And like I promised in the last chapter, here is the second one. It's not as long as the other one the fact there was simply more story in the previous one, still, I think that it's more then enough for the moment so I hope you enjoy it and happy holidays.

Chapter 7: Hero Killer and Hired Villains

"So, it's decided then?" Julius replied as he finished up his call with Kurogiri. It hadn't been too long since the end of the festival but with Stain's continued presence in Hosu, they needed to change things up about their plants. "Yes, we can work with that…We can assure you that we'll get the job done….not all of us will be present for the meeting, but those who will be will be sufficient…Alright." With that, he ended the call, before turning to the rest of them as they lounged about their apartment.

"Kurogiri will find out more about our target, he said he'll have something for us in around two days." He told them all as he took his own seat.

"What do we know?" Abraham asked, going through his phone and looking at funny images online.

"Hosu regional headquarters houses some serious liquid cash. At least two armored cars with hero and cop escort to move it to Kanto's reserve bank. We need to hit them just as they're leaving the city as they'll be furthest from help." He told them all which was a sight change as normally, it was just police that guarded those things.

"What about diversions?" Sienna asked him but he waved it off, having asked Kurogiri the same thing.

"Shigaraki said he has something in the works that'll keep the heroes occupied while we work." He didn't know what their employer was planning, but he had to trust that he would be able to deliver.

"How kind of him." Beatrice joked as she leaned into her boyfriend, speaking of which.

"Oh, and Midoriya, you said that you had some possible dirt on Endeavour?" Julius turned to him, having been informed that he found something but he hadn't told any of them yet.

"Yeah, heard his son claim he bought his wife for her quirk and drove her to insanity," Midoriya replied as he still had the entire thing saved on his phone, this slightly surprised the group as they would have assumed something like that would have made news if not have been rumors as quirk-based marriages had been taboo for decades now.

"Did it make the news here?" Abraham asked the only one of them from Japan but Midoriya shook his head, as even on the hero forums he frequented there was never mention of such.

"No, the only thing that was announced years back around the thing was that his eldest son died in a forest fire, and sometime later, his wife was admitted to a mental hospital. Most people assumed that it was the death of her child that sent her spiraling." That much he recalled as he had been watching the news with his mother when it was announced, there was a cruel irony to the child of the flame hero to burn to death but most just passed their condolences and allowed the family their peace to mourn. It wasn't even a year later when it also broke that his wife was being admitted to a psychiatric hospital, though a reason was never given and people just assumed it was the grief from the loss of her first child

"Have Gizmo look into it, hopefully, there's something on the records about this he can dig up," Julius told him while they could use HIVE resources, it'll be faster to get another student to look into it and Gizmo was the best tech whiz they had.

"I'll call him in a few hours, he's still on the French job and probably busy right now," Midoriya replied as he did the math in his head to see what time it would be in France right now.

"Make sure to remind him to lay off the candy, he isn't that cute little shit he used to be," Beatrice added as the group laughed at their upper-classmen's expense as he was still as small as a toddler despite being 18, but it seemed like puberty was finally catching up with him as that baby face was slowly leaving him.

"I'll pass on the sentiment." Midoriya smiled, though he would have to rephrase it as he didn't want Gizmo to think he came up with the joke as he could be vindictive when he wanted to be.

(At UA)

The following day, the students of UA sat in class as they discussed their offers for internships. Aizawa had shown them the board of who got offered places thanks to their place in the sports festival and of course, Uraraka, Todoroki, and Bakugo got the most offers of the class by a landslide as the bubbly OFA inheritor got over 4,000; Todoroki got around 3900 and Bakugo 3400 with the 4th highest being Tokoyami at only 1700.

"Man, I wish that I got more offers than this," Sero complained as he didn't even get a single one.

"At least you managed to get into the finals, we got knocked out during the calvary battle," Kaminari replied to him as his team lost their points early on to Shinso's and couldn't recover by the time the bell rang.

"It's so frustrating that we didn't get to show off our skills!" Hagakure was really upset about this as she had been banking on the festival to show off and most of the time, people forget she was there. Even on the train ride to school, she was only remembered as the 'floating clothing' girl.

"Contributions on the offers, Todoroki. You made the most of it and showed off all you had to offer; wish I could have done the same." Yaoyorozu congratulated her fellow recommendations student, though she said the second part of that to herself as she felt ashamed over only getting 132 offers. She could only contribute to the fact she wasn't even a challenge to Tokoyami who just knocked her out of the ring with little effort.

"…Yeah." For Todoroki, he didn't really know how to feel about it as his final battle with Uraraka left him confused despite his vow, and his determination to only use his mother's power-she pushed him to use his fire. She seemed genuinely interested in him, not his father-not his standing but she saw him as just another person and wanted him to reach his full potential and prove that he could be better than his father. He may have won the match, but it was by such a close margin, he was honestly surprised he had managed to remain in the ring, even if by a hair while she didn't.

"Dude, you over 3,000 offers, that must break the record or something." Kirishima wrapped an arm around his friend who could only look at the list of hero agencies on his list like they were the names of ants, there were just that many of them.

"Record my ass, how in the hell am I supposed to sort through so many?" Bakugo asked him as he didn't even know most of these places.

"Just look for the names in the top 50 of you're so set on that," Kirishima advised him, only being happy for his friend despite the fact he was one of the students that needed to choose from a school-formed list thanks to him getting no offers.

"Like hell, I'm only going for the top 10. If I want to be the best, I got to learn from the best." Bakugo couldn't afford to take anything less, not if he still wanted to track down de-Midoriya. He knew he was in Japan, his father had seen him there with a group of other kids, no doubt classmates from whatever school he was attending. He may have missed him this time, but when he appears again, he'll be there.

"That's so manly!" Hearing this, Kirishima couldn't help but laugh as he gave him a hard pat to the back which Bakugo just took as he had been trying ever since he got into UA to improve his temperament and social skills, to the effect he only called them all extras once or twice now. It was a hard habit to break.

"Well, has anyone decided on where they'll going yet?" Mina asked as she looked at her own embarrassingly small list, made up of only 9 agencies that were impressed with her performance. It wasn't her fault that that support student didn't take the match seriously, okay maybe it was because she couldn't even land a single attack but, in her defense,-she had a crapload of gadgets on her. Her match with Bakugo was an even worse match-up as his blasts made it next to impossible for her acid to land and he was much faster than she was.

"Mt. Lady for me!" Mineta cheered from his chair, thumbs up and all as Asui walked right on by, not even looking at the class pervert.

"You're going because you have something perverted on your mind, don't you?" She stated as if it was a fact, and considering who he was and who he picked, it was a fair one to make. She may have believed he had potential thanks to how the two worked together during the USJ attack but she did have to drag him away from the water zone just because he saw a hot mermaid who was clearly just going to drown him once he got close, but of course-all he saw was a sizable bust and he stopped thinking.

"Of course not!" Mineta's response went unheard by most of them.

"Well, you guys did make it to the tournament, so you do have more options than the rest of us." Asui walked up to Iida, Uraraka and Tokoyami. "Speaking of, have you made a decision yet, Uraraka?" She asked her friend who didn't look like she wanted to say but still chose to anyway.

"I was thinking about trying out for Endeavour." That was surprising to them, and those who heard it.

"No way, you got an offer from him?" Jiro asked her, amazed that she had impressed the number 2 hero so much. They had all assumed he would just offer a place to his son despite whatever performance he had.

"He must have seen how much you made Todoroki work for his victory and been impressed." Iida theorized as they had all watched their match from the edge of their seats, with ice, debris, and powerful blasts of air flying about, it was quite the spectacle. Uraraka on the other hand already had a good idea as to how she grabbed the hero's attention but considering it was approaching secrets about his family that he most likely wouldn't want to get out, she didn't say anything for Todoroki's sake.

"Yeah…that must be it." So, she just went along with it, missing how Todoroki had his eye on her from when she revealed his father had made an offer. He knew his father; he never did anything without a clear goal in mind and didn't like the possibilities he could think of for why his old man did what he did.

"What about you, Todoroki? You going for your old man as well?" Sero asked him to which he was silent, looking back to the list and while long, he couldn't help but notice how his father's agency was front and center.

"I'm…undecided right now."

Sometime later, Bakugo got up from his chair and walked on over to Uraraka's group, stopping right beside Iida. "Four…Iida." This drew a pause from them all as while not overly aggressive or anything like that, Bakugo wasn't a social butterfly either as his friend group had come to him, not the other way around. More than that, he rarely used their actual names.

"Did he just…" Kaminari asked which Sero couldn't quite get.

"He did, I can't believe it." The tape user added as Ashido jumped to her feet, pointing at him in slight anger.

"So, he does know our names!" Why did he insist on calling her Racoon Eyes? Bakugo didn't respond to any of this, focused more on Iida who turned to address him, surprised but willing to talk.

"Yes, Bakugo? What can I help you with?" He asked the blonde who didn't remove his gaze from him, as if he was seeing something he didn't like but didn't know how to react to.

"We need to talk, at lunch." He eventually answered which was weird.

"Can't we discuss it now?" Iida didn't feel like he had anything to say that the class shouldn't hear but Bakugo didn't agree.

"No." Iida wanted to refuse him, but there was something about his eyes that made him reconsider before he agreed that they'll talk during lunch.

"Bro, what do you need to talk about?" Kirishima asked him once he settled back down.

"You don't need to hear about it." Was his response as he got back to trying to pick through his list of offers. Meanwhile, with the Urarasquad, they couldn't help but wonder what they just saw.

"What's been going on with Bakugo, he's been…quiet?" Uraraka's question was an understatement as ever since the festival, he had been rather withdrawn.

"He's been acting really weird lately but I don't really know why," Asui replied though she could also admit that they didn't know much about him. From the first day, he hadn't really done much to stand out outside of hero classes. At the USJ, he had tried to hold back Kirishima from charging the fog villain and got pulled in with him and had been part of the students who saved Aizawa from that monster.

"Well," Mina made herself known as she had similar concerns about this and asked her horn buddy. "Okay, there might be a reason but I'm totally not sure and no way he'll ever confirm." Not even Kirishima could get him to completely open up about himself, not yet anyway. With the prompt of the group, she leaned in close to tell them to prevent Bakugo from hearing them.

"I'm pretty sure that his dad saw an old friend of his at the festival but he didn't get a chance to speak with them." She told them what she knew. She didn't make much of it, as she was sure there were friends she made in middle school also watching who she didn't talk to, but then again she was friendly just about everyone back them so she was used to the idea of saying 'hello' to someone and nothing else for weeks at a time simply because neither had the time to do more than that.

"You think it was one he was talking about in his speech," Uraraka asked, suspecting that there may be a connection there.

"Maybe, but if really was a bully to him, it makes sense that he wouldn't want to talk to him." Ashido shrugged her shoulders as she had dealt with bullies in the past, but Bakugo seemed like he was next level and while she would normally avoid him, like Kirishima, he seemed to be trying to change himself at UA.

"Why can't Bakugo just have, I don't know, called them?" Iida asked as that seemed like it would have been an easy solution.

"(Kero)Maybe they moved or something, if my parents found out I was being harassed, they would have pulled from school as fast as they could if they couldn't get the school to act that is." Asui shot that down quick.

Came lunch, the students had all left for the cafeteria, with the exception of Aoyama who ate his packed lunch in class for his own reasons. Once they had got their food, they all left for their regular table and sat down. It was then that Bakugo approached them once more, his plate being watched by Kaminari to ensure nothing happened to it. Once Asui promised she'll do the same for his own food, Iida and Bakugo left the cafeteria, heading towards a relatively quiet spot near the stairway. "I'm here, Bakugo. What seems to be the problem?" Iida didn't know what this was about, but from how Bakugo was acting, it was pretty clear that this wasn't a talk that he really wanted to have or was uncomfortable with.

"You…doing okay?" Bakugo finally asked him, looking away as he tried to continue to form sentences. His question, such as this meeting, caught the speedster off guard.

"Pardon?" Iida asked him. He hadn't been injured during the festival, only gone against Shinso in the first match and lost when he managed to ensnare him with his brainwashing quirk and get him to walk out of the ring.

"We all heard about your brother, I wanted to check up on you, four eyes." So that was it, Iida already had Uraraka asking about it, same as Aizawa at the beginning of class and while he could appreciate their concern as his friend and teacher, Bakugo was just a classmate, one he had no interactions with them since the school year started aside from when he told the boy to not put his feet up on their first day.

"I see…well, I'm doing as well as I could, given the situation. My brother's going to return him by the end of the week, but the hero Ingenium, he's gone." Iida told him, frowning as he recalled his brother's condition when he finally saw him in the hospital, and how despite their best efforts-he wasn't going to be able to walk ever again.

"Isn't it a family thing for you to inherit the title or something? Why didn't you take the name in class?" Bakugo asked him, having looked up his family before he approached him and had seen that for over 60 years, there had always been an Ingenium.

"Truthfully, I don't feel that I'm worthy of it just yet. Maybe after our 2nd year but right now, I feel like I'll only bring shame to the name." Iida replied as he didn't think he was to that level, how could he when his brother had only added to the weight of the title? Still, Bakugo was full of surprises as he knocked his chest with his fist.

"The fact that you think that…to me it sounds like you are." Bakugo could understand a little of that feeling, having been dealing with it for over a year now.

"Thank you for your words, but…I'm managing, and one day, I'll take on that mantle with pride." Iida nodded his head before he turned to leave but Bakugo spoke up again.

"Iida…don't do anything stupid, don't let your anger cloud your head, it's not something that you can just turn off, that's something I know for a fact." He didn't say it, but he suspected there was much more rage hidden underneath his calm mourning that he was letting on. Iida here, for a moment, cracked as he turned back to walk away.

"I'll take your words into consideration." He told the blonde, glaring ahead of him as Bakugo only watched him walk off, not saying anymore.

"Hey man, you good?" Bakugo looked up to see Kirishima looking at him concerned. The school day had already ended, with just about everyone else had left to head home. He had been alone, just sitting at his desk, looking at an old notebook as if it could give him answers to questions he's long had.

"You're been staring at the notebook for a while…" Kirishima didn't judge him; he wasn't sure he deserved that but the shitty red-dyed teen had been in his corner for nearly their entire time at UA. Here, he just sat next to him and let him gather his thoughts, not pushing for an answer from him and Bakugo greatly appreciated that. Kirishima for his part didn't know much about him other than how he had messed up big time before UA, done some stuff he deeply regrets and wishes to atone for, but how he also can't seek out the main person he wronged as they vanished a while ago without a trace. The only thing his friend seemed to have to remember them was the notebook in his hand, he never saw its contents buts its cover was enough to give it away since the title of 'Hero analysis for the future: Vol 9' wasn't written in his handwriting.

After around 20 minutes, Bakugo had collected himself enough to stand, carefully placing the notebook back into his bag for safekeeping. "Come on, we need to get moving if we don't want to miss the trains." Kirishima smiled as the two walked out of the class and soon, the school itself.

"You finally picked someone?" Bakugo asked to try and make conversation.

"Fourth Kind. How about you, find anyone in the top 10 you like?" Kirishima replied as he nudged his friend a bit, smiling as he wondered who Bakugo picked.

"I didn't pick someone from the top ten." Bakugo's response caught him off guard.

"Oh? Then who you go for?" Kirishima wondered if he had picked someone in the top 20 instead.

"Thirteen." That got the red-haired to nearly fall over in shock as Bakugo kept on walking as if nothing was wrong but Kirishima couldn't understand why he would, sure she had a super powerful quirk but she was a rescue-focused heroine, Bakugo was all about the attack.

"Seriously?"

"I wouldn't have said it if I didn't mean it, rock-for-brains!" Bakugo yelled at him as he paused, taking some deep breaths before he continued. "Remember what she told us, at the USJ?"

"That our quirks can easily kill people?" Kirishima recalled that well, as it made perfect sense and made him glad she didn't become a villain.

"Yeah, I want to find ways to use my quirk to save people, not just beat the crap outta villains, I can learn that from class," Bakugo explained as it was part of the reasons he had hated the League's attack on them during their first rescue class as part of his failings was that he only ever focused on causing harm, beating villains, and proving himself in combat. He wanted…he wants to improve, to learn as much about all aspects of hero work as he can and he stands to gain a lot from someone like Thirteen.

"Well, I didn't see that coming but it makes sense. You could like, blow up sections of destroyed buildings to get people to safety." Kirishima laughed as they continued on their way, talking about what they could encounter on their internships. Completely unaware of the true extent to how much the underworld was moving, flexing its muscles and buildings its strength.

(Days later, during their internships)

"I've been waiting for you, Shoto," Endeavour spoke up from his seat in his office. It was late afternoon at his agency, the massive skyscraper dominating the area through its size and majesty. Though Todoroki was sure that he had intentionally had it increased in size some years back to be taller than All Might's agency. At present, the number two hero was addressing both his son and another student.

"And you are well, Uravity. It's good to see that you're willing to follow the path of the mighty." Uraraka, unlike Todoroki who looked directly at his father with poorly veiled contempt, looked right on ahead, trying to keep herself from displaying any outward displeasure with having to spend time with the man that didn't seem like a hero to her.

"I have no intention of following in your footsteps, I'll forge my own path," Todoroki replied, as he had only picked his old man because of the fact he was the best flame user in Japan and if he was serious about becoming a better man and hero then he is, he'll have to suck it up and learn from the best, regardless of how much he wished not to.

"Is that right, what about you? Any objections." Endeavor didn't seem phased by his son's refusal to be him, but she already knew that their relationship was strained to put it lightly, so this was most likely a common occurrence between them. Instead, he focused on her to see what her response will be and if it will be similar to the one she gave him when they met during the festival shortly before her match against his son.

"I wanted to learn combat skills, and you have the most resolved cases, so it was a good place to start." She kept it neutral as while she would have preferred to study under All Might, he wasn't as active as he used to be, and he explained to her that doing so would also be dangerous but he hadn't told her why. There was a part of her that wanted to tell the man he was her second choice, but ultimately, she chose against starting a pointless argument.

"Defiance, but productive defiance. I can work with that." Endeavour voiced his approval of the two of them as he got up from his chair and started heading towards the door.

"Pack your things, we're heading out." The instructed the two of them as he walked on past them.

"Where?" Todoroki asked, having expected that they'll do a meet and greet first and some light drills before turning in for the night.

"I'll show you how a hero performs. We're going to Hosu." He turned to them, smiling as he already had plans to head there to help in tracking down and taking down the hero killer. Now, he had the chance to use it as a means to demonstrate what kind of power he expected from the two of them.

(Hosu)

At that same time, in the city in question, a portal opens up on a building's roof, and from it, Taskmaster walks out. In front of him, watching the people carry out their daily tasks under the eyes of pros, many of whom were there to capture him, was the hero killer: Stain. "You found the tracker?" This wasn't their first meeting, that has been a few days prior. Tomura had invited the man in to offer him a chance to join him, it didn't go well but things had remained non-violent as at the time, both himself and White Fang had been present for security. He even managed to place a small tracker on the man before he left.

"After 5 minutes." Stain didn't even turn to address him as the portal closed behind him.

"Sloppy, I would think someone with your reputation would have taken 3. Why did you keep it?" Taskmaster walked up to him, looking down at the people along with him.

"The same reason to placed it on me because you wanted to talk." Stain replied as he had made his opinions clear about those who did what they did for money, seeing them as nearly as bad as the false heroes he hunted but he didn't care for his opinion and White Fang had merely called him an idealist who believed that killing for a reason was better than killing for a paycheck when in the end, murder was murder regardless of how you sliced it.

"Guilty as charged." Taskmaster chuckled as he turned his gaze toward the man. "Can I not say anything to convince you to work with my client?"

"What could a bunch of monsters offer me?" Stain asked him, having little interest in siding with such a group but Taskmaster only continued to chuckle as he found this entire thing to be highly amusing.

"We could use our resources to provide you with funds, equipment, medical assistance, and most of all, targets for your crusade. After all, Chizome Akaguro," With that name drop, the hero killer instantly turned to him, his blade drawn but Taskmaster was ready, having blocked the strike with his shield as he knocked Stain back.

"My client wants as many heroes dead as possible to not get in his way, so why wouldn't be willing to help you." He asked him as if this was a friendly chat, even as he drew his own blade, clean and well-maintained unlike the blade of Stain which was chipped and dirty.

"How do you know that name?" The hero killer ignored his words, choosing to focus on the fact he had found out his name, the name he had thrown away years ago.

"As I said, Akaguro, we have much in the way of resources. One of which being wells which can tell you some interesting things." The skull-masked mercenary chuckled, getting Stain to glare at him even more at this blatant disrespect.

"It took us only three days to find out everything there is to know about you, from which school you went to, to what you used to call yourself back before your blade tasted heroes' blood." Stain figured that if they knew his name, they also knew about his time as a vigilante. However, he also knew that he had done a lot of work and made a lot of sacrifices to ensure that no one would be able to find out his past. That combined with the fact this man was crazy enough to approach him alone made him far warier of him,

"Who do you work for, really?" He asked the fellow masked killer, neither lowering their weapons as neither trusted the other.

"HIVE." That response, that one word sent a chill down the hardened killer's spine.

"Them? I find it hard to believe that brat has the methods and money to hire from that group." Surely he was bluffing, HIVE was known across the underworld for its reach, its influence, and more importantly, those who it called their enforcer and hired guns. Any one of them is worth a top 100 hero easily, their best capable of defeating pros in the top 10 as proven in the past the world over. The only other thing he knew about them was that just to hire one of them would cost you an arm and a leg, and if you didn't pay…

"I'm standing right here, ain't I?" Taskmaster's chuckle didn't put him at ease at all, but the man did put his blade away-either sure the fight was over, or that he didn't need it to defeat him. He wasn't sure which of those possibilities scared him more. "But back to the question at hand. My boss is willing to forgive your actions during the first meeting, even aid you in your quest to punish as many heroes as your heart desires, but you must swear your blade to his cause." Stain would normally just refuse him, just like he had done before but the fact the brat could get his hands on at least two HIVE contractors made it clear that there was more to the League than he first thought.

"Give me a few days." Even if he had no interest in whatever goals that brat had, he couldn't just ignore them, he needed information.

"You get 2 and a word of advice, from one killer to another. I would stay in the shadows tonight." Taskmaster told him as he started walking back towards the edge of the building, placing his shield away as he did so.

"Why?" Stain narrowed his eyes, even as he put his own weapon away, seeing that this encounter was coming to an end.

"You and the rest of the city will find out soon enough. Kurogiri," Was all Taskmaster said as he stepped off the ledge, falling to the cold hard pavement away, or rather he would if not for the portal that opened up and whisked him away.

(Back at the bar)

"Were you successful?" Their true employer asked Taskmaster as he landed right back in the bar, the space empty as even Kurogiri was out, busy helping with the final touches of their plan.

"He was definitely hooked, though if it was by the offer for how much we knew about him is hard to say." Taskmaster turned to the pictureless TV as he replied,

"You have done your assignment, either way, your thoughts on him." The voice asked, intrigued to hear what the mercenary had to say about his pupil's desired pick. Taskmaster paused for a moment, thinking of a way to frame his thoughts before he spoke.

"He has potential, but he's not someone that will bend to a master that doesn't align with his ideals, how warped they may be." Taskmaster's response was clear and dry, no sense adding sugar to the salt here. If they could trick him, sure but that was a short-term fix at best and would only get him motivated to come after them, he was confident that he could take him on, more so since they uncovered what his quirk was, but that was time that could be better used doing something else.

"Is that right?" The voice didn't seem surprised, not that Taskmaster expecting anything less from him. "Well, either way, he'll serve his purpose tonight if he likes it or not. Even with the advice you gave him, no way he's going to log out now, he's addicted." They both knew he wouldn't listen to his warning; he had his quota to fill and if he stuck to the pattern as they knew he would, he still had one more name to add to the local obituaries before he packed and moved.

And we are done! I have to say, then when I saw the final word count, I was tempted to add content from the actual attack but I decided against them as I feel like that would either mean I would need to make this chapter at least 13K words, or cut it off on an even bigger cliffhanger then I've done here. As for the events of the last two chapters, I wanted to make it clear that Izuku doesn't like his father, but that he also wants to mend that bridge between them, he just doesn't really know how as again, this is someone who even in the good times, was largely absent. As for Hisashi, part of the reason his son is so reluctant to try and bond with him is well…everything. Recall when he called Inko an unfaithful bitch, while he did eventually apologize for that, he never apologized to his son for calling him illegitimate, partly because he doesn't know that he heard him say it.

Also, Inko in this universe did try to take her husband to court to force the divorce but from what I could find, while adultery is a reason for a Japanese court to rule for divorce, you need to present evidence of it, and sadly, neither she nor Masaru had that as he didn't take a picture of the woman in question, and seeing how she's a French national in France, getting her testimony would have been extremely difficult without Hisashi giving them stuff like her contact info, something he, of course, wouldn't do as if could have meant a court-ordered divorce which he desperately is fighting to prevent. Another issue is their way of parenting as because he's been absent for so long, he's taking a more generalized approach to parenting such as scolding his son for acting to save that old guy, any parent can tell you that each kid is unique so while help books and words of advice from other parents can help, no one thing can fit all kids which is the basis here as Izuku was raised to have a pretty solid moral compass, this is the same guy willing to break himself and the law if it means helping someone. Because of that, telling him not to act on his morals would be counterproductive.

With the whole three clubs things, before you all wonder about it, I based it off my middle and high school which allowed students to do stuff like that as most after-school activities met on different days at different times so if you found two or more which didn't conflict, you could go for it. And with the added bonus of the fact things like sports events rarely ever happened on the same days, you could find kids who did stuff like swimming and chess. I knew one girl personally who did netball, chess, and track. Don't know what happened to her post-middle school as we went to different high schools but wouldn't be surprised if she got into a great university off some scholarship as she was great.

As for the fight itself, before you all ask, no he didn't actually hit their eyeballs, he just hit around them as if he did-well, they'll need eyepatches. The second fight went the way it did as unlike with the thugs, he didn't have the element of surprise and these students managed to use their quirks early to catch him off guard as most quirks if used right-can be great in a fight even if on paper, they seem weak. Case in point, if you compare Bakugo's explosion to Yanagi's poltergeist. Sure, they can't compare in terms of power but imagine if she used her quirk on parts of Bakugo's costume, like his boots or belt when he's not expecting it.

Speaking of Bakugo, his moments were my way of showing that he's being honest with his desire to change like Endeavour, he is capable of that but unlike the number 2, he isn't such a flaming pile of garbage as both did some terrible things, but trying to compare them is a mountain to a molehill. He's seen the error of his ways much earlier in life and is taking active steps to address them, something his classmates can see but they just don't know the full story as even now, Uraraka's idea that he was talking about this 'friend' is just that, an idea as Bakugo's not at that point where he'll open up about it just yet. What was a pain in the ass to decide was the tournament as here, I had to reorganize them to fit the fact Izuku isn't present and for other facts, like how Bakugo doesn't know why Todoroki doesn't use his fire so while they do eventually meet, it's in the semi-finals before Todoroki's match with Uraraka.

Reviews…there was just the one…that's depressing:

samuelfoster646: If Endeavour can get one in the main universe, Bakugo can get one here.
