It begins with Vanzilla 2.0 driving down a road in the plains.

"This is going to be so awesome!" Lincoln enthused.

"You said it, buddy," J.D. responded.

Lincoln told the viewers, "Today is August 21st, and we are traveling to Tryon, Nebraska to witness an extremely rare event. A total solar eclipse. Lots of people are going to go see it in the line of totality."

"I know, buddy," J.D. agreed. "I've never seen a total solar eclipse before. This is going to be amazing."

"This is going to be so exciting, buddy," Clyde predicted. "I've never seen a Total Solar Eclipse before."

"I've never seen a solar eclipse before," Varie added.

Tamao answered, "Me neither."

"The last Sun, Moon, and Earth Alignment street name: Total Solar Eclipse that was over the United States was on September 10th, 1923, and it was over western California," Lisa explained.

"Wow!" Riley cried. "That's cool."

"This is going to be awesome," Laney believed. "It's a shame Lori, Leni, Luna, Lynn, and Shannon couldn't join us."

"I know Laney," Carol agreed. "Even so, I think this is totally awesome."

"Me too, Carol," J.D. admitted. "The best part about a Total Solar Eclipse is that when the Sun is completely eclipsed by the Moon, the stars can be seen in the daytime sky. But it will only last a few minutes. You have to be in the right place to see that. The Solar Eclipse Umbra is only 150 to 170 miles in diameter."

Lucy added, "Even though I prefer the darkness, this eclipse sounds like a fantastic event."

"A Solar Eclipse is an interesting event for me," Haiku remarked. "I've never seen one before."

"That's very cool," Luan said. "How does the sun get its hair cut?"

"I don't know, Luan," Linka replied.

"Eclipse it!" Luan joked and then laughed. "Get it?"

J.D., Varie, Aylene, Tamao, Eddy, Carol, Gabrielle, Rita, and Laney all cracked up laughing.

"That was funny," J.D. says, laughing.

"Eclipse it," Varie chuckles. "I get it!"

"Good one," Lynn Sr. chuckles.

Eddy burst out laughing, "That was so funny!"

"That was a good one," Laney remarked.

"This will be the first solar eclipse I've ever seen," Gabrielle explained in a British accent.

"It will be a first for all of you, Gabrielle," Rita explained. "I remember when we saw a Total Solar Eclipse. It happened when I was pregnant with Lori, and we were on our honeymoon in Europe. It happened in 1999 in Germany."

"You saw the August 11th, 1999 Total Solar Eclipse, Ms. Rita?" J.D. asked.

"We certainly did, J.D., and Lori was born on that day and at that time in Romania," Rita added.

"That's incredible, mom," Laney replied. "I had no idea Lori was born during a Solar Eclipse."

Lincoln answered, "Me neither."

"I didn't know that either, Mrs. Loud," Clyde admitted.

"It was considered a blessing for me and Lynn," Rita explained.

"Lori's an Eclipse Baby," Varie noted. "Wow, that's really cool."

"It certainly is," Lynn Sr. replied.

"I had no idea Lori was born on the day of a solar eclipse," Carol admitted.

"It's not just any Solar Eclipse, Carol," J.D. clarified. "The total solar eclipse of August 11, 1999, was one of the most spectacularly viewed events in history. Here's a picture of it."

He showed them a picture of the August 11, 1999, Eclipse.

"That's beautiful," Carol observed.

"Yeah," J.D. agreed.

"That was the most memorable honeymoon we've ever had," Lynn Sr. recalled.

At 11:15 a.m., they arrived in Tryon, Nebraska.

"We're here, guys," Lynn Sr. announced. "Let's set up camp."

They set up camp outside and waited. The eclipse began at 12:03 PM. The minutes passed, and at 1:07 PM, they achieved 100% totality, to wild applause from everyone.

J.D. decided to perform a special song for this occasion. He set up a concert stage and got ready.

"I would like to celebrate this momentous event with a song. I'm going to play my favorite song, "The Night Begins to Shine" by B.E.R. If anyone has a video camera, they can record it for us. Ready? 1,2,3,4…"

He started playing his electric guitar, and it was a nice song.

I saw you dance. From the corner, I caught your name,

In a Conversation. Playing Hard to Get. But I can't understand.

When I look at you, I see the story in your eyes. When we're dancing.

The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins to Shine. The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. When We're dancing, The Night Begins To Shine.

Talk til dawn. My heart was racing. I took you home in the driving rain.

I had my mind made up. I wanna feel your touch.

When I look at you, I see the Story in your eyes.

When we're dancing The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. When We're dancing the Night Begins to Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine (The Night Begins To Shine)

I had my mind made up. I wanna feel your touch.

When I look at you, I see the story in your eyes.

When we're dancing the Night Begins to Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins to Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine. When We're dancing The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins to Shine. The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins To Shine. The Night Begins To Shine.

The Night Begins To Shine.

Everyone cheered wildly for him as the song came to a close and the eclipse ended.

J.D. makes the Rock on Hand Sign and says, "THANK YOU, EVERYONE!"

"That was so cool!" Lana exclaimed.

"YAY!" yelled Lola.

"J.D., you are incredible!" Carol exclaimed.

"You rock, J.D!" shouted Eddy.

"J.D. is a great singer," Penny observed.

"He sure is, Penny," Lily agreed.

"J.D. has a lot of talent," Anastasia pointed out.

"Indeed," Lisa agreed. "As Luna would say, J.D. really knows how to jam."

J.D. expressed his gratitude to the group, saying, "I would like to thank you all for letting us come out to witness this extremely rare and momentous event."

Everyone erupted in enthusiastic cheers.

Me: This has literally been one of the most spectacular events in our history. We will probably never have another event like this ever again in our lifetimes. This has truly been an extremely unforgettable day for all of us. I hope you all have had as much fun as I had.

Everyone cheered wildly.

Later, they packed everything up and drove their van—which was in Jet Mode—home. They arrived home and landed in their driveway. In the living room, J.D. showed Lori, Bobby, Leni, Luna, Ember, Lynn, Shannon, Danny, Sam M., Sam L., Dani, Tucker, Valerie, Jeri, Jessie, Aylene, Ronnie Anne, Naruto, and the girls their time during the Eclipse.

"J.D., you were rockin' dude!" Luna exclaimed.

"Awesome song and rockin' tone dude!" commented Ember.

"Rockin'!" shouted J.D.

"That song you sang was fantastic, J.D.," Lynn added.

"It was," Lori agreed.

"You have quite the talent, amigo," Bobby observed.

"Thank you, compadre," J.D. replied.

"Totes!" Leni agreed. "You certainly can sing, J.D."

"I have to admit J.D.," Ronnie Anne confessed. "You have a lot of talent. And the song you played was perfect for the eclipse."

"That was a great song," Jessie added, "and it was perfect for it."

"I agree," Jeri responded.

"Thank you, guys," J.D. said, smiling. "I figured it would be perfect for it, adding excitement and entertainment to the Eclipse. But, believe me, when I say this was an unforgettable and memorable event for us. We will never see another eclipse like this in our lifetimes. But I have a feeling we will because there is more to our powers that we don't know about."

"I have a feeling you're right, J.D.," Laney responded.

"Yeah," Varie agreed.

Aylene remarked, "This was a fantastic event."

"Indeed," Lisa agreed.

"I'd rather enjoy the darkness," Lucy admitted, "but J.D. made it very exciting."

"He sure did, dudes," Luna added.

"You were incredible out there, J.D.," Ember commented. "Is this a hidden talent?"

"I don't really know," J.D. admitted. "But I think it is now."

"It's great, J.D.," Lincoln insisted.

"It sure is," Linka agreed.

"Thanks a lot, guys," J.D. replied. "We all made this momentous and extremely rare event memorable."

The concert during the eclipse made headline news across the country and around the world, and everyone was amazed and more.

THE END.
