'm wearing came from another dimension. The Red Lanterns destroyed the Blue Lanterns."
"Where does the Blue Lantern Corp come from?" Lori wondered.
"They are based on the Planet Odym," J.D. explained. "A beautiful jungle planet with lush jungles, beautiful oceans, and a very peaceful world."
"That sounds incredible, dudes," Luna responded.
"The planet Odym is a very beautiful planet," Starfire commented. For the people of Tamaran, it is regarded as a vacation paradise.
"I've heard a lot about Odym," Raven added. "It's beautiful and is regarded as one of the most peaceful planets in the Universe."
"That's incredible," Terra exclaimed.
"What does the Blue Lantern Corps do?" Luan inquired.
"Well, that's a long story," J.D. admitted. "Since the beginning of time, seven rainbow lights representing various emotions have been spread across the vast distances of the cosmos. These lights became known as the Emotion Spectrum. From red to violet. Red represents rage, orange represents avarice, yellow represents fear, green represents will, blue represents hope, indigo represents compassion, and violet represents love. Blue is what I am. I am a Blue Lantern of Hope."
"That's incredible, honey," Varie exclaimed.
"Yeah," Jessie agreed. "I had no idea such a power existed."
"None of us have," Lynn added.
"I wish I could be a Lantern," Lola expressed her wish.
"It doesn't work like that, Lola," J.D. explained. "You must radiate a very strong emotion on the spectrum of emotions I've mentioned. Naruto, you have a lot of hope in you. Would you like to be a Blue Lantern?"
"I'd be honored, big bro," Naruto replied.
"Ring, can you replicate yourself so that other members can join?" J.D. asked.
"Yes, I can," the ring answered.
"Great," J.D. replied. "Please replicate yourself."
The ring duplicated J.D.'s Blue Lantern Ring.
Naruto extended his hand, and the ring landed on Naruto's middle finger. Naruto recited the oath, and his clothes changed to blue and black.
"I look fantastic," Naruto exclaimed.
"You sure do Naruto," Sakura remarked.
Then a violet light shone in.
"Sakura Haruno of Sector 2814."
"Who's there?" Sakura asked.
"Sakura, look above you," J.D. remarked, pointing to a Violet Lantern Power Ring.
"Are you a Violet Lantern Ring?" Sakura asked.
"Yes, Sakura," the ring replied. "You have great love in your heart and have felt a great loss."
"Yes," Sakura confirmed. "But I love Naruto just as much as everyone else."
"Yes," the ring replied. "You can help him. Take our ring and recite our oath."
Sakura put the ring on her middle finger and recited the Violet Lantern oath. "FOR THOSE WHOSE HEARTS ARE FULL OF FRIGHT, FOR THOSE ALONE IN BLACKEST NIGHT, ACCEPT OUR RING AND JOIN OUR FIGHT, LOVE CONQUERS ALL WITH VIOLET LIGHT!"
Sakura had changed into a violet battle outfit with no sleeves, a purple skirt, purple boots, and a headband with the Star Sapphire Symbol on it. Sakura checked herself in the mirror. "I look incredible."
Naruto remarked, "Sakura, you do look fantastic."
"Thank you, Naruto," Sakura replied.
"Star Sapphires have the same function to replicate their rings," J.D. explained. "Star Sapphires are from the planet Zamaron. It is a crystal planet inhabited by a warrior race."
"Zamaron is widely feared on Tamaran," Starfire explained. "My people and the Zamarons have been in an endless verbal war with each other."
"An interstellar cold war," Laney mused. "I've seen these in science fiction novels."
"Yes," Starfire confirmed. "They are extremely powerful people with immortality and cosmic-level energy manipulation abilities."
"Wow," Naruto exclaimed. "That's incredible."
Fu agreed. "No kidding."
Sakura replicated her ring and made one for each of Naruto's future wives.
Everyone received a power ring from each of the Lantern Corps. Lynn, Flame Princess, Kiba, Moka, Volcana, Ronnie Anne, and Sasuke all received Red Lantern Rings. They came from the planet Ysmault.
Lola, Lori, Lady Tsunade (Young), and Lisa all received Orange Lantern Rings. They came from the planet Okara.
Green Lantern rings were given to Rock Lee, Laney, Leni, Jessie, Clyde, Woody, Beast Boy, Robin, Liam, Cyborg, Zach, Gabrielle, and Penny.
Lana, Jeri, Aylene, Kushina (Young), Terra, Riley, Boruto, Lily, Kole, Lincoln, Edd, Ed, Linka, and Luna had been transformed into Blue Lanterns.
Lucy, Luan, Shino, Itachi, Sasuko, Argent, Raven, Choji, Eddy, Bumblebee, and Tabby were now Yellow Lanterns.
Sansho, Kushina (Adult), Hinata, Sarada, Himawari, Varie, Max, Nudge, and Angel all received Indigo Lantern Rings.
"Now that we're all Lanterns, we have a new mission," J.D. explained. "An alien presence has been terrorizing Columbia, Maryland, and Patrick Ross is the culprit."
Laney asked, "Patrick Ross? Didn't he just get back from Mars?"
"Yes, Laney," Lisa replied. "He became the first man to land on Mars and collect soil and dust samples."
"That's right," J.D. responded. "He was infected with alien DNA, and his humanity was destroyed. He wants to bear children who will replace humanity as the dominating race on this planet."
"That's horrible!" Starfire gasped.
"Yeah," Terra agreed. "We have to stop him."
"And we will," Linka assured her.
"All right," J.D. said. "We are now known as Team Rainbow Emotion! Let's roll!"
They all fly to Columbia, Maryland, and arrive at a government research facility in less than two hours.
"What are we doing here, J.D?" Lincoln inquired.
"Patrick is here," J.D. revealed. "I sense it."
They all ran in and saw Patrick attacking the crew to get to a woman named Eve.
"Open the door!" yelled Patrick. "NOW!"
J.D. fired a blue beam at Patrick, which analyzed him.
"Analysis confirmed," the ring declared. "Patrick Ross has been contaminated with Xenosian Species DNA. The Xenosians are a predatory hybridized race that is widely feared throughout the Universe. Their goal is to replace all life in the Universe with their kind and populate it entirely with their kind."
"That's crazy!" cried J.D. "That's intergalactic bigotry! Ring, what planet do the Xenosians come from?"
"The planet they come from is in the Andromeda Galaxy," the ring explained. It's called Xenos IX."
"The Andromeda Galaxy?" J.D. questioned. "That far away? That's incredible."
"We have a life form from the Andromeda Galaxy?" Lincoln asked. "Incredible!"
"How can these creatures be that evil?" Lola wondered.
"They just are and they need to be wiped out," Laney replied.
"Agreed," Moka nodded.
"Ring, can you cure Patrick and make him human again?" J.D. asked.
"Negative," the ring replied. "Patrick has become too infected to be cured. Termination is strongly recommended."
"All right, then, let's blast him." J.D. fired a stream of fire at him, severely burning him. But he regenerated and revealed his true form.
"You're one ugly freak of nature," Varie told Patrick.
"Whoa!" shouted Laney. "He's ugly!"
"He's really ugly," J.D. remarked. "And I thought Orochimaru was hideous."
"Me, too," Lana added. "He's even worse."
"Varie, go help the woman over there," J.D. requested. "We'll hold him off."
"All right," Varie replied.
While J.D. was firing lightning at Patrick, Varie went to her.
Laney had ensnared Patrick in bramble vines, and he was attempting to free himself.
"He's really strong," Laney observed.
"You can do it, Laney!" J.D. insisted.
Press and Dr. Laura arrived to help them.
"Eat this, you freak!" shouted Press as he fired his gun at Patrick's head.
However, the bullets did not affect him.
"Bullets can't stop him!" cried Lola. "Let's see how he feels about fire." She fires a fireball at Patrick, causing his head to explode. "Gotcha!"
However, Patrick's head regenerates.
"He grew his head back," Lana observed. "How about some ice? Mizore?"
"Don't mind if I do," Mizore answered.
Lana and Mizore unleashed a stream of blue wind, which froze Patrick's arms and shattered them, causing him to scream in pain. But he was able to regenerate his arms.
"Ice won't work either," Lana added.
"What will it take to kill this monster?" J.D. wondered.
"Xenosians hate diseased human blood, and even a fraction of it will kill them," the ring explained.
"That's interesting," J.D. commented. "Diseased blood."
"We have blood samples in storage," Dr. Laura explained.
"Go get them quick!" J.D. ordered.
In a rush, Dr. Laura went to get the blood. Lisa joined her.
Varie was speaking with the woman. "So you were created by Xenosian DNA infused into an embryo, Eve?"
"Yes," Eve confirmed.
"That's quite interesting," Varie said. "But I have something to tell you. Patrick is a monster that wants to wipe out the entire human race."
"Yes," Eve replied. "I now understand that. I don't want to reproduce or mate anymore. I wish to help humanity and make the world a better place. But I can't control my mating urges."
"I might be able to help you with that," Varie offered.
"All right," Eve answered. "Go for it."
"Here we go." Varie shot a blue ring beam, which rendered her sterile. "It worked."
"Now get me out of here," Eve ordered. "I want to help you all."
Hinata appeared and presented Eve with an Indigo Lantern Ring. "You can help us all with this."
"All right," Eve replied. "Thank you."
Eve placed the ring on her right middle finger and repeated the Indigo Lantern Oath. "TOR LOREK SAN BOR NAKKA MUR, NATROMO FAAN TORNEK WAT UR, TER LANTERN KER LO ABINSUR, TAAN LEK LEK NOK FORMORROW SUR!"
Eve now carries an indigo staff, animal hide clothing, and tattoos of the Indigo Tribe on her body.
"Thank you for helping me, Hinata," Eve responded.
"Nok," Hinata replied. "You're welcome, Eve. Now let's get Patrick."
"Let's," Eve agreed.
"Come on," Varie ordered.
Varie, Eve, and Hinata returned to the fight and hit Patrick with light beams.
Lisa and Dr. Laura arrived with the blood.
"All right, I hope this is enough to kill him," Lisa remarked.
"Yes Lisa," Dr. Laura confirmed. "This blood has HIV in it."
Naruto pulled out a kunai and handed it to J.D.
J.D. responded, "Thanks, bro."
He takes the blood and coats the kunai with it.
"Let's see you taste this, Patrick!" J.D. shouted.
He hurls the kunai at him, and it impales him in the back, scorching him like acid.
"Whoa!" cried Varie. "Diseased blood burns Xenosians like acid!"
"That's pretty potent," Eve observed.
"Nok," Hinata agreed. "It'll be the end of him in a few seconds."
"At the very least, we won't have to see Patrick's ugly face again," Lola added.
"Agreed," Lucy said, nodding. "He truly was a monster. A true monster that had to be destroyed."
"Yeah," Aylene agreed. "I don't like aliens. No offense, Starfire."
"None was taken, Aylene," Starfire replied.
"Let's finish him off," J.D. ordered. "Lisa, can I have the rest of the blood?"
""Certainly J.D.," Lisa replied, handing him the blood pouch.
"I hope you're thirsty." He threw the blood, and it spilled all over Patrick, dissolving him completely into green slime.
"Gross!" cried Lola.
"That was yucky!" cried Penny.
"No kidding," Lily agreed. "It's hard to imagine that he went from a hero of a man to a ruthless and remorseless alien killer."
"I'm glad he totes got what he deserved," Leni added.
"No kidding, dude," Luna agreed.
"He sure was alienated!" Luan joked and then laughed. "Get it?"
J.D., Varie, Aylene, Eddy, Jeri, Jessie, Naruto, and Sakura all laughed.
"Good one, Luan," J.D. says, laughing.
"But how did this facility receive alien DNA all the way from the Andromeda Galaxy?" Lincoln wondered.
"Yeah," J.D. agreed. "That's what we'd like to know. The Andromeda Galaxy is 2.3 million light-years away from Earth."
"Well, it was back when we sent a message into space with SETI," Press explained.
"It was an Arecibo Message," Dr. Laura added.
"Fascinating," Lisa responded, "and yes, I am familiar with the Arecibo Message. It's an intergalactic radio signal that was sent into space."
"I've read about that," J.D. admitted. "It's a radio dot code message that shows information by color. It was created in 1974. White is the number 1 through 10, purple is the atomic formulas of Hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and phosphorus, Green is the nucleotide sugars and bases, Blue & White is the DNA double helix structure. Red, Blue/White & White, respectively, are humans, the physical height and dimensions of a human and the number of people on Earth, Yellow is the Sun and our Solar System's 9 planets and Purple, White and Blue is the Arecibo Radio Telescope. It was sent from Puerto Rico."
"That's right," Dr. Laura responded. "We got a message back that it was a genetic code, which we copied and experimented with."
"That's dangerous," Varie warned. "You guys were playing with fire."
"Yes," Press agreed. "We've met this alien before. It was three years ago. We almost got ourselves killed because of it."
"It sounds like the Xenosians have been nothing but trouble for you all," Laney added.
"Yeah," Dr. Laura replied.
"I can't believe I'm a hybrid of a race out to destroy the Universe," Eve cried.
"Not destroy," Varie clarified. "Replace. The Xenosians intend to replace all life in the Universe with only their own species."
"That's just despicable," Lucy responded. "I may be a girl of darkness, but that's going way too far."
"I agree, Lucy," Gabrielle remarked in a British accent.
"Hopefully, we've seen the last of the Xenosians," Press added.
"Not quite," J.D. corrected. "Patrick has children at home, and they're coming here."
As they turned toward the exit; they notice a large group of young boys turning a corner in a hallway.
"Whoa," J.D. exclaimed. "Patrick was certainly keeping himself busy. I can't believe he killed so many people and these boys are the result."
"How many are there?" Lincoln inquired.
Sakura counted them. "There are thirty of them."
"Patrick sure has moved fast," Linka observed.
"They must be destroyed," Eve declared.
"I agree," Aylene remarked. "There's just one place for them: The Sun."
"Go for it, Aylene," Varie encouraged.
Aylene had a blue aura around her, and she encased all the boys in a blue bubble before flying away.
She flew into space and made her way toward the sun. "Wow! I had no idea the sun was this huge up close."
She broke the bubble, and the alien boys were instantly vaporized. "And that's it."
She turned around and landed.
Later, they decided that the Xenosian DNA was too dangerous to use for all of humanity, and it had to be destroyed immediately. They gathered everything from the experiments and DNA, and Lola, Flame Princess, and Sasuke incinerated everything related to it. Eve has decided to help everyone on Team Rainbow Emotion. In Washington, DC, they held a press conference and explained everything. The entire world was shocked and horrified. They did, however, save the entire Universe from a truly horrible and disgusting fate.
THE END.
